Abstract

Globalization influences public service delivery through technological and informational revolutions, while regional autonomy demands its implementation to be aligned with local potential and needs. To evaluate and improve governance, PUSLITDESBANGDA UNS employs quantitative analysis with strategic management and SWOT approaches. This research is conducted over six months in 2024, involving internal and external sources, including the Kediri Regency Government. Data collection methods include observation, in-depth interviews, questionnaires, and FGDs. Main activities comprise FGDs, BUMDes workshops, and village tourism branding studies. The outcomes are expected to enhance professionalism, managerial skills, transparency, and access to external financial resources for BUMDes. Additionally, the program aims to optimize PUSLITDESBANGDA branding and strengthen research and community service collaborations with various stakeholders. Outputs from this activity include articles in ISSN journals, online media articles, and publicized activity videos. The evaluation results are expected to improve PUSLITDESBANGDA's performance in supporting sustainable development and the quality of life in rural communities.

Abstract

Democratic elections are an essential element in a sovereign government system, where the voting rights of every individual are valued, and the selection process is conducted in a fair, transparent, and efficient manner. To enhance the quality and efficiency of elections, e-voting technology has been introduced as an alternative to traditional voting methods. This study discusses the use of e-voting systems to achieve more democratic elections, focusing on aspects of security, transparency, accessibility, and efficiency. The results of the study show that e-voting has significant potential to increase voter participation, reduce operational costs, and expedite the vote-counting process. However, challenges related to data security, system integrity, and resistance to technological change must be addressed to ensure successful implementation. Overcoming these challenges requires robust cybersecurity measures, rigorous testing, and comprehensive voter education. With proper oversight and careful adoption of technology, e-voting can become an effective solution to support a more democratic process. Additionally, collaboration between government bodies, technology providers, and civil society is crucial to build trust and ensure the system's credibility. This study concludes that while e-voting offers numerous advantages, it is imperative to implement comprehensive measures to mitigate risks and maintain the integrity of the electoral process, ultimately fostering a more inclusive and participatory democracy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi Blended learning yang merupakan pembelajaran alternatif di MTs Mihadunal Ula Sukabumi pada masa pandemi Covid-19 yang meliputi perencanaan, pengelolaan, evaluasi, faktor penghambat dan pendukung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik penentuan informan menggunakan snowball sampling dengan informan penelitian; empat orang guru yang melaksanakan pembelajaran Blended learning, guru zonasi, dan siswa. Analisis data dengan analisis interaksi melalui; kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan simpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga tahapan Pelaksanaan Blended Learning yaitu; tahap perencanaan dengan merancang tujuan program, menyiapkan sarana dan prasarana, menyusun jadwal pembelajaran, menyusun perangkat evaluasi dan sosialisasi. Tahapan pelaksanaan pembelajaran meliputi pembelajaran daring asinkron mandiri, pembelajaran tatap muka pada empat mata pelajaran yaitu; Bahasa Inggris, Bahasa Arab, Matematika dan IPA, serta terdapat kegiatan zonasi luring sebagai kegiatan pengendalian belajar siswa. Tahapan sistem evaluasi pembelajaran meliputi himpunan/rapat guru yang dilaksanakan satu bulan sekali, himpunan guru dan orang tua dilaksanakan satu semester sekali. Dalam penelitian ini juga terdapat beberapa faktor penghambat dan pendukung Blended Learning.

Abstract

This research explores the impact of agricultural innovation on the economic welfare of farmers in Agro Digital Tasikmalaya. The main challenges for the agricultural sector in Indonesia include low productivity and dependence on traditional methods. Innovation through modern technology and digitalization is a solution to increase productivity and market access. Agro Digital Tasikmalaya integrates agriculture, tourism and digital marketing, enabling farmers to sell products directly to consumers via social media. The results show increased productivity, income and market access for farmers. This research uses qualitative methods with primary and secondary data, as well as observations and interviews. Agro Digital Tasikmalaya plays an important role in creating an efficient and sustainable agricultural ecosystem, as well as providing training to farmers. Despite this, challenges such as access to subsidized fertilizer and lack of human resources, especially the younger generation, still exist. Solutions require a comprehensive approach from the government, private sector and educational institutions to improve fertilizer distribution and attract the younger generation to the digital agricultural sector.

Abstract

This study analyzes the language acquisition of 3 year old children in Karawang. The aim of this research is to analyze the language acquisition of 3 year old children in Karawang. The focus of this research is to understand the language development of children in this age group and the factors that influence it. Research methods used include observational studies and direct recordings. The study was conducted with her 3-year-old child named Ais, who lives in Karawang. The steps that need to be taken when conducting research are direct observation, to observe children's language development in their everyday environment. Record directly to the child to get more information about the language environment at home and the language stimulation given to the child. The results of this study indicate that children aged 3 years in Karawang have different abilities in language acquisition. Some children have reached the stages of perfect word pronunciation and sentence formation, while others are still in the early stages of developing language skills. Factors such as the social environment, language stimuli, and personal factors all influence the language development of these children. This research allows us to better understand language acquisition in 3 year old children in Karawang. The implications of this research can be used to design intervention programs and environmental developments that optimally support children's language development. Further research is also recommended to involve a larger sample and examine other factors that can influence language acquisition in children of Ayes' age.

Abstract

The Community Partnership Empowerment Program (PKM) – Bukit Tumpeng as a Trendy Tourist Destination in Lalanglinggah Village, West Selemadeg District, Tabanan Regency, Bali – represents the commitment of the Directorate of Research and Community Service (DRTPM) of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, as well as the proposing team from Dhyana Pura University, in response to the request from the management of the Kak Oman Sunset Point Group and the Head of Lalanglinggah Village to develop Bukit Tumpeng as a trendy tourist destination. This group is chaired by I Made Agus Santika, with 25 members. Bukit Tumpeng holds the potential for nature- and culture-based tourism, which could become a significant economic resource for the community if managed well. The local population, comprised mainly of farmers and private sector employees, is working to develop the village’s potential as a tourist destination in Bali. Bukit Tumpeng’s strengths include its plantations, natural beauty, and cultural uniqueness. If properly managed, these assets could generate significant economic potential. However, three major challenges need to be addressed quickly: Tourism management, marketing, and business operations. The use of technology and information systems. Developing trendy tourism packages and ecotourism experiences. These challenges have been addressed with assistance from the PKM team of Dhyana Pura University Bali through training and mentorship on management, digital marketing, and business strategies. The PKM team provided training, guidance, and technology assistance for creating websites and social media platforms, neon box signage, photo booths, camping grounds, gazebos, menus, cash books, guest books, and developing food menus using local ingredients, such as squirrels. The training, mentorship, and equipment provided have significantly enhanced the knowledge, skills, and empowerment of the Kak Oman Sunset Point Group. As a result of these improvements, tourist visits to Bukit Tumpeng have increased, thanks to the availability of more adequate facilities for millennial travelers, along with improved food and beverage options and other amenities.

Abstract

Ideological issues have a huge impact. The unity and unityof the nation becomes a phenomenon related to the ideology of Pancasila, of course, the rules tha govern the life of the nation and state of Indonesia. When ideology is problematic of course the unity and unity of the nation becomes unshaven so that aspects of the life of the nation will be problematic. In the early stages, efforts to solve the problem is to diagnose the condition of millennial youth, whether they still hold firm to the values of unity and unity of the nation or not. So the resilience of Pancasila ideology in Indonesia especially sees abaout how the younger generation (Millennials) understand and implement Pancasila properly and correctly. The method of national insight in Tiron village of Banyakan districts of Kediri uses questionnaires to estimate how much insight the level of nationality. The results of the court (sosialization of national insight) from 25 participants of karang taruna show a high national insight. The conclusion shows that the license (sosialization of national insight) can improve national insight for millennial youth of Tiron Vilage, Banyakan district of Kediri regency

Abstract

The level of public health is a measure that reflects the health condition of a population or community determined by environmental factors, behavior, health services and heredity. Environmental and behavioral factors also play a major role in determining water quality, which directly impacts the level of public health. Therefore, it is important to implement a community-based Drinking Water Supply System (SPAM) program, including in Pariaman City, to improve public health status and prevent health impacts. This study aims to analyze how SPAM can impact the level of public health in Taluak Village, Pariaman City. Providing access to clean water and encouraging the community to be active in drinking water management are the program objectives. The background of this research is that SPAM has not been optimal in improving the health status of the community in Taluak Village, Pariaman City and there are health impacts for the community. This type of research is qualitative using a descriptive approach and the selection of informants using purposive sampling technique. The results showed that SPAM in Taluak Village has helped improve access to clean water and reduce the risk of diarrhea and skin infections. However, SPAM faces challenges, such as the lack of financial resources and the lack of community participation in maintaining the water infrastructure. From the results above, it can be concluded that the application of SPAM in improving public health in Taluak Village, Pariaman City is not yet optimal.

Abstract

The aim of this research is analyze the application of halal tourism in attracting tourist visits to West Sumatra. The method used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. To verify the validity of the data, source triangulation techniques were used, and data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The policy implementation model applied in this research refers to G. Shabbir Cheema and Dennis A. Rondinelli, who highlight factors such as environmental conditions, inter-institutional relationships, organizational resources in program implementation, as well as the characteristics and capabilities of implementing agents. Based on research findings, it shows that the implementation of halal tourism in West Sumatra is quite successful and able to increase tourist interest. However, there are still several challenges, such as inadequate accommodation, lack of available facilities, and permit procedures that are not yet optimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tren penelitian kesehatan mental di Indonesia selama periode 2022-2023 menggunakan metode bibliografi. Data dikumpulkan dari berbagai database akademik, termasuk Scopus, PubMed, dan Google Scholar, dengan total 250 artikel yang relevan. Analisis dilakukan berdasarkan jumlah publikasi, topik utama, institusi yang berkontribusi, serta jurnal yang menjadi wadah penerbitan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan jumlah publikasi dari 120 artikel pada tahun 2022 menjadi 130 artikel pada tahun 2023. Topik utama meliputi dampak pandemi COVID-19 terhadap kesehatan mental (30%), intervensi berbasis komunitas (25%), kesehatan mental remaja dan mahasiswa (20%), teknologi dalam layanan kesehatan mental (15%), serta kesehatan mental pekerja (10%). Institusi pendidikan tinggi seperti Universitas Indonesia, Universitas Gadjah Mada, dan Universitas Airlangga menjadi kontributor utama dalam penelitian ini. Jurnal internasional seperti Asian Journal of Psychiatry, Heliyon, dan BMC Public Health mendominasi publikasi, didukung oleh jurnal nasional seperti Jurnal Psikologi. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tren positif dalam perhatian terhadap isu kesehatan mental, namun mencatat adanya tantangan seperti distribusi penelitian yang tidak merata dan kurangnya fokus pada kelompok rentan tertentu. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa meskipun ada peningkatan signifikan dalam jumlah dan kualitas penelitian, perluasan cakupan populasi penelitian serta penguatan kolaborasi antar institusi tetap diperlukan. Studi ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi para peneliti, praktisi, dan pembuat kebijakan untuk mendukung pengembangan layanan kesehatan mental yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan di Indonesia.
