Abstract

This study examines declining employee performance driven by high inbound-related workloads, employee tardiness, low compliance with work regulations, and missed company-set targets. This study aims to examine the effects of job stress, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance in the Inbound Department of the JNE Magelang Branch's Head Office. The research employed a quantitative method using saturated sampling, involving the entire employee population of 46 respondents. Research data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 25. The results indicate that job stress does not affect employee performance. However, work discipline and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Inflation is one of the key indicators in an economy that can influence economic stability as well as public welfare. An increase in the general price level of goods and services may reduce real income, thereby affecting people's ability to meet their consumption needs. This study aims to analyze the impact of inflation on the purchasing power of society in Indonesia. The research employs a qualitative approach using a literature review method by examining various recent scientific journals and relevant studies related to inflation and purchasing power. The findings indicate that inflation has a significant impact on people's purchasing power because rising prices increase household living costs. As a result, households tend to adjust their consumption patterns by reducing spending on non-essential goods and prioritizing basic necessities. The impact of inflation is particularly felt by middle- and lower-income groups since a large proportion of their income is allocated to basic consumption. Therefore, maintaining inflation stability is essential to protect public welfare. Effective inflation control through monetary policy, fiscal policy, and social protection programs plays an important role in maintaining price stability and safeguarding the purchasing power of society.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze strategies for strengthening consumer literacy in the digital ecosystem and to examine the role of the National Consumer Protection Agency /Badam Perlindungan Konsumen Nasional (BPKN) in fostering a smart and sustainable consumer society. The background of this study is based on the increasing complexity of information in the digital economy, which potentially weakens consumers’ ability to make rational decisions. This research employed a qualitative approach using a literature review method, drawing on scholarly articles, academic books, and relevant policy documents. Data were collected through systematic searches in scientific databases and analyzed using thematic analysis with source triangulation to ensure validity. The findings indicate that consumer literacy, when integrated with digital education and consumer protection policies, enhances consumers’ ability to understand information, recognize their rights and obligations, and make responsible decisions. Furthermore, BPKN plays a strategic role in promoting consumer literacy through educational initiatives and policy recommendations, although challenges in policy implementation remain. This study concludes that synergy among literacy, education, and policy is essential to developing smart and sustainable consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of knowledge, conceptual structures, thematic clusters, and research themes in the literature related to the Circular Economy, Innovation, and Digital Sustainability. This study uses a systematic bibliometric approach by utilizing VOSviewer and PoP software to map publication patterns, conceptual networks, and the dynamics of research development in multidisciplinary domains. Bibliographic data was obtained from the Google Scholar database, which consists of 100 reputable articles from 2018-2026 using the keywords Circular Economy Adoption, Digital Entrepreneurship, Environmental Performance, Smart and Sustainable and analyzed using keyword co-occurrence techniques, network visualization. Based on the results of bibliometric analysis of research development patterns, knowledge structures, thematic clusters, and the distribution of dominant and emerging themes, it can be concluded that the research field of Circular Economy and Digital Sustainability has experienced a significant conceptual evolution towards an integrative paradigm centered on innovation. In general, research is evolving from a traditional sustainability approach to a circular economy, and then to digital-enabled sustainability, which emphasizes the role of digital technology in supporting the transformation of a sustainable economic systemÂ
