Abstract

Welcoming the 2024 Simultaneous Elections, the Golkar Bali Party organization as an election participant conducts internal and external organizational communication to increase electability to achieve overall victory in the legislative and presidential elections. This study tried to find out the standpoints of female functionaries who are non-legislators of the Golkar Bali Party and are preparing to participate in the 2024 legislative elections on internal organizational communications. It is not easy to be in an organization alongside legislators who at some points are competitive, especially in the run-up to legislative elections. The internal communication of the organization needs to be researched to find out the opinions of these female functionaries who have the task of raising the Golkar Bali Party, on the other hand, female functionaries are the public relations of political parties. This study analyzes the variations in functionary responses from drawn opinions formed from real experiences and sources of information from the Golkar Bali Party organization. To discuss the problem of this research, qualitative research with a descriptive approach is used. The paradigm of this research is phenomenological. The research tradition used is sociopsychological. Research data sources are obtained from primary sources and secondary sources. Data collection techniques are carried out through several methods, namely, in-person interviews and documentation found on the internet.

Abstract

Dam failure is defined as partial or complete collapse of the dam or its complementary structures and/or damage resulting in the non-functioning of the dam. Sindangheula Dam was built across the Cibanten River, which is located in Serut Village, Sindangheula Village, Pabuaran District, Serang Regency, Banten Province with a watershed area (DAS) of 74,46 km2, the length of the main river ± 16 km with a height difference between the highest point and the location of the dam ± 1672 m. Sindangheula dam is designed with a zoned embankment type consisting of the main dam and the koferdam which are integrated into one unit. Both have a zonal type of fill consisting of a vertical core, filter, transition and rockfill. The upstream slope is 1: 3,00 and the downstream slope is 1: 2,50. The dam is designed with an inflow discharge of 1000 th. As for the calculation of the program, according to the procedure, the Probably Maximum Flood (PMF) flood discharge is used of 861,94 m3/second. The main Sindangheula dam is assumed to have collapsed due to overtopping caused by continuous rains and the high discharge is the same as the PMF flood discharge. The hydrological analysis shows that at the PMF flood discharge of 861,94 m3/second, at the spillway crest elevation condition at +106,613 masl, the water will run over the top of the dam (overtopping) causing the dam to collapse completely. From the results of the running model, it can be seen that the pattern of flood flow that occurred due to the collapse of the dam, the flood occurred in almost all downstream of the dam which is an urban and densely populated area with inundation heights reaching 0,10 – 14,90 m, and a flow velocity of 0,01 – 58,16 m/s.

Abstract

This study aimed to research and develop a competency-based training model for experiential learning facilitators, create a program design, and test the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the developed training model. This type of research uses Research and Development (R&D) with an analytical method using 10 steps Borg and Gall. The research method used is a mixed research or sequential mixed methods with the number of samples tested as many as 71 respondents. Field trials were carried out in three locations, namely the city of Samarinda (Kaltim), Kab. Pasuruan (East Java), and the City of Jogjakarta (DIY). The product resulting from this research is a training model based on SKKNI outbound scouting/experiential learning facilitator, which includes: curriculum, syllabus, lesson plan, list of equipment and materials, post-training evaluation form, pretest and posttest questions, list of tasks/practices, supporting questions observation, power point slides for presentation materials, and learning material books. The test results show that the training model developed is valid, practical, and effective with a N-Gain score of 0.59 or quite effective.

Abstract

Forecasting is a process for determining how much demand will exist as soon as the order is placed. It includes determining how much demand will exist in terms of quantity, quality, time, and location in order to fulfill the order for the goods. Peramalan is a strategy for predicting or predicating impending events, usually with the help of an earlier-than-expected deadline for submitting a request for proposals. This request is then based on the company's resources and existing capabilities for submitting requests, or other factors. According to songket results that are currently located in Padang, UD Mandiri Perkasa is a business that specializes in the trade of songket ink. UD Mandiri Perkasa is currently experiencing challenges from both a consumer-focused perspective as well as from the type of goods it is currently supplying. With the use of peramalan, it is possible to determine how much money should be spent on a certain product and to minimize waste. A forecast for the next single month will be made in this essay.

Abstract

Paving blocks are one of the materials that are needed in rural and urban areas. Most paving blocks are produced by manual means which takes quite a long time. To overcome these obstacles, a paving block making machine is needed that can function efficiently. This research aims to design and make a paving block making machine with an eccentric motor vibrating system. The methodology used in this study is experimental research consisting of the planning stage, the design and manufacture stage, the testing and analysis stage and the finalization stage. The tests carried out include testing the speed in producing paving blocks. This research resulted in a paving block making machine with an eccentric motor vibrating system. The machine is made with frame, mold, press, mold lifting lever and press, eccentric vibrating transmission and gutter. This machine has a height of 1831 mm and a width of 917 mm and has a mold of 14 block-shaped pieces with a size of 20 cm x 10 cm. The mold and press are installed not permanently so that the mold or press can be replaced with another form. The use of this vibrator to compact the mixture. The machine consists of frame, mold, press, mold lifting lever and press, eccentric vibrating transmission and gutter. This machine has a height of 1831 mm and a width of 917 mm and has a mold of 14 block-shaped pieces with a size of 20 cm x 10 cm. The mold and press are installed not permanently so that the mold or press can be replaced with another form. From the tests carried out, 14 paving blocks were obtained with an average time of 2 minutes 23 seconds or 376 paving blocks/hour, Compared to manual work that produces 1 minute 1 paving block or 60 pieces of paving blocks/hour then, with this machine the production of paving blocks will increase.

Abstract

The pot construction used by fishermen is currently contrary to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) which focus on the sustainable development of marine resources. The purpose of this study was to analyze the behaviour of the butterflyfish when they entered and escaped from the button pot. The research was conducted in April-May 2020. The data collected was in the form of types and body circumferences of fish that passed to the cover net. The results showed that a total of 353 fish were caught. The total number of fish caught was only 2.83% of the fish that escaped into the cover net which was dominated by fish from the Chaetodontidae family. The pattern of behaviour of the butterfly fish starts from when the fish approaches the pot (nearfild), when it enters the trap (ingress), and when it escapes, it has the same behaviour pattern as reef fish in general, namely spinning, walking along walls, and or swim while looking for gaps that can escape.
