Abstract

This research is to find out the application of the skills approach in improving student learning outcomes in fiqh subjects, this research uses a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach, this research uses data collection methods through observation, interviews and documentation with data collection techniques through four stages, namely data collection, reduction data, display data, and conclude. The results of the application of skills to fiqh material using a skills approach, namely by practicing in terms of worship, and through extracurricular activities, this can be seen that every time of prayer, especially the Duha prayer, it is recommended that all students perform midday prayers together, take ablution water in an orderly manner.

Abstract

Indonesia, with its complex level of pluralism, is always challenged to find new ways to instill citizens' awareness of the reality of the existing pluralism. Educational institutions are tasked with carrying out social engineering in creating a harmonious and peaceful society amidst the various differences that exist. Even though the number is small, the existence of non-Muslim minority students at STKIP Yapis Dompu still requires the cultivation of awareness and values of multiculturalism as the responsibility of the world of education. The participation of STKIP Yapis students in the Independent Student Exchange (PMM) activities in 2022 provides important experience in viewing the reality of pluralism both on campus and in society. The Nusantara module is one of the program materials that aims to provide participants with a multicultural perspective. In this module students are invited to visit various houses of worship, destinations and historical sites in the destination campus area. For students, this experience gives a different impression, especially for those who grew up in a homogeneous environment. PMM will also encourage campuses to formulate inclusive and protective policies to prevent the "Three Sins of Higher Education" from acts of bullying, sexual violence and intolerance. This policy is a response to create an atmosphere and educational environment that is safe and respects differences. Therefore, it is important to know the views of STKIP Yapis students regarding the spirit of diversity so that it can be used as best practices in building social harmony. This qualitative research uses data collection techniques through document study and descriptive data analysis. This study concluded that the PMM program gave a positive impression to STKIP Yapis students in responding to differences and fostering a spirit of brotherhood and nationalism.

Abstract

Education is a container that provides direction for human intelligence as a whole, with the development of the times, education will also change by itself, but in this case it will certainly be closely related to management and the curriculum that will be applied to educational units. If you look back, there are several curricula that have been passed before, both the KBK, KTSP, and K.13 curricula, these curricula all apply well according to the times, the results of the previous curriculum make new curriculum benchmarks for improvement according to the times and the current industrial revolution. So with the results of a careful evaluation, the government issued a new curriculum, which is now known as the independent curriculum. This independent curriculum system provides a new meaning evenly on how forms of education have adequate innovation services to become a perception of knowledge from all regions, both the development of teaching human resources and the human resources of students later.

Abstract

The curriculum is an important component in the implementation of education. The implementation of the curriculum in educational units are expected to be able to achieve national education goals. Islamic religious education is a means of increasing Islamic values through the school education process. For this reason, it is necessary to study the application the curriculum of Islamic religious education starting from the planning, processes and obstacles encountered in the field. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with data collection in the form of interviews and observations. The implementation curriculum of Islamic religious education at SMPN Satan 3 Bayan is quite good. This statement can be seen from the learning tools made by teacher such as the learning implementation plan that is implemented properly and according to the provisions of the basic listed in the curriculum.

Abstract

Learning Tahfidz Al-Qur’an is a superior program from Madrasah institutions. One of the aims of implementing the tahfidz Al-Qur’an program is to shape the morale of students. This research aims to obtain data/information related to how the implementation of the Al-Qur’an tahfizd program is managed at MIN 2 OKU Timur, both in terms of planning, implementation and evaluation that have been established at MIN 2 OKU Timur, apart from that it also looks at how the values moral values ​​possessed by students at MIN 2 OKU Timur. The planning carried out in implementing the tahfidz program at MIN 2 East OKU is designing a schedule and curriculum for learning tahfidz al-Qur’an. The implementation of the tahfidz program at MIN 2 OKU Timur is carried out every day in the hours before learning with a lesson time of 1 hour (35 minutes). There are 2 types of evaluation, namely daily evaluation and final letter evaluation. And evaluation Evaluation of character improvement is held once a month with each ustadz/class teacher submitting a summary of the results of observations of student behavior while participating in tahfidz activities.

Abstract

Character education is an approach that aims to shape individual character to have good attitudes, behavior, and morality. This is in line with human nature which has an important role in shaping one's character. In education, nature-based learning models can be a strong foundation for implementing character education. The dynamic and complex developments of the times affect one's character. Therefore the development of human character by nature is becoming increasingly important. Humans need to understand and respect fitrah as the basis for living life and facing the various challenges they face. By combining nature-based character education, humans can build strong characters, have integrity, and have high moral resilience in facing the ever-evolving changing times. This study aims to develop a nature-based learning model to improve character education. The method used is library research or library research where the data is taken from trusted journals. The result that I got is the development of a nature-based learning model to improve character education which has several strategic steps to make it happen.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of female school principal leadership on teacher performance. Using quantitative research, this study shows that women's leadership has a significant influence on teacher performance, with 83.3% being in the high category. The results confirm the strong role of female school principals in improving the quality of teacher performance. Every one-point increase in the leadership pattern of female school principals has an impact on improving teacher performance by 1,255 points. In addition, the significant test shows a significant effect between the two with T count (3,731) exceeding T table (2,051), rejecting the null hypothesis (H0) and accepting the alternative hypothesis (Ha). Nonetheless, only about 33.2% of the variation in teacher performance can be explained by the leadership of female school principals, while the remainder, around 66.8%, is influenced by other factors that need further investigation. This study contributes to supporting women to achieve the highest leadership positions in schools. This not only creates greater gender equality in education, but can also enrich diversity in decision-making and perspectives that may be overlooked in school leadership.

Abstract

The role of religion at home is very important in increasing learning motivation. Because parents are the first education for children. This study discusses the role of religion at home in strengthening the learning motivation of religious education students. The aim of this study was to determine the role of religion and parents in increasing the learning motivation of Islamic religious education students. The research method used is qualitative research which describes the location agreement in a narrative way and research data is obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data from the research results were analyzed and then concluded and narrated. The results of the study revealed that the role of religion at home in improving the learning achievement of Islamic education students uses forms and models, namely: Education and exemplary, Education with habituation, education with good advice, education with giving attention and supervision, education with punishment. The research findings suggest that the role of religion and parents is able to carry out and generate motivation to study Islamic religious education students.

Abstract

This research article aims to analyze and find the significance of the influence of the use of management information systems (MIS) in decision making on the quality of administrative services at the Graduate School of UIN Alauddin Makassar. This research is a field research with ex post facto method through a quantitative approach. Respondents in this study were 62 graduate students taken at random as many as 10% of 618 college students. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire then analyzed descriptively and inferentially using simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: the reality of the use of MIS in decision making at the Graduate School UIN Alauddin Makassar is 65.8% of the expected criteria, indicating that there are still 34.2% that need to be improved; the reality of the quality of administrative services at the Graduate School of UIN Alauddin Makassar 64.6% of the expected criteria, indicating that there are still 35.4% that need to be improved; the use of MIS in decision making has a positive effect of 30.7% on the quality of administrative services and has a significant effect on the Graduate School of UIN Alauddin Makassar.

Abstract

Kurikulum merupakan sebuah muatan proses dalam ranah formal dan infromal yang ditujukan kepada siswa sebagai alur untuk memperoleh pengetahuan juga pemahaman demi perbaikan sikap dan pembentukkan nilai ada diri mereka akan tetapi kurikulum juga akan terlihat kaku jika hanya dipandang sebagai sebuah rnacangan tekstual semata sebab yang paling utama adalah dilihat berdasarkan pengalaman belajar yang diberikan sehingga dilihat pada hasil yang diperoleh bahwa kurikulum merdeka bisa memberikan peran penting juga nilai positif terhadap perkembangan pendidikan di era socety yang mampu mempercepat segala proses pendidikan yang dibarengi dengan kemajuan teknologi yang digunakan serta peran kurikulum merdeka membuat aktivitas pembelajaran menjadi lebih universal dengan menyesuaikan bakat dan minat peserta didik.
