Abstract

Tarian lala ini muncul bersamaan dengan berdirinya negeri Gamrange (Tiga negeri bersaudara) yaitu; Maba, Patani dan Weda. Tarian Lala sesungguhnya merupakan tarian khas masyarakat Weda yang mengandung unsur-unsur religius hingga sekarang tarian lala dijadikan sebagai sarana budaya dalam mempertemukan dan menyatukan masyarakat di Halmahera Tengah (Masyarakat Gamrange).Tarian ini secara filosofis memberikan kegembiran pembentukan Kabupaten Halmahera Tengah dan berkembang menjadi kesenian rakyat. Tarian ini berisi pesan-pesan berbau romantis dan cinta. Oleh sebab itu, tarian ini biasa dibawakan secara berpasang- pasangan dan memiliki gerakan -gerakan yang indah di sepanjang babak tariannya. Lagu yang berirama Melayu juga menjadi elemen penting di dalam membentuk atmosfir romantis yang mendukung tersampaikannya pesan.Tari ini tidak hanya bermakna hubungan kasih antara muda-mudi saja. Tari Lala juga dapat bermakna sebuah ucapan syukur atas berbagai anugerah Yang Mahakuasa terhadap manusia dalam bentuk alam serta makhluk hidup di dalamnya. Ucapan syukur ini dituangkan dalam bentuk rasa sayang dan perhatian yang selalu diwujudkan dalam keseharian hidup manusia. Kata Kunci: Tarian Lala, Sikap Persatuan, Suku Bangsa dan Nilai-Nilai Kemanusian.

Abstract

This study discusses the development of civic education values through the suba jou culture for high school students in the city of Ternate. The background of this study explains that Salam Suba Jou is a form of sign communication that emphasizes the values, ethics and aesthetics of social relations in society. It is a traditional form of saluting by using both palms while bowing the head to an honored guest (leader) or an elder and/or older person. The practice of greeting Sub Jou itself in the life of the people of Ternate in general at Moloku Kie Raha is usually carried out more at traditional sultanate events. The habit of communicating with a handshake is more dominant than the Suba jou greeting. In terms of human values contained in Suba Jou culture, it is very universal and is not tied to certain ritual events. These values include mutual respect, mutual respect, mutual love, the value of unity and the value of togetherness. This is the reason for re-moving local cultural awareness together in the context of public communication by making Salam Suba Jou a tradition that is developed and preserved at the level of formal education, especially in high school in Ternate City.The Sultanate of Ternate has cultural diversity and unique exotic traditions in enriching the values of Citizenship Education. Ternate which consists of various tribes and local languages has inherited various forms of culture such as; art, dance, music, song and folk games. This diversity must be preserved and developed while maintaining noble values through educational media. This is in line with the objectives of Citizenship Education, which is to prepare students so that they have solid insight into their environment and attitudes and behaviors that are willing to preserve and develop natural resources, social quality. , and culture that supports national development as well as local development.The task of a Pancasila and Citizenship Education teacher is to instill character values into students which include components of knowledge, awareness or willingness and action to implement these values in everyday life. To develop their learning, a PPKn teacher must use local culture (Suba Jou) which is a culture that contains the values of the Ternate people which are used as guidelines for behaving in their daily lives. Strengthening local culture Civics education (Suba Jou) for students at Ternate City High School can be done in two stages, namely (1) integrating the preparation of learning implementation plans (RPP) in each subject with local wisdom that exists in the local community and (2 ) integrate the development of learning materials in each subject with local wisdom that exists in the local community.The objectives of this research are; (1), to find out the cultural values of Suba Jou which were developed in the subjects of Pancasila Education and High School Citizenship in Ternate City. (2). to find out the form of strengthening Pancasila and Citizenship education in the Suba Jou culture in high school students in Ternate City.This research is a field research or field research in which researchers go directly to the field to obtain data and information related to the research conducted. This research is presented in a descriptive form with the aim of describing the development of civic education values through the suba jou culture in high school students in the city of Ternate. Data collection in this study was carried out through several techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used by the researcher is by using three components of data analysis, namely, (1). Data reduction (data reduction). (2), Data Presentation (data display). (3), Drawing Conclusions/Verification (conclusion/drawing verification). In the final flow of this data analysis is drawing conclusions and verification. The conclusions put forward are final and permanent findings that can answer research problems.Kata Kunci: Budaya Lokal, Suba Jou, Nilai-nilai Kewarganegaraan.

Abstract

Sampah merupakan sesuatu yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan manusia kemudian sudah tidak digunakan lalu dibuang. Sampah pesisir telah menjadi permasalahan global dan menjadi isu yang tengah banyak dibahas. Hal ini dikarenakan sampah pesisir memberikan dampak terhadap lingkungan, ekonomi, dan kesehatan manusia.Untuk dapat mengatasi permasalahan sampah perluh tiga aspek yaitu pemerintah, masyarakat, dan tata cara pengelolaan sampah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pembuangan sampah di pesisir pantai terhadap lingkungan sekitar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tipe penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang mengacu pada data yang berwujudkan kata-kata yang memiliki sifat jelas dan pasti.Populasi     dalam    penelitian     ini     adalah    masyarakat     Kelurahan     Payahe, Kecamatan Oba, Kota Tidore Kepulauan. Jumlah masyarakat yang diambil sampel dalam penelitian adalah 14 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Teknik analisis kualitatif yang memiliki empat tahap yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan.Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner yaitu setiap harinya masyarakat Kelurahan Payahe membuang sampah sembarangan baik di sungai, lapangan terbuka maupun di pesisir pantai karena tidak tersedianya sarana dan prasarana persampahan yang disediakan pemerintah. yang memberikan dampak pencemaran lingkungan seperti sampah yang berhamburan disepanjang pesisir pantai, bukan hanya pencemaran lingkungan tapi berdampak pada kesehatanmasyarakat berupa munculnya penyakit seperti diare.Kata kunci : Dampak, Sampah, pesisir pantai, Lingkungan, masyarakat.

Abstract

The background in this study is the role of parents in encouraging children's education during the online learning period after the Covid-19 pandemic. The research objectives: (1). to find out the form of parental participation in encouraging children's education in Talaga village after the Covid- 19 pandemic for the 2020-2021 academic year. (2). to find out what factors influence parents to encourage children's education in Talaga village after the Covid-19 pandemic for the 2020-2021 Academic Year. The research method used is a qualitative and descriptive approach. The data collection techniques are observation, interviews and document analysis. Sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. While the research subjects are parents of students and students. Furthermore, researchers can describe the results of this study as follows: (1). Forms of Parental Participation in Encouraging Children's Education in Talaga Village after the Covid-19 Pandemic for the 2020-2021 Academic Year that in the implementation of education, the role of parents is very necessary. Parents are the first and foremost parties who will always control and supervise the education process of their children. Not only that, the role of parents is far more important in education, namely being a motivator for their children. The role of parents in education for their children includes three things, namely Motivation, Guiding, and Attention. (2). Factors Influencing Parents to Encourage Children's Education in Talaga Village after the Covid-19 Pandemic for the 2020-2021 Academic Year is the enthusiastic attitude of parents in good relations with children for more efficient learning.   parental participation in terms of education, occupation, and the age of parents who are different also has an impact on increasing student interest and learning achievement. Parental involvement is very important because it will have a positive effect on the success and progress of children's education. The relationship between parents and schools will be able to gain knowledge and experience from schools/teachers in terms of their children's education.Keywords: Participation, Parents, Education

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kearifan lokal masyarakat dalam membuka lahan pertanian di Kelurahan Gurabunga Kota Tidore kepulauan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Penentuan informan dilakukan dengan metode snowball sampling. Data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi sehingga data yang dihasilkan akurat. Subjek penelitian informan berjumlah 15 orang. Lokasi penelitian ini bertempat di Kelurahan Gurabungan Kecamatan Kota Tidore Kepulauan dan waktu dari penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada selama 1 bulan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan mengacu pada pengetahuan lokal responden. Hasil yang diperoleh tradisi masyarakat Kelurahan Gurabunga yang masih dipertahankan sampai sekarang ketika akan membuka lahan yaitu diantaranya menentukan lokasi pertama oleh tokoh adat, sari wange malaha, Sedangkan untuk tahapan-tahapan yaitu sari wange malaha, gotong royong, tote hate mangofa, tote hate ma lamo, towo hate, dan gahi karo ho. Kegiatan dengan menggunakan tradisi ini sebaiknya dilestarikan sehingga  generasi berikutnya dapat merasakan manfaatnya. Kata Kunci: Kearifan lokal dan pengelolaan lahan

Abstract

Studi ini memaparkan kajian tentang historiografi sejarah lokal di Maluku Utara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan tentang arti penting kajian sejarah lokal dan manfaat sejarah lokal. Dalam studi ini juga dijelaskan beberapa catatan tentang sejarah lokal Maluku Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka yaitu: (1) pemilihan ide umum topik penelitian, (2) pencarian informasi pendukung,(3) penguatan fokus dan organisasi bahan bacaan, (4) pencarian dan penemuan bahan-bahan pustaka, (5) pengorganisasian bahan pustaka, (6) pengkajian bahan pustaka, dan (7) reorganisasi catatan pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kajian sejarah lokal memiliki urgensi karena seorang dapat menilai kembali generalisasi– generalisasi yang sering terdapat dalam sejarah nasional (periodisasi, dualisme, dll), kemudian dengan sejarah lokal seorang dapat mengetahui perjuangan pendahulu mereka pada masa lampau di lingkup lokal, serta memahami lebih dalam sejarah asal daerah mereka serta hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan perkembangan sejarah daerahnya.Kata Kunci: Historiografi, Sejarah Lokal, Maluku Utara

Abstract

Background The problems in this study are: the causes of violence, perceptions of civics teachers and students towards violence at SMP Al-Quran Putra Bahari Ternate City. This study aims to find out opinions and attitudes in overcoming violence and forms of violence as well as efforts to overcome violence at SMP Al-Quran Putra Bahari Ternate City. The research used in this study is qualitative research on case studies, namely: in- depth research on programs, events, processes, activities of one or more people. The purpose of this case study research is to seek to find meaning, examine the process and obtain a deep and complete understanding and understanding of a particular individual, group, or situation. For the data collected the authors used interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The data collected can be analyzed in depth. Based on the results of the research that the author conducted, and analyzed at SMP AL-Quran Putra Bahari Kota Ternate, it can be concluded that: From the results of the research that the author conducted at SMP Al-Quran Putra Bhari, Ternate City. It can be concluded that violence in the world of education is not good because it can damage the physical and psychic of students but rather an emphasis because it is a way or last resort in educating but not to the point of physically or psychologically injuring children. Keywords: Perception, violence, learners.

Abstract

The background of this research is to instill reading habits and interest in Civics students. The aims of this study were (1) To find out efforts to instill a culture of literacy in PPKn FKIP Unkhair students. (2) To find out the supporting and inhibiting factors of efforts to instill a literacy culture in PPKn FKIP Unkhair students. This study uses a qualitative aprroach and the subjects of this are students of the 2018 2019, 2020, and 2021 PPKn study programs. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of this study indicate that (1) Efforts to instill a literacy culture in PPKn students have been carried out quite well, this can be seen from several things, including: 1) Giving assignments by lecturers and then followed by group discussion activities. This also encourages students to read and seek information from various sources and hone students' thinking power through questions and answers in discussion forums. 2) Organizing various agendas of activities related to literacy such as public lectures, guest lectures, focus group discussion dialogues and so on. (2) First, the supporting factors in instilling a literacy culture for PPKn FKIP Unkhair students are: 1) The existence of a reading room in the FKIP environment is one of the infrastructures for supporting student reading activities 2) The positive attitude of students towards reading culture. Second, the inhibiting factors for cultivating a literacy culture in PPKn Student consist of internal factors and external factors. Internal factors include: 1) The low reading interest of students as seen from the reading frequency of students who only spend 15 minutes-4 hours a week on average 2) The limited collection of students' personal books 3) The low level of visits by PPKn students to the FKIP reading room, even the majority of PPKn students have never been to the Unkhair library. External factors are as follows: 1) The minimum number of collections of books related to the basic science of Civics in the reading room of FKIP Unkhair; 2) The variety and quality of books in the reading room of FKIP Unkhair is inadequate. Most of the books available are old publications and not the newest ones. 3) The availability of a special reading room for the Civics Study Program which is still combined with the lecturer's room makes the space for students to read is limited 4) The number of collections of reading materials in the PPKn Study Program library is still limited. Keywords :literacy culture ppkn student

Abstract

Tujuan penilitian adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas VII IPS SMP 31 Halmahera Barat pada materi hubungan desa dan kota menggunakan model Reciprocal Learning. Peneliti ini merupakan penilitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dilaksanakan dua siklus. Dengan subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas VII IPS SMP 31 Halmahera Barat yang berjumlah 31 peserta didik. Setiap siklus terdiri dari tahapan perencanaan (planning), pelaksanaan tindakan (action), observasi (observation), dan refleksi (reflection). Adapun metode pengumpulan data yaitu lembar observasi dan tes. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penerapan model Reciprocal Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik dari tiap siklus. Hal ini dapat diketahui bahwa peserta didik yang tuntas pada siklus I yaitu 10 orang dengan persentae 25%. Dan ada juga peserta didik yang tidak tuntas 21 orang dengan persentase 75%. Kemudian mengalami ketuntasan pada siklus II yaitu seluruh peserta didik tuntas dengan persentase 100% maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model Reciprocal Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik Kelas VII IPS SMP 31 Halmahera Barat materi pokok hubungan desa dan perkotaan. Kata Kunci: Model Reciprocal Learning, Peserta Didik, Hasil Belajar

Abstract

This study focuses on three main problems, namely (1) how the history of the "Sopik" ritual is carried out, (2) how the "Sopik" ritual is a customary law and (3) how the social values and cultural meanings are contained in the "Sopik" ritual. The research was conducted to reveal the history, social values, and cultural meanings contained in the “Sopik” ritual in Tahane, South Halmahera. The method used in this research is a qualitative method through two stages: (1) analyzing the results of interviews with informants from an emic and etic perspective and (2) interpreting the meaning and implications of the "Sopik" ritual.The results showed that (1) the ritual ceremony "Sopik" in the village of Tahane, Makean island is hereditary and is a manifestation of the interaction between Islamic culture and local culture. The traditional ritual ceremony of "Sopik" in Tahane village has long historical roots and is still preserved by the community. (2) the "Sopik" ritual was practiced in the beginning, there were disputes between the community members about village boundaries that could not be resolved. There have been many solutions taken by village leaders, but also no final decision has been reached. Traditional and religious leaders perform traditional oaths known as the "Sopik" ritual as a custom for resolving disputes between members of the community for generations, (3) the "Sopik" ritual has social values and cultural meanings, including: strengthening a consistent attitude towards mutual agreement, social glue, ethics and morals, customary law and deliberation and consensus.Keywords: Reciprocal Learning Model, Students, Learning Outcomes
