Al-Isyraq: Jurnal Bimbingan, Penyuluhan, dan Konseling Islam is a scientific journal, serves as a forum for publishing the original research articles related to Islamic guidance and counseling. The bulletin encompasses research articles, original research report, reviews, short communications and scientific commentaries in Islamic guidance and counseling including: managing of guidance and counseling. Assessment in counseling, Islamic counseling, Islamic theraphy, career development, personal and social development and academic development. All papers submitted to the journal should be written in English or Indonesian. The work should not have been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.

Abstract

Counseling theories widely applied often tend to refer to Western approaches, even though as Muslims, it is crucial for us to develop these approaches by incorporating Islamic dimensions. Enriching the counseling theories adopted from the West, emphasizing Islamic values and principles can provide a more comprehensive and contextual nuance in the counseling process. Thus, we can establish a more holistic counseling foundation aligned with Islamic spiritual and cultural values, making it more effective in assisting individuals in achieving their mental and emotional well-being. This research aims to explain the limitations of the trait and factor theory in the context of career counseling and provide alternative counseling approaches to enhance it. The research employs a literature review method. The findings offer an analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the trait and factor theory, along with several alternative counseling approaches suggested by the author to improve it.

Abstract

Parenting for every child does need the best, because there will be readiness in him related to several abilities that will affect in the future, such as cognitive, behavioral, and emotional abilities. This is not only given to individuals who are outwardly perfect, but individuals who have underdevelopment also need good parenting, one of which is the underdeveloped group, namely children with autism. The importance of this is to silence the negative views of the community and the attitude of parents to deny children with autism. Ideally, families and the community provide support to parents who have children with autism, as a form of self-reinforcement in providing good parenting. The research method used is a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques involving literature searches using scientific search engines and related organization websites. Data analysis is carried out through qualitative content analysis, which includes the identification of themes and subthemes, analysis of the relationship between them, and drawing conclusions about the research topic. The results of this study are known that the role of parents in providing good parenting and especially for their children with autism is very important in supporting success in the future. Moreover, it is also supported by the deployment of parents to their children to do therapy regularly, so that as parents will get information related to things that can be applied as a form of support and encouragement for their children in developing their abilities. Thus, parents are one of the most important leaders in providing good parenting for children, in order to achieve hope and success in the future, especially in the autism group.

Abstract

This research aims to examine Yemen's future in reconciling the stability of the Middle East region. This research uses library methods. The results of this research show that post-peace, facilitated by Saudi Arabia, Iran and China, is a new door in turning the page towards a conducive Middle East region, especially the country of Yemen itself. This reconciliation or peace occurred after experiencing a long civil war between the Sunni-dominated government group supported by Saudi Arabia and the Shia Houthi group supported by Iran, where this horizontal conflict was approximately eight years and had claimed lives and property that were not A little. An important part of the peace results that were realized and held in Iran on March 10 2023 recently was the way to end the complex problems that shackle Yemen, thereby having an overall impact on the Middle East region because this issue involves the interests of many countries.

Abstract

One of the main obstacles faced by the world of education in Indonesia is the low academic adjustment where students are still difficult to adjust to academic changes from junior high school (SMP) to senior high school (SMA) level applied at school. Researchers found the phenomenon of academic adjustment that occurred at SMAN 3 Palangka Raya, especially students of class XI IPS from the results of interviews with the BK coordinator Mrs. Erna Sugiarti, S.Pd, namely students who violated the rules at school as many as 90 students or 49%, did not do homework assignments (homework) as many as 24 students or 13% and were disrespectful as many as 12 students or 6%. This study aims to determine the relationship between character values and peer support with academic adjustment of class XI students at SMAN 3 Palangka Raya. Population more than 100 people then taken 10% of the population. So the sample of this study was taken from 3 classes of 110 students, namely students of class XI IPS 1 totaling 37 people, class XI IPS 2 totaling 36 people, and class XI IPS 3 totaling 37 people. This study uses a quantitative approach correlational quantitative method. The sampling technique used in this study was systematic sampling technique. Data were collected through a questionnaire instrument consisting of two independent variables and one dependent variable using a Likert scale. To calculate the prerequisite assumption test, namely using the normality and linearity test, while to analyze the data using multiple linear regression techniques. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between character values and peer support with academic adjustments being declared acceptable resulting from the results of the simultaneous test (F Test), which obtained significant results as shown by the number 0.000 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to increase student learning motivation by using the Punakawan board games. The scope is based on the findings of preliminary studies related to student motivation to decline during the COVID-19 pandemic, students show a lazy attitude by not following lessons, rerely appear when Google Meet, always late because they are tight by signal, cannot understand and understand the material. Overall, the value decreases, the enthusiasm for learning drops dramatically, there is a sense of boredom because the learning delivered is monotonous, wasting games and resulting in decereased learning outcomes for some students. So, it is necessary to make innovative media board games to increase student motivation. The method used is Reseach and Development (Borg dan Gall, 1983). This research only reached the fifth stage of testing, namely expert testing. In this article, we come to br conclusion of the result from expert test and 1 user test for Guidance and Counseling teacher test, it shows a score of 81% which is in the percentage range or the categories suitable for use so that the development of the Punakawan board games is suitable to br used to increase student learning motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to develop career guidance teaching panduanes for students in an appropriate manner and to improve understanding and increase self- efficacy effectively. The research method used is research and development with reference to Borg Gall's research steps. The subject of this study was guidance and counseling teacher MA Gani Tirtoasri, and small group trials were conducted on two people. The results of the data in this study were descriptive, qualitative, and quantitative (RnD). The data collection process involves the results of the analysis in the form of a panduane or book rating scale, which can show the results of the product feasibility level. The results of this study show that the monitoring panduane of the career of learners in the digital age is worthy to be used as a panduane in guidance and counseling services. The results are obtained from the results of the validation assessment of the media expert in this case who is the validator is dr. Bakhrudin All Habsy, M.Pd is with a presentation of 86.6% which means good/good, the validation of the expert material in this case that becomes the validator is Wisnu Kurniawan, Pd this assessment results obtained a presentation of 92.7% with a category of good / good, on a small group trial obtain a presentation 95% which is included in a category very good. The conclusion of this product is that it is good to use. As a suggestion, in order to produce a better product, this development panduane should continue the Borg Gall development phase until the final step.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pola asuh dan kemampuan sosialisasi siswa sekolah dasar dari keluarga broken home, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada siswa sekolah dasar yang mengalami broken home. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi yang dilakukan selama dua bulan, wawancara kepada guru kelas IV, salah satu orangtua, dan siswa yang mengalami broken home, dan dokumentasi hasil asesmen individu yang dilakukan oleh guru. Penentuan subjek menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling dimana siswa tersebut mengalami permasalahan pengendalian emosi dan sulit bersosialisasi. Teknik Validasi data dilakukan menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan Teknik. Teknik Validasi data menggunakan analisis interaktif melalui kegiatan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan diakhiri dengan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pola asuh siswa sekolah dasar dari keluarga broken home memiliki kekurangan dalam segi kemampuan bersosialisasi, pola asuh yang diterapkan adalah pola asuh otoriter. Faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat pola asuh terdiri dari faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Faktor internal meliputi kurangnya perhatian, kepedulian dan pemahaman orang tua tentang ilmu parenting. Sedangkan faktor eksternal adalah lingkungan sekolah dan masyarakat disekitar siswa. Intervensi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan sosialisasi siswa dari keluarga broken home dilakukan secara menyeluruh dengan melibatkan melakukan kolaborasi antara orang tua, pendidik, konselor, dan komunitas lokal.

Abstract

Kematangan karir pada fase growth penting untuk mempersiapkan diri peserta didik dalam menghadapi tugas-tugas perkembangan terkait dengan karir dan pemilihan karir yang stabil dan realistis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kematangan karir siswa sd pada fase growth melalui permainan ular tangga. Metode penelitian menggunakan pre-eksperimen untuk mencari pengaruh perlakuan  tertentu dengan one group prettest-posttest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan 20 poin dengan rata-rata pretest 67,3 menjadi 87,33 pada rata-rata post test dan kategori N-Gain skor tinggi dengan N-Gain score senesar 0,74.Kata Kunci: Kematangan karir; permainan; fase growth, ular tangga

Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of self-esteem from students who experience verbal abuse which includes aspects of self-confidence and self-love at SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The population in this study was class XI of SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City for the 2023/2024 academic year with a total of 424 students. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, namely 39 students who experienced verbal abuse from their parents. The data collection technique uses a self-esteem questionnaire and is processed using a percentage formula. The results of research on the level of self-esteem form students who experienced verbal violence from their parents at SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City showed that it was at a moderate level, namely 48.88%. With details on (1) the level of self-esteem of students who experienced verbal violence from their parents in the aspect of self-confidence at SMK N 4 Jambi City showed a moderate level, namely 46.20% (2) the level of self-esteem of students who experienced verbal violence parents in the aspect of self-love at SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City showed a moderate level of 51.87%. The results of this research show that the self-esteem of students who experience verbal abuse from their parents has positive self-acceptance but in a social environment it is possible to become an individual who is dependent on other individuals, which creates a feeling of insecurity. The results of this research can provide advice to schools, especially guidance and counseling teachers, so that the results of this research become a reference source in providing assistance to students who experience verbal violence by their parents by providing appropriate services.

Abstract

Analisis bibliometrik adalah metode yang umum digunakan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis data ilmiah. Artikel ini menyajikan analisis bibliometrik yang memanfaatkan jurnal terindeks Scopus terkait koordinasi program dengan aplikasi VOSviewer. Tujuan dari analisis ini adalah untuk memahami perkembangan studi mengenai konseling agama Islam. Data yang dikumpulkan dari scopus dengan kata kunci “konseling agama Islam”. Selanjutnya, penulis memanfaatkan perangkat lunak VOSviewer untuk menganalisis dan memvisualisasikan database yang telah diperoleh. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jumlah kutipan dari tahun 2020-2024 sebanyak 43 artikel. Diketahui bahwa penulis artikel mengenai konseling agama Islam Osei-Tutu, A. telah menerbitkan 2 artikel dalam 4 tahun belakang ini. Pada analisis trend term judul  diperoleh 263 artikel dengan 3 syarat menjadi 12 relevan. Pada Trend Terms Author Keywords dengan 3 peristiwa sebanyak 171, kata kunci yang paling sering digunakan penulis yaitu Islam. Pada judul dan Abstrak terdapat 1784 dengan 5 kali kemunculan sehingga 32 memenuhi syarat dan yang paling sering muncul adalah counseling dan study. Analisis beberapa artikel yang diperoleh dari scopus sebanyak 10 artikel dengan memanfaatkan konseling agama islam dalam memecahkan masalah yang dialami. Konseling agama islam terbukti relevan digunakan dalam menyelesaikan masalah.
