Al-Isyraq: Jurnal Bimbingan, Penyuluhan, dan Konseling Islam is a scientific journal, serves as a forum for publishing the original research articles related to Islamic guidance and counseling. The bulletin encompasses research articles, original research report, reviews, short communications and scientific commentaries in Islamic guidance and counseling including: managing of guidance and counseling. Assessment in counseling, Islamic counseling, Islamic theraphy, career development, personal and social development and academic development. Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between sleep quality and learning motivation of Guidance and Counseling students class of 2021 and 2022. The approach in this research uses a quantitative approach with a correlation method. The sampling technique used simple random sampling with a sample size of 80 Guidance and Counseling student respondents from the class of 2021 and 2022. Based on the research results, a significance value of 0.000 0.05 was obtained and the r value was r table or -0.675 0.2172. So Ho is rejected, which means there is a significant relationship between sleep quality and learning motivation for Guidance and Counseling students from the class of 2021 and 2022.

Abstract

Kehidupan akademik dan kuliah dari mahasiswa dapat memberikan tantangan tersendiri dan tidak jarang dapat mempengaruhi well-being dari mahasiswa tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kekuatan hubungan antara pengalaman daily spiritual experience dan dukungan sosial terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis pada mahasiswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis korelasional dengan menggunakan tehnik accidental sampling dengan menggunakan media google form untuk mengumpulkan data. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 248 orang mahasiswa aktif fakultas psikologi dan ilmu pendidikan Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. Skala yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah skala penelitian daily spiritual experience, dukungan sosial, dan psychological well-being. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis pearson product moment correlation. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara daily spiritual experience dan psychological well-being (r=0,251, p-value 0,001)  dan dukungan sosial dan psychological well-being (r=0,566, p-value 0.001). Bedasakan hasil tersebut maka dapat dikatakan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkatan daily spiritual experience dan dukungan sosial maka akan semakin tinggi pula tingkatan psychological well-being.

Abstract

This research was conducted by researchers using qualitative methods with a literature study design. Researchers chose various sources related to the topic and problem formulation that will be discussed in this research. This research focuses on the main concept of bullying and bullying cases that occur in the educational sphere, such as cases that occur in middle and high schools. The results of this research show that self-esteem does influence bullying behavior and changes in the number of cases that occur in Indonesia, especially in the province of East Java.

Abstract

Pada artikel ini penulis bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gerakan shalat terhadap perkembangan motorik kasar pada anak, aspek-aspek apa saja yang berkembang pada psikologis anak  yang menggunakan gerakan shalat sebagai medianya. Pada artikel ini digunakan metode literature review, dengan cara menganalisis beberapa jurnal serta bahan lain yang berkaitan dengan kajian artikel ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa gerakan sederhana dalam shalat dapat menjadi sebuah media pengembangan motorik kasar pada anak jika dilaksanakan secara rutin. Ada 4 aspek sekaligus yang berkembang dengan baik yang akan berdampak baik terhadap perkembangan anak, diantaranya : Pertama, perkembangan fisik motorik anak berkembang dengan baik. Kedua, bahasa anak berkembang dengan baik serta mampu mengungkapkan sesuatu secara ekspresif. Ketiga,  kemampuan anak untuk meregulasi emosi serta bertanggung jawab untuk menyelesaikan rangkaian shalat dengan sempurna. Keempat, perkembangan nilai agama serta moral yang meningkat. Dalam hal ini dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa gerakan shalat bisa digunakan sebagai media untuk pengembangan motorik anak karena hal ini sudah terbukti memiliki pengaruh terhadap perkembangan motorik kasar anak serta baik terhadap perkembangan psikologis anak.Kata Kunci: Gerakan Shalat, Motorik Kasar, Anak.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the concept of Tungku Tigo Sajarangan-Tali Tigo Sapilin in building teacher creativity in elementary schools. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a literature study approach. The results of this research show that the Tungku Tigo Sajarangan-Tali Tigo Sapilin concept is a leadership concept that applies in Minangkabau which consists of three actors, namely Niniak Mamak, Alim Ulama, and Cadiak Pandai. In building creativity among teachers in elementary schools, as a leader who sets an example, a school principal must continue to prioritize religious teachings in guiding teachers in elementary schools, and continue to remind his colleagues so that teacher creativity can be honed in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki operasional Panti Asuhan Mamiyai Al Ittihadiyah, sistem manajemen penggalangan dana, dan tantangan yang dihadapi selama upaya penggalangan dana. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian semacam ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Jenis metodologi penelitian ini, yang melibatkan pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder, disebut sebagai pendekatan kualitatif. Penulis juga melakukan penelitian langsung menggunakan metodologi ini, dan hasilnya didukung oleh statistik dan pengetahuan langsung. Di antara metode yang digunakan untuk koleksi ini adalah observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Panti Asuhan Mamiyai Al Ittihadiyah menggunakan formulir online untuk proposal dan kotak amal untuk memfasilitasi penggalangan dana online. Panti Asuhan Mamiyai Al Ittihadiyah memiliki tokoh/tokoh reaksi dari masyarakat dan pemerintah, serta lembaga strategis dan sumber daya manusia yang unggul. 2) Kurangnya teknologi, sumber daya manusia, dan komunikasi yang buruk antara administrasi dan pengasuh di Panti Asuhan Mamiyai AI Ittihadiyah di Kecamatan Bromo Medan Area menjadi penghalang upaya penggalangan dana di Panti Asuhan Mamiyai Al Ittihadiyah. 3) Selain sumbangan dari sumber luar, panti asuhan juga menerima dana dari sumbangan yang diberikan oleh penduduk setempat dan orang lain.

Abstract

Parents with children having disabilities face heightened parenting challenges, rendering them susceptible to stress. This study aims to analyze the experiences of parents with disabled children, focusing on parenting stress, coping mechanisms, and social support. The study included 3 parents selected through purposive sampling. Semi-structured interviews were conducted to elicit information from each participant. The analysis revealed three main themes: coping with stress, social support, and parenting stress. Findings indicate that parents of children with disabilities experience stress due to their circumstances, particularly concerning stressors like medical services, education, emotional support, and societal stigma. Moreover, their concerns about their children's future pose a challenging aspect to control. Strategies to manage their stress include concentrating on emotional regulation, problem-solving techniques, and acceptance of their situation, although a minority of participants resort to avoidance strategies. Spousal social support significantly aids them in problem resolution, with some participants highlighting support from other sources as beneficial. The study underscores the importance of enhancing counseling services within communities to assist parents of disabled children in navigating parenting challenges effectively.

Abstract

Basically, every individual must want a basic need to be met, meaning that if this individual can meet his needs, it will be able to satisfy the individual. But on the contrary, if what is desired is not in accordance with the reality in life, it will make the individual depressed and may make him a problematic individual. Unfulfilled basic needs have three indicators, namely being unable to take responsibility for their choices, not being able to accept the logical consequences of an action and not having norms as guidelines or guidelines in acting according to right and wrong considerations.No exception  for bullies, this can happen because of the unfulfilled need for power and fun. As a result, individuals meet these needs in the wrong way. Reality counseling comes as a suitable solution for bullying  because in reality counseling individuals are encouraged to understand the wants, needs and expectations of their surroundings and understand the consequences of each of their actions.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had an effect on education, causing school closures and online learning, one of which being at an elementary school in Sriharjo Village. The disadvantages of online learning in Sriharjo elementary schools include a lack of supported learning facilities, a restricted choice of learning materials and media used, and limited internet access. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of online learning on the psychological well-being of primary school students, as well as the possibility for mitigation strategies during the COVID-19 crisis. This is qualitative research using a case study approach. The findings reveal that online learning has a positive psychosocial impact because it develops a sense of competition and encourages students to be more creative while dealing with difficulties or assignments. Students may experience negative psychosocial effects such as decreased work productivity, difficulty solving problems, decreased interaction skills and learning achievement, reduced ability to participate in groups, disrupted relationships with friends and peers, child withdrawal, sleep disturbances, unreasonable fear, lucidity and nightmares, and difficulty concentrating. The positive effects on mental health include being aware of one's own abilities and interests, being able to respond appropriately to problems, finding positive and productive activities to participate in, eating regularly, and feeling comfortable in social situations. The negative effects on students' mental health include feeling sad and disappointed due to limited activities, feeling down over decrease learning achievement, feeling homesick for friends and teachers, feeling bored while studying at home, and in certain cases, stressful conditions. This article suggests creating a curriculum that can adapt to a variety of issues during COVID-19 and changes in the post-pandemic learning environment. It also discusses the possibility of developing curriculum for post-COVID-19 schools.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between self-concept and assertive behavior in class XI students at Antarctica Sidoarjo High School. This research uses quantitative correlational research methods. The population in this study amounted to 504 classes. The self-concept data collection technique uses a self-concept scale, for self-esteem data uses a self-esteem scale, while for data on assertive behavior uses an assertive behavior scale. The research data analysis technique uses multiple correlation analysis. The results of Pearson correlation analysis show that there is a significant positive relationship between self-concept and assertive behavior, r=0.263, (p-value kecil dari .001) and between self-esteem and assertive behavior (r=0.333, p-value kecil dari .001). So it can be concluded that there is a unidirectional relationship between self-concept and self-esteem and assertive behavior, where the higher the level of self-concept and self-esteem of the research sample, the higher the level of assertive behavior they have research sample.
