Abstract

This qualitative research with a case study approach was used to provide insight into real world conditions and realities, especially the strategies used by teachers to overcome bullying behavior at SD Negeri Sunggingwarno 01 Pati Regency. In this case, first, researchers will conduct interviews with teachers as informants, because teachers are coaches, and create a supportive and comprehensive social context that does not tolerate aggressive and violent behavior at school by students. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the Project based Learning model on students' learning outcomes on theme 2 clean air for health, subtheme 1 how the body manages clean air. This research was applied to class V students at SDN Sunggingwarno 01. The results of this research were that there was an influence of using the YouTube-based PJBL model through the use of teaching aids on students' learning outcomes. Thus, the PjBL model can be used by teachers as an alternative learning method to improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Magang Mandiri merupakan salahsatu BKP MBKM, namun setiap prodi belum menyusun secara spesifik sesuai karakteristik prodinya. Dengan demikian, dibutuhkan satu pedoman BKP Magang Mandiri yang sesuai dengan karakteristik prodi termasuk Teknologi Pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk 1) menganalisis tingkat kebutuhan pedoman BKP magang mandiri mendukung MBKM 2) mendesain pedoman BKP magang mandiri mendukung MBKM 3) mengukur validitas dan kelayakan pedoman BKP magang mandiri mendukung MBKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian R&D dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Teknik analisis data yaitu analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis statistik deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan di Prodi Teknologi Pendidikan Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Makassar. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 10 orang mahasiswa teknologi pendidikan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: 1) tingkat analisis kebutuhan produk pedoman magang berada pada kualifikasi dibutuhkan, 2) hasil validasi oleh ahli materi dan media berada pada kriteria sangat valid, 3) hasil angket tanggapan mahasiswa dan dosen ketua prodi berada pada kategori layak digunakan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa produk yang telah dikembangkan oleh peneliti memiliki tingkat validitas yang valid serta layak digunakan dalam proses kegiatan magang di prodi teknologi pendidikan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by phenomena occurring in the world of education today. The low level of responsible learning attitude of KKO students, such as being lazy about studying in class, often procrastinating on assignments, not paying attention to teacher explanations and being less active in class, makes it difficult for students to achieve academic achievements. Then the lack of hope and aspirations for the future becomes an attitude of responsibility for KKO students who are less diligent in studying. The aim of this research is to find out what influences the responsible learning attitudes of KKO class students during the classroom learning process for class X.10 KKO students at SMA Negeri 1 Grobogan. This type of research uses qualitative research. The subjects used in the research were 29 students because 7 other students were taking part in the TC Competition in Jakarta. The data in this research was obtained through interviews, observations and documentation. Based on the results of research data analysis, there are two types of factors that influence the attitude of responsibility for learning, namely: internal factors consisting of the desire to succeed, encouragement of learning needs, hopes and aspirations and external factors consisting of awards, interesting learning activities, and a conducive learning environment. Then there are still many students who are found who do not have a high attitude of learning responsibility. It is hoped that the suggestions that can be conveyed will increase students' motivation to learn in the classroom and in the field, because it cannot be denied that the importance of having a high attitude of learning responsibility is easy to achieve achievement. Apart from that, there should also be good cooperation between families and schools to help improve the attitude of responsible learning in students.

Abstract

Motivasi belajar merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dalam menentukan hasil belajar, baik di bidang IPS maupun di bidang lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar IPS, serta menemukan strategi untuk menggembarkan motivasi belajar di bidang IPS. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi literatur, dimana data diperoleh dari sumber-sumber seperti jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan artikel. Data yang telah dikumpulkan kemudian diproses dan dianalisa untuk menemukan hubungan antara motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar IPS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar mempengaruhi hasil belajar IPS secara signifikan. Peserta didik yang memiliki motivasi tinggi dalam belajar IPS akan menghasilkan hasil belajar yang lebih baik dan memahami konsep-konsep IPS lebih lengkap. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar merupakan faktor penting dalam menentukan hasil belajar IPS, dan strategi tersebut bisa digunakan untuk menggembarkan motivasi belajar di bidang IPS.

Abstract

Collaboration Between Teachers And Parents Is Important In Order To Build The Same Perception Between Schools And Parents In Supporting The Learning Process That Will Be Provided. This Research Aims To Determine The Form Of Collaboration Between Teachers And Parents In Increasing Students' Learning Motivation And Learning Independence. This Research Is Qualitative Research. The Results Of This Research Are Forms Of Collaboration Carried Out By Teachers And Parents In Increasing Learning Motivation, Including Having Good Communication Relationships, A Sense Of Mutual Trust Between Teachers And Parents In Monitoring Students, Teachers Not Covering Up Students' Shortcomings (Talking As They Are), Giving Homework. To Students, And Holding Regular Meetings At The End Of Each Semester As A Form Of Evaluating Student Deficiencies. And Independence Is Collaboration Between Parents And Teachers Through Virtual Online And Non-Virtual Online Means. Conclusions Can Be Drawn About The Form Of Collaboration Carried Out By Teachers And Parents In Increasing Learning Motivation And Learning Independence.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the Role of Madrasah Heads in Improving the Quality of Educators. This research is a qualitative research using observation, interview and documentation methods. In this case, by understanding the role of the head of the madrasah in improving the quality of educators, how the role is carried out to improve the quality of educators. This study used interview and observational data collection techniques. Primary data is obtained directly from respondents regarding the role of madrasah heads in improving the quality of educators, while secondary data in the form of legal theories and norms and other supports are obtained from literature, documentation. All of these data are materials to describe the role of madrasah heads in improving the quality of educators. The results showed that the development of professionalism of educators is one way to improve the quality of education, because the quality of an education, one of which is determined by the quality of educators’ resources. Indicators in terms of the role of a madrasah head to improve the quality of educators are inspiring educators to innovate, motivating educators in carrying out their duties and responsibilities, shaping the behavior of educators, providing training and guidance, supervising learning programs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of parents in encouraging children's learning motivation at SMP Plus Sunan Kalijogo Tulang Bawang. The research method used is descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques and instruments are interviews, observation and documentation. Research results that there are five roles of parents in motivating student learning, namely providing encouragement, giving awards or prizes, creating a conducive or comfortable environment, providing support so as not to give up easily, introducing new things that trigger student curiosity. And the obstacles experienced by parents in carrying out their role to motivate student learning are limited space so that parents cannot provide a special study room for students and the economic limitations of each parent so that parents are not optimal in carrying out their role as a motivator.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the numeracy skills of SMPN 27 Bandar Lampung students who have low, medium, and high numeracy skills in number domain, algebra, and geometry. This research approach is qualitative with case study method. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 27 Bandar Lampung located at Jl. Raya Puri Gading, Sukamaju, Kec. Teluk Betung Timur, Bandar Lampung City. The primary source of this research is the principal and education personnel in the marketing department. While secondary sources in this study are books, documents, and scientific articles related to the research. Data collection techniques using observation interviews and documentation. Test the validity of the data using data triangulation. And data analysis using Miles and Huberman analysis techniques, namely by codifying data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research prove that: students with low numeracy skills are generally able to use a variety of numbers and symbols related to basic mathematics to solve problems in various contexts. Students with medium and high numeracy skills generally have numeracy skills, namely: (1) able to use various kinds of numbers and symbols related to basic mathematics to solve problems in various contexts; (2) able to analyse information displayed in various forms; and (3) able to use interpretation of analysis results to make decisions.

Abstract

Disadari bahwa pendidikan menjadi kunci utama pembangunan masyarakat, terutama di wilayah pedesaan yang sering menghadapi tantangan ekonomi dan pendidikan. Khususnya di Desa Bukit Cermin Hilir. Mahasiswa Program Bimbingan dan Konseling Pendidikan Islam (BKPI) dari Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara terlibat aktif dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Desa Bukit Cermin Hilir melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat. Keterlibatan mahasiswa melibatkan berbagai metode, termasuk kegiatan mengajar, mengaji, dan penyelenggaraan lomba untuk merangsang kreativitas siswa. Kolaborasi dengan sekolah, masjid, dan orang tua diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif pada motivasi belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Metode ini digunakan bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan segala hal yang terjadi selama penelitian dilakukan. Penelitian yang dilakukan di desa bukit cermin hillir yang menjadi subyek adalah masyarakat dan sekolah yang terdapat di desa bukit cermin hillir . Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada tanggal 12 sampai tanggal 18 Agustus 2022. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggabungkan beberapa indikator atau metode yang dilakukan mahasiswa dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di desa Bukit Cermin Hilir dapat membantu Masyarakat desa dalam meningkatkan kualitas SDM dan kualitas pendidikan di desa tersebut. untuk menciptakan perubahan nyata dalam pendidikan di desa tersebut, dengan harapan dapat mengurangi kesenjangan antarwilayah, gender, dan ekonomi.

Abstract

Pada sebuah pribahasa, ada disebutkan pembeli adalah raja, yang mana memilik makna secara harfiah pembeli harus diperlakukan sebaik mungkin layaknya raja. Dengan memberikan konsumen kepuasan secara tidak langsung kita telah membuat mereka seperti raja dan kita bisa menikmati keuntungannya. Perusahaan dapat membuat konsumen jadi puas yaitu dengan dari pelayanan, manfaat prodak ataupun dari segi harga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat deskripsi, gambaran atau lukisan secara sistematis, paktual dan akurat mengenai fakta-fakta, sifat-sifat serta hubungan antar fenomena yang diselidiki tentang penetapan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif studi pustaka dengan melihat penelitian sebelumnya dengan memanfaatkan selisih yang ada untuk menjadi temuan yang baru. Hasil penelitian yaitu secara keseluruhan tanggapan konsumen mengenai variabel harga yang terdiri dari biaya, tawaran pesaing, dan permintaan dari masing masing memiliki penilaian yang berbeda-beda, setiap kosumen memiliki pendapat yang berbeda dikarenakan kebutuhan dan keinginan setiap konsumen yang berbeda pula. Penilaian yang tertinggi dari aspek penetapan harga untuk dari kesesuaian pelayanan dengan harga, adapun penilaian terendah dari kesesuaian fasilitas dengan harga. Sedangkan penilaian tertinggi untuk Simply Fresh dibanding aspek lain yaitu dari kesesuaian fasilitas dengan harga
