Abstract

Ketika perusahaan memasuki pasar global, mereka menghadapi tantangannya sendiri, yaitu mengembangkan kebijakan dan strategi produk yang memenuhi permintaan pasar, pesaing, dan sumber daya organisasi di seluruh dunia. Penyeimbangan produk harus melibatkan penyesuaian produk dengan preferensi pasar lokal dan memusatkan sumber daya pada organisasi yang memiliki sejumlah kecil produk non-komersial. Produk adalah segala sesuatu yang ditawarkan ke pasar untuk memuaskan keinginan atau kebutuhan. Semuanya mencakup barang berwujud, jasa, acara, tempat, organisasi, ide, atau kombinasi dari hal-hal yang baru saja disebutkan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan atau kepustakaan. Studi kepustakaan ini merupakan suatu metode untuk mengumpulkan berbagai informasi dan data rinci sesuai dengan penelitian. Dimana informasi diterima dan dikumpulkan melalui media online. Penulis mengumpulkan literatur dari buku, majalah, artikel mengenai produk baru, kebijakan produksi dan praktik produksi global, yang kemudian dipahami secara utuh untuk diambil kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan produk global harus memperhatikan beberapa aspek ketika membuat produk baru untuk pasar global, yaitu identifikasi produk baru, pembuatan departemen produk baru dan pengujian produk di tingkat nasional. pasar sebelum dijual di pasar global.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merespon masalah rendahnya pencapaian belajar siswa kelas II di SDI Madawat, khususnya terkait pemahaman konsep pengukuran. Dengan mengadopsi model Inquiry Based Learning (IBL) melalui pendekatan Lesson Study, penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran pengukuran panjang benda dengan satuan tidak baku dan membaca serta menulis jam analog dan digital. Penelitian ini melibatkan 10 siswa (6 laki-laki dan 4 perempuan) kelas II dengan menerapkan metode Lesson Study dalam dua siklus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi aktivitas siswa, penilaian tahapan Lesson Study, dan soal tes. Evaluasi tahapan Lesson Study menunjukkan peningkatan kualitas pengajaran dari Siklus 1 ke Siklus 2, dengan aktivitas siswa meningkat dari 77% pada Siklus 1 menjadi 89% pada Siklus 2. Hasil tes mencatat peningkatan yang signifikan, di mana kelulusan siswa meningkat dari 50% pada Siklus 1 menjadi 80% pada Siklus 2. Nilai rata-rata total tes juga meningkat dari 565 pada Siklus 1 menjadi 710 pada Siklus 2. Evaluasi tahapan Lesson Study menunjukkan peningkatan, dari 86,33% pada Siklus 1 menjadi 90,66% pada Siklus 2. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa model IBL melalui Lesson Study berhasil meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi pengukuran. Guru dapat mengadopsi model ini untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, pemahaman konsep, dan keterampilan dalam konteks pengukuran panjang benda dengan satuan tidak baku dan membaca serta menulis jam analog dan digital. Implikasi penelitian memberikan saran kepada guru untuk memilih dan menerapkan model pembelajaran yang mendukung pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep tersebut, dengan memperhatikan dan merespons evaluasi tahapan Lesson Study

Abstract

Pop-Up Book is a book with three-dimensional elements that have parts that can move, also provide surprises in every opening of the page, the display of images that are upheld emits an active image display that it gives a new impression and can be interesting and provides entertainment in readinghis. This article aims to present a literature review from various sources about the use of pop-up book learning media in the Indonesian learning process. From the results of the literature review, it shows the effectiveness of using pop-up book media in Indonesian lessons to develop literacy of low-grade students. This is shown by students' interest in opening and seeing a story so that students indirectly increase their reading literacy and stimulate students' thinking.

Abstract

Educational Technology is one of the study programs on the Makassar State University campus. Educational Technology has a photo media development course handled by Dr.Abdul Hakim S.Pd., M.Sc. as a course lecturer. The existence of photo media courses is currently not supported by the existence of teaching materials which are used as permanent reference materials by lecturers in the photo media learning process so that researchers are motivated to carry out research on developing teaching materials in the form of e-books. This research aims to 1) Identify the level of need for developing teaching materials in the form of E-Books in photo media development courses. 2) Measuring the level of validity of teaching materials in the form of E-Books in photo media development courses. 3) Measuring the level of practicality of teaching materials in the form of E-Books in photo media development courses. This research was carried out using an R&D (Research and Development) approach or development research that produces a product. This research was developed using the Thiagarajan model with 4D stages (Define, Design, Development, Disseminate). This research was conducted within the Educational Technology Study Program FIP UNM. The subjects of this research who were selected by random sampling were active students of the educational technology study program with details: 10 students for small group trials and 30 students for large group trials. Data collection in this research used interview methods, needs identification questionnaires, media expert validation questionnaires, content/material expert validation questionnaires, small group trial questionnaires, large group trial questionnaires, and supporting documentation in the form of photographs. The data analysis method consists of qualitative descriptive analysis and descriptive statistical analysis. The research results showed that: the teaching materials in the form of E-Books that were developed were at the required level; The teaching materials developed are material related to photo media development courses which are arranged in the form of an E-Book application; product feasibility based on content/material expert validation with very good results, and media validation with very good results, small group trials with good results, large group trials with results in the good category and the product developed is in the valid and practical category and can be used.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze students' less-interaction behavior in the classroom learning process. Less-interaction refers to the level of student participation and involvement that is less in active interaction with learning materials, teachers, and fellow classmates. This research was conducted using academic literature as well as related primary and secondary sources. The results of the research show that there are variations in the level of students' lack of interaction, which is reflected in the lack of active participation in class discussions, inactivity in group assignments, and lack of initiative in seeking understanding. addition. In addition, interpersonal communication between students is also limited, reducing opportunities for the exchange of ideas and mutual understanding. Factors that contribute to less-interaction behavior include students' discomfort in speaking in public, lack of motivation towards learning material, as well as technical obstacles that arise. related to the use of technology in learning. Some students may feel uncomfortable or lack confidence in speaking in front of the class, while others may prefer to learn independently without much social interaction. The implications of these findings highlight the need for learning strategies that can increase participation and engagement students, such as the use of interactive teaching methods, increasing social support, and developing student communication skills. In addition, implementing an approach that takes into account individual learning styles and minimizes technical barriers can be effective steps to overcome students' less-interaction behavior. These findings have important implications for designing more inclusive and interactive learning. Teachers can develop learning strategies that encourage active participation, provide extra support for students who tend to lack interaction, and create a classroom environment that supports collaboration. Thus, increasing student interaction can increase learning effectiveness and create a more positive learning experience. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perilaku less-interaction siswa dalam proses pembelajaran kelas. Less-interaction merujuk pada tingkat partisipasi dan keterlibatan siswa yang kurang dalam interaksi aktif dengan materi pembelajaran, guru, dan rekan sekelas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan literatur akademis serta sumber-sumber primer dan sekunder terkait.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat variasi dalam tingkat less-interaction siswa, yang tercermin dalam kurangnya partisipasi aktif dalam diskusi kelas, ketidakaktifan dalam tugas kelompok, dan minimnya inisiatif dalam mencari pemahaman tambahan. Selain itu, komunikasi interpersonal antara siswa juga terbatas, mengurangi peluang untuk pertukaran ide dan pemahaman bersama.Faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap perilaku less-interaction meliputi ketidaknyamanan siswa dalam berbicara di depan umum, kurangnya motivasi terhadap materi pembelajaran, serta kendala-kendala teknis yang terkait dengan penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran.Beberapa siswa mungkin merasa tidak nyaman atau kurang percaya diri dalam berbicara di depan kelas, sementara yang lain mungkin lebih suka belajar secara mandiri tanpa banyak interaksi sosial.Implikasi temuan ini menyoroti perlunya strategi pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan partisipasi dan keterlibatan siswa, seperti penggunaan metode pengajaran yang interaktif, peningkatan dukungan sosial, dan pengembangan keterampilan komunikasi siswa. Selain itu, penerapan pendekatan yang memperhitungkan gaya belajar individu dan meminimalkan hambatan teknis dapat menjadi langkah-langkah yang efektif untuk mengatasi perilaku less-interaction siswa. Penemuan ini memiliki implikasi penting untuk perancangan pembelajaran yang lebih inklusif dan interaktif. Guru dapat mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran yang mendorong partisipasi aktif, memberikan dukungan ekstra bagi siswa yang cenderung less-interaction, dan menciptakan lingkungan kelas yang mendukung kolaborasi. Dengan demikian, peningkatan interaksi siswa dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran dan menciptakan pengalaman pembelajaran yang lebih positif.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the Implementation of Management of the National Science Olympiad Programme and Madrasah Science Competition at MAN 1 Lampung Tengah, this research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, this research was conducted at MAN 1 Lampung Tengah in the odd semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. Data sources in the study used primary sources and secondary sources. Data collection techniques with unstructured observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, conclusions, and data validity assurance techniques using source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results showed that the implementation of the OSN programme coaching management and Madrasah Science Competition at MAN 1 Lampung Tengah was quite effective. Although MAN 1 Lampung Tengah has committed to increasing student participation and achievement in the OSN programme and Madrasah Science Competition, further efforts are still needed to overcome these obstacles. These recommendations are expected to help MAN 1 Lampung Tengah to continue supporting the development of students' potential in science through the OSN programme and Madrasah Science Competition.

Abstract

Students' mathematical problem solving abilities can be influenced by students' mathematical anxiety. This research aims to 1) determine the mathematics problem solving abilities of students with high mathematics anxiety, 2) to determine the mathematics problem solving abilities of students with moderate mathematics anxiety, 3) to determine the mathematics problem solving abilities of students with low mathematics anxiety. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. This research was carried out at SMP Negeri 1 Talun, Pekalongan Regency in 2023/2024. The subjects of this research were 6 students in class VIII-A consisting of 2 students with high math anxiety, 2 students with moderate math anxiety, and 2 students with low math anxiety. The data collection methods used were mathematics anxiety questionnaires, problem solving ability tests, and interviews. Meanwhile, the triangulation used in this research is method triangulation and source triangulation. The results of this research show that 1) students with high mathematics anxiety have not been able to fulfill the problem solving indicators according to Polya, 2) students with moderate mathematics anxiety have only been able to fulfill 1 problem solving indicator according to Polya, and 3) students with low mathematics anxiety have been able to fulfill the solving indicators problem according to Polya.

Abstract

State life and governance cannot be separated from the rule of law. As a religious organisation, it is necessary to follow the rules set out in the teachings, just as Islam has rules and regulations that must be followed by its followers. This research aims to describe the Basic Sources of Islamic Law (Analysis of Al-Qur'an and Al-Hadis). This research is a qualitative research with literature review type. Information collection is carried out by looking for several important sources including primary sources from literature sources that discuss the Basic Sources of Islamic Law (Analysis of the Qur'an and Al-Hadith) and several other literature sources related to the research. The data collected was then analysed so as to obtain the results of the study which showed that the sources of law in Islam are the Qur'an and As-Sunnah, the words of God and the As-Sunnah of the Prophet which are the basic principles of Islamic teachings. Understanding these two sources of law is important because they are not separate, there is a connection between them in defining the laws that apply to Islam. Therefore, it is important to understand both legal texts, if there is a misunderstanding between the two, it will damage the existence of the legal cause. By understanding the two sources of law, namely the Qur'an and Hadith, one will get legal advice according to the guidance of the Sharia and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. This article describes the existence of two sources of Islamic law in its application to the general public, using a thematic approach.

Abstract

This research was conducted because the researcher wanted to use flipbook learning media as a choice of learning media in Indonesian language subjects. This research aims to find out whether there is a difference in students' interest in learning at Bopkri 3 Bondo Elementary School before and after using flipbook learning media and to find out whether the use of flipbook media is effective or not at Bopkri 3 Bondo Elementary School. The research used by researchers used a quantitative research design with the type of research being Pre-Experimental design, data collection using questionnaires and documentation. From the results of the hypothesis test carried out in this research, the calculated t value is more dominant than the t table value of 2,984>2,262, so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so there is a difference in the average student interest in learning before using flipbook learning media and after using flipbook media. on students' interest in learning at SD Bopkri 3 Bondo and the effectiveness of using flipbook media on students' interest in learning at SD Bopkri 3 Bondo through the results of the pretest and posttest questionnaires.

Abstract

The background that drives this research is the low learning outcomes of students in Indonesian language subjects regarding descriptive writing skills. This is due to a lack of effective learning and less varied learning strategies and media. This research aims to determine the effect of the Think Pair Share strategy assisted by photo media in improving Indonesian language learning outcomes for class II description writing skills at SD Negeri 2 Pulo Rembang. This type of research is quantitative research using a Pre-Experimental Design approach, because this research is designed to only cover one group. The population in this study were all class II students at SD Negeri 2 Pulo Rembang. The sample for this research was 26 class II students at SD Negeri 2 Pulo Rembang using a sampling technique, namely Nonprobability Sampling. The data in this research was obtained through observation, interviews, documentation and tests. The collected data was then analyzed using the t-test, which was previously tested for initial and final normality. From the research results, the average pretest learning result score was 61.53 and the average posttest result score was 81.73. Based on the research results obtained, the average of pretest and posttest learning outcomes was then analyzed using the t-test, it was found that N= 26, the tcount value was 15.327 and db= 26 –2 = 24, so 24 was obtained with a significance level of 5%, the ttable was 2.064. tcount is 15.327 and ttable is 2.064. So the value of tcount > ttable (15.327 > 2.064), so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So there is a difference in the results of learning Indonesian for class II at SD Negeri 2 Pulo Rembang between before and after implementing the Think Pair Share strategy assisted by photo media. It can be concluded that the Think Pair Share strategy assisted by photo media has an influence in improving Indonesian language learning outcomes regarding description writing skills for class II at SD Negeri 2 Pulo Rembang. Based on the results of this research, the suggestion that can be made is that the Think Pair Share strategy assisted by photo media can be used as an alternative for teachers in teaching.
