Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the many fisheries crimes that occur in Indonesia. Law No. 45/2009 is a strategic policy step and a positive step that provides a foundation for law enforcement officials and fisheries judges in deciding legal issues related to illegal fishing, including its very detrimental impact on state finances, and even causes damage to the Indonesian economy. This research is conducted using a normative research method with a statutory approach and legal doctrine. This research does not find new theories, but reinforces existing law enforcement to show the determination and seriousness of the Indonesian government in maintaining sovereignty and natural products. Research offers a solution to the enforcement of ship sinking sanctions applied to ships that have committed illegal fishing crimes as a tangible manifestation of the government's efforts to realize the vision of the maritime axis that the government has intensified in the past year, especially related to full maritime sovereignty. Key words: Illegal Fishing, Law Enforcement, Fisheries Court ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi banyaknya tindak pidana perikanan yang terjadi di Indonesia. Undang-Undang Nomor 45 Tahun 2009 merupakan sebuah langkah kebijakan strategis dan langkah positif yang memberikan landasan bagi aparat penegak hukum dan hakim perikanan dalam memutus permasalahan hukum terkait dengan illegal fishing, termasuk dampaknya yang sangat merugikan terhadap keuangan negara, dan bahkan menyebabkan kerusakan pada perekonomian Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian normative dengan pendekatan undang-undang dan doktrin hukum. Penelitian ini sifatnya tidak menemukan teori baru tetapi penguatan terhadap penegakan hukum yang telah ada untuk menunjukkan tekad dan keseriusan pemerintah Indonesia dalam menjaga kedaulatan dan hasil alam. Penelitian ini menawarkan Solusi penegakan sanksi penenggelaman kapal diterapkan kepada kapal yang telah melakukan tindak pidana illegal fishing sebagai wujud nyata upaya pemerintah dalam mewujudkan visi poros maritim yang digencarkan pemerintah dalam setahun terakhir, khususnya terkait dengan kedaulatan maritim secara penuh. Abstract

ABSTRACT The principal as a leader has educational roles and policies for the success of an educational institution, one of the policies is the marketing promotion of educational services to increase students. The goal of marketing is to maximize consumer satisfaction and the school will always have its existence. With the existence of several forms of educational marketing, it is hoped that it can measure the success of educational marketing strategies in increasing new students. The aim of this research is to (1) explain the principal's policy regarding educational marketing strategies in increasing the number of students at MI PUI Kuningan, (2) Explain the implementation of the principal's policy regarding educational marketing strategies in the development of increasing the number of students at MI PUI Kuningan, (3) ) explains the impact of the principal's policy in educational marketing strategies on increasing students at MI PUI Kuningan. The researcher used a qualitative approach, the key information in this research was the principal, 3 senior teachers, administrative staff, and the students' parents. The method used in this research is a descriptive method which aims to provide a systematic, factual, accurate description of the facts and nature and relationships between the phenomena being investigated. The conclusion of this research is: The principal's policy regarding educational marketing strategies in increasing the number of students at MI PUI Kuningan with target market strategies, competitive positions, and mixed strategies or marketing mix (7 Ps: product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, process). Implementation of the school principal's policy in the development of increasing the number of students is the preparation of marketing plans carried out by the School Principal and the Foundation determining the target number of students, target areas for marketing, promotional strategies to be carried out, planning for the opening of student admissions. in organizing marketing, forming a committee for accepting new students (PPDB). Implementation process: orientation of new students, class grouping of students. control and control: the school principal acts as a supervisor, as well as being responsible for the PPDB committee referring to planning strategies. The impact of this: increasing public trust in educational institutions, providing excellent service to customers, providing support and cooperation from partners, and a commitment to loyalty from the community, especially parents of students who are loyal customers. Abstract

ABSTRACT Strong fisheries governance is the main key to achieving balance in the marine ecosystem and maintaining the sustainability of fisheries resources. This abstract discusses the important role of fisheries law in strengthening fisheries governance to achieve marine resource conservation goals. In response to exploitative pressures on global fisheries, fisheries conservation efforts through legal regulations have become increasingly urgent. Fisheries law has a crucial role in setting limits on exploitation, encouraging sustainable fishing practices, and protecting marine habitats. In this abstract, the discussion includes efforts to strengthen the legal framework that can lead to effective fisheries governance. The existence of proactive policies, strict law enforcement, and active participation from stakeholders are key factors in achieving balance in the marine ecosystem. Through the implementation of sustainability-oriented fisheries law, it is hoped that fair, transparent and sustainable fisheries governance can be created. This abstract also highlights the importance of international cooperation in facing global fisheries challenges, as well as the need to adapt fisheries law to the changing dynamics of the marine environment. In this way, strong understanding and application of fisheries law becomes the foundation for joint efforts to safeguard marine resources for future generations. Key words: Fisheries Governance, Marine Ecosystem Balance, Fisheries Law and Conservation ABSTRAK Tata kelola perikanan yang kuat menjadi kunci utama untuk mencapai keseimbangan ekosistem laut dan menjaga keberlanjutan sumber daya perikanan. Abstrak ini membahas peran penting hukum perikanan dalam menguatkan tata kelola perikanan demi mencapai tujuan konservasi sumber daya laut. Sebagai respons terhadap tekanan eksploitatif terhadap perikanan global, upaya konservasi perikanan melalui regulasi hukum menjadi semakin mendesak. Hukum perikanan memiliki peran krusial dalam menetapkan batasan eksploitasi, mendorong praktik perikanan berkelanjutan, dan melindungi habitat laut. Dalam abstrak ini, pembahasannya mencakup upaya untuk memperkuat kerangka hukum yang dapat mengarah pada tata kelola perikanan yang efektif. Adanya kebijakan yang proaktif, penegakan hukum yang ketat, serta partisipasi aktif dari pemangku kepentingan menjadi faktor kunci dalam mencapai keseimbangan ekosistem laut. Melalui implementasi hukum perikanan yang berorientasi pada keberlanjutan, diharapkan dapat terbentuk tata kelola perikanan yang adil, transparan, dan berkelanjutan. Abstrak ini juga menyoroti pentingnya kerjasama internasional dalam menghadapi tantangan perikanan global, serta perlunya adaptasi hukum perikanan dengan dinamika lingkungan laut yang terus berubah. Dengan demikian, pemahaman dan penerapan hukum perikanan yang kuat menjadi fondasi bagi upaya bersama dalam menjaga sumber daya laut bagi generasi mendatang. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan proses pembelajaran dan keterampilan berbicara dan melatih motoric anak siswa menggunakan metode role playing pada siswa kelas II SDN Diwek II. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan secara kolaboratif. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara. Analisis data penelitian dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode role playing dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa dengan cara: guru melakukan apersepsi dan menyampaikan tujuan pembelajaran, menjelaskan kegiatan role playing, membagi siswa menjadi kelompok-kelompok kecil, membimbing dan memotivasi siswa memahami materi, memfasilitasi siswa memainkan peran, dan membimbing siswa berdiskusi mengevaluasi kegiatan role playing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pembelajaran meningkat. Peningkatan tersebut dapat dilihat dari antusiasnya siswa dan semakin tertibnya siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Peningkatan keterampilan berbicara nampak jelas.

Abstract

The success of students in the learning process, especially through learning media, is measured by the results of students' understanding of concepts. Low understanding of science concepts in Energy Sources material for class 4 SD 3 Barongan. This research aims to find out whether Augmented Reality media based on GUSJIGANG local wisdom has an effect on the results of students' conceptual understanding and how much the results of students' conceptual understanding of science material at SD 3 Barongan have increased. This research uses a quantitative experimental method with a one group pretest-posttest design. This research used subjects from all class IV of SD 3 Barongan, totaling 15 students, using a non-probability sampling technique, a saturated sample type. Data collection takes the form of interviews, observations, tests (pretest and posttest), and documentation. Data analysis techniques include normality test, homogeneity test, paired sample t-test, N-Gain test. The results of this research show that the PBL model assisted by Augmented Reality media can provide differences in average scores and can improve students' conceptual understanding results. This statement can be obtained from the results of the paired sample T-Test and N-Gain test. In this test, the results of the paired sample T-Test were obtained with a significance of 0.000, which means Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Abstract

Student involvement takes part and being active in the learning process in the application of the learning model is not appropriate and the vagueness of teaching materials delivered in textbooks is an intermediary medium. The purpose of this study is to improve learning outcomes on the effect of the application of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) learning model on animated video media and serial images. The methodology in the study used a quasi-experimental method approach, population design of grade V-A and V-B students at Tunas Mekar's State Elementary School. Based on the N-Gain value of experimental class group 2 (PBL using serial image media) which is 65 higher than the average N-Gain score of experimental class group 1 (PBL using animated video media) which is 62. After the t-test, the average N-Gain value of the two groups, namely experimental class group 1 and experimental class group 2, was calculated (2.74147) > t-table (2.01537), and hypothesis testing was carried out and the hypothesis test obtained that the null hypothesis (H0) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. The results showed that the PBL learning model using serial image media could improve the learning outcomes of grade V students of SDN Tunas Mekar. Thus, it is concluded that the PBL model using serial image media has a higher influence than the PBL model using animated video media on improving the learning outcomes of students in grade V at SD Negeri Tunas Mekar, Bogor Regency in the odd semester of the 2023/2024 academic year.

Abstract

Indonesia sebagai negara demokrasi terbesar ketiga di dunia, menggarisbawahi partisipasi aktif warganya dalam pemilihan umum sebagai kunci keberhasilan demokrasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk memahami peran Partai NasDem dalam membentuk etika politik. Data diperoleh melalui studi kasus, analisis dokumen resmi, dan pemantauan kegiatan partai. Partai NasDem, dengan fokus pada transparansi, akuntabilitas, integritas, dan keadilan sosial, terlibat aktif dalam membentuk lingkungan politik yang berintegritas. Sebagai agen perubahan, partai ini bukan hanya berbicara tentang etika politik, tetapi juga bertindak sebagai pionir dalam menerapkan nilai-nilai moral dan etika dalam kebijakan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman lebih mendalam tentang dinamika politik dan nilai-nilai yang dikedepankan oleh partai politik, serta inspirasi bagi partai lain dalam membentuk etika politik yang positif dan berkelanjutan untuk memperkuat fondasi demokrasi Indonesia.

Guidance and Counseling Study Program. Faculty of Science Education. PGRI UNIVERSITY Semarang. Supervisor I: Dr. Heri Septadi Ismanto, S.Pd., M.Pd., Kons. Supervisor II: Agus Setiawan S.Pd., M.Pd. 2024. Education is the most important thing in human life, meaning that every Indonesian has the right to get it and is expected to always develop in it. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of group guidance using problem solving techniques to improve the learning outcomes of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Tegowanu. The research used in this research is quantitative with experimental methods. This research uses a pretest-posttest control group design. Based on the pretest results in the control class and experimental class regarding the scale of learning outcomes, it can be seen that in the experimental class there were 10 students in the low category with a percentage of 100%. Meanwhile in the control class there were 10 students in the low category with a percentage of 100%. Based on the results of the experimental class and control class posttest above. In the experimental class, the highest score was 55 and the lowest score was 46, while in the control class the highest score was 46 and the lowest score was 38. Based on the results of the difference test calculation between the two data averages presented in the table above, it is known that the Levene's test for equality of variance column has significant value of 0.63 (p> 0.05). Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that there is an influence of group guidance with problem solving techniques to improve the learning outcomes of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Tegowanu. From the results of the analysis, it was found that the average value of the experimental class before the group guidance service using problem solving techniques was carried out was 37.8 and after the group guidance service using problem solving techniques was carried out it increased, namely 48.7. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, the researchers put forward several suggestions, namely: Group guidance services using problem solving techniques are very beneficial for students at school. So it is hoped that the school can implement service delivery using problem solving techniques. Guidance Counseling Teachers can develop new innovations using this problem solving technique. Students who have participated in group guidance services using problem solving techniques are expected to be able to maintain the commitments they have made and be able to actualize themselves better. Guidance and counseling teachers should try and apply it in group guidance services with problem solving techniques as one of the techniques that can make students more active, creative and fun. Abstract

Ketercapaian tujuan pendidikan sangat bergantung pada kecakapan dan kebijakan kepala sekolah sebagai salah satu pemimpin pendidikan. Peranan kepala sekolah dapat menentukan keberhasilan maupun kualitas pendidikan di sebuah sekolah. Fokus dari penelitian yaitu mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu akademik di SMP N 1 Kajen Kabupaten Pekalongan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus. Desain penelitian kualitatif melalui kondensasi data (data condensation), menyajikan data (data display), dan menarik simpulan atau verifikasi (conclusion drawing and verification). Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Analisis data dengan tiga langkah: reduksi data, menyajikan data, dan menarik simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Perencanaan disusun oleh kepala sekolah dengan membentuk Tim dan mesosialisasikan aspek-aspek yang disupervisi. 2) Pelaksanaan berfokus pelaksanaan supervisi akademik di SMP Negeri 1 Kajen bertumpu pada dua komponen yaitu supervisi perencanaan pembelajaran yang disusun oleh guru dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran di kelas. 3) Tindak lanjut hasil pelaksanaan supervisi dilaksanakan oleh kepala sekolah dengan pertemuan individual. Dengan pertemuan individual antara kepala sekolah dengan guru diharapkan kepala sekolah dapat memberikan umpan balik kepada guru yang disupervisi. Penulis menyarankan agar terus membangun komunikasi yang efektif terhadap warga sekolah, membangun kerjasama tim dan melakukan perbaikan secara terus-menerus dan berkelanjutan. Guru diharuskan untuk selalu siap dan mendukug dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan

Abstract

This research aims to: 1) To determine the differences in narrative essay writing skills between classes that use the CIRC model and classes that use direct learning in teaching narrative essay writing skills for fourth grade elementary school students; 2) To find out how much influence using the CIRC model has on the narrative essay writing skills of fourth grade elementary school students. The research method used is experimental research with a Nonequivalent Posttest-Only Control Group Design. The population in this study were fourth grade students at SD Negeri 03 Selakau Tua. Total sampling technique sampling. The sample used was all fourth grade students at SD Negeri 03 Selakau Tua. The instrument in this research was a test question sheet. Data analysis for the first hypothesis uses a 2 sample t-test and for the second hypothesis uses an effect size. The results of the research show that: 1) the CIRC learning model for students' narrative essay writing skills provides differences in narrative essay writing skills between classes that use direct learning in class IV of SD Negeri 03 Selakau Tua. This is shown by the t test which shows that t count > t table= 11.501>1.679 means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected; 2) the CIRC type cooperative learning model has a big influence on students' narrative essay writing skills as indicated by Es, namely 2.358 with high criteria. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the CIRC learning model has an effect on students' narrative essay writing skills because there is an expected increase in students' narrative essay writing skills.
