Abstract

Development of interactive in learning mathematics fraction material in grade IV". Dharmasraya. Thesis, Dharmasraya: Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program. Faculty of Teacher Training and Education. Dharmas University Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to develop interactive learning media using games, especially in learning mathematics, to add to existing learning media in schools and produce interactive learning media development in grade IV elementary schools that are valid, practical, and effective so as to increase students' interest in learning at SDN 10 koto new.The model used in the ADDIE development includes the analysis phase, namely needs analysis, analysis of student characteristics, curriculum analysis. the design stage (design) includes the design of learning media, namely the design of research instruments, design of manufacture. The development stage is the development stage where the validity test is carried out by experts. The implementation stage is the practicality trial stage and the evaluation stage is the effectiveness test carried out at SDN 10 Koto Baru.The results of the validation assessment of interactive learning media for mathematics fraction material in the validity test by three people get an average score of 83% included in the valid category, meaning that interactive learning media in learning mathematics fraction material is in accordance with the content, and media, practicality test with a score an average of 86% is categorized as very practical, meaning that interactive learning media can be used easily in the learning process, while the effectiveness of interactive learning media with an average score of 88% is categorized as very effective, meaning that interactive learning media can increase students' learning interest .

Abstract

This study intends to determine the effect of the media-assisted teams games tournament (TGT) learning model on the results of learning science in class V SD Negeri 4 Pedamaran and can be expected to increase knowledge about science learning using the media-assisted teams games tournament (TGT) learning model. questionbox. This research is an experimental research. This type of research is quantitative. In this study, researchers used a quasi-experimental design, namely the posttest only control design. The subjects in this study were class V.A and class V.B, which consisted of 36 students. Data collection is done by testing techniques. The data analysis technique uses test questions which are tested for validity and reliability. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis obtained t_count 60.208> t_table 1.698 and a significance value <0.05 (0.000<0.05). So, it can be concluded that the use of the Media Question Box Assisted Teams Games Tournaments (TGT) Learning Model is appropriate for use in learning and has a significant influence.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to make comic learning media for fourth grade quadrilateral material in order to add insight into learning media and can be used in schools so as to produce learning media that are valid, practical, and effective. It can also increase students' understanding of concepts and learning outcomes at SDN 189/II Sari Mulya. In the loading process, this comic learning media uses the help of an application called comic life 3. The development model used is the ADDIE model or analysis, development design, implementation and evaluation. Based on the results of the validation test from 3 validators, namely content, graphics and language validators, the average value was 86.54 with a very valid category. Practicality test results by practicing educators and students obtained an average value of 91.00 in the very practical category. The results of the effectiveness test in the form of a learning achievement test obtained from students obtained an average score of 98.46 in the very effective category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan dan peningkatan keterampilan menulis puisi melalui model Concept Sentence. Metode penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan desain penelitian menggunakan model Kemmis dan Mc Taggart yang dilakukan sebanyak dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi terhadap tindakan serta refleksi tindakan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 4B SDN Cibeureum Hilir 5 Kota Sukabumi sebanyak 28 siswa, terdiri dari 11 siswa laki-laki dan 17 siswi perempuan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 15 Oktober s/d 22 Oktober 2019. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pedoman wawancara, lembar observasi guru dan siswa, soal tes keterampilan menulis puisi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara teknik kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil observasi kinerja guru pada siklus I memperoleh nilai rata-rata 71 dan pada siklus II memperoleh nilai rata-rata 95 serta dari siklus I menuju siklus II mengalami peningkatan sebanyak 24 poin. Sedangkan hasil observasi aktivitas siswa pada siklus I memperoleh nilai rata-rata 72 dan pada siklus II memperoleh nilai rata-rata 86 serta dari siklus I menuju siklus II mengalami peningkatan sebanyak 14 poin. Hasil penelitian pra siklus menulis deskripsi memperoleh ketuntasan 22%. Kemudian meningkat pada siklus I mencapai ketuntasan 50%. Pada siklus II terus meningkat mencapai ketuntasan 86%. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan menulis puisi siswa kelas 4B meningkat melalui penerapan model Concept Sentence

Abstract

This study aims to explore the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) Model to increase student learning activeness in Natural Sciences (IPA) lessons in class V SDN Ngale 01. The PBL method involves students in solving real problems that are relevant to the context of everyday life, thereby encouraging active engagement and better understanding of concepts. This study used a quantitative approach with a pretest-posttest control group research design. The research sample consisted of two randomly selected classes, namely the experimental class that applied the PBL model and the control class that applied conventional learning methods. Data on student activeness was collected through observation and statistical analysis was used to compare differences in active learning between the two groups. The results showed that the application of the PBL Model significantly increased students' active learning in science lessons. Students who engage in the PBL Model show more active participation in learning, including group discussion, problem solving, and critical thinking. They also showed greater interest in science lessons and the ability to relate concepts to real situations.This research has important implications for education practitioners and science teachers in elementary schools in increasing student learning engagement. The PBL model can be used as an alternative effective learning method to encourage student participation and a deeper understanding of concepts. Future research can involve a larger sample and see the impact of applying the PBL Model on student learning outcomes as a whole.

Abstract

Problems related to cleanliness often occur in students at school. Schools carry out several parts in implementing a clean and healthy life but have not been implemented perfectly so that the role of the teacher is needed in encouraging students to live a clean and healthy life. The purpose of this research is to describe the teacher's role in cultivating clean and healthy living behaviors in students and implementing clean and healthy living behaviors. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques are using interviews, observation and documentation. The data source involved 4 teachers and 2 students. Testing the validity of the data using triangulation. Data analysis techniques namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the teacher's role is needed in cultivating clean and healthy living behavior in students at school even though it is not perfect in its implementation. The teacher's obstacles in fostering clean and healthy living behavior in schools lie in a lack of understanding related to implementing clean and healthy living, lack of facilities, lack of awareness of the students themselves and there should be support from people around them. The conclusion from the research results is that the teacher's role is said to be very important in fostering clean and healthy living behaviors in students where students need direction and giving good examples every day so that clean and healthy living behaviors are carried out. The role of the teacher that can be applied is as an educator, motivator, facilitator, demonstrator and evaluator to improve and optimize the implementation of clean and healthy living behaviors in schools. The role of the teacher is very much needed in the formation of students' clean and healthy living behavior because many students imitate or listen to directions and orders from their teacher directly.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve student learning outcomes in science learning by applying the Teams Games Tournament learning model assisted by MONOGAYA media for fourth grade students at SD N 1 Pelemkerep in May 2023 with material on Indonesian cultural diversity. The research method used in this study was classroom action research conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of four stages, namely planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The subjects in this study were the fourth grade students of SD N 1 Pelemkerep, which consisted of 15 students consisting of 5 male students and 10 female students. Data collection techniques in this study include interviews, observation, tests, and documentation. Student learning outcomes in the domain of cycle I skills obtained an average of 70% and increased to 82% in cycle II. Student learning outcomes in the domain of attitudes in cycle I obtained an average of 67% and in cycle II it increased to 73%. Based on these results it can be concluded that the application of the Teams Games Tournament learning model assisted by MONOGAYA media can improve and student science learning outcomes.

Abstract

This classroom action research was motivated by the low social studies learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SDN 1 Kedungdowo. In this case, researchers use the Games Book media as an improvement in learning outcomes in Class V in Social Sciences lessons. This study uses the PTK method, which consists of two cycles. Each cycle consists of stages namely planning (planning), implementation of action (acting), observation (observing) and reflection (reflecting). Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, tests and documentation. Data analysis techniques which include data reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the teacher's teaching skills increased by an average of ≥75%. In the first cycle, the percentage was 72.82% and the second cycle increased with the percentage to 80.97% with good and successful criteria. Student learning outcomes increased by an average of ≥75% classical. The percentage of the completed cycle I obtained 56.67% and the completed cycle II obtained 76.67%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze students' learning difficulties in thematic learning at SD Negeri 238/VI Tanjung Putus. Problems are often found in thematic learning. This research method uses qualitative research methods. The time and location of the research were at the 238/VI Tanjung Putus II Public Elementary School located on Jalan Raya Muara Kibul Km 27, Rt 01/00, Tabir Barat District, Merangin Regency, Jambi Province-Indonesia. Primary data source. Techniques in collecting data are interviews, observation, and documentation. Test the validity of this research data using a credibility test. Data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation (data display) and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are that there are still many students who find it difficult to interpret what is felt, heard and observed; students are less attentive and less focused on learning. There are too many useless activities that make it difficult to remember teaching materials. Students are slow in processing something. Low student academic achievement. Difficulty generates new understanding. students who have learning difficulties show inappropriate behavior. There are 2 factors that cause students to experience learning difficulties, namely internal and external factors. Such as the lack of students' attention to the subject matter, the lack of participation and response of students when participating in teaching and learning activities, the slowness of students in understanding the material, incomplete test scores, the influence of friends in the community who always play, the influence of friends who are around where they live.

Abstract

The lack of active participation and involvement of students in the learning process causes the learning outcomes of fifth-grade elementary school students to be low. Therefore teachers need to apply learning models that can involve students in the learning process. One learning model that can increase active participation and student involvement is the Problem-Based Learning model. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis, normality test, and t-test on cognitive outcomes students data through pretest and posttest before and after the application Problem-Based Learning model. Based on the findings of the researcher applying, the Problem-Based Learning learning model can improve cognitive mathematics learning outcomes in the material for presenting data to fifth-grade elementary school students.
