Abstract

This research was conducted to recognize and understand the uniqueness and daily life of children with special needs (ABK) which focuses on children who have a type of disorder with the brain's nerves or what we often call "autisme". This research is important because it is related to the brain's nerves. which greatly influences a person's behavioral patterns and their sense of social interaction as well as delays in communicating or talking to other individuals.This research uses a qualitative approach to writing. In this research the author describes written words both orally and in writing which comes from interviews with teachers at the school and even with the students concerned. The author also took data in the research. this is through direct observation and through documentation. In this research, it is hoped that we will be able to find out and recognize the uniqueness and daily life of children with autism

Abstract

This research aims to describe the characteristics of children on the autism spectrum at SKHN 01 Cilegon City, including aspects of communication, social interaction, repetitive behavior and sensory needs. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with observation methods, interviews with teachers and parents, and documentation analysis. The research results show that children with autism at SKHN 01 have a variety of unique characteristics. Children show difficulties in verbal and nonverbal communication, while others have limited social interaction patterns. Repetitive behaviors, such as tapping the table or thigh, often appear as a form of sensory need or mechanism to manage emotions. The school supports children through an individual approach, including the use of visual aids, structured timetables

Abstract

This research aims to identify the forms of social support provided to children with Down syndrome at the SKHN 01 state special school in Serang city. This form of social support can play a role in helping children with Down syndrome understand and accept their uniqueness as children with special needs. The results of this research show that social support from family, teachers and peers greatly contributes to building children's self-confidence and their ability to adapt to the environment around them. This support includes positive communication, providing motivation, and strengthening consistent emotional relationships. With optimal social support, children with Down syndrome can better understand their potential and feel accepted in society. This research recommends increasing collaboration between schools and families to achieve an inclusive environment and support the development of children with special needs.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the learning development of mentally retarded children at Special School (SKh) Negeri 01 Serang City. Children with intellectual disabilities require a different educational approach due to intellectual limitations that affect their ability to understand, remember and apply information. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with observation, interviews and documentation as data collection techniques. The research results show that the learning development of mentally retarded children at SKh Negeri 01 Serang City is influenced by various factors, such as the teaching methods used, family support, and school facilities. Teachers play an important role in providing learning that is tailored to students' individual needs, such as the use of concrete learning media and direct practice approaches. Family support has also been proven to be significant in increasing children's learning motivation.

Abstract

Anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) merupakan anak yang memilki keunikan tumbuh dan kembang yang berbeda dengan anak-anak normal lainnya. Anak berkebutuhan khusus ini diidentikan dengan anak yang mengalami perbedaan atau kelainan secara fisik, intelektual, emosioal, mental, maupun sosial. Anak berkebuthan khusus (ABK) terbagi kedalam beberapa kategori yaitu anak anak tunadaksa, tunanetra , tunalaras, tunarungu, dan tunagrahita. Anak dengan berkebutuhan khusus ini memilki keunikan yang beragam sehingga anak-anak yang menyandang status difabel ini cenderung lebih membutuhkan penanganan dan layanan yang khusus dibanding dengan anak normal lainnya. Dengan mengenal keunikan anak-anak berkebutuhan khusus ini dianggap penting untuk memahami segala keunikan-keunikan yang mereka miliki.

Abstract

This study aims to develop Google Sites-based learning media with the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model to improve mathematics learning in grade IV of Elementary School. The background of this study is the low motivation and learning outcomes of students due to monotonous learning methods. Google Sites media is designed to be interactive, interesting, and support project-based learning that is relevant to real life. The study used the 4D development method (Define, Design, Development, Dissemination). Data were obtained through expert validation, student trials, and effectiveness analysis using pretest and posttest. The results showed that this learning media is valid, practical, and effective. Expert validation showed a high level of suitability, while trials showed an increase in student engagement in learning. The increase in student learning outcomes was confirmed through a comparison of pretest and posttest scores. In conclusion, Google Sites-based media with the PjBL model effectively improves the quality of mathematics learning and motivates students to learn more actively.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and implement Nearpod-based E-LKPD with the RADEC (Read, Answer, Discuss, Explain, Create) learning model to improve the effectiveness of learning in elementary schools. Based on a preliminary study at SDN 05 Padang Pasir, it was found that the use of conventional LKPD was not interesting enough and effective in increasing student engagement. Therefore, the development of interactive technology-based E-LKPD is expected to support more enjoyable and effective learning. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model which includes five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The trial subjects were 19 fourth-grade students of SDN 05 Padang Pasir. The results showed that Nearpod-based E-LKPD had a very good level of practicality and validity, with scores of 91.67% and 90.33%, respectively. The effectiveness of the media was also proven to increase, indicated by an increase in student learning outcomes from 52.63% who achieved the KKM before implementation, to 84.21% after using this media. This study concludes that the use of Nearpod-based E-LKPD can significantly increase student engagement and learning outcomes, as well as support more interactive and enjoyable learning.

Abstract

method to improve students' understanding of multiplication in mathematics. The research uses the ADDIE model, consisting of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The analysis phase identifies the need for interactive media that engages students and overcomes the boredom associated with traditional learning methods. During the design phase, the media is tailored to the characteristics of second-grade students, with a focus on color and simple multiplication questions. The development phase includes validation by experts, resulting in a product deemed highly valid. In the implementation phase, the media is tested in classrooms, showing positive feedback from both students and teachers, indicating that it is practical and effective in enhancing students' learning outcomes. The evaluation phase confirms the media's validity, practicality, and effectiveness in improving students' understanding of multiplication, offering valuable contributions to educational media development.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to study the efectivity of tecnology using on developing elementary students’ skills. Learning method which is integrated with digital technology such as computer, tablet, and education application are hoped can improve learning motivation, concept understanding, skill to think critically, and also students’ creativity. This reasearch has aim to identity ways to use technology on improving elementary students’ skills, especially 21st century skills which cover skill to think critical, creativity, collaboration, and communication. The research result can give contribution on improving effective learning model by using tecnology potential on improving education quality in elementary school.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the religious character education of elementary school students in the perspective of idealism philosophy. The research method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR). In order to save space, this article will present data obtained from 10 journals that have met the in-depth inclusion criteria for publications in the last 10 years to determine the religious character education of elementary school students in the perspective of idealism philosophy. The results of the literature review analysis show that idealism philosophy is a school of thought that views ideas, reason, and spirituality as the main basis of reality, more important than material aspects. In the context of religious character education, idealism is very relevant because it emphasizes deep moral and spiritual values as the foundation for building a superior personality. Religious character education in elementary schools is very important because this period is the best period to instill basic values that will shape children's personalities in the future. Keywords: Religious Character, Philosophy of Idealism, Elementary school ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendidikan karakter religius peserta didik sekolah dasar dalam perspektif filsafat idealisme. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Demi menghemat ruang, artikel ini akan menyajikan data yang diperoleh dari 10 jurnal yang telah memenuhi kriteria inklusi mendalam terhadap publikasi 10 tahun terakhir untuk mengetahui pendidikan karakter religius peserta didik sekolah dasar dalam perspektif filsafat idealisme. Hasil dari analisis literature review menunjukan bahwa filsafat idealisme adalah aliran yang memandang ide, akal, dan spiritualitas sebagai dasar utama realitas, lebih penting dibandingkan aspek material. Dalam konteks pendidikan karakter religius, idealisme sangat relevan karena menekankan nilai-nilai moral dan spiritual yang mendalam sebagai fondasi untuk membangun kepribadian yang unggul. Pendidikan karakter religius di sekolah dasar sangat penting karena masa ini merupakan periode terbaik untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai dasar yang akan membentuk kepribadian anak di masa depan. Kata Kunci: Karakter Religus, Filsafat Idealisme, Sekolah Dasar.
