Abstract

ABSTRACT This paper reports the results of research which aims to analyze teachers' understanding of teachers' pedagogical competence. This research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. In order to save space, this article will present data obtained from nine journals that have met the in-depth inclusion criteria for publications between 2015 and 2022 to evaluate how teachers understand the pedagogical competence of teachers in elementary schools. The results of the review show that pedagogical competence includes the ability to understand the characteristics of students, design and implement educational learning, manage the class well, and utilize technology to support the learning process. However, several challenges are still found, such as the lack of use of information technology, limited facilities and infrastructure, as well as variations in learning management that are less than optimal. Supporting factors such as teacher experience and needs-based training such as In House Training are considered important to overcome this gap. Keywords: Teacher Competency, Pedagogical Competence, Primary school teachers ABSTRAK Tulisan ini melaporkan hasil penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemahaman guru terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru. Penelitian ini menggunaka metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Demi menghemat ruang, artikel ini akan menyajikan data yang diperoleh dari sembilan jurnal yang telah memenuhi kriteria inklusi mendalam terhadap publikasi antara tahun 2015 dan 2022 untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana pemahaman guru terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru di sekolah dasar. Hasil dari review menunjukan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik meliputi kemampuan memahami karakteristik peserta didik, merancang dan melaksanakan pembelajaran yang mendidik, mengelola kelas dengan baik, serta memanfaatkan teknologi untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran. Namun, beberapa tantangan masih ditemukan, seperti kurangnya pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana, serta variasi dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran yang kurang optimal. Faktor pendukung seperti pengalaman guru dan pelatihan berbasis kebutuhan seperti In House Training dianggap penting untuk mengatasi kesenjangan ini. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study discusses the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in writing scientific papers. The main objective of this study is to explore and analyze how the use of ICT can be integrated effectively to help facilitate writing scientific papers with the Publish or Perish, Vos Viewer and Mendeley platforms. This study uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). In order to save space, this article will present data obtained from 25 journals that have met the in-depth inclusion criteria for publications in the last 10 years to determine the use of ICT in writing scientific papers. The results of the study show that the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) such as Publish or Perish (PoP), Vos Viewer, and Mendeley has made it easier for researchers and students to write scientific papers. PoP helps search and analyze academic journals and citation data, Vos Viewer allows bibliometric mapping to understand research trends, and Mendeley facilitates reference management and prevents plagiarism. These applications improve the efficiency of literature searches, citation accuracy, and the quality of scientific papers, and support more structured and systematic writing. The use of ICT ensures higher quality and more reliable research. Tujun utama penelitian ini adalah mengeksplorasi dan mengaalisis bagaimana pemanfaatan ICT dapat diitegrasikan ecara efektif untuk membantu mempermudah penulisan karya ilmiah dengan platfrorm Publish or Perish, Vos Viewer dan Mendeley. Penelitian ini menggunakan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Demi menghemat ruang, artikel ini akan menyajikan data yang diperoleh dari 25 jurnal yang telah memenuhi kriteria inklusi mendalam terhadap publikasi 10 tahun terakhir untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan ICT dalam penulisan karya ilmiah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (ICT) seperti Publish or Perish (PoP), Vos Viewer, dan Mendeley telah mempermudah peneliti dan mahasiswa dalam penulisan karya ilmiah. PoP membantu mencari dan menganalisis jurnal akademik serta data sitasi, Vos Viewer memungkinkan pemetaan bibliometrik untuk memahami tren penelitian, dan Mendeley memudahkan pengelolaan referensi serta mencegah plagiarisme. Aplikasi-aplikasi ini meningkatkan efisiensi pencarian literatur, keakuratan sitasi, dan kualitas karya ilmiah, serta mendukung penulisan yang lebih terstruktur dan sistematis. Abstract

The Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) method is used to change the behavior of children, especially those with autism, by focusing on positive reinforcement and firmness without violence. The research method used is qualitative and descriptive using data collection techniques, interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research show that the application of the ABA method involves a direct approach, specially designed situations, and instructional activities. Teachers provide instructions using consistency, utilize positive reinforcement, and provide guidance in sync with the child's individual needs. Supporting factors involve teacher involvement, giving praise, and learning through situations. planned, inhibiting factors involve tantrums, difficulty interacting, and the child's stable emotional condition. This research is needed to make a positive contribution to the development of inclusive education in Indonesia. Children with autism are children who experience developmental disorders in brain function which includes social areas, verbal and non-verbal communication, imagination, flexibility, cognition and attention. Autistic children are children who require special attention and treatment from their surrounding environment which is different from other normal children. They seem shackled to their own world because they experience obstacles in communication and social interaction with other people. Autistic children experience a lack of ability to respond to things from other people and the environment as they should and when they respond back they often use unique methods. Basically, autistic children are not "stupid" or "idiot" children communication in the development of brain function and the social life of autistic children.

Abstract

This study aims to implement a reading corner program at TK Negeri 1 Atap 02 Lubuk Pakam and analyze its impact on increasing reading interest and literacy skills of early childhood. The results of the study indicate that there are several stages in the implementation of this reading corner program, including socialization to early childhood, making a reading corner, mentoring and implementing the reading corner, and evaluating the implementation of the reading corner

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the lack of application of technology in learning on elementary school students' learning motivation. A qualitative approach is used with descriptive methods to explore student and teacher experiences, identify barriers to implementing technology, and have an impact on student learning motivation. Data was obtained through direct observation in class involving 15 students and a teacher as participants. The research results show that the majority of students rarely use technology in learning, resulting in low learning motivation due to monotonous teaching methods. The main obstacles found include limited technological facilities, minimal teacher training, and lack of time to integrate technology into the curriculum. The use of technology has been proven to provide significant benefits, such as increasing learning interactivity, enriching the learning experience, and encouraging active student involvement. This research concludes that the application of technology in learning needs to be supported by various parties through the provision of adequate infrastructure, teacher training, and supportive educational policies.

Abstract

Game online menarik banyak orang, terutama siswa. Karena remaja cenderung lebih mudah terlibat dalam percobaan hal-hal baru, siswa yang terlalu banyak bermain game online cenderung mengalami kecanduan bermain game, tidak memiliki prioritas, malas belajar, mengabaikan lingkungan sekitar, kehilangan kontrol diri, dan kesulitan mengatur waktu. Remaja tertarik pada game online yang disajikan melalui media online, dan mereka mencoba bermain game tersebut. Namun, remaja saat ini tidak dapat mengendalikan diri, yang menyebabkan kecanduan dan efek negatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kontrol diri dengan kecanduan game online pada siswa di SMP Negeri 2 Medan. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasinya adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Medan berjumlah 317 siswa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling yang berjumlah 63 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji korelasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui kontrol diri dengan kecanduan game online memiliki hubungan nilai signifikasi adalah 0,01 sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa pada sig < 0,05 bahwa kontrol diri dengan kecanduan game online memiliki hubungan negatif dengan nilai korelasi sebesar – 0,718. Maka antara kontrol diri dengan kecanduan game online memiliki hubungan yang kuat. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya bahwa terdapat hubungan kontrol diri dengan kecanduan game online pada siswa di SMP Negeri 2 Medan

Abstract

Autistic children are children with complex learning difficulties that affect a wide range of functions, including perception, intention, imagination and feelings. This difficulty usually appears before the age of three and is caused by a lack of statistical evidence in social interaction, communication, and problem solving in one activity or object so that it requires special education services to maximize potential. This study aims to determine the characteristics of children with special needs, namely autism in the special school of hope of the state 01 city of serang and how to handle children with special needs, namely autism in the school. The method used in this research is a qualitative method using field observation techniques and interviews with students and teachers who teach these students. The results showed that the characteristics of autistic children in the special school of Harapan Negeri 01 Kota Serang varied from difficulties in communicating verbally and non-verbally, difficulties in understanding the feelings and views of others, and so on, while the handling of autistic children in the school, the principal made a curriculum design that was not only intended for learning material, but also for handling the social interaction skills of autistic children.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and describe the stages of rehabilitation applied to narcotics addicts and individuals with mental disorders at the Dhira Suman Tritoha Rehabilitation Foundation. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods to obtain an in-depth understanding of the rehabilitation process carried out. Data was collected through direct observation techniques, in-depth interviews with related parties, and documentation analysis. It is hoped that the research results will provide a complete picture of rehabilitation strategies, the stages clients go through, and the effectiveness of the program in supporting the recovery of narcotics addicts and individuals with mental disorders. These findings can be a reference for other rehabilitation institutions in developing more effective and holistic programs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deengan teknik pengumpulan data yang beragam termasuk wawancara, observasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran rumah rehabilitasi dalam mengatasi gangguan jiwa bipolar di Yayasan Suman Dhira Tritoha, yang berfokus untuk pemulihan pasien. Gangguan bipolar, ditandai dengan perubahan suasana hati yang ekstrem, memerlukan penanganan yang komprehensif dan berkelanjutan. Yayasan Suman Dhira Tritoha menyediakan layanan rehabilitasi yang mencakup deteksi dini, konseling, dan terapi psikososial, serta dukungan medis yang diperlukan. Proses rehabilitasi di yayasan ini melibatkan tim multidisiplin yang terdiri dari psikiater, psikolog, dan pekerja sosial, yang bekerja sama untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung. Dengan menerapkan program rehabilitasi berbasis komunitas, pasien didorong untuk mengembangkan keterampilan sosial dan kehidupan sehari-hari, sehingga meningkatkan kualitas hidup mereka. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa intervensi dini dan dukungan keluarga merupakan faktor kunci dalam keberhasilan rehabilitasi. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya peran rumah rehabilitasi dalam memberikan layanan yang terintegrasi dan berkelanjutan bagi penderita gangguan jiwa bipolar, serta perlunya peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap kondisi ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengembangan media pembelajaran buku saku berbasis mind mapping, untuk mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran buku saku berbasis mind mapping materi organ peredaran darah manusia, untuk mengetahui respon peserta didik terhadap media pembelajaran IPA dengan materi organ peredaran darah manusia, dan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar materi organ peredaran darah manusia peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri Tajur 2. Metode yang digunakan peneliti adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan prosedur penelitian yang mengacu pada model pengembangan Borg and Gall terdiri dari 7 tahapan yaitu potensi masalah, pengumpulan informasi, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba produk, hasil akhir. Subjek penelitian ini peserta didik kelas VC SD Negeri Tajur 2. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa media buku saku berbasis mind mapping yang dikembangkan termasuk kategori “Sangat Layak” dengan persentase 93,3% dari tim ahli materi, 79,5% dari ahli media, dan 87% dari ahli bahasa. Peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik dengan media buku saku berbasis mind mapping dilihat dari hasil N-Gain yang meningkat sebesar 0,62 dengan kriteria “Sedang”. Respon peserta didik terhadap media buku saku berbasis mind mapping dengan 15 responden sebesar 98% dengan kategori “Sangat Layak”. Sehingga media pembelajaran buku saku berbasis mind mapping layak untuk digunakan.
