Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine how knowledge about tsunami disaster mitigation differs among fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 19 Sijuk who use the Ecoliteracy and Adaptation (ELA) learning model compared to students who use the Direct Instruction model. This research uses a quantitative experimental method. The research population consists of 40 students, with 20 students in the experimental group using the Ecoliteracy and Adaptation (ELA) model and 20 other students in the control group using the Direct Instruction model. The research results show that the Ecoliteracy and Adaptation learning model has an impact on tsunami disaster mitigation knowledge among fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 19 Sijuk, as evidenced by the differences in results between the experimental group and the control group. For the experimental group, the average tsunami disaster mitigation knowledge scores were 40.25 and 86.75, while for the control group, the pretest score was 35 and the posttest score was 81.5. With a sig. value of 0.007 < 0.05, the data show a greater influence on the Ecoliteracy and Adaptation (ELA) model. Independent sample t-test was used to analyze this data.

Abstract

The phenomenon in the Al-Manaar Batuhampar boarding school shows that some students are identified as isolated which is characterized by being inferior, happy to dominate others, being selfish / selfish, happy to isolate themselves, lacking feelings of tolerance, lack of concern for norms and behavior. The aim is to provide an overview of the Self Esteem of isolated students in class VII at the Al-Manaar Batuhampar Islamic boarding school. Descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The study population was 33 VIII grade students and sampling used total sampling. The data collection technique is a questionnaire. The research data analysis technique is descriptive statistics which includes presenting data through tables, calculating the maximum value, minimum value, mean and standard deviation, with the help of Statistical Product And Service Solutions (SPSS) version 23. The results showed that isolated students had high and moderate self esteem. This is indicated by a minimum score of 57, maximum score of 228, range 171, mean 142.5 and standard deviation 28.5. From the categorization results using the level category method, it was found that 15 subjects belonged to the high category with a percentage of 45.5% and 18 subjects belonged to the medium category with a percentage of 54.5% and no one was in the low category.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and improve the organizational performance of UPK Syariah Tujuah Sarumpun, an Islamicmicrofinance institution that focuses on empowering the lower middleclass, through an Experiential Marketing approach. Through the application of SWOT analysis, this study elucidated strengths, including aesthetically appealing and knowledgeable personnel, as well as exemplary service standards, alongside weaknesses such as insufficient capital and the absence of educational criteria for employees. Furthermore, the research identified significant opportunities stemming from elevated customer interest in Women's Savings and Loan (SPP) products, in conjunction with the scarcity of analogous financial institutions within the vicinity. Recommendations pertaining to the SO (Strengths-Opportunities) strategy underscore the necessity of augmenting employee expertise, executing an emotional strategy to cultivate favorable perceptions among members and administrators, which will subsequently foster robust trust, and facilitating further training for the administrators of UPK Syariah Tujuah Sarumpun. It is anticipated that the realization of this strategy will enhance organizational performance, broaden service outreach, and elevate community welfare in the Ampek Angkek District.

Abstract

The subject matter of this thesis is the marketing of financing products at PT Bank Nagari which continues to decline. The purpose of this research is to find financing products, procedures and marketing mix used in marketing profit-sharing-based financing products at PT Bank Nagari. The type of research used in this research is field research with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used are initial surveys, in-depth interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research is the Miles and Huberman method. The results of this study indicate that the financing products available at PT Bank Nagari consist of mudharabah, musyarakah, murabahah, ijarah and others. However, the most attractive to customers is murabahah financing. The marketing procedure for profit-sharing-based financing products at PT Bank Nagari is in accordance with the SOP and is supervised by DPS, besides that the marketing of profit-sharing-based financing products at PT Bank Nagari has also kept up with the times. The implementation of the sharia marketing mix at PT Bank Nagari has been carried out based on the 7Ps, namely product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence and process. However, the marketing mix that tends to be carried out is promotion.

Abstract

Pendidikan di sekolah dasar memiliki peranan penting dalam membentuk dasar pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan karakter peserta didik. Dalam konteks sekolah inklusif, diperlukan lingkungan belajar yang holistik agar setiap siswa, termasuk yang berkebutuhan khusus, dapat berkembang secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: 1) Proses penerapan pembelajaran di lingkungan sekolah inklusif, 2) Tantangan yang dihadapi dalam penerapan proses pembelajaran, dan tolak ukur sebuah keberhasilan proses pembelajaran inklusif. Penelitian ini dilakukan sebagai pemenuhan studi lapangan dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian lakukan dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi secara langsung dan analisis dokumen. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu guru SD IT Insan Kamil Banjarsari Kecamatan Kradenan, Kabupaten Grobogan. Penelitian ini dilakukan mulai dari 2 s/d. 3 Januari 2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Proses penerapan pembelajaran di lingkungan sekolah Inklusif dilakukan seperti pembelajaran pada umumnya dan hanya diperlukan perhatian khusus terhadap individu peserta didik yang memiliki keterbatasan. 2) Tantangan yang dihadapi yaitu keterbatasan sumber daya, fasilitas sarana prasarana dan tenaga pendidik. Serta tolak ukur keberhasilan pembelajaran yaitu dapat dilihat dari keberhasilan setiap individu dari semua materi yang sudah diajarkan dan diberikan oleh guru pada saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung.

Abstract

This study aims to; First, produce a product in the form of developing educational game-based learning media for cultural heritage material for grade V at SDN Kedungkamal using the ADDIE development procedure. Second, determine the feasibility of educational game-based learning media on cultural heritage material for grade V at SDN Kedungkamal based on the validity results of media experts and material experts as well as the practicality of student responses and teacher responses. The type of research used is R&D (Research and Development) ADDIE model, namely Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The subjects of the study were 13 grade V students of SDN Kedungkamal in the 2024/2025 academic year. Data collection techniques were qualitative (observation and interview) and quantitative (media expert validation questionnaire, material expert, student responses and teacher responses) approaches. Data analysis was carried out by calculating the validity and practicality using a predetermined equation in the form of a percentage. The results of the study were; First, this study produced a product in the form of Educational Game-Based Learning Media on Cultural Heritage Material for Class V of SDN Kedungkamal, Grabag Purworejo. Second, the product's Validity results obtained a percentage of 89% with a very valid category. Third, the Practicality results obtained a percentage of 99.3% with a very practical category. Based on this study, it can be concluded that Educational Game-Based Learning Media on Cultural Heritage Material for Class V at SDN Kedungkamal, Grabag Purworejo is suitable for use as a learning medium in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to: First, develop an assessment product in the form of a spinning wheel learning assessment integrated with the Pancasila Student Profile for the topic of the history of kingdoms in Indonesia for fourth-grade students at SD Negeri Kedungkamal. Second, to determine the feasibility of the spinning wheel learning assessment integrated with the Pancasila Student Profile for the topic of the history of kingdoms in Indonesia for fourth-grade students at SD Negeri Kedungkamal. This research employs the R&D (Research and Development) approach using the ADDIE model, which consists of Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research subjects were 14 fourth-grade students of SD Negeri Kedungkamal in the 2024/2025 academic year. Data collection techniques included qualitative approaches (observation, interviews) and quantitative approaches (validation questionnaires from media experts, material experts, student responses, and teacher responses). Data analysis was conducted by measuring validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The research results are as follows: First, this study produced a product called the Spinning Wheel Learning Assessment Integrated with the Pancasila Student Profile for the topic of the history of kingdoms in Indonesia for fourth-grade students at SD Negeri Kedungkamal. Second, the product validity results showed a percentage of 91%, categorized as highly valid. The practicality results obtained a percentage of 99%, categorized as highly practical. The effectiveness aspect was evaluated based on student learning outcomes, where the limited trial achieved a score of 0.8 (high category), and the broader trial achieved a score of 0.69 (moderate category). Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the Spinning Wheel Learning Assessment Integrated with the Pancasila Student Profile for the topic of the history of kingdoms in Indonesia for fourth-grade students at SD Negeri Kedungkamal is feasible for use as a learning assessment in elementary schools.

Abstract

The philosophy of Pancasila, which is a national guideline in education, is used as a way of life that is believed to be true. If we link Pancasila and the education system in terms of educational philosophy, then Pancasila is the nation's view of life which animates in everyday life. The application of this is manifested in social, cultural, national and multi-ethnic life. In addition, Pancasila as values ​​that develop in religious and customary beliefs, must be instilled in education from an early age. Elementary school (SD) is one of the formal education courses that is pursued as an arena that plays a role in developing Pancasila values ​​to create a national character. The purpose of this research is to see how Pancasila philosophy is given in the education system in elementary schools in the context of character building. The method used by the author in this research is a literacy study/literature review through dissection of articles and books as reference material coupled with looking at life story studies, individual experiences, interviews, introspection and observation of visual texts. The results of the research that the authors found were that there is character education for students in elementary schools which must be based on the Pancasila philosophy. These values ​​and attitudes are reflected in three aspects, namely ontology, epistemology and axiology.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) Develop a snake and ladder board game-based educational media for the topic of cultural diversity in Indonesia for fourth-grade students at SD Negeri Keburusan. 2) Determine the feasibility of implementing the developed game-based educational media in teaching cultural diversity in Indonesia for fourth-grade students at SD Negeri Keburusan. This research employs a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, which consists of five development stages. The study subjects were 21 fourth-grade students at SD Negeri Keburusan. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, questionnaires, and tests, using instruments such as observation sheets, learning implementation observations, interviews, expert validation from media and content specialists, teacher assessments, and student responses. Data analysis was conducted by evaluating the feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness of the media. The results indicate that: 1) The snake and ladder board game-based educational media on Indonesia's cultural diversity was successfully developed using the ADDIE model. 2) The product feasibility results show that the validity aspect achieved an average score of 81%, categorized as "highly feasible," the practicality aspect obtained an average score of 92%, categorized as "highly practical," and the effectiveness aspect achieved an average score of 80%, categorized as "highly effective." Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the snake and ladder board game-based educational media on Indonesia's cultural diversity for fourth-grade students at SD Negeri Keburusan meets the criteria of validity, practicality, and effectiveness, making it suitable for use in the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze students' difficulties in solving mathematical word problems based on Polya's problem-solving steps in the topic of arithmetic operations on whole numbers for fifth-grade students at SDN 1 Mranti. This research employs a qualitative approach using a descriptive method. The research subjects consist of 23 fifth-grade students from SD Negeri 1 Mranti in the 2024/2025 academic year. Data collection techniques include written tests, interviews, documentation, and field notes. The collected data encompass difficulties in understanding the problem, difficulties in devising a plan, difficulties in carrying out the plan, and difficulties in reviewing the solution. Data analysis is conducted using triangulation techniques to obtain research results, which are then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of observations and interviews indicate that students at SDN 1 Mranti face difficulties in understanding the problem, devising a plan, carrying out the plan, and reviewing the solution. Students struggle to identify key information and comprehend the context of word problems. In the planning stage, they have difficulty determining appropriate problem-solving strategies. The causes of these difficulties include a lack of basic conceptual understanding, low reading ability, and insufficient practice with word problems. Based on these findings, it is recommended that teachers implement Polya’s problem-solving strategies in a structured manner, increase practice with word problems, and provide support for students experiencing difficulties.
