Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa 3 UPT SDN 21 Barru dalam pembelajaran matematika terutama pada materi penjumlahan dan pengurangan bilangan cacah. Fakta bahwa pembelajaran Matematika masih didiminasi dengan penggunaan media pembelajaran yang kurang bervariasi dan pemberian tugas maka hasil belajar yang dicapai oleh siswa kurang maksimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, masing-masing terdiri atas tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan PowerPoint sebagai alat pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi penjumlahan di kelas 3 Matematika di UPTD SDN 21 BARRU, Kecamatan Barru, Kabupaten Barru. Guru dapat menggunakan PowerPoint sebagai alternatif untuk memberikan pembelajaran yang lebih kreatif dan menarik bagi siswa, sehingga pembelajaran menjad Namun, guru mungkin menghadapi beberapa masalah saat menggunakan media ini.

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research (CLASROOM ACTION REPORT) which aims to increase interest in learning history subjects through differentiated learning with the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach in class XI IPS 1 at SMA Negeri 19 Pekanbaru. The research was conducted in 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The number of cycles carried out in this study was two cycles and each cycle consisted of two meetings. Data collection methods were by observation and questionnaire techniques. Data analysis using descriptive and quantitative analysis techniques. The results of this study showed that there was an increase in the number of students' interest in learning history in cycle I by 67.86% with the criteria of not yet successful and in cycle II there was an increase with a score of 87.10%. With this it can be interpreted that students' interest in learning has reached the success indicator of 80%. The results of the observational study showed that there was an increase in the learning interest of class XI IPS 1 students. The conclusion of the research results supports the research hypothesis that differentiated learning with the CRT approach can increase students' learning interest in the history subject of class XI IPS at SMA Negeri 19 Pekanbaru.

Abstract

This study aimed to improve the literacy skills of fifth-grade students at UPT SDN 065012 Medan Tuntungan in learning imperative sentences through the implementation of the poster session strategy. The research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) method conducted over two cycles, each comprising the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The participants of the study consisted of 17 students. Data were collected through written tests and observations of student activities and analyzed using descriptive quantitative methods. The results of the study indicated an improvement in students’ literacy skills following the application of the poster session strategy. In Cycle I, the average student score was 60.58, with a classical mastery level of 41.17%. After revisions made in Cycle II, the average score increased to 78.23 and the classical mastery level reached 82.35%. Moreover, observations of students’ literacy skills demonstrated an improvement. In the aspect of writing imperative sentences, the percentage increased from 66.66% to 86.27%, while in the aspect of communicating imperative sentences, the percentage rose from 63.23% to 81.86%. The application of the poster session strategy proved effective in enhancing students’ literacy skills by promoting active engagement, creativity, as well as visual and verbal communication abilities. This strategy enabled students to compose imperative sentences contextually through engaging visual media. Thus, the poster session can serve as an innovative alternative instructional method for strengthening Indonesian language skills at the elementary school level.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penyebab banjir yang terjadi diwilayah Garu 2 B, Kecamatan Medan Amplas, pada tanggal 26 November 2024, bertepatan denganpersiapan pelaksanaan Pemilu. Berdasarkan wawancara dengan kepala lingkungan dan beberapawarga, diketahui bahwa banjir terjadi akibat curah hujan deras yang berlangsung cukup lama sertadugaan limpahan air dari kawasan pegunungan. Kejadian ini memberikan gambaran pentingmengenai kesiapsiagaan masyarakat dan peran aktif pemimpin lingkungan dalam penangananbencana.

Abstract

This research aims to improve students' ability to manage emotions through group guidance services using techniques game based learning by using media board game my emotions. Emotional intelligence is an important factor in students' academic success and social adaptation, but in reality there are still many students who have difficulty recognizing and managing their emotions appropriately. The research method used was Guidance and Counseling Action Research (PTBK) which involved 8 class VIII students at SMP Negeri 36 Palembang in two cycles. Data collection techniques use observation instruments and questionnaires. The research results showed a significant increase in students' ability to manage emotions. The average score increased from the "low" category at pre-cycle to "medium" after cycle I, and reached "high" in cycle II. This research reinforces the importance of implementing group guidance services using techniques game based learning in improving students' ability to manage emotions effectively.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Work Allowances and Work Motivation on Employee Performance, as well as the mediating role of Work Achievement in the relationship. Data were analyzed using path analysis techniques on the test results which showed a significant influence between variables. The results of the study revealed that Work Allowances and Work Motivation have a positive and significant direct effect on Employee Performance. Furthermore, these two antecedent variables also have a positive and significant effect on employee Work Achievement. Key findings indicate that Work Achievement significantly mediates the effect of Work Allowances and Work Motivation on Employee Performance. This implies that part of the impact of Work Allowances and Work Motivation on Employee Performance is channeled through increasing individual Work Achievement. This study concludes that efforts to improve work allowances and employee motivation will have a positive impact on performance, both directly and indirectly through increasing work performance.

Abstract

Based on previous studies, the learning process in learning Pancasila Education in class IV SDN 10 Sapiran Bukittinggi City has not been optimal so that it has an impact on low learning outcomes. This study aims to describe the improvement of student learning outcomes in Pancasila Education learning using the Course Review Horey model. This type of research is classroom action research (PTK) using qualitative and quantitative approaches. This research was conducted in two cycles, with the research procedure consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research data obtained was related to the learning outcomes of the Course Review Horay model. Data collection techniques were in the form of tests and non-tests. The subjects of this study were class teachers as observers or observers, researchers as practitioners or teachers, and fourth grade students of SDN 10 Sapiran, Bukittinggi City, totaling 16 people. The results showed an increase in: a) the average teaching module of cycle I is 80.5% with qualification B (Good), increased in cycle II to 94% with qualification SB (Very Good), b) the implementation of learning in the teacher aspect, cycle I is 78.36% with qualification C (Enough) increased in cycle II is 95.45% with qualification SB (Very Good) and in the aspect of students cycle I is 78.36% with qualification C (Enough) increased in cycle II is 95.45% with qualification SB (Very Good). c) The learning outcomes of students in cycle I obtained a score of 75 with qualifications C (Fair) and increased in cycle II to 85 with qualifications B (Good). Based on these results it can be concluded that the Course Revie Horey model can improve student learning outcomes in Pancasila Education subjects in class IV SDN 10 Sapiran Bukittinggi City.

Abstract

This abstract describes the research on the influence of differentiated instruction in mathematics for grade 2 student SDN Bangetayu Wetan 02. This study aimsto determine whether there is a significant difference in mathematics learning outcomes of student taugh using differentiated instruction compared to students taught using conventional methods. The research method used was a quasi- experiment with a pretest-posttest control group design. The result of the study indicate that there is a positive influence of differentiated instruction on the mathematics learning outcomes of grade 2 student.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the use of the Counting Box (KOBER) media in improving the mathematics learning outcomes of grade II students of SD Negeri 101 Inpres Pattallassang. The main problem in mathematics learning in elementary schools is the low learning outcomes of students due to monotonous learning methods and the lack of concrete media that attract students' attention. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design of the one group pretest-posttest type. The research sample consisted of 25 grade II students. The research instruments included learning outcome tests, student activity observation sheets, and student response questionnaires. The results of the analysis showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes after the use of the KOBER media with a normalized gain value reaching 0.8 (high category). Student activities during learning were classified as active and student responses to the media were classified as positive. These results indicate that the Counting Box (KOBER) media is effective for use in mathematics learning in elementary schools, especially in multiplication operations.

Abstract

The research titled "Evaluation Strategy on the Effectiveness of Cooperative Learning Methods at PKBM Al Kahfi, Serang City" aims to analyze evaluation strategies using cooperative learning methods in the equivalency program of study groups at the Al Kahfi Community Learning Center (PKBM) in Serang City based on output and input. It seeks to determine whether the cooperative learning model is effective in improving student learning outcomes at PKBM Al-Kahfi, Serang City. The learning evaluation strategy is a process of measuring the level of student achievement and the effectiveness of learning.In this study, with the presence of a good evaluation strategy, it is hoped that the cooperative learning method can be further optimized so that its benefits truly impact the students at PKBM AL- Kahfi in Serang City.Therefore, efforts are needed to train and develop educators' skills in designing learning evaluations.The research conducted uses a literature review based on factual studies with a qualitative approach, including library research techniques and narrative data analysis techniques.That this research discusses based on reference sources related to the subject of the study.This conclusion shows that strategies and evaluations have provisions in cooperative learning strategies and evaluations.
