Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kekayaan budaya dan nilai keagamaan masyarakat Indonesia yang terinternalisasi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Salah satu tradisi yang menarik untuk dikaji adalah tradisi Manyaratus yang disandingkan dengan kegiatan Khatamul Qur’an pada masyarakat Dayak Bakumpai di Kecamatan Marabahan, Kabupaten Barito Kuala, Kalimantan Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan latar belakang kemunculan tradisi Manyaratus, menganalisis proses pelaksanaannya, serta mengidentifikasi nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam yang terkandung di dalamnya berdasarkan perspektif etnopedagogik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif-analitis. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi partisipatif, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tradisi Manyaratus dengan Khatamul Qur’an telah dilaksanakan sejak masa Qodhi H. Abdusshamad Albakumpai. Prosesi pelaksanaan dimulai dengan pembacaan Al-Qur’an pada malam hari, dilanjutkan dengan baakramal dan pembacaan kitab Khatamul Qur’an pada pagi harinya, serta doa-doa dan dzikir khas Bakumpai. Tradisi ini mengandung nilai religius, sosial, dan budaya lokal yang memperkuat internalisasi ajaran Islam dalam masyarakat. Temuan ini penting karena menunjukkan peran tradisi lokal dalam memperkuat pendidikan Islam melalui pendekatan budaya

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji, menganalisis, dan mensintesis berbagai hasil penelitian yang berkaitan dengan penerapan game edukasi sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif pada jenjang sekolah dasar melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Kajian ini dilakukan dengan menelaah tujuh artikel ilmiah yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2020 hingga 2025, yang diperoleh dari berbagai basis data akademik seperti Google Scholar, ERIC, ScienceDirect, SpringerLink, dan Garuda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, ditemukan bahwa pemanfaatan game edukasi memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan motivasi, minat belajar, serta keterlibatan aktif peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran. Media ini juga terbukti efektif dalam membantu siswa memahami konsep-konsep abstrak secara lebih konkret, mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis, kreativitas, komunikasi, dan kolaborasi, sekaligus menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter seperti kedisiplinan dan tanggung jawab. Di sisi lain, penerapan game edukasi turut berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam merancang pembelajaran yang inovatif serta responsif terhadap perkembangan teknologi digital. Namun demikian, sejumlah kendala seperti ketergantungan terhadap teknologi dan keterbatasan sarana digital masih menjadi tantangan dalam implementasinya. Secara keseluruhan, hasil kajian ini menegaskan bahwa game edukasi merupakan inovasi pedagogis yang selaras dengan kebutuhan pendidikan abad ke-21 dan memiliki potensi besar dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang bermakna, menyenangkan, serta berpusat pada peserta didik di tingkat sekolah dasar.

Abstract

The Effect of Asset Structure, Growth Opportunity, and Business Risk on Capital Structure in Food and Beverage Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of asset structure, growth opportunities, and business risk on capital structure in food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses a quantitative approach, a method used to describe the company's condition through analysis based on quantitative data. The population used in this study is 45 food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2021-2023. The sampling method used in this study is purposive sampling, a technique for selecting data sources based on certain considerations or criteria. The data sources in this study are secondary data. The results of this study indicate that Asset Structure (X1) does not have a significant effect on Capital Structure in Food and Beverage Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (Y), Growth Opportunity (X2) does not have a significant effect on Capital Structure in Food and Beverage Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (Y) and Business Risk (X3) has an influence and significance on capital structure in food and beverage sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (Y).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah efektivitas metode bermain peran (role playing) dalam upaya meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara Bahasa Indonesia pada peserta didik kelas III sekolah dasar dengan menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Kajian ini dilakukan dengan menganalisis tujuh artikel ilmiah yang diterbitkan dalam kurun waktu sepuluh tahun terakhir dan diperoleh melalui berbagai basis data akademik. Hasil telaah menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode bermain peran memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap pengembangan keterampilan berbicara, peningkatan rasa percaya diri, kelancaran berbahasa, serta hasil belajar siswa. Selain itu, metode ini mampu menciptakan proses pembelajaran yang aktif, komunikatif, dan menyenangkan. Keberhasilan implementasinya sangat bergantung pada kompetensi guru dalam mengelola waktu, memberikan pendampingan yang tepat, serta menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif. Dengan demikian, metode bermain peran direkomendasikan sebagai strategi pembelajaran inovatif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara sekaligus memperkuat kualitas pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

The development of digital technology in the era of Industry 4.0 has had a significant influence on changes in the operational systems of various industrial sectors, including the printing industry. CV. Arzha Putra Gemilang, as one of the printing companies located in Medan City, is required to adapt to the process of digitalization in order to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and work productivity. This study is motivated by the company’s need to determine the extent to which the implementation of digitalization affects operational efficiency, both in terms of quantitative data and qualitative understanding from field practitioners. This research employs a Mixed Methodology approach, which combines quantitative and qualitative methods. The quantitative approach is used to analyze the influence of the digitalization variable (X) on operational efficiency (Y) through an associative research design, while the qualitative approach is used to deepen the quantitative findings through in-depth interviews and direct observations of digital work processes within the company. The population of this study consists of all 35 employees of CV. Arzha Putra Gemilang, with a census sampling technique, meaning that the entire population was used as the research sample. Quantitative data were collected through questionnaires developed based on the indicators of each research variable, and tested for validity and reliability prior to use. Qualitative data were obtained through semi-structured interviews with company leaders, the head of production, and digital printing operators to gain in-depth insights regarding the impact of digital transformation on efficiency and work culture. Quantitative analysis was conducted using simple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 26, while qualitative analysis followed the procedures of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing based on the Miles and Huberman model. The results of the quantitative analysis indicate that digitalization has a positive and significant effect on operational efficiency. The correlation coefficient (r) of 0.742 shows a strong relationship between the two variables. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.551 (55.1%) indicates that digitalization contributes 55.1% to the improvement of operational efficiency, while the remaining 44.9% is influenced by other factors beyond this study. The calculated t-value (6.932) is greater than the t-table value (2.015) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, signifying that digitalization has a significant influence on operational efficiency. Meanwhile, the qualitative interview findings reinforce the quantitative results, showing that the implementation of digital systems increases work process speed, reduces production errors, and strengthens the company’s data control systems. However, several challenges remain, such as the limited ability of human resources to master new technologies and the need for regular updates to digital equipment.This study recommends that the company continue to enhance employees’ digital competencies, strengthen information system infrastructure, and cultivate an adaptive work culture to support the sustainability of digital transformation in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, leverage and company size on tax avoidance in food and beverage consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the IDX in 2021 - 2023. Tax avoidance is projected using ETR, leverage is measured using the Debt to asset ratio (DAR), profitability is projected using Return On Assets (ROA) and Company size is projected with LN. The sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling with predetermined criteria so that 37 sample data are obtained from 95 selected companies. The data source in this study is secondary data obtained from the company's annual financial report through www.idx.co.id. The data was processed using several stages through classical assumption tests, descriptive statistical analysis methods, multiple linear regression analysis tests, hypotheses (t-test), determination coefficient tests (R2), which were processed using IMB SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that Profitability has a positive and significant effect on Tax Avoidance, Leverage has a positive but insignificant effect on Tax Avoidance and Company Size has a negative but insignificant effect on Tax Avoidance in companies in the food and beverage consumer goods industry sector listed on the IDX in 2021-2023.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a Project Based Learning E-Module on the Electrical Lighting Installation subject for class XI of SMK which is valid and practical to use in the learning process. This study uses the R&D research method using the 4D development model consisting of four stages, namely define, design, develop and dissemination. The product trial was conducted on 23 class XI TITL students of SMK Negeri 2 Sijunjung and 1 class XI IPL subject teacher. The validity test was carried out by 1 material expert and 2 media experts. Data collection techniques used validation sheets, practicality questionnaires, and media distribution questionnaires. The results of the assessment from the validator and students, namely the assessment of the material aspect by the material expert obtained a score of 3.95, included in the very good category. Furthermore, the assessment of the media by media expert 1 obtained a score of 3.94, included in the very good category. Furthermore, the assessment from media expert 2 obtained a score of 3.75, included in the very good category. In line with the assessments conducted by material and media experts, the e-module received a score of 85.12% from 23 students, a score of 93.6% from 5 teachers, and a score of 86.93% from 12 questionnaire respondents, which categorized it as very practical. The overall assessment of the e-module concluded that the resulting learning media product was excellent and practical for use in the learning process.

Abstract

This study is an analysis of speech acts in the novel "Toko Tukar Tambah Nasib" by Lia Seplia using pragmatic studies to describe the meaning of the utterances used by the characters in the novel. The objectives of this study are (1) To describe locutionary speech acts in the novel "Toko Tukar Tambah Nasib" by Lia Seplia, (2) To describe illocutionary speech acts in the novel "Toko Tukar Tambah Nasib" by Lia Seplia and (3) To describe perlocutionary speech acts in the novel "Toko Tukar Tambah Nasib" by Lia Seplia. This analysis uses a qualitative approach and descriptive research methods. The data analysis techniques used in this study are observation techniques, library techniques, reading techniques, and note-taking techniques. Data analysis is carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/data verification. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there are locutionary, illocutionary, and perlocutionary speech acts in the dialogue of the novel "Toko Tukar Tambah Nasib" by Lia Seplia. The locutionary speech acts in Lia Seplia's novel "Toko Tukar Tambah Nasib" (The Exchange Shop for Fate) consist of declarative, interrogative, and imperative locutions. The illocutionary speech acts in Lia Seplia's novel "Toko Tukar Tambah Nasib" consist of assertive, directive, commissive, expressive, and declarative speech acts. Perlocutionary speech acts are also present in Khrisna Pabichara's novel Natisha.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila yang disebabkan oleh pembelajaran yang masih berpusat pada guru, dan kurangnya media yang memadai, sehingga peserta didik kurang aktif dalam proses belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik melalui penerapan model Discovery Learning berbantuan Wordwall di kelas III SDN 18 Sungai Lambai, Kabupaten Solok Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru dan 20 peserta didik kelas III pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes hasil belajar, observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa, serta penilaian terhadap modul ajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik dari nilai rata-rata awal 69,5 menjadi 79 pada siklus I pertemuan 1, meningkat menjadi 86 pada siklus I pertemuan 2, dan mencapai 88 pada siklus II pertemuan 1. Rata-rata aktivitas guru meningkat dari 79 menjadi 82 dan kemudian 83. Penilaian terhadap modul ajar juga meningkat dari nilai rata-rata 84 pada siklus I pertemuan 1 menjadi 88 pada siklus I pertemuan 2, dan mencapai 91 pada siklus II pertemuan 1. Dengan demikian, penerapan model Discovery Learning berbantuan Wordwall terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di kelas III SDN 18 Sungai Lambai.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of learning methods, infrastructure, and practicum intensity on the knowledge of food hygiene of Culinary Studies Program students. The research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The research instrument was in the form of a questionnaire which was distributed through Google Form to 40 Culinary students. The data were analyzed through validity, reliability, and multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that the three independent variables, namely learning methods, infrastructure, and practicum intensity, had a simultaneous significant effect on students' food hygiene knowledge (p < 0.05). Partially, varied and interactive learning methods have been proven to increase student understanding, adequate infrastructure to support the application of hygiene principles, and high practicum intensity to strengthen students' skills and awareness of food hygiene. These findings confirm the importance of the combination of these three factors in improving the quality of culinary learning. This research provides practical implications for study program managers to develop teaching methods, improve practice facilities, and increase the frequency of practicum as an effort to strengthen students' food hygiene knowledge.
