Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi pedagogis terhadap kinerja guru, untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja guru, untuk mengetahui pengaruh perkembangan karier terhadap kinerja guru, untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi pedagogis, pelatihan, dan perkembangan karier terhadap kinerja guru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan jenis diskriptif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Batang Kabupaten Batang. Besar populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 505 orang guru di SD Negeri di Kecamatan Batang Kabupaten Batang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah simple random sampling dengan rumus sloving diperoleh 100 sampel. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode angket. Analisis data yang digunakan analisis deskriptif, uji persyaratan dan uji hipotesis yang meliputi analisis regresi linear sederhana dan analisis regresi ganda. Untuk menganalisis data digunakan program SPSS for windows versi 25. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa : 1) ada pengaruh kompetensi pedagogis guru terhadap kinerja guru (Y) pada Guru SD Negeri se kecamatan Batang diperoleh thitung (2,803> ttabel (1,66071)., 2) ada pengaruh pelatihan terhadap Kinerja Guru (Y) pada Guru SD Negeri se Kecamatan Batang diperoleh thitung (2,501> ttabel (1,66071), 3) ada pengaruh perkembangan Karier terhadap Kinerja Guru (Y) pada Guru SD Negeri se Kecamatan Batang perhitungan diperoleh thitung (9,589) > ttabel (1,66071). 4) Nilai F hitung lebih besar dari F tabel yakni 162,667 > F tabel 2,70 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, artinya bahwa model regresi yang dihasilkan adalah fit dan signifikan, sehingga model regresi tersebut layak untuk digunakan. Saran dalam penelitian ini guru dan kepala sekolah dapat meningkatkan pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan meningkatkan pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif dan kreatif dengan sehingga anak-anak dapat meningkatkan hasil belajarnya.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) approach in the learning process of third-grade students at Nguter 04 Public Elementary School in Sukoharjo. TaRL is a learning approach that focuses on identifying and addressing students’ learning needs based on their actual ability levels, rather than their age or grade level. This approach is essential for addressing learning achievement gaps at the primary level, particularly in reading and arithmetic skills. This research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The research subjects include third-grade teachers, the school principal, and third-grade students. Data collection techniques involve observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis follows the interactive model by Miles and Huberman, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that the implementation of the TaRL approach in the third grade at SDN Nguter 04 involves several stages: initial diagnostic assessment, grouping students based on ability levels, and conducting differentiated instruction tailored to each group’s needs. The teacher demonstrated a good understanding of TaRL principles and was able to adjust teaching strategies according to the actual classroom conditions. However, there are still challenges in the implementation, such as limited time, the need for further teacher training, and inadequate learning facilities.

Abstract

Thesis by Yoseph Mariano Hendrawan Neparian NIM 2001140179 with the title “The Use of Problem Based Learning Model Assisted by Wordwall Media on Material Like What is My Regional Culture to Improve Learning Outcomes of Grade V Students of SD Inpres Tarus 1 Kupang Regency.” The problem in this study is how to improve the learning outcomes of Vc grade students SD Inpres Tarus 1 through the application of problem based learning models assisted by wordwall media on material such as what is my regional culture with the aim of knowing the improvement of learning outcomes of Vc grade students of SD Inpres Tarus 1 through the application of problem based learning models assisted by wordwall media on material such as what is my regional culture. The location of this research was at SD Inpres Tarus 1, Kupang Regency. The research method used was classroom action research (PTK) which was carried out in two cycles. Each of them consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The research subjects were students of class Vc SD Inpres Tarus 1 Kupang Regency totaling 27 students, consisting of 15 boys and 12 girls. Data were collected through learning outcomes tests, teacher activity observations, learner activity observations, and documentations. Data analysis techniques used were quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed a significant increase in learning outcomes. Learning completeness increased from 18,5% in the pre-cycle to 41% in cycle I, and reached 93% in cycle II. Based on research conducted at SD Inpres Tarus 1 Kupang Regency on the use of problem based learning models assisted by wordwall media to improve the learning outcomes of Vc class students, which were analyzed through observations of students activities and competency tests and understanding of material about regional culture, the data obtained that in cycle I the score of student activity was 51,81. This score then increased in cycle II to 80,18. In addition, data from the final tests showed in increase in the percentage of students learning completeness from 64% in cycle I to 83,5% in cycle II. Thus, the problem based learning model assisted by wordwall media can be an alternative learning strategy that is effective in improving student learning outcomes in elementary school.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is whether the outdoor learning method has aninfluence on the descriptive writing ability of fourth grade students of SDN 98Bontomanai. This researcher aims to determine the effect of the application of theoutdoor learning method on the descriptive writing ability of fourth grade studentsof SDN 98 Bontomanai. This study uses a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design type one group pretest-posttest design. The sample in thisstudy amounted to 30 students. Data collection was carried out using the results ofthe descriptive essay writing assessment. The data obtained were then analyzedusing statistical analysis techniques, namely descriptive statistics and inferentialstatistics. After analyzing the data, the author found that the learning outcomes ofstudents before using the outdoor learning method were relatively low, namely theaverage value of the pre-test results was 49.23, then the average value of thepost-test results was 66.9. After obtaining Tcount 7.82 and Ttable 1.699, it wasobtained t_(Count)&gt; t_Table or 7.82&gt; 1.699 Based on the results of tCount andtTable, it can be concluded that the use of the outdoor learning method has aneffect on the ability to write descriptions of grade IV students of SDN 98Bontomanai.

Abstract

This study is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to describe the values ​​of local wisdom contained in folklore in Indonesian language textbooks for grade X of high school. The data of this study are in the form of words or sentences containing local wisdom values ​​contained in folklore texts while the data source of the study is the Indonesian language textbook for grade X of high school. The data collection techniques used are reading techniques, note-taking techniques. The results of the study show that: The focus of this study is how are the values ​​of local wisdom contained in folklore in Indonesian language textbooks for grade X of high school. The values ​​of local wisdom are politeness, honesty, social solidarity, harmony, conflict resolution, commitment, positive thinking, gratitude, hard work, caring for the environment, discipline, education, health, mutual cooperation, gender management, cultural creativity, and responsibility.

Abstract

Mathematics is the study of number concepts and counting operations, such asaddition and subtraction. In learning mathematics, student errors are often found,especially in story problems that involve understanding and applying theseoperations. The purpose of this study was to analyze student errors in solvingaddition and subtraction story problems based on Newmans theory. This studyused a qualitative descriptive approach with a population of 27 students of grade ISD N 1 Dersalam and the sample in this study were 3 students who showed thelowest scores in the diagnostic test. Data analysis techniques according to Milesand Huberman were carried out through observation, documentation, andinterviews. In this study, researchers used Newmans Theory to analyze students&#39;errors in solving mathematics story problems. The stages include five stages thatare the basis of student errors, namely reading, understanding, transformation,process skills, and writing the final answer. The results of the analysis showed thateach of the 3 students experienced different errors, including inaccuracy inunderstanding the story problem, difficulty in transforming the problem sentenceinto mathematical form, and lack of accuracy in compiling and writing the finalanswer. The errors were caused by limitations in reading skills, studentsdifficulties in transforming the problem into mathematical form, and students lackof understanding of the story problem.

Abstract

This classroom action research was conducted to improve the short story writing skills of fourth-grade students at UPT SPF Labuang Baji I Makassar through the use of visual literacy media. The problem identified was the students’ low interest and ability in writing short stories, particularly in organizing ideas and applying story elements effectively. The study aimed to examine whether visual literacy media such as images and videos can enhance students' imagination and narrative structure. The research was carried out in two cycles, each consisting of three meetings. Data were collected through observation and written tests, then analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. The results showed a significant improvement in students' writing scores: from 75.3 and 78.5 in Cycle I to 85.4 and 87.3 in Cycle II. The use of visual media helped students generate ideas more creatively and write with greater coherence. It also increased classroom engagement and students’ enthusiasm for writing activities. These findings suggest that visual literacy media can be an effective and enjoyable strategy to enhance writing skills in elementary school. Further research is recommended to explore its application to other language skills or different educational levels.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the use of traditional engklek games as a geometry learning medium for second-grade students at SDN 01 Kalikuning, as well as to determine the obstacles faced in using traditional engklek games as a geometry learning medium. The type of research used is qualitative research. Descriptive research aims to describe or explain a phenomenon based on existing facts systematically, factually, and accurately. This study focuses on the use and obstacles of traditional engklek games as a geometry learning medium for second-grade students at SDN 1 Kalikuning. Data were obtained from observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is Miles and Huberman with three activities, namely, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the study show that traditional engklek games are proven to be an effective learning medium for lower-grade students, able to provide concrete learning experiences that are appropriate to their cognitive development stage. The use of traditional engklek games as a geometry learning medium for second-grade students at SDN 1 Kalikuning found several obstacles. Namely related to classroom conditioning carried out outdoors, the open environment causes distractions such as noise and other student activities that interfere with students' focus and concentration.

Abstract

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah : apakah ada pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru ?, apakah ada pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja guru ?, apakah ada pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru?, apakah ada pengaruh budaya organisasi, motivasi dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru ?. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan jenis diskriptif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SD Negeri di Batang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah simple random sampling dengan rumus sloving diperoleh 82 sampel. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode angket. Analisis data yang digunakan analisis deskriptif, uji persyaratan dan uji hipotesis yang meliputi analisis regresi linear sederhana dan analisis regresi ganda. Untuk menganalisis data digunakan program SPSS for windows versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada pengaruh budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja guru, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kinerja guru. Hal ini dilihat dari nilai F hitung sebesar F hitung sebesar 43,975 > F tabel 2,71 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa model tersebut merupakan model yang fit, artinya antara budaya organisasi, motivasi dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama ada korelasi terhadap kinerja guru. Saran dalam penelitian ini selain faktor budaya organisasi, faktor motivasi kerja guru dibutuhkan untuk peningkatan kinerja guru. Maka dari itu guru perlu melakukan inovasi dalam pembelajaran berupa ide, metode, program, dan proses pembelajaran. Kepala sekolah disini berperan untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru.

Abstract

Learning about the cultural diversity of local wisdom at Sidosari State Elementary School still experiences several obstacles. These obstacles are related to the lack of interesting and fun learning media to facilitate teachers and students. The purpose of this study was to produce and determine the feasibility of monopoly learning media on wisdom-based cultural diversity material based on validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The type of research method used is research and development (Research and Development) with the ADDIE model which consists of 5 stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The subjects of this study were 20 fourth grade students of Sidosari State Elementary School. Data collection techniques and instruments in this study used observation, interviews, questionnaires, and tests. The data analysis technique used is the analysis of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The results of this study found that the validity of the product obtained an average score of 3.55 with a very valid category. The practicality of the product obtained an average score of 3.75 with a very practical category. The effectiveness of the product in the limited trial obtained an average score of 0.55 with a medium effective category, while in the broad trial obtained an average score of 0.39 with a medium effective category. The development of monopoly learning media is expected to provide benefits and be used as an additional reference source to increase knowledge.
