Abstract

This study aims to analyze the comparison of democratic, authoritarian, and laissez-faire leadership styles in the management of madrasa cooperatives based on educative leadership. Madrasa cooperatives function not only as business units but also as educational media that contribute to the development of students’ character, responsibility, and entrepreneurial skills. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using a literature study method by analyzing relevant academic sources. The findings indicate that democratic leadership is the most effective style in madrasa cooperatives, as it enhances participation, collaboration, and the internalization of Islamic educational values such as deliberation (musyawarah), trustworthiness (amanah), and responsibility. Authoritarian leadership is effective in certain conditions by promoting discipline and decisiveness, but it tends to limit students’ creativity. Meanwhile, laissez-faire leadership provides autonomy that fosters independence and innovation, yet it risks a lack of control without proper supervision. Therefore, educative leadership in madrasa cooperatives should be applied situationally by integrating these leadership styles proportionally to achieve both educational goals and organizational effectiveness.

Abstract

School School cooperatives play a role in fostering entrepreneurial skills and student independence, but they still face obstacles such as lack of innovation, low participation, and weak leadership. This study aims to examine the role of transformational leadership in improving the management of school cooperatives through a literature review. The results indicate that transformational leadership can improve cooperative performance by encouraging member motivation, active participation, and innovation. Therefore, its implementation is key to achieving effective, innovative, and sustainable cooperative management.

Abstract

In a school environment, interpersonal intelligence is important, because the space of relationships and communication will never be separated from daily activities. Based on the results of interviews with the homeroom teacher of grade V at SD Negeri 01 Kota Baru, it shows that there are still some students who still have low interpersonal intelligence. This study was conducted to determine significant differences in students' interpersonal intelligence in the experimental class and the control class. The approach used was quantitative with a quasi-experimental research type with a posttest-only non-equivalent control group design. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling with 47 students from two grades of SD Negeri 01 Kota Baru as the control and experimental groups. Data collection used a questionnaire. Based on the results of the calculation of the questionnaire scores for Interpersonal Intelligence in the control class and the experimental class, the average value (mean) in the control class was 68.97 while the average value (mean) in the experimental class was 72. Then, an analysis was carried out using the Shapiro-Wilk normality test and the Livene's homogeneity test. After the data were normally distributed and homogeneous so that the T-test requirements were met, the hypothesis test was carried out using the Independent Samples T-Test. The test results showed a significance value of 0.165 > 0.05, which indicates that there was no significant difference in interpersonal intelligence in the experimental class that was given cooperative learning treatment with the control class that used conventional learning in science learning.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the low mathematics learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SDN 102071 Dolok Masihul, particularly in the topic of whole number operations. The learning process, which is still dominated by conventional methods, causes students to be less active, easily bored, and to have a limited understanding of multiplication concepts. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) cooperative learning model based on local wisdom through the traditional game of congklak on students’ learning outcomes. This research employs a quantitative approach with a Pre-Experimental design using a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sample consists of all 29 fourth-grade students, selected using a saturated sampling technique. The instruments used include a learning outcomes test and observation sheets. Data were analyzed using statistical tests to examine the differences between pretest and posttest results. The findings indicate an improvement in students’ learning outcomes after the implementation of the TGT model based on local wisdom. This model enhances student engagement, motivation, and conceptual understanding through interactive and contextual learning. Thus, it can be concluded that the TGT learning model based on local wisdom has a significant effect on students’ learning outcomes in whole number operations.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of educational record security as a strategic asset and collective memory of institutions, which currently face risks of physical damage and cyberattacks in the digital era. The purpose of this study is to analyze the most effective leadership strategies in ensuring the security of educational records. The method used is library research with a qualitative approach, where data is analyzed through coding, categorization, and interpretation techniques. The results indicate that leadership implementing visionary navigation, strengthening social capital, and based on ecotheological values can create a robust risk mitigation system. Furthermore, leadership characteristics that emphasize detail and precision are proven effective in fostering a quality culture in record management. The synergy between leadership, information technology, and organizational policy is the primary key to maintaining data sovereignty and the integrity of educational information. Abstract

ABSTRACT The digital transformation of archival management has brought fundamental changes to educational administrative practices, including in madrasah institutions. Madrasah leadership is required not only to adapt to technological advancements but also to reconstruct leadership paradigms that are relevant to the demands of the digital era. This study aims to analyze and reconstruct the paradigm of madrasah leadership in the context of digital archival transformation using a qualitative approach with a literature review method. Data were collected from various scientific sources such as journals, books, and relevant policy documents. The findings indicate that digital archival transformation requires a shift from conventional administrative leadership toward transformational, collaborative, and technology-based leadership. Effective madrasah leadership in the digital era is characterized by the ability to integrate information technology, build a digital culture, and enhance accountability and transparency in archival management. Furthermore, the reconstruction of leadership paradigms includes strengthening digital literacy, organizational innovation, and data-driven decision-making. Therefore, madrasah leadership plays a strategic role in ensuring the success of digital archival transformation as part of improving educational governance quality. Abstract

Bone cement placement in Austin Moore Prosthesis (AMP) procedures has the potential to cause significant hemodynamic changes, especially due to the risk of Bone Cement Implantation Syndrome (BCIS). On the other hand, the use of regional anesthesia is known to affect the stability of the cardiovascular system through the mechanism of sympathetic blockade. This study aims to analyze the hemodynamic conditions of patients during bone cement placement in AMP procedures with regional anesthesia. This study used a descriptive observational design with a prospective approach. The study sample consisted of 5 respondents taken using a total sampling technique at Dr. Harjono S. Ponorogo Regional General Hospital in the period February-March 2026. The data collected included systolic, diastolic blood pressure, and pulse rate in the pre-, intra-, and post-bone cement placement phases. Data analysis was carried out descriptively using the average, minimum, maximum, and standard deviation values. The results showed that the patient's hemodynamic parameters were relatively stable throughout the observation phase. The average systolic blood pressure decreased slightly in the intraoperative phase but increased again in the postoperative phase. A similar pattern was also found in diastolic blood pressure and pulse rate, with minimal changes. All respondents (100%) were hemodynamically stable and did not require vasopressor intervention. This study demonstrates that the use of regional anesthesia for AMP bone cement placement can maintain patient hemodynamic stability. However, close hemodynamic monitoring is still necessary to anticipate potential intraoperative complications.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze guest satisfaction at the Lotus Lounge, Hotel Whyndam OPI, Palembang. Furthermore, this study aims to expand knowledge and provide scientific references in the field of hotel management, particularly regarding the analysis of guest satisfaction in the hotel industry. This study also contributes to the development of theories on guest satisfaction in hotel and restaurant services. The results of this study can serve as a basis for further research addressing guest satisfaction in the hotel and restaurant sector. The method used in this study is qualitative with a quantitative approach to the research object. The data used in this study are primary data collected through interviews, observations, and direct attendance with hotel management and consumers. Secondary data obtained from primary sources, namely consumers, in the form of questionnaires, and literature such as books, journals, and previous research related to the discussion. The results obtained from this study indicate that efforts have been made, but their implementation is still not optimal.

Abstract

Critical thinking skills are one of the most important competencies to be developed among students at school in order to face various challenges in the learning process. However, in practice, the learning process is still more focused on the teacher so that it does not provide many opportunities for students to hone these skills. One alternative learning method that can be applied is Problem Based Learning (PBL), which prioritizes problem solving as a context in learning. This study aims to assess the effectiveness of the application of PBL in improving students' critical thinking skills in schools. The method used is a Literature Study by reviewing 13 national journal articles indexed by SINTA that were published in the 2021-2026 range as well as 2 relevant reference books. The results of the study show that the effective implementation of PBL can improve students' critical thinking skills, especially in analysis, evaluation, and problem solving, as well as increase student participation and involvement in the learning process. In addition, PBL activities are also influenced by several factors, including teacher readiness, learning planning, media utilization, and student character. Thus, PBL is an effective learning model in developing critical thinking skills of elementary school students if implemented optimally.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of madrasah educational leadership in improving service quality through effective archival management. This research employs a library research approach by reviewing various scientific literature, books, and previous studies related to educational leadership, public service, and archival management. The findings indicate that madrasah leadership plays a strategic role in establishing an orderly, accountable, and technology-based archival system. Visionary, participatory, and transformational leadership can enhance administrative service quality through systematic, fast, and accurate archive management. In addition, the implementation of digital archiving and the strengthening of organizational culture are crucial factors in improving service quality. Therefore, madrasah educational leadership becomes a key factor in realizing effective archival management and improving the quality of educational services.
