Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has driven digital transformation in various sectors, including archival management in educational institutions. Archive digitization is a crucial strategy for improving the effectiveness, efficiency, and accountability of modern archive management. This study aims to examine archive digitization as an educational leadership strategy for transforming archive management and to formulate appropriate strategies for its implementation. The research method used is library research with a descriptive-analytical approach through the analysis of various relevant literature sources. The results show that archive digitization is an integral part of modern educational transformation, enabling more systematic, rapid, and integrated information management. Furthermore, the successful implementation of archive digitization is strongly influenced by the role of adaptive, innovative, and technology-based educational leadership. A SWOT analysis shows that archive digitization has the strength to increase efficiency and transparency, but also faces weaknesses in the form of limited human resources and infrastructure requirements. On the other hand, there are significant opportunities through technological developments and policy support, as well as threats in the form of data security risks and rapid technological developments. Therefore, an appropriate leadership strategy is needed, including improving human resource competency, technology integration, and strengthening security systems and continuous innovation. Thus, archive digitization is not only a technical change, but also a leadership strategy for realizing modern, effective, and sustainable archives management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh meningkatnya tantangan dalam kehidupan beragama, seperti intoleransi, radikalisme, dan sikap eksklusif yang berpotensi memengaruhi cara pandang peserta didik. Dalam konteks pendidikan, khususnya pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI), diperlukan pendekatan yang mampu menanamkan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama secara sistematis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan moderasi beragama dalam pendidikan, mengkaji implementasinya dalam pembelajaran PAI, serta mengidentifikasi hambatan yang dihadapi dalam penerapannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur, yang bersumber dari jurnal ilmiah, buku, serta dokumen kebijakan terkait moderasi beragama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan moderasi beragama telah diintegrasikan dalam sistem pendidikan melalui kurikulum dan program pemerintah, serta diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran PAI melalui integrasi nilai toleransi, metode pembelajaran dialogis, dan peran guru sebagai teladan. Namun, implementasi tersebut masih menghadapi berbagai hambatan, seperti keterbatasan pemahaman guru, pola pikir siswa yang masih tekstual, kurangnya integrasi kurikulum, serta pengaruh lingkungan sosial. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya strategis berupa peningkatan kompetensi guru, penguatan kurikulum, dan pengembangan pembelajaran yang kontekstual untuk mendukung keberhasilan moderasi beragama dalam Pendidikan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the internship program in the Business and Industrial World (DU/DI) in the Operations of Storage and Distribution (OPS) section and to analyze the effectiveness of the systems applied in supporting warehouse operational performance. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation during the internship activities. The results show that warehouse operations have been running quite effectively, with the implementation of the FIFO (First-In-First-Out) system reaching a compliance rate of 92%, and the use of a barcode system improving inventory recording accuracy up to 95%. In addition, the efficiency level of goods issuance reached 92%. However, there are still several constraints, such as limited manpower, network disruptions, and insufficient scanning devices, which affect operational smoothness. Overall, this internship activity provides real experience for students in understanding the implementation of logistics management in the field, while also enhancing both technical skills and soft skills relevant to industry needs.

Abstract

The development of discipline and responsibility is an important goal in elementary education, especially for lower grade students. At this stage of development, students are in a potential period to instill character values ​​that will influence their future behavior. One effort that can be done to instill character values ​​is through various activities carried out repeatedly and consistently. This study aims to describe the strategy for developing discipline and responsibility in lower grade students at SDN 1 Cimahpar through daily habits in the school environment. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation of habituation activities carried out at school. The subjects in this study were the principal, teachers and students. The results of the study indicate that daily habits carried out in a planned and continuous manner are able to foster discipline and responsibility in students at SDN 1 Cimahpar. Forms of these habits include arriving at school on time, carrying out class duty, praying before and after learning, maintaining the cleanliness of the school environment, complying with school rules and completing assignments given by teachers. Furthermore, teacher role models and positive reinforcement of good student behavior contribute to the success of the character building process. Furthermore, conducive school support and collaboration between teachers and parents strengthen the habituation process. Thus, the development of discipline and responsibility in lower grades can be effectively developed through consistent daily habituation activities within the school environment.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of the Bodily Kinesthetic Intelligence learning model on the dance movement skills of Class V students at SDN 174552 Tambunan. This research employed a Quasi-Experimental Design using a Non-equivalent Control Group Design with pretest and posttest administration on two groups: an experimental group and a control group. The subjects were 44 fifth-grade students (22 experimental, 22 control) at SDN 174552 Tambunan, Balige District, Toba Regency, North Sumatra. Data collection instruments included dance movement skill observation sheets covering aspects of wiraga, wirama, wirasa, and harmony, along with a Zapin Melayu dance assessment rubric validated through expert judgment. Data analysis comprised normality tests (Shapiro-Wilk), homogeneity tests (Levene), independent sample t-tests, N-Gain analysis, and effect size (Cohen’s d). The results showed a significant posttest difference: the experimental group achieved a mean of 70.341 compared to 47.159 for the control group (t = 12.626, p < 0.001). The N-Gain analysis yielded a mean of 0.504 (moderate category) for the experimental group versus 0.083 (low category) for the control group. The Cohen’s d value of 3.807 indicates a large practical effect. It is concluded that the Bodily Kinesthetic Intelligence model has a significant positive effect on dance movement skills of Class V students at SDN 174552 Tambunan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of technology-based learning media as an indicator of the professionalism of Islamic Education (PAI) teachers in the digital era. The research employs a qualitative approach through library research by reviewing relevant literature sources. The findings indicate that the use of technology in PAI learning plays a significant role in improving learning quality, student interest, creativity, and learning effectiveness. Furthermore, teachers’ ability to integrate technology with pedagogy and subject content reflects a high level of professionalism. However, several challenges remain, including limited digital competence, infrastructure constraints, and teachers’ readiness to adapt. Therefore, continuous training and institutional support are necessary to optimize the implementation of technology-based learning in Islamic education.

Abstract

This article discusses the urgency of improving teacher competence, especially Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers, in achieving professionalism amid the dynamics of the industrial revolution 4.0 and society 5.0. Digital transformation has shifted the paradigm of teacher professionalism from merely mastering subject matter to more integrative abilities, including digital literacy, pedagogical innovation, and the application of differentiated learning. This study uses a literature review method with a qualitative approach through the examination of various relevant literature sources. The results show that the integration of technology in the learning process, such as the use of interactive media, digital platforms, and artificial intelligence, plays a significant role in improving learning effectiveness and student engagement. In addition, the Professional Learning Community (PLC) approach has proven to be a sustainable strategy in improving teacher competence through collaboration, reflection, and sharing best practices. However, the implementation of teacher competence development still faces several challenges, such as gaps in digital literacy, school culture that is not yet fully collaborative, and leadership that is not yet optimal. Therefore, a systemic transformation is needed that integrates technology, strengthens professional culture, and provides data-based policy support to encourage teacher professionalism that is adaptive and relevant to the demands of the 21st century.

Abstract

Indonesia's education system confronts critical challenges demanding paradigmatic transformation in learning approaches to realize the Golden Indonesia 2045 generation. This study aims to analyze the urgency and escalation of transformative learning implementation within Indonesia's education system through comprehensive literature review. The research methodology employs narrative literature review approach by analyzing academic publications from 2021-2025 period sourced from Google Scholar, Scopus, and Sinta databases. Inclusion criteria encompass peer-reviewed journal articles, academic books, and educational policy reports relevant to transformative learning and Indonesian educational reform. Data analysis utilizes narrative synthesis techniques to identify dominant themes, consistent patterns, and knowledge gaps. Research findings reveal that transformative learning offers relevant theoretical framework for responding to educational challenges complexity through fundamental transformation of learners' perspectives, critical thinking development, and community-based learning. Integration of transformative learning within Merdeka Belajar policy requires transformational leadership, continuous educator competency development, and learning ecosystem reconstruction. Despite confronting infrastructure limitations and cultural resistance, transformative learning escalation offers strategic opportunities for national education systemic transformation through multistakeholder collaboration and contextual adoption of global best practices.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in Pancasila Education, as indicated by only 24.14% of students achieving the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKTP), while 75.86% did not meet the required standard. This condition was attributed to the use of conventional teaching methods that insufficiently engaged students in active learning. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the effect of the Game-Based Learning model assisted by QuizWhizzer media on students’ learning outcomes. This study employed a quantitative approach using an experimental method with a true experimental design in the form of a pretest-posttest control group design. The sample consisted of 58 students divided into an experimental group and a control group. Data were collected through tests and documentation and analyzed using normality tests, homogeneity tests, and hypothesis testing with an independent sample t-test. The results revealed that the mean posttest score of the experimental group (80.68) was higher than that of the control group (65.17). Furthermore, the hypothesis testing showed a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that the alternative hypothesis was accepted. In conclusion, the implementation of the Game-Based Learning model assisted by QuizWhizzer media has a significant and effective impact on improving students’ learning outcomes in Pancasila Education.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the steps of implementing the scientific approach in Arts and Culture learning at SD Negeri 2 Segalamider Bandar Lampung based. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method. Data were collected through observation, with data presented through interviews, and documentation. The data obtained from of the teacher and 21 fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 2 Segalamider Bandar Lampung. Data analysis techniques included data collection, data reduction, conclusion drawing, and verification. The results indicated that the teacher had implemented the five steps of the scientific approach (5M) in the maximum category. These steps included: the observing stage through video screenings and material presentations; the questioning stage by providing stimulus questions based on the surrounding environment; the experimenting stage through student worksheets (LKPD) on classifying two-dimensional art principles; the associating stage through advanced assignments for deeper understanding; and the communicating stage through presentations of batik mask creations documented in video format. Overall, the implementation of the scientific approach at SD Negeri 2 Segalamider has proceeded systematically in accordance with lesson planning, despite the school being in a curriculum transition period.
