Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in the national economy. However, many MSMEs still lack formal business legality. This study aims to analyze the level of awareness of MSMEs regarding the importance of business legality and the factors that influence it. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews and observations of MSMEs. The results indicate that MSME awareness of business legality is still low to moderate. The main factors influencing this low awareness include lack of knowledge, perceptions of the complexity of the licensing process, and minimal assistance from relevant parties. This study recommends increasing socialization and ongoing assistance to encourage the legalization of MSME businesses.

Abstract

This study used the RnD (Research and Development) research method that refers to the ADDIE development model. The study was conducted at SDN Ngrukeman with limited trial subjects of 8 second-grade students and field trial subjects of 19 second-grade students. Data collection instruments used were observation, interviews, questionnaires, and tests. Data analysis techniques used qualitative and descriptive quantitative data analysis. The results of this study produced a product in the form of interactive animated video learning media to improve students' digital literacy skills. The feasibility results were obtained from the validation of media experts and material experts who obtained different results, namely media experts got 90.6% and material experts got a percentage of 89.3% in the very feasible category. Media practicality data was obtained from the results of the teacher response questionnaire with a percentage of 96% and a student response questionnaire of 91.05% including the very practical category. Media effectiveness test data was obtained from the results of the pretest and posttest which obtained an average pretest score of 56.2% with a low category and a posttest of 85.1% in the very good category, there was an increase between the pretest and posttest results of 28.9% which means the media can improve students' digital literacy skills. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that interactive learning media based on animated videos is very feasible, practical and effective for use in learning.

Abstract

Pembelajaran membaca dini di Sekolah Dasar Negeri masih kurang efektif. Permasalahan membaca yang kurang baik pada siswa kelas III berimplikasi pada siswa, guru, dan sekolah, yang sebagian siswa mengalami ketertinggalan dalam hal memahami sehingga perlu dianalisis hambatan yang muncul pada saat membaca. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor penghambat dalam pembelajaran membaca permulaan di kelas III SD Negeri Tambakrejo 01. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dan sumber data penelitian berupa: observasi,wawancara dan dokumentasi berupa tes LKPD hasil diskusi siswa disaat pembelajaran Teknik analisis data kajian: reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian ini adalah: Faktor-Faktor Penghambat Pembelajaran Membaca di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Tambakrejo 01, yaitu ada faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Faktor internal antara lain siswa kurang minat belajar, anak kurang percaya diri, kesulitan mengenal dengan membedakan huruf, dll. Faktor eksternal adalah siswa yang belum pernah lancar mengeja huruf, kurangnya pengawasan terhadap orang tua serta dukungan dalam belajar dirumah dan pembelajaran daring kurang maksimal akibat pandemi covid saat kelas berada tingkatan kelas sebelumnya yaitu kelas 2 sehingga perekonomian orang tua juga mempengaruhi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran yang dapat mengembangkan minat dan kemampuan membaca Siswa SD Negeri Tambakrejo 01 Semarang

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine: 1) How factors influence community participation in the management of the Gantarang Lalang Bata religious tourist attraction. 2) To determine the management strategies of the Gantarang Lalang Bata religious tourist attraction in increasing community participation for village independence. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, accompanied by SWOT analysis. The results of this study are as follows: 1) The factors that influence community participation in the management of the Gantarang Lalang Bata religious tourist attraction include age, livelihood, and leadership (community and government figures). 2) The management strategy for the Gantarang Lalang Bata religious tourist attraction based on the results of the SWOT analysis is as follows: SO Strategy: Optimizing the role of the community as local guides and creative economic actors; WO Strategy: Forming a tourism awareness group (Pokdarwis) as the main manager and utilizing the potential for mutual cooperation to improve basic facilities on a regular basis; ST Strategy: Preserving local religious and cultural values so that they are not eroded by modernization and holding regular events (religious festivals) to maintain the existence and interest of tourists, and WT Strategy: Digitizing history and documentation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of integrating organic and non-organic waste sorting education with the Children Care for the Environment program in improving elementary school students' knowledge, attitudes, and behavior towards waste management. The study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design involving 200 students in grades IV, V, and VI from five public elementary schools. The educational program was implemented for four weeks through interactive lectures, visual media, simulations, and direct practice of waste sorting. The research instruments were a Likert scale questionnaire and a behavioral observation sheet that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed a significant increase in student knowledge, with an average score increasing from 41.7 to 78.9 (p < 0.001). Students' attitudes towards environmental awareness also increased significantly from an average score of 2.9 to 4.2 (p < 0.001). In addition, students' waste sorting behavior experienced a significant change, indicated by an increase in the percentage of students who were able to sort waste correctly from 23% to 72%. Correlation analysis showed a significant positive relationship between students' knowledge, attitudes, and behavior. This finding indicates that integrating waste sorting education with the Children Caring for the Environment program is an effective environmental education strategy in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effectiveness of the role playing learning model in improving student learning outcomes in the Pancasila Education subject of deliberation material in class 6A of SD Negeri Margawangi, Sukabumi, with 27 students as subjects. A descriptive qualitative approach was used through observation, structured interviews with teachers and students, and questionnaires of essay questions based on Bloom's taxonomy (C1-C5) before and after the intervention. The results showed a significant increase in the lowest score from 60 to 70, the highest from 90 to 95, with 26 students reaching or exceeding KKM 70 (previously only 14 students), supported by value distribution data and testimonials that confirmed the activeness, understanding of Pancasila values, and social character development. The role playing learning model is effective in creating interactive and meaningful learning, in line with the Independent Curriculum, recommended to be applied with supporting media regarding similar material.

Abstract

The coastal areas of the Selayar Islands are vulnerable to tidal flooding, which impacts the environment and the economic activities of coastal communities. Repairing embankments is one form of adaptation being undertaken to reduce this risk. This study aims to examine the description of embankment repairs as an adaptation effort by coastal communities, analyze their impact on the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, and assess their contribution to maintaining the economic sustainability of coastal communities in the Selayar Islands. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, surveys, and documentation. The results show that embankment repairs contribute to improving coastal environmental resilience through flood and coastal erosion control, supported by embankment structure reinforcement, wave breaker construction, and additional drainage channels. In addition, embankment improvements have a positive impact on increasing community economic activity, particularly strengthening the micro, small, and medium enterprise sector. The existence of embankments also plays a role in improving environmental safety and the smooth running of economic activities, thereby supporting the sustainable economy of coastal communities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan Optimalisasi Pojok Baca di Kelas IV SDN Panancangan 2 dalam meningkatkan motivasi membaca siswa. Penelitian ini fokus pada mengetahui bagaimana proses pengoptimalisasian pojok baca di kelas IV SDN Panancangan 2 kota Serang. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Kualitatif Fenomenologi, dengan Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi atau penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun subjek penelitian ini ialah wali kelas IV, Kepala Sekolah, dan Siswa/Siswi kelas IV SDN Panancangan 2 Kota Serang. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Optimalisasi pojok baca di kelas IV.B SDN Panancangan 2 kota Serang berhasil dilakukan dan dapat diakatakan efektif untuk meningkatakan motivasi membaca siswa, karena melaui optimalisasi pojok baca siswa lebih tertarik untuk membaca buku di dalam kelas yang sudah memiliki area pojok baca yang nyaman dan menarik untuk dikunjungi, dan juga semakin kondusif dengan menggunakan pengembangan program literasi yang terdiri dari 4 tahapan didalamnya, diantaranya tahap persiapan, tahap pembiasaan, tahap pengembangn, dan tahap evaluasi.

Abstract

The rapid development of the beauty service industry has led to increased competition among salons, especially conventional salons. This situation requires business owners to have entrepreneurial knowledge and competitive advantages in order to achieve sustainable business success. This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge and competitive advantage on the success of conventional salons in the Setiabudi area, Medan City. The study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The study population consists of 33 owners of conventional class C and D salons, all of whom were sampled using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire with a Likert scale, then analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results showed that entrepreneurial knowledge had a positive and significant effect on business success. Competitive advantage was also proven to have a positive and significant effect on business success. Simultaneously, entrepreneurial knowledge and competitive advantage significantly influence the success of conventional salons. These findings emphasize the importance of improving entrepreneurial competence and competitive advantage strategies as efforts to increase the success and sustainability of conventional salons.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the methodology of Islamic studies as a scientific approach in understanding Islamic teachings comprehensively and contextually. One of the main problems in contemporary Islamic studies is the tendency toward partial and purely textual understanding, which limits the relevance of Islamic teachings in modern life. This research employs a qualitative approach using library research methods by analyzing books, scientific journals, and relevant academic literature related to Islamic studies methodology. The results indicate that the methodology of Islamic studies encompasses various paradigms and approaches, including normative-theological, historical, sociological, and philosophical approaches, which complement one another in building a holistic understanding of Islam. The integration of textual and contextual approaches is essential to produce analytical, critical, and adaptive Islamic scholarship. Therefore, a proper methodological framework enables Islamic studies to address contemporary challenges and strengthens the role of Islam as a source of guidance in both academic and social contexts.
