Abstract

The manufacture of aircraft wings is a complex production process that requires high accuracy and precision. Each component must be manufactured to strict standards in order to meet the expected safety and quality criteria. One of the problems that often arise in the production process is component reject, where the component does not meet the set quality standards and must be discarded. The Ref D-Nose Panel component is a very important part in the manufacture of aircraft wings. This section serves as a protector and stabilizer on the nose of the aircraft wing. Therefore, the quality and accuracy of the manufacture and installation of these components is very important to ensure the safety and quality of the aircraft. During the manufacture of Ref D-Nose components, it was possible for these components to become damaged. Defects in the D-nose plate components can affect the quality and performance of the aircraft and even endanger the safety of passengers. The Importance of Reject Analysis for the Aviation Industry, which is included in a high-risk industry, is one of the things that is very influential for the quality of a product, so that there is no loss that must be compensated by the PT for consumers due to the occurrence of rejects. This loss is because the cost of making a component is very large and if the component is not in accordance with the wishes of the consumer, the consumer does not want to accept the component so that the loss is borne by the company. The research was conducted only by using Pareto Charts. The application of the Pareto Diagram is expected to be able to reduce the defect rate so that the quality of the company can increase. , eight types of defects were identified in the Ref D-Nose Panel component consisting of pitting corrosion defects on the surface area, corrosion toolmarks, scratches on marking areas, corrosion toolmarks, damagers, damaged parts/materials, diameter damage, False Cut errors in the chemical mill area , additional hole diameter on the countersunk area, and Actual contour part.

Abstract

Radio Very High Frequency Air to Ground (VHF A/G) merupakan peralatan yang terdiri dari pemancar dan penerima yang digunakan untuk komunikasi penerbangan antara pilot dengan unit Air Traffic Service (ATS) dan bekerja pada frekuensi 118 MHz – 136.975 MHz. Jenis propagasi gelombang radio pada VHF A/G adalah Line of Sight. Radio pemancar memiliki dua pemancar yang bekerja sebagai main dan standby radio. Menurut KP 103 tahun 2015 tentang spesifikasi teknis Transmitter1 dan Transmitter2 dihubungkan dengan automatic change over switch yang dapat melakukan change over secara otomatis sesuai dengan keperluan operasional. Namun masih ada pelaratan Radio VHF A/G pada bandara yang belum memiliki automatic change over switching system , sehingga dibuatl rancangan Automatic Switching System menggunakan Arduino Mega. Simpulan dari penelitian ini terdapat hasil bahwa alat tersebut berjalan sesuai dengan keinginan, dimana proses input data melalui LCD Touch Screen terdapat 2 mode, yaitu mode otomatis dan manual yang di mana ketika mode otomatis menggunakan trigger PTT 10x dan change over, kemudian untuk yang manual kita dapat memilih Transmitter mana yang ingin digunakan melalui layar LCD Touchscreen tersebut.

Abstract

The Pulang Pisau Steam Power Plant (PLTU) uses a CFB type boiler with a coal consumption of 4,054-5,260 kCal/kg. This research was carried out by modeling the CFB type boiler used in the Pulang Pisau PLTU using Autodesk Inventor 2021 then for the iteration process using Ansys Fluent 2022 R2, the excess air variation used is 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, and 25%. Based on the results of iteration using Ansys Fluent 2022 R2 with 4,054-5,260 kCal/kg calorie coal, for the addition of 5% excess air, the temperature at the outlet furnace is 2,199°C, for the addition of 10% excess air, the temperature at the outlet furnace is 2,195°C , for the addition of 15% excess air, the temperature at the outlet furnace is 1,960°C, for the addition of 20% excess air, the temperature at the outlet furnace is 1,910°C, for the addition of 25% excess air, the temperature at the outlet furnace is 1,855°C, then it can be concluded that the final temperature at the boiler furnace outlet is still far from the set target of 840-850°C. Where the lowest temperature is at 25% excess air with a value of 1855°C. So it can be concluded that the best excess air requirement and that is closest to the target is 25% excess air.

Abstract

Alluvial gold mining tailings in Logas consist of sand and mud, which are dominated by silica minerals and feldspar; the fine sand size fraction and the picking fraction are dominated by silica minerals, metals, and other high-hardness minerals. Tailings pose a new problem, namely sedimentation, which results in the silting of rivers, which causes flooding and damages community plantations. Tailings still have economic value, which can provide a source of income for the Tombang Tujuah Loge Producers Cooperative. This study formulates the idea of "stakeholders" so that all parties can participate in planning their business strategies. The Brainstorming Business Model Canvas method is able to explore potential ideas from stakeholders who are usually reluctant to convey ideas orally. Abstract

This study aims to design a workplace improvement plan for Sampling Point operators at a CPO Processing Factory (PT.X) located in West Sumatra Province. This research started from the first stage by identifying all Musculoskeletal Disorder (MSDs) complaints in operators using the Nordic Body Map (NBM) method, then the second stage was carried out by assessing work posture using the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method. This research found a condition that has the potential for musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). Interviews were conducted with several operators, it can be concluded that almost every time they finish their work, they experience symptoms of muscle disorders. This is of course suspected because the operator's work attitude is contrary to ergonomic principles. The final results of the assessment using the REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) method conclude the following: Operators work in an attitude with a high level of risk category 3 which demands immediate corrective action and has an impact on musculoskeletal disorders. Then from the aspect of assessing the current work posture it is clear that the risk of musculoskeletal disorders is very high and requires immediate changes

Abstract

Cassava chips are snacks processed from cassava that is thinly sliced and fried and chip is a snack that is familiar to the public and everyone likes it in the home industry, savory cassava chips cap elang production But in this home industry has several problems, namely how to attract new consumers to buy this savory eagle cap cassava chip product. So one of the efforts that can be done is to innovate the design on the packaging to make it more attractive. The method used in innovating this packaging design is by kansei engineering. The goal to be achieved in this study is to identify the packaging design specifications desired by consumers and provide new packaging design proposals. Some of the stages carried out in this kansei engineering method are by collecting kansei words, validity and reliability tests, factor analysis, determining design elements, conjoint analysis,. From the results of data processing, the results of the packaging design desired by respondents were made of plastic, in the form of a standing pouch, having a distinctive patterned design and a light color.

Abstract

Forecasting is an estimate of something that has not happened or will happen in the future. Forecasting is a very important element in decision-making, because the effectiveness of a decision generally depends on several factors that we cannot see when the decision is made. In mathematics, the part that can be used in forecasting is simple regression with linear trend analysis using the least squares method. The purpose of writing this thesis is to predict the number of export sales of copra and coconut shell through Linear Trend analysis and application using the Least Squares Method.

Abstract

CV. XYZ merupakan saIah satu perusahaan pengoIah batu andesit menjadi batu spIit. Proses pengoIahan batu andesit diIakukan melaluimemakai mesin pemecah batu atau disebut melaluiStone Crusher. SeIama proses produksi, CV. XYZ wajib mengeIuarkan anggaran muIai dari anggaran bahan baku, gaji pekerja (anggaran tenaga kerja Iangsung), dan anggaran overhead pabrik. Batu spIit yang dihasiIkan merupakan komoditas jadi atau produk dari CV.XYZ yang dipasarkan ke instansi-instansi terkait. Pemasaran produk perusahaan tersebut tak Iepas dari proses juaI beIi dan harga juaI. PeneIiti menemukan adanya permasaIahan terkait harga juaI produk yang diberikan perusahaan. OIeh karena itu, peneIiti bermaksud meIakukan perhitungan uIang terkait harga juaI produk memakai metode Cost-PIus Pricing melalui menambahkan markup sesuai melalui ketentuan perusahaan dan meIaIui pendekatan metode FuII Costing. Dari perhitungan yang diIakukan oIeh peneIiti, mendapatkan hasiI harga pokok produksi meIaIui pendekatan memakai metode FuII Costing sebesar Rp 84.926,-. Dari hasiI peneIitian, didapatkan hasiI perhitungan harga juaI batu spIit 2.3 melalui markup 15% yaitu sebesar Rp 97.665,- melaluiseIisih Rp 7.835,- harga juaI batu spIit 1.2 melalui markup sebesar 20% yaitu sebesar Rp 101.911 melalui seIisih Rp 38.089 dan harga juaI batu spIit 0.5 melaluimarkup sebesar 20% yaitu sebesar Rp 101.911 melaluiseIisih Rp 13.089

Abstract

The terminal is a movement node that provides a role as a stopover and a place for changing modes of transportation. The purpose of the research is to find out when the terminal is no longer able to accommodate buses parked in the courtyard or its capacity exceeds the maximum standard and to analyze the capacity of the Cicaheum Bus Terminal. The results of this study are based on a comparison of the area of the passenger terminal between the Minister of Transportation Regulation no. 132 of 2015 with the need for terminal area in Bandung Cicaheum Terminal with a total area of 11,935 m2, where the total figure is still lacking or not in accordance with the standards set by PERMENHUB NO. 132 of 2015, namely 23,494 m2. , And from the results of the capacity analysis, how long can the terminal parking lot accommodate AKDP AKAP buses, namely 105 years with an assumption of 2% growth in the number of vehicles, if where the greater the % growth in the number of vehicles, the faster the terminal capacity will be maximum
