Abstract

Struktur lantai Gedung Puskesmas Kota Ende yang telah dikerjakan menggunakan pelat konvensional dengan ketebalan pelat 12 cm dan 10 cm. Salah satu metode pekerjaan pelat yang tengah berkembang saat ini adalah menggunakan bondek. Pelat bondek merupakan pelat kombinasi yang menggunakan bondek sebagai pengganti tulangan momen positif, sekaligus sudah berfungsi sebagai bekisting bawah pelat dan lantai kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengecek kekuatan pelat lantai jika menggunakan bondek dengan beban kerja yang sama. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah data sekunder berupa gambar kerja, Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) dan Rencana Kerja dan Syarat (RKS). Hasil penelitian menunjukan kapasitas momen ada pada pelat 12 cm dan 10 cm yang menggunakan bondek tipe W-1000 dengan ketebalan 0,65 mm, 0,70 mm dan 1,00 mm lebih besar dari kapasitas momen pelat beton bertulang konvensional yang terpasang. Sehingga kembali dilakukan analisis menggunakan ukuran pelat yang lebih kecil antara lain 11 cm, 10 cm dan 9 cm untuk pelat 12 cm, sedangkan 9 cm, 8 cm dan 7,5 cm untuk pelat 10 cm. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh dua puluh dua (22) pelat dalam kondisi aman karena kapasitas momen pelat menggunakan bondek lebih besar dari kapasitas momen pelat beton bertulang konvensional yang terpasang, serta memenuhi syarat batas lendutan yang diijinkan. Sedangkan dua (2) pelat dalam keadaan tidak aman karena tidak memenuhi syarat batas lendutan yang diijinkan.

Abstract

Salah satu bahan penyusun perkerasan jalan adalah agregat,untuk itu perlu dilakukan penelitian terhadap karakteristik material agregat sebagai bahan dasar konstruksi jalan. Quarry Nangapanda dan quarry Aemau merupakan sumber material yang sering digunakan untuk pembangunan pekerjaan jalan di Kabupaten Ende dan Nagekeo. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui karakteristik agregat quarry Nangapanda dan quarry Aemau, serta perbandingan karakteristiknya untuk lapis pondasi bawah (sub base). Metode yang digunakan adalah Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI). Hasil pengujian analisis saringan agregat dua quarry ini termasuk dalam tipikal gradasi seragam,berat jenis (bulk) quarry Nangapanda sebesar 2,53 dan quarry Aemau sebesar 2,84. Penyerapan (absorption) untuk quarry Nangapanda sebesar 2,81% dan quarry Aemau sebesar 1,60%,kadar air agregat quarry Nangapanda sebesar 1,51% dan quarry Aemau sebesar 1,075%,agregat yang lolos nomor 200 (0,075 mm) quarry Nangapanda sebesar 0,283% dan quarry Aemau sebesar 0,423%, keausan agregat quarry Nangapanda sebesar 18,30% dan quarry Aemau sebesar 12,06%. Hasil akhir agregat dua quarry ini sudah memenuhi syarat SNI dengan perbandingan karakteristik agregat quarry Aemau lebih baik dari agregat quarry Nangapanda.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan pekerjaan proyek rehabilitasi/pemeliharaan jaringan irigasi pada Bidang Sumber Daya Air Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Ende Tahun Anggaran 2019 dilaksanakan oleh CV. Berdikari, CV. Nusa Alam, CV. Muncul Baru, dan CV. Yordan mengalami keterbatasan antara lain: tenaga kerja kurang memiliki pemahaman terhadap spesifikasi teknik dan gambar kerja, tidak melakukan pengajuan uang muka, dan kesulitan metode kerja yang diisyaratkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas kontraktor dan hubungan antara aspek: sumber daya manusia, keuangan/finansial, dan aspek metode pelaksanaan dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui kuesioner tertutup kepada 16 responden pengelola proyek. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kualitas kontraktor ditinjau dari aspek sumber daya manusia, 59,4% menyatakan cukup baik, 50,0% menyatakan kurang baik pada asuransi tenaga kerja, dan 38,8% menyatakan kurang baik pada pemahaman tenaga teknik. Ditinjau dari aspek keuangan/finansial, 63,3% menyatakan cukup baik, 35,0% menyatakan tidak baik pada pengajuan uang muka. Diitinjau dari aspek metode pelaksanaan, 74.8% menyatakan baik, 46,3% menyatakan kurang baik pada metode kerja. Hasil regresi sederhana pengaruh variabel aspek sumber daya manusia, 70,3% dengan nilai sig 0,000<0,005 yang diisyaratkan, aspek keuangan/finansial 88,1% dengan nilai sig 0,000<0,005 yang diisyaratkan, aspek metode pelaksanaan 84,1% dengan nilai sig 0,000<0,005 yang diisyaratkan. Aspek keuangan mempunyai pengaruh yang dominan dengan nilai R2 88,1% dan nilai beta 0,891.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the characteristics of the Diponegoro road and to recognize the performance of the road. This study utilizes descriptive methods and Guidelines for Indonesian Road Capacity (PKJI, 2014). The results revealed that the value of the Degree of Saturation (DJ) was 0.340 on weekdays in the morning peak hours with service level category B. Meanwhile, during peak hours in the afternoon and evening each had a Degree of Saturation (DJ) value of 0.301 and 0.205 with service level category B. The value of the Degree of Saturation (DJ) on weekends in the morning, afternoon and evening peak categories are 0.226, 0.193 and 0.153, respectively, with service level B. Meanwhile, the prediction for the next 5 years (2029) The Degree of Saturation (DJ) is 0.386 during peak hours. in the morning with service level category B and on weekends the Degree of Saturation (DJ) is 0.257 in service level category B. This level of service needs to be continuously improved by increasing pedestrian facilities and providing vehicles outside the road to maintain the value of side barriers with a very low category.

Abstract

The building of youth education office and sport of Sikka District is currently located in the Nasiona l Housing complex on Jalan Mawar. This Kantor building has a simple building and only one floor. The area of the location is very small and there are minimal supporting facilities. In addition, this office is also locatedin a residential area with a fairly high density. Based on the author's initial observations and studies, it needs to be proposed to be relocated to a new place, namely on Eltari Street. The reason for choosing the location with consideration is that the location is the office area of the Sikka Regency Government. Thus, it can facilitate and optimize access to services and relationships between government offices. The planning and design of this office is expected to reflect the fusion and mixing of local architectural values with today's architecture. Therefore, the selection and approach used as a design concept is Post-Modern Architecture.This method in designing is carried out by analyzing the data by means of; 1). quantitative analysis, 2). qualitative analysis, and 3). comparative analysis. Data collection is carried out in the following ways; 1). literature study, 2). interviews, 3). observation. Post-Modern Architecture applied to the concept of designis; a). mcontaining elements of communication that are local or popular, b). urban context, c). metaphorical form, d). is eclectic, e). reflects general aspirations, and f). reapply the technique of ornamentation.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Agrotourism is a form of tourism activity that utilizes the potential of agricultural business both agricultural technology and agricultural commodities in which there is land preparation, maintenance, harvesting, processing of crops until it is ready to be marketed with the aim to expand knowledge, recreational experience and business relations in agriculture and can increase the added value of agricultural activities and the welfare of surrounding communities. Planning a Rice Field Agrotourism Area in Konga Village with Landscape Concept as a design reference oriented to the general public or tourists as users is needed to accommodate recreational activities in the area. The method used is an architectural design method with the concept of Landscape Architecture as a design reference. The analysis used in this design includes the analysis of the site, the actor, the amount of space, the shape, the structure, the material, the outdoor space and the utility. The results obtained from the Rice Field Agrotourism Area Design in Konga Village are presenting tourism related to the world of agriculture in rice fields with the concept of landscape architecture themes. Applications in the design are the processing of the site, namely differences in the elevation of the building, the application of wood materials on the walls of buildings and circulation bridges in rice fields, the use of paving blocks in human and vehicle circulation and parking areas, garden arrangements for green areas of water catchment, shade vegetation, steering. Abstract

The government is trying to eliminate complaints from the tender system that has been implemented so far, of course, to bring equality and accelerate budget absorption so that development can run smoothly and the welfare of the community is realized. To implement the principles of Good Governance and Clean Government, the government must be ready to implement the principles of accountability, resources, finance, technology, and innovation, and complete qualifications, efficiently and implement good and impartial actions and regulations, as well as ensure interaction economic and social relations between the government. The research method consists of literature study, determination of research object, data collection by using questionnaires and interviews, and data analysis. The object of this research is a small-scale contractor in Ende Regency, under the auspices of APAKSINDO (Association of Indonesian Construction Entrepreneurs) Ende branch. The method of data collection was done by questionnaire to the contractor. Data from the questionnaire was then analyzed including validity test and linear regression analysis and T-test analysis. The results of this study indicate the level of readiness of contractors in the Ende Regency, some state that they are ready for all the regulations given by the Ende Regency Construction Services and some state that they are not ready. The more dominant readiness factors include the readiness of resources, finance, technology and innovation, and qualifications that affect the level of contractor readiness.

Abstract

Sikka Regency is one of the areas located on Flores Island, East Nusa Tenggara Province. The region has many interesting natural and cultural riches, but is still hidden due to the lack of infrastructure development. These conditions affect the accessibility of public passenger cars in the Sikka Regency area. Perforated road conditions, hilly topography and narrow roads are factors that affect accessibility in the Sikka Regency area. This study aims to assess the level of accessibility of public passenger cars in the research location. The location of this research is in Paga Sub-district, Bola District and Magepanda District. The number of samples in this study was 384 people. This study uses quantitative research methods with an analysis of the level of accessibility. The results show that the level of accessibility in Paga and Bola sub-districts is moderate, which means that public passenger car access is not smooth, while the accessibility level in Magepanda sub-district is very high, which means that public passenger car access is very smooth. Recommendations from this research for local governments and local governments need to improve public passenger car facilities and improve access road connections for people in Sikka Regency.

n carrying out work in the field of roads and bridges at the Manggarai Regency Public Works Agency forFiscal Year 2020, it is not following contract documents and work specifications, including measurementresults errors, not properly checking the origin and quality of materials, and limited inspection personnelboth in terms of quantity and qualifications. The objectives of this study include: determining theperformance of the Supervisory Consultant and determining the influence of the variable factors ofUnderstanding Contract Documents, Understanding of Quality of Road Construction Implementation,Monitoring of Road Construction Work Methods, Monitoring of Measurement Results, Use of Equipment,Monitoring of Time and Progress of Road Works, Supervision of Application of Study DocumentsEnvironment, Preparation of Meeting Materials, Reporting on Road Work Progress Activities and theHandover Process of Work Results. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. Data wereobtained through interviews with PPK and questionnaires distributed to 20 respondents: Contractors,Inspectors, Quality Control, and Site Engineers. The results of the analysis are the performance ofsupervisory consultants on road and bridge projects in Manggarai Regency in the 2020 fiscal year with avalue of 3.35 and the value of R Square on the coefficient of determination of 0.996 and the most dominantfactor is Supervision of the Implementation of Environmental Study Documents with a regression coefficientvalue of 1,443.

Abstract

Sand mining workers are part of the procurement of materials for construction activities, so they need to beconsidered because the risk opportunities are quite large. In this study, the risk assessment method uses arisk assessment matrix. After collecting the data, it is then analyzed to find out how big the risk is to the sandmining workers of the Ventura River. The results of this study obtained that the risk due to employees(workers) having received assistance index 6.06, moderate risk category, risk due to accidents to employees(workers) index 11.34 very high-risk category, risk due to using index tool 11.01 very risk category. high risk,material, and dust risk index 14.82, including very high-risk category, risk due to bad weather index 12.96,very high-risk category, risk index due to accidental fracture of legs and arms 7.53, included in the high-riskcategory, risk due to helping employees during an accident index 9.60, very high-risk category, risk due tousing personal protection index 5.83, moderate risk category, risk due to explanations related to safety andhealth. index 6.36, moderate risk category, risk due to explanation sand excavation technique index 4.47,moderate risk category. The average index risk index is 8.99 including high risk. In the activities of sandmining workers and construction work activities, they must first identify and analyze the level of risk.
