Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to obtain empirical evidence of an organization's leadership and cultural capabilities in improving performance, both directly and through competency mediation. Partial Least Square (PLS) quantitative approach was used to analyze data from 61 Employees of the Pasuaruan City Transportation Office, that was taken on a census basis.Empirical findings obtained that the stronger organizational culture is able to improve competence and performance, both directly and through competency mediation. These results were supported by descriptive statistics of organizational culture, competence, and performance that had high average values. However, in leadership, these variables were not able to improve competence or performance, either directly or through competency mediation, although descriptive statistics of leadership also had high average scores.Keywords: Leadership, Organizational Culture, Competence, Performance, Department of Transportation.ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris kemampuan kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja, baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi kompetensi. Pendekatan kuantitatif Partial Least Square (PLS) digunakan untuk menganalisis data 61 Pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kota Pasuaruan, yang diambil secara sensus.Temuan empiris yang diperoleh bahwa budaya organisasi yang semakin kuat mampu meningkatkan kompetensi maupun kinerja, baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi kompetensi. Hasil ini didukung oleh statistik deskriptif budaya organisasi, kompetensi, dan kinerja yang memiliki nilai rata-rata tinggi Tetapi, lain halnya dengan kepemimpinan, variabel ini tidak mampu meningkatkan kompetensi maupun kinerja, baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi kompetensi, meskipun stitistik deskriptif dari kepemimpinan juga memiliki nilai rata-rata tinggi.Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Budaya Oragnisasi, Kompetensi, Kinerja, Dinas Perhubungan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This reseach aims to obtain empirical evidence, to examine and to explain the effect of good corporate governance, motivated behavior, business strategies and earnings management on performance in coal companies in Indonesia that go public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of this research is expected to contribute to the development of accounting science, especially positive accounting theory, agency theory, and creative accounting practices, that has been rarely used as material for study in Indonesia. This was quantitative research. The research design was census with criteria for 22 coal companies that went public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis used logistic regression and ordinary regression by using the Method of Successive Interval to increase the scale of measurement and analyzed using SPSS 24 software. The results of the analysis identified that there was a significant or insignificant effect on the variables of Good Corporate Governance, Motivated Behavior, Business Strategy, Earnings Management, Performance.Keywords: Good Corporate Governance, Motivated Behavior, Business Strategy, Earning Management, Performance.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini ditujukan untuk memperoleh bukti empirik, menguji dan menjelaskan mengenai pengaruh good corporate governance, perilaku termotivasi, strategi bisnis dan earning Management terhadap kinerja pada perusahaan batu bara di Indonesia yang go public di BEI. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan sumbangan untuk pengembangan ilmu akuntansi khususnya positive accounting theory, agency theory, dan creative accounting practices yang sampai saat ini masih jarang dijadikan bahan kajian secara seksama di Indonesia.Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Rancangan penelitiannya adalah sensus dengan kriteria terhadap 22 perusahaan batubara yang go public di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Analisis data dengan menggunakan regresi logistic dan regresi biasa dengan terlebih dahulu menggunakan Method of Successive Interval untuk menaikkan skala pengukurannya dan dianalisis menggunakan software SPSS 24. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan maupun tidak signifikan pada variabel Good Corporate Governance, Perilaku Termotivasi, Strategi Bisnis, Earning Management, KinerjaKata kunci:    Good Corporate Governance, Perilaku Termotivasi, Strategi Bisnis, Earning Management, Kinerja.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe research aims to obtain empirical evidence of compensation capability in increasing employee engagement and organizational commitment, both directly and through intervening employee engagement. This type of research was quantitative research. The method of this research used SEM-PLS. Data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to 80 Employees of Goods and Services Procurement Agency of Batu City. The empirical evidence obtained that Higher compensation is able to encourage increased Employee engagement and Organizational Commitment. In addition, Employee engagement was able to act as a strong mediator of the effect of Compensation on Organizational Commitment. This finding was supported by the descriptive statistics of the three research variables that obtain a high average response. It wassupported by the salary according to the needs in the salary indicator, perseverance in difficulties in the vigor indicator, and a sense of belonging in the affective commitment indicator.Keywords: Compensation, Employee engagement, Organizational Commitment. ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris kemampuan kompensasi dalam meningkatkan employee engagement maupun terhadap komitmen organisasi, baik secara langsung maupun melalui intervening employee engagement. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dan metode yang digunakan adalah SEM-PLS. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 80 Pegawai Pengelola Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa Kota Batu.  Bukti empiris yang diperoleh adalah  Kompensasi yang semakin tinggi mampu mendorong peningkatan Employee engagement maupun terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. Selain itu, Employee engagement mampu berperan sebagai mediasi yang kuat atas pengaruh Kompensasi terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. Temuan ini didukung oleh statistik deskriptif ketiga variabel penelitian yang mendapatkan tanggapan responden rata-rata tinggi, yang didukung oleh gaji sesuai kebutuhan dalam indikator gaji, tekun dalam kesulitan dalam indikator vigor, dan rasa memiliki dalam indikator affective commitment.Kata kunci:    Kompensasi, Employee engagement, Komitmen Organisasi.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  This article aims to explain the direct effect of the variables on the quality of work life, compensation, organizational culture, and employee performance. The variable of the mediating role of organizational culture. The method of this article used quantitative - explanatory. Population and sample were 80 respondents. Data collection used a questionnaire. Data analysis used Path Analysis. The results showed directly that the quality of work life, compensation, and organizational culture can improve organizational culture. The role of organizational culture as mediation is partial mediation.Keywords: Quality of Work Life, Compensation, Organizational Culture, Employee Performance.ABSTRAK  Artikel ini bertujuan menjelaskan pengaruh secara langsung variabel quality of work life, kompensasi, budaya organisasi, dan kinerja karyawan. Serta peran variabel mediasi budaya organisasi. Metode yang digunakan kuantitatif – ekpanatory. Populasi dan sampel adalah 80 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to analyze the Role of Empowerment and Leadership towards Performance through Work Motivation in Gadingrejo District.  The population and sample of this research were all employees in Gadingrejo District of Pasuruan City which numbered 45 people. The sampling technique in this research was total sampling. The reason for taking total sampling was because the population was less than 100. Thus, the entire population was sample of the research. The sample taken from this research was 45 people. The instrument used in the study was intended to produce accurate data using a likert scale with a questionnaire as a research instrument. The research used Partial Least Square (PLS) ranging from model measurements (outer models), model structures (inner models) and hypothesis testing.The results showed that empowerment played a role in increasing work motivation. Leadership played a role in increasing work motivation. In addition, empowerment played no role in improving performance. Leadership played no role in improving performance. Work motivation played a role in improving performance. Work motivation played a role in mediating empowerment with performance. Work motivation played a role in mediating leadership with performance.Keywords: Empowerment, Leadership, Work Motivation, Performance. ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Peranan Pemberdayaan dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Melalui Motivasi Kerja di Kecamatan Gadingrejo.  Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di Kecamatan Gadingrejo Kota Pasuruan yang berjumlah 45 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling. Alasan mengambil total sampling karena jumlah populasi yang kurang dari 100, sehingga seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Sampel yang diambil dari penelitian ini adalah 45 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menghasilkan data yang akurat yaitu dengan menggunakan skala likert dengan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) mulai dari pengukuran model (outer model), struktur model (inner model) dan pengujian hipotesis.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan berperan dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja. Kepemimpinan berperan dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja. Pemberdayaan tidak berperan dalam meningkatkan kinerja. Kepemimpinan tidak berperan dalam meningkatkan kinerja. Motivasi kerja berperan dalam meningkatkan kinerja. Motivasi kerja berperan dalam memediasi pemberdayaan dengan kinerja. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to obtain empirical evidence of transformational leadership and job satisfaction skills in improving OCB (organizational citizenship behavior), either directly or through mediation of organizational commitment.Partial Least Square (PLS) quantitative approach was used to analyze data on 52 employees of four villages in Purworejo District of Pasuaruan City, there were Wirogunan, Tembokrejo, Sekargadung, and Purworejo, which were taken on a census basis. Empirical findings were obtained that both transformational leadership and job satisfaction were directly able to increase organizational commitment and OCB. However, through the mediation of organizational commitment, transformational leadership and job satisfaction could not increase OCB. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe research aims to obtain empirical evidence of the ability of self-efficacy in increasing organizational citizenship behavior and on burnout, both directly and through OCB mediation. This type of research was quantitative. The method used SEM-PLS. Data were obtained through questionnaires that had distributed to 32 employees Regional Disaster Management Agency of Batu City. The empirical evidence showed  that higher self efficacy was able to encourage organizational citizenship behavior and increase burnout. In addition, OCB was able to act as a strong mediator of the effect of self-efficacy on burnout. This finding was supported by the descriptive statistics of the three research variables that obtained a high average respondent's response. They were able to conduct tasks in level indicators, defended the organization from threats in loyalty indicators, and work all day long in emotional exhaustion indicators.Keywords: Self Efficacy, Organizational Citizenship Behaviour, Burnout.. ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris kemampuan self efficacy dalam meningkatkan organizational citizenship behaviour maupun terhadap burnout, baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi OCB. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dan metode yang digunakan adalah SEM-PLS. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 32 Pegawai Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kota Batu. Bukti empiris yang diperoleh adalah  self efficacy yang semakin tinggi mampu mendorong peningkatan organizational citizenship behaviour maupun terhadap burnout. Selain itu, OCB mampu berperan sebagai mediasi yang kuat atas pengaruh self efficacy terhadap burnout. Temuan ini didukung oleh statistik deskriptif ketiga variabel penelitian yang mendapatkan tanggapan responden rata-rata tinggi, yang didukung oleh mampu mengerjakan tugas dalam indikator level, membela organisasi dari ancaman dalam indikator loyalitas, serta bekerja sepanjang hari menyusahkan dalam indikator emotional exhaustion.. Kata kunci: Self Efficacy, Organizational Citizenship Behaviour, Burnout.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to empirically describe Job Stress, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Quality of Work Life, Turnover Intention to Nurses Guido Valadares National Hospital, Dili, Timor Leste. This research was an explanatory study that observed and explained the research variables in a cross-sectional manner. A quantitative approach was the main analytical method that is supported by a qualitative approach. The research population was 71 Nurses at the Guuido Valadares National Hospital, Dili, Timor Leste. All nurses were used as samples. Thus, this research was a type of census research and it was analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) with Software SmartPLS.The results indicated that the Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Quality of work Life had a significant effect on work stress and Turnover Intention directly. Besides, the results of the research that were tested indirectly showed that job stress was able to mediate the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Quality of work Life on Turnover Intention.Keyword: Work Stress, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Quality of Work Life, Turnover Intention. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan secara empiris Stres Kerja, Organizational Citezenship Behavior, Quality of Work Life, Turnover Intention pada Perawat Rumah Sakit Nasional Guido Valadares Dili Timor leste. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplanatif yang menguji dan menjelaskan variabel - variabel penelitian secara Cross Sectional. pendekatan Kuantitatif sebagai metode analiis utama yang di dukung dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Populasi peneliitian adalah 71 orang Perawat Rumah sakit Nasional Guuido Valadares Dili Timor Leste. Keseluruhan perawat digunakan dijadikan sampel, dengan demikian penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian sensus dan di analisis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan Softwore SmartPLS.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara langsung Organizational Citezenship Behavior dan  Qulity of work Life berpengaruh signifikan terhadap stres kerja dan Turnover Intention. Disamping itu, hasil peneltian yang diuji secara tidak langsung menunjukkan bahwa stress kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh Organizational Citezenship Behavior dan Qulity of work Life terhadap Turnover Intention.Kata Kunci: Stres Kerja, Organizational Citezenship Behavior, Quality of Work Life, Turnover Intention.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze the effect of motivation, employee engagement, and job satisfaction on nurse performance; Analyze the influence of motivation and employee engagement on nurse performance mediated job satisfaction. This research used a quantitative approach with survey methods. The type of research was explanatory research. The sample in this research was 65 nurses in IRNA 1 hospital dr Saiful Anwar Malang from a population of 183 nurses. Sampling techniques used simple random sampling and data analysis used Partial Least Squares (PLS).The results showed that motivation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a coefficient of 0.356; Employee engagement had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a coefficient of 0.557; Motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses with a coefficient of 0.236; Employee engagement had a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses with a coefficient of 0.330; Job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses with a coefficient of 0.454; Job satisfaction mediated the effect of motivation and employee engagement on nurse performance with the coefficient of 0.162 and 0.253. Job satisfaction played a role as a partial mediation variable for motivation and employee engagement. Keyword: Motivation, Employee Engagement, Job Satisfaction, Nurse Performance.  ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, employee engagement dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja perawat; menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan employee engagement terhadap kinerja perawat dimediasi kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan jenis penelitiannya adalah explanatory research. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 65 perawat di IRNA 1 RSUD dr Saiful Anwar Malang dari populasi sebanyak 183 perawat. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling dan analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Squares (PLS).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan koefisien 0,356; Employee engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan koefisien 0,557; Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat dengan koefisien 0,236; Employee engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat dengan koefisien 0,330; Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat dengan koefisien 0,454; Kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh motivasi dan employee engagement terhadap kinerja perawat dengan koefesien 0,162 dan 0,253. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to obtain empirical evidence of management support capabilities in improving user capabilities, service quality, and job satisfaction, both directly or through the mediation of user capabilities. partial Least Square (PLS) quantitative approach was used to analyze data from 100 Employees of Malang Agricultural Development Polytechnic. They were taken on a census basis. The empirical finding obtained was that management support was able to play a role in improving user capabilities, service quality, and job satisfaction. The ability of users was also able to mediate the effect of management support on service quality and job satisfaction. These results were supported by descriptive statistics of management support, user capabilities, service quality, as well as job satisfaction, all of which have high average scores. Keyword: Management Support, User Capabilities, Service Quality, Job Satisfaction, Malang Agricultural Development Polytechnic. ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris kemampuan dukungan manajemen dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pengguna, kualitas layanan, serta kepuasan kerja, baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi kemampuan pengguna. Pendekatan kuantitatif Partial Least Square (PLS) digunakan untuk menganalisis data 100 Pegawai Politeknik Pembangunan Pertanian Malang, yang diambil secara sensus.Temuan empiris yang diperoleh adalah dukungan manajemen mampu berperan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pengguna, kualitas layanan, serta kepuasan kerja. Kemampuan pengguna juga mampu memediasi pengaruh dukungan manajemen terhadap kualitas layanan maupun terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hasil ini didukung oleh statistik deskriptif dukungan manajemen, kemampuan pengguna, kualitas layanan, serta kepuasan kerja,  yang semuanya memiliki nilai rata-rata tinggi.Kata kunci: Dukungan Manajemen, Kemampuan Pengguna, Kualitas Layanan, Kepuasan Kerja, Politeknik Pembangunan Pertanian Malang.
