Abstract

: Perkembangan prestasi panahan Gresik mulai menunjukkan prestasi yang cukup diperhitungkan. Hal tersebut tidak lepas dari pembinaan dalam hal teknik saja namun juga fisik. Kondisi fisik disini merupakan faktor penting dalam menyeimbangkan teknik, mental dan taktik dalam mencapai sebuah prestasi. Dengan memiliki data kondisi fisik atlet maka akan dengan mudah bagi pelatih untuk memberikan porsi latihan kepada atletnya dan juga sebagai evaluasi kemajuan atlet Panahan Gresik dari waktu ke waktu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian profil tingkat kondisi fisik atlet putra dan putri panahan Gresik usia 8 15 tahun yang sudah dilakukan maka telah diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa rata-rata (Mean) atlet putra untuk kekuatan otot bahu (menarik) sebesar 15,75 kg dengan kategori cukup, kekuatan otot bahu (mendorong) sebesar 11,5 kg dengan kategori cukup, kelentukan sebesar 28,87 cm dengan kategori cukup, daya tahan (Bleep) sebesar 23,5 dengan kategori kurang. Untuk atlet putri rata rata (Mean) kekuatan otot bahu (menarik) sebesar 11,5 kg dengan kategori cukup, kekuatan otot bahu (mendorong) sebesar 10,25 kg dengan kategori baik, kelentukan pada atlet putri sebesar 32,65 cm dengan kategori cukup, daya tahan (Bleep) sebesar 20,8 dengan kategori cukup.

Abstract

Senam aerobik merupakan serangkain gerak yang dipilh secara sengaja dengan cara mengikuti irama musik yang juga dipilih sehingga melahirkab ketentuan ritmis, kontiyuitas dan durasi tertentu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kondisi fisik member senam aerobik di Sanggar Gleonov Gym. Subyek penelitian ini adalah ibu-ibu senam aerobik di Sanggar Glonov Gym yang diambil 15 orang. Metode menggunakan statistik kuantitatif deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunkan tes: daya tahan otot jantung, daya tahan otot lengan, daya tahan otot perut, dan kelentukan. Kesimpulan : (1) Mayoritas  daya tahan otot jantung member senam aerobik di Sanggar Glenonov Gym adalah kurang. Tingkat prosentase daya tahan otot jantung 10% kategori sangat baik, 0% kategori baik, 20% kateegori cukup, 40% kategori kurang, dan 30% kategori kurang sekali. (2) Mayoritas daya tahan otot lengan member senam aerobik di Sanggar Glenonov Gym adalah kurang. Tingkat prosentase daya tahan otot lengan 0% kategori baik sekali, 10% kategori baik, 30% kategori cukup, 40% kategori kurang, dan 20% kategori kurang sekali. (3) Mayoritas daya tahan otot perut member senam aerobik di Sanggar Glenonov Gym adalah cukup. Tingkat prosentase daya tahan otot perut 10% kategori baik sekali, 20% kategori baik, 40% kategori cukup, dan 10% kategori kurang sekali. (4) Mayoritas kelentukan member senam aerobik di Sanggar Glenonov Gym adalah baik sekali. Tingkat prosentase kelentukan 40%  kategori baik sekali, 30% kategori baik, 20% kategori cukup, 0% kategori kurang, dan 10% kategori kurang sekali.

Abstract

Latihan fisik memiliki konsekwensi yang cukup besar terhadap perubahan sistem anatomi dan fisiologi tubuh seorang atlet. Perubahan yang paling besar dan langsung terjadi adalah pada perubahan ritme denyut nadi sebelum, saat dan setelah melaksanakan aktifititas fisik olahraga. denyut nadi pemulihan adalah salah satu contoh perubahan yang sangat jelas setelah melakukan aktifitas fisik olahraga. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui perubahan denyut nadi pemulihan dengan proses penghitungan yang berbeda yaitu berdiri, duduk dan tidur. 12 lelaki dewasa umur kurang lebih 19 tahun mengikuti penelitian ini, mereka dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok pengukuran denyut nadi. Seluruh sampel akan melakukan prosedur tes naik turun tanggan menggunakan protokol YMCA step test. Setelah melakukan protokol tes semua sampel akan dihitung denyut nadi pemulihan setelah 3 menit istirahat. Dari hasil penelitian didapat prosentase penurunan denyut nadi pemulihan setelah istirahat 3 menit adalah dengan pengukuran posisi berdiri sebesar 28.9%, posisi duduk 31.7% dan pada posisi tidur 34.4%. kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah posisi tubuh saat pengukuran denyut nadi memiliki kontribusi yang berbeda-beda dimana proses pemulihan dengan tidur terlentang memiliki prosentase tertinggi dalam menurunkan denyut nadi.

Abstract

Gym ball adalah alat bantu olahraga yang fokus latihannya pada bagian-bagian tubuh seperti pantat, paha, punggung belakang, otot perut, bahu, dan dada. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengetahuan mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan universitas Negeri Surabaya tentang alat, jenis, teknik dan pengetahuan umum yang mempelajari gym ball. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dengan cara meneliti pengetahuan alat, jenis, teknik dan pengetahuan umum mahasiswa mengunakan tes angket tertutup dengan mengunakan skala guttman dengan sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 60 orang yang meliputi jurusan pendidikan kepelatihan olahraga 20 orang, pendidikan olahraga 20 orang dan ilmu olahraga 20 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa rata-rata pengetahuan alat gym ball adalah 3,71 termasuk dengan kategori Cukup, rata-rata pengetahuan jenis latihan gym ball adalah 2,45 termasuk dalam kategori Cukup, rata-rata pengetahuan teknik latihan gym ball adalah 0,85 termasuk dalam kategori Cukup, dan rata-rata pengetahuan umum yang mempelajari gym ball adalah 0,97 termasuk dalam kategori Kurang. Jadi kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini, pengetahuan tentang alat, jenis dan teknik mempunyai hasil yang sama dan termasuk dalam kategori Cukup dan diketahui pengetahuan pengetahuan umum kurang dibanding dengan pengetahuan alat, jenis, dan teknik.

Abstract

Discus throwing really requires good physical condition, especially in discus throwing, it requires flexibility and explosive power and other physical components. Not only explosive power, other physical conditions play a very significant role in discus throwing, including strength, speed, endurance, flexibility, coordination and balance. This research is a quantitative research with an ex-post facto descriptive approach. In this study, the focus was on the physical condition of the PLATNAS B Discus Throwing athletic athletes. The subjects of this study were 4 PLATNAS B Discus Throwing athletes consisting of 3 men and 1 woman. Based on the results of the research, it was concluded that the physical component of the speed of the PLATNAS B Discus Throwing athletes obtained "good" results for 3 athletes (80%) and 1 athlete (20%) "enough". So that it can be concluded that the speed is in the "good" category. The explosive power component of the disc-throwing athlete's limbs PLATNAS B obtained "very good" results 2 athletes (50%) "good" 1 athlete (40%), and "enough" 1 athlete (10%). So it can be concluded that the explosive power of the leg muscles is in the "good" category. The component of the arm muscle strength of the PLATNAS B Discus Throwing athletes obtained "good" results for 3 athletes (70%) and "enough" for 1 athlete (30%). So it can be concluded that the arm muscle strength is in the "good" category. The component of abdominal muscle strength for disc throwing athletes PLATNAS B obtained "good" results for 3 athletes (60%) and "enough" for 1 athlete (40%). So it can be concluded that the strength of the abdominal muscles is in the "enough" category. The component of the reaction speed of the PLATNAS B Discus Throwing athletes obtained "good" results for 3 athletes (60%) and "enough" for 1 athlete (40%). So it can be concluded that the reaction speed is in the "enough" category.

Abstract

The judging process which is considered closed is able to give distorted thoughts from the coaches and athletes of pencak silat. Some argue that there are other factors that can influence the judges' judgment when judging athletes. Based on the explanation above, the researchers made a study entitled "The Influence of Non-Technical Competition Factors in Jury Assessments of Pencak Silat Athletes". The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of non-technical competition on the jury's assessment of pencak silat athletes and to determine the percentage level of influence of non-technical factors on the jury's assessment of pencak silat athletes. This research is a type of quantitative research with a descriptive survey approach with non-experimental methods. The data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires or questionnaires with written questions distributed among the pencak silat judges and 38 respondents from active judges in the city of Surabaya. The results showed that the level of integrity of the judges of Surabaya City was still relatively high because there were 25 people occupying the high category with a percentage of 68% and 13 people occupying the medium category with a percentage of 34 - 67%. In addition, the results of the study also showed that facilities and infrastructure were also able to influence the performance of the judges of the Surabaya City with 20 people in the high category with a percentage rate of 72%, while 18 people in the medium category with a percentage rate of 37-71%. From the results of these three indicators, namely integrity, facilities and infrastructure, as well as understanding the rules of the game, each has an influence in the high category percentage.

Abstract

The results of this study aim to determine the technique that is often used or the most dominant used during professional women's futsal matches. This study uses quantitative research methods by watching matches through social media, namely YouTube. The sample used is purposive sampling. Data analysis used a frequency test of frequently used techniques. The results of this study indicate that the frequency of using passing techniques is 2064 times, control is 1879 times, dribbling is 254, feinting is 115 times, shooting is 243 times, heading is 36 times, turning is 42 times, and chipping is 44 times. Based on these results, it can be concluded that there are two techniques that are the most dominant or often used in professional women's futsal matches, namely passing and control techniques. From the results of this study, it has a positive impact for women's futsal coaches to be used as guidelines or references in undergoing an exercise program, especially on the most dominant technique carried out during matches.

Abstract

In the game of sepak takraw, serve is very important because it can be the first attack. To produce a good service, there are supporting factors, one of which is the flexibility ability of a tekong. This study aims to determine the relationship between flexibility components and service accuracy in the sepak takraw game at PSTI Bojonegoro. This study uses two variables, namely the independent variable and the dependent variable. This type of research is quantitative with a correlational research design. The population in this study were all 5 tekong athletes at PSTI Bojonegoro. The test instruments in this study were sit and reach tests and service accuracy tests. The data analysis technique used simple correlation (bivariate correlation). The results of the statistical data analysis of the Pearson bivariate correlation, it is known that there is a significant relationship between flexibility and service accuracy with a significance value (p <0.05) and the Pearson correlation value (p = 0.987) which is included in the very strong Pearson correlation interpretation. From these results, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between flexibility and service accuracy at PSTI Bojonegoro.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the dominant factors related to physical fitness in terms of screen time, daily physical activity, and the nutritional status of students. The research method used is descriptive research with a non-experimental quantitative approach. This research is ex post facto. The research was conducted at SMAN 2 Pasuruan with a total of 282 respondents consisting of 111 males and 171 females. The respondents were all tenth graders consisting of majors in Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Social Studies, and Cultural Language. The data analysis technique used in this study used chi square and multivariate linear regression analysis. The results of the study using bivariate analysis revealed that screen time and nutritional status did not have a significant relationship to the level of physical fitness, while physical activity had a significant relationship to the level of physical fitness. Multivariate analysis resulted that simultaneously screen time, physical activity, and nutritional status had a significant relationship to the level of physical fitness with an alpha value of 0,000 and physical activity was the dominant factor associated with the level of physical fitness as evidenced by an alpha value of 0,000 and a beta value of 0,4.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of the Small Sided Games (SSG) and Rondo exercises on the accuracy of passing on the players of the Futsal club Aldifa Banjarmasin. The experimental method used in this research is the "Two Group Pre-test and Post-test Design" research design. The sample in this study amounted to 20 people with a sampling technique using purposive sampling technique. The treatment grouping was done using MSOP (Match Subject Ordinal Pairing). The research instrument used the development of a test instrument to measure football ability which was adopted from DR. Norbert Rogalski and DR. Ernst Dagel. Data analysis in this study used prerequisite tests which included normality and homogeneity tests. The data obtained from the initial test and final test of graduation accuracy that have gone through the prerequisite test stage are followed by hypothesis testing using the t-test. The value of the SSG group hypothesis test was obtained (6,678 > 2,262), while the rondo group hypothesis test was obtained (2,372 > 2,262). Thus from these results prove that there is a significant effect of each of these exercises. The results of the t-test were obtained (1.310 < 2.101), thus the results of the t-test showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups. However, if it is seen from the number of differences in the average posttest of the group where the SSG is 6.80 while Rondo is 5.90, so it has a difference of 0.900 which is higher in the SSG group. So these results prove that the two training methods in this study have the same effect, but the SSG group has a better effect in terms of passing accuracy compared to Rondo training on Aldifa Banjarmasin futsal club players.
