Nursing profession’s education is responsible for preparing competent graduates ready to face healthcare challenges. A key indicator of this readiness is the self-efficacy of nursing students, which reflects their confidence in applying clinical skills. It is crucial for these students to be prepared to provide safe, high-quality care as they enter the workforce. This study aims to evaluate the self-efficacy levels in clinical skills among students enrolled in the Nursing Profession Study Program at the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Padjadjaran. This study employed a quantitative descriptive method using a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study amounted to 150 active students of the Nursing Profession Study Program at the Universitas Padjadjaran and the sample was taken using total sampling type. Data was collected using the Clinical Skills Self-Efficacy Scale (CSES) to measure the level of self-efficacy in performing clinical skills with validity test results after translated to Bahasa ranging from 0.415-0.727, and the reliability test results 0.825. Univariate analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics. The results of the study show that students of the Nursing Professional Education Program at the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Padjadjaran, have a high level of self-efficacy in performing basic clinical skills, with 80 students (53.3%) demonstrating high self-efficacy. Where the percentage of class 46 students who have a high level of self-efficacy is greater than class 47. This is largely due to the experience they have in carrying out clinical procedures. That’s related to the statement one of the main factors that can influence self-efficacy according to Albert Bandura is experience, the experience of someone who is successful in carrying out a task or achieving a goal can increase self-efficacy.

The liver is one of the most vital organs and the largest gland, weighing approximately 1500 grams or 2.5% of the total adult body weight. One of the liver's functions is to metabolize nutrients such as fat, protein, and carbohydrates. Fats are synthesized from carbohydrates and proteins, mainly in the liver. Fat function as a source of energy provides essential fatty acids, and plays an important role in dissolving vitamins. A high-fat diet (HFD) is a diet that involves consuming fatty and high-cholesterol foods which can have the risk of causing an increase in lipid levels in the blood, known as hyperlipidemia. Excessive accumulation of fat in liver cells is called fatty liver. Histologically, Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD) is categorized into two types, namely Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver (NAFL) which shows fatty liver without evidence of inflammation in the form of swelling of hepatocyte cells, and Non-alcoholic Steatohepatitis (NASH), namely the presence of fatty liver accompanied by inflammation in the form of swelling of hepatocyte cells, with or without fibrosis.

Adolescence is a very important time in the process of reproductive maturity, and adolescence has a high risk of being associated with sleep disorders. It is important for teenagers, especially schoolchildren, to have a good quality of sleep in order to be able to perform academic activities. However, students are very vulnerable to poor sleep quality, which will affect both psychological and physiological imbalances, including menstrual cycles. The aim of this study is to find out the relationship between sleep quality and the menstrual cycle in adolescents in SMAN 1 Sumedang. This research method uses a correlational analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. A large sample of 438 pupils was obtained. The research instrument used the PSQI questionnaire to measure sleep quality, consisting of categories such as objective sleep quality, sleep latency, sleep duration, sleep efficiency, daytime dysfunction, sleep disorders, sleeping pills, and menstrual cycle questionnaires over the last 3 months. The results of this study were obtained from 244 people who had good sleep quality. 48.4% had normal menstrual cycle patterns, and 7.3% had abnormal ones. And for 194 people with poor sleep quality, 25.6% had normal periods and 18.7% had unnormal periods. In the statistics, the chi-square test obtained a p-value of 0.000, so it can be concluded that there is a meaningful relationship between sleep quality and menstrual cycle in adolescents in SMAN 1 Sumedang.

This research uses a systematic review design with the PRISMA flow diagram. Researchers used PICO, articles published from 2014 to May 2024 in English. Searches came from 5 online databases, namely "PubMed", "ProQuest", "Science Direct", "Scopus", and "Embase". Research used the Research used the physiotherapy evidence database Research used the physiotherapy evidence database skala tool to assess the quality of research article. The initial search yielded 422 articles that were further screened. There are 21 articles for eligibility assessment. After full text review, 8 articles remained that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria and were used for this systematic review. Eight high-quality articles support telehealth-based self-management as an effective method for caring for patients with stroke. Spatial analysis of tuberculosis has been conducted in Indonesia, but there has been no research on cluster distribution patterns in Sukoharjo District, Indonesia. Objective: This research aims to identify tuberculosis spatial clusters in Sukoharjo Regency in 2021-2023. Method: This research data was obtained from the Integrated Tuberculosis Information System of the Sukoharjo Regency Health Service for 2021-2023. Population and population density data were obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Sukoharjo Regency Data were analyzed using Poisson spatial scanning using the SaTScanTM v.10.0.1 application and area mapping using QGIS 3.34. Results: Based on the spatial scanning analysis that has been carried out, there is a cluster grouping of population and population density of tuberculosis cases in Sukoharjo Regency. In the 2021-20233 population cluster, there is 1 cluster grouping of 978 cases with a radius of 9,39 km. Meanwhile, in the 2021-2023 population density cluster, there are 7 cluster groupings, but there is a cluster with the largest radius 16,8 km with 1152 cases. Conclusions: This results of this research are expected to assist health authorities in increasing efforts to control and prevent tuberculosis cases by focusing in areas with high risk population.

Approximately 79% of Indonesian children have used gadgets. Such use can have an impact on child development at preschool age, especially cognitive development. At the golden age, children experience 80% brain development which makes it easy for children to absorb information that occurs around them. Cognitive is the way children adapt and define objects and events in their environment. The purpose of this study is to identify patterns of gadget use, identify cognitive development, and identify the relationship between gadget use and cognitive development of preschool children at Kemala Bhayangkari 43 Jatinangor Kindergarten. Method: This research is quantitative with a correlational approach and uses a total sampling method of 34 respondents at Kemala Bhayangkari 43 Jatinangor Kindergarten. The measuring instrument used is the Gadget Use Pattern instrument in children with a validity value of 0.388 and a reliability of 0.666 and the Preschool Child Cognitive Development instrument (5-6 Years) with a validity value above 0.4 and a reliability result of 0.780 which means that these two instruments are valid and reliable. Data analysis used in this study used univariate and bivariate analysis with fisher's extract test. Results: The results of the univariate test on gadget use in children fall into the quite good category with the results of 23 respondents (67.6%) and cognitive development in children falls into the good category with the results of 25 respondents (73.5%). The bivariate test results using fisher's extract test with sig. (2-tailed) is 0.670 (>0.05). Conclusions: Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is no relationship between the use of gadgets and the cognitive development of preschool children (5-6 years old) at Kemala Bhayangkari 43 Jatinangor Kindergarten.
