Abstract

Tuberculosis is an infectious disease that affects the respiratory organs and is still a health problem in Indonesia. The incidence of tuberculosis in Indonesia ranks second after India. Spatial analysis of tuberculosis has been conducted in Indonesia, but there has been no research on cluster distribution patterns in Sukoharjo District, Indonesia. Objective: This research aims to identify tuberculosis spatial clusters in Sukoharjo Regency in 2021-2023. Method: This research data was obtained from the Integrated Tuberculosis Information System of the Sukoharjo Regency Health Service for 2021-2023. Population and population density data were obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Sukoharjo Regency Data were analyzed using Poisson spatial scanning using the SaTScanTM v.10.0.1 application and area mapping using QGIS 3.34. Results: Based on the spatial scanning analysis that has been carried out, there is a cluster grouping of population and population density of tuberculosis cases in Sukoharjo Regency. In the 2021-20233 population cluster, there is 1 cluster grouping of 978 cases with a radius of 9,39 km. Meanwhile, in the 2021-2023 population density cluster, there are 7 cluster groupings, but there is a cluster with the largest radius 16,8 km with 1152 cases. Conclusions: This results of this research are expected to assist health authorities in increasing efforts to control and prevent tuberculosis cases by focusing in areas with high risk population.

This study aimed to explore how the childbirth process took place at home with the help of untrained family members. The study was qualitative research with a thematic analysis design. Eighteen respondents were recruited, as determined by data saturation. Semi-structured interviews using topic guides were performed to explore the phenomenon. Data was analyzed using Nvivo 11. The study emerged with six themes. They were unassisted home birth practice for labor progress methods, unassisted home birth practice for the baby delivery process, unassisted home birth practice for umbilical cord clamping procedure, unassisted home birth practice for umbilical cord cutting procedure, unassisted home birth practice for placenta delivery method, and unassisted home birth practice for the baby bathing process. Abstract

Work stress is a problem that is often faced by employees in various industrial sectors, including in the electricity sector. One of them is the electricity sector at the state-owned company PT X Site Jakarta Raya. Prolonged work stress can have a negative impact on employee performance and well-being. Work stress can cause physiological, psychological and behavioral changes in employees. Data shows that the resignation rate for employees at PT X is quite high. The significant rate of employee resignation in recent years shows that work stress is a problem that needs to be taken seriously. Therefore, this topic needs further research. This research aims to analyze the influence of mental workload and individual characteristics on work stress among employees at the state-owned company PT X Site Jakarta Raya. The method used in this research is quantitative with a purposive sampling technique. In this study there were 125 samples. Data was collected using standard questionnaires from the NIOSH Generic Job Stress Questionnaire (GJSQ) with 41 questions for work stress and NASA-TLX with 15 questions for mental workload. Next, the data was tested using T test analysis. The results of the T test hypothesis analysis show that mental workload (significance = 0.003) and marital status (significance = 0.006) have a significance value of <0.05. Therefore, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Conclusion: Mental workload and marital status have a partially significant influence on the dependent variable of work stress.

The research design for stage 1 is R&D and the second stage now uses a quantitative pre-post test design with a control group design. Samples were taken using a purposive sampling technique. The research subjects were 40 healthy respondents grouped into two, the first group was a sample of the healthy group with ADMT totaling 20 people and the second group was a sample of the healthy group with hand acupressure totaling 20 people, data analysis used demographic characteristics and research variables, namely ADMT and pain level. Bivariate analysis uses Wilcoxon and Mean Withney. The results of the information collection concluded that the ADMT action provided a feeling of comfort with validation that the respondents stated that they were comfortable by showing a feasibility score of 70%. Using Acupressure Digital Massage Tools (ADMT) is suitable as a tool for comfort levels.

Cognitive is the way children adapt and define objects and events in their environment. The purpose of this study is to identify patterns of gadget use, identify cognitive development, and identify the relationship between gadget use and cognitive development of preschool children at Kemala Bhayangkari 43 Jatinangor Kindergarten. Method: This research is quantitative with a correlational approach and uses a total sampling method of 34 respondents at Kemala Bhayangkari 43 Jatinangor Kindergarten. The measuring instrument used is the Gadget Use Pattern instrument in children with a validity value of 0.388 and a reliability of 0.666 and the Preschool Child Cognitive Development instrument (5-6 Years) with a validity value above 0.4 and a reliability result of 0.780 which means that these two instruments are valid and reliable. Data analysis used in this study used univariate and bivariate analysis with fisher's extract test. Results: The results of the univariate test on gadget use in children fall into the quite good category with the results of 23 respondents (67.6%) and cognitive development in children falls into the good category with the results of 25 respondents (73.5%). The bivariate test results using fisher's extract test with sig. (2-tailed) is 0.670 (>0.05). Conclusions: Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is no relationship between the use of gadgets and the cognitive development of preschool children (5-6 years old) at Kemala Bhayangkari 43 Jatinangor Kindergarten.

Abstract

Dementia is defined as a decrease in intellectual abilities which can cause changes in behavior, disruption in social life, and disruption in daily activities. Palliative care is a useful solution in the future to improve the quality of life for dementia sufferers during the COVID-19 pandemic. This systematic review aims to find out how the implementation of home telemedicine can become the main choice for elderly people with dementia during the COVID-19 pandemic. A database search was carried out by the PRISMA protocol focusing on Scopus, Proquest, Sage, ScienceDirect, and CINAHL identified based on MeSH-adjusted keywords, and A total of 2440 article journals were identified. Then deletion so that it remains 1086 article journals were reviewed. Then excluded (238) articles from journals based on 5 years, experimental test method with Randomized Controlled Trial design (RCT) and Experiments in language English, full text to be reviewed for feasibility so that 10 articles were obtained for review. From all articles, media innovation is very useful in implementing palliative care because of the various impacts of the global pandemic through the experiences of people with dementia and their care partners. The role of home-based palliative care using home telemedicine can potentially reduce the long-term impact of palliative care. The important role of palliative care integrated with long-distance services in informing health service priorities is to restore the quality of life and health of elderly people with dementia so that they are better prepared to face the future.
