Abstract

Tourism is one of the supporters of national economic growth, so it is very important for villages to be able to develop tourism potential in their area. The potential of a good tourist village will be the main attraction of a tour in encouraging tourists to visit the tour. In developing tourism potential, of course, requires the participation of all elements, both from the community and also from the government. Pungut Mudik Village has the potential for several tourism objects that can be developed so as to improve the community's economy. However, the lack of public knowledge about the natural potential they have so that this tourist attraction has not been developed until now. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide socialization and assistance for the people of Pungut Mudik Village about developing the potential of their village so that later the community will have knowledge about tourist villages that can improve the community's economy. Methods of implementation through surveys, interviews, socialization and counseling as well as facilitation. Pariwisata merupakan salah satu penyokong pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional, sehingga sangat penting bagi desa untuk bisa mengembangkan potensi wisata yang ada didaerahnya. Potensi desa wisata yang baik akan menjadi daya tarik sebuah wisata dalam mendorong wisatawan untuk mengunjungi wisata tersebut. Dalam pengembangan potensi wisata tentunya membutuhkan partisipasi dari semua elemen, baik dari masyarakat dan juga dari pihak pemerintahan. Desa Pungut Mudik memiliki potensi beberapa objek wisata yang dapat dikembangkan sehingga dapat meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. Akan tetapi kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang potensi alam yang mereka miliki sehingga daya tarik wisata rtersebut belum dikebangkan sampai saat ini. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan sosialisasi dan pendampingan bagi masyarakat Desa Pungut Mudik tentang pengembangan potensi desa yang mereka miliki sehingga nantinya masyarakat memiliki pengetahuan tentang desa wisata yang dapat eningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. Metode pelaksanaan melalui survei, wawancara, sosialisasi dan penyuluhan serta fasilitasi.

Abstract

Seeing that there are still cases of Covid-19 variants of Omicron BA.4 and BA.5, so maintaining immunity during the Covid-19 pandemic is very important. Apart from being required to carry out immunizations, the Ministry of Health uses preparations/compositions of Moringa leaves to increase immunity during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Moringa leaves contain many important nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, amino acids, beta carotene, antioxidants, nutrients, anti-inflammatories, and omega 3 and 6 fatty acids. Diversification of Moringa leaves can also be used to speed up the healing process of diseases in hospital patients. The food served by the hospital is one of the components for the patient's recovery. The training method is carried out by providing counseling and discussion to KWT mothers about the process of diserving processed Moringa leaves. Submission of material is carried out by giving leaflets and direct practice with participants. From the results of this community service, Moringa leaves are being used more and more as alternative snacks in hospitals and in the community, pudding, sticks and Moringa leaf tea

Abstract

Microsoft Office Optimization Training is one of the needs for technology in the office sector. Microsoft office is an office application package software made by Microsoft and designed to run under the Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X operating systems. The Microsoft Office training provided is Excel, Word and PowerPoint. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to improve student abilities in developing office applications. The method used with this activity is Lectures and practicum. This training is attended by students who will carry out Community Service activities in offices and agencies consisting of 20 people. This Microsoft Office training is a means of job training for female students in increasing understanding and skills in the skills area. The results of this training are expected to help female students in community service activities by providing initial experience to form identity and develop office skills and be able to socialize to the public in the world of work.

Abstract

Penilaian kinerja sangat krusial bagi kelangsungan organisasi karena dengan adanya penilaian kinerja akan membantu kemajuan dari organisasi tersebut. Penilaian kinerja dapat mengetahui potensi karyawan sehingga dari penilaian kinerja dapat berdampak terhadap reward yang diberikan oleh organisasi tersebut. Hal itulah yang mendorong CV. Alumindo Pratama sebagai salah satu UMKM di Pulau Batam merancang sebuah sistem penilaian kinerja. Dengan adanya penilaian kinerja, maka tentunya akan mendorong dan menumbuhkan motivasi kerja bagi para karyawan. Dalam merancang sistem penilaian kinerja, maka CV. Alumindo Pratama menerapkan metode penilaian rating scale untuk menilai karyawannya sebagai indikator penilaian yang ingin diambil. Metode penilaian kinerja yang diimplementasikan berdampak pada output evaluasi, yaitu karyawan yang masuk kategori good ada 5 orang, average ada 2, dan below average ada 1. Lalu, karyawan yang masuk kategori good dan average mendapatkan bonus, kenaikan gaji, kontrak yang diperpanjang, tetapi ada juga yang mendapatkan teguran karena kemampuan komunikasi yang masih sangat kurang. Lalu, karyawan kategori below average mendapatkan bimbingan dan teguran juga. Kata Kunci: Sistem penilaian kinerja, metode rating scale, motivasi, dan UMKM

Abstract

Steak Corner merupakan salah satu UMKM yang bergerak di bidang kuliner. Restoran ini didirikan oleh Bapak Raymond pada tanggal 25 Februari 2022 dengan jumlah karyawan sebanyak 11 orang. Sebelumnya, restoran ini masih belum mempunyai menu digital. Hal ini tentunya sangat mempengaruhi tingkat penjualan restoran. Maka dari itu, penulis akan mendampingi dalam perancangan menu digital pada Steak Corner sehingga perancangan menu digital tersebut dapat dijadikan salah satu media untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Proyek ini diharapkan dapat direkomendasikan untuk kegiatan PkM ke depannya.

Abstract

Rumah Makan Achun 178 merupakan rumah makan yang bergerak dibidang chinese food. RM. Achun 178 membuka cabang pertamanya di Komp. Batu Batam Mas namun berpindah ke lokasi lain karena pemilik merasa lokasi tersebut kurang cocok karena lokasi yang kurang strategis dan tempat parkir yang sempit. Pemilik memutuskan pindah ke lokasi sekarang yang beralamatkan Jl. Trikarsa Ekualita. Penulis menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi untuk mengumpulkan informasi dan menemukan bahwa pemilik masih menggunakan metode pemasaran yang tradisional (word of mouth). Maka dari itu, penulis ingin membantu pemilik menggunakan pemasaran digital. Pemasaran digital yang digunakan di dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini berupa advertisement pada Instagram, Tiktok dan Google. Dengan menggunakan pemasaran digital diharapkan RM. Achun 178 dapat lebih dikenali oleh masyarakat secara luas lagi dan usaha RM. Achun 178 dapat semakin berkembang.

Abstract

Posbindu activities are promotional and preventive activities that involve the community. The planing, implementation, and monitoring, as well as assessments are carried out from and by the community. Skills of health cadres are required in posbindu activities. Improving the ability of cadres in communication and posbindu services as a forum for services to the elderly needs to be carried out, especially preventive and promotive. The method used in this service is counseling and training of health cadres who are expected to detect risk factors for the elderly with prevention as early as possible. The activity was held on November 10, 2022, attended by 17 cadres posbindu hebras, posbindu gelatik A, and posbindu flamboyan B. The results of the activity are known to have increased cadre knowledge about “warga emas“ elderly, herbal therapy, massage therapy, accupressure, and supplementary feeding of the elderly. Through community service activities, the empowerment of posbindu cadres, especially in communication, can increase motivation and provide information to the elderly community.

Abstract

Menopause is one of the stages in a woman's life cycle where there are physiological and psychological changes. A person's nutritional status is not formed instantly in a person. So it is necessary to establish as early as possible to get maximum conditions in dealing with every phase of a woman's life. This service program aims to improve the nutritional status of Islamic boarding schools through the formation of a nutrition team and the preparation of a nutritional menu table as a daily menu. This service activity begins with coordinating and outreach to female students and boarding school administrators. Furthermore, an assessment of the food menu has been carried out in Islamic boarding schools, and continued with the preparation of food menu adjustments with balanced nutrition. The results of community service activities in the form of counseling showed that there was a significant increase in the knowledge of students and boarding school administrators about nutritional needs. This increase in knowledge encourages students and administrators to start paying attention to the preparation of daily menus in accordance with the needs of nutritional standards. So it is hoped that healthy nutritional status has begun to form from adolescence, late adulthood and in the end it will be useful in dealing with the life cycle of women during menopause where there will be many changes in the body system.

Abstract

Problem Based Learning (PBL) is a problem-based learning model that uses intelligence so that it is able to deal with anything new and complex. Problem Based Learning is a model that aims to instill and develop the learning process in teachers. The purpose of this community service activity is to empower teacher skills through Problem Based Learning is to increase knowledge which changes every time. The subject of this community service is all teachers at SDN Kenari 07 Pagi. Based on the results of observations at Kenari 07 Pagi Elementary School, the teacher's learning process still uses conventional or teacher-centered teaching as a provider of information, with the empowerment of teacher skills it is hoped that it will improve the good character of students from each concept of working on problems in the form of application questions. Based on this, recommendations for solutions to problems need to be carried out through mentoring activities and empowering teacher skills through Problem Based Learning in Improving Student Character Education. Mastery of Teacher skills through Problem Based Learning both when learning is done at school or studying at home (online). The methods used are socialization, self-reflection and program mapping, measurement and evaluation

Abstract

Healthcare Associated Infections (HAIs) are infections that occur in healthcare settings. HAIs or infections occur between 48 hours to 72 hours after hospital admission or after hospital discharge within 30 days. The incidence of infections continues to increase between 4.8%-21%. The increasing incidence of infection indicates a decrease in the quality of hospital services. The chain of infection transmission can occur through infectious agents, reservoirs, ports of exit, transmission, ports of entry, and the host. The purpose of training is to increase the knowledge of healthcare workers, develop skills, and attitudes so that work can be completed properly, quickly, accurately, and rationally, create a willingness to cooperate with other employees and leaders. The targets of basic infection prevention and control training activities in hospitals are environmental health workers, nurses, pharmacists, analysts, radiologists, and funeral directors. The total participants were 55 people, the activity was held November 25-26, 2022, in meeting room two. The results of the pretest and posttest were the lowest score for the pretest 40 and the highest score of of 95, with an average score of 68. The results of the posttest were the lowest score 60 and the highest score 100 with an average score of 91. The results of the activity show that the participants' understanding has increased where the results of the pretest and posttest have increased, so that through training participants can do their job well and can work together with IPCN and leaders.
