Jurnal Manajemen Dan Bisnis Equilibrium (MBE) adalah jurnal ilmiah elektronik yang menerbitkan hasil studi manajemen dan bisnis. Naskah yang masuk akan dievaluasi dan diedit untuk keseragaman format, istilah, dan prosedur lainnya sesuai dengan gaya lingkungan yang berlaku untuk Jurnal Manajemen dan Bisnis Equilibrium (MBE) Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Ngurah Rai Denpasar. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational climate, work life balance and work ethic on the performance of civil servants at the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning in Denpasar City. This study used observation, interview, questionnaire and documentation methods with a sampling technique, namely the proportional random sampling technique with a total sample of 56 employees. Data were analyzed using instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t test and f test. The results of the analysis show that organizational climate, work life balance and work ethic simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational climate has a positive and significant effect partially on employee performance. Work life balance has a positive and significant effect partially on employee performance. Work ethic has a partial positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning in the City of Denpasar.

Abstract

The determinant of the success of a business lies in its human resources, improving the quality of human resources is based on increasing discipline which will have an impact on the ease of achieving business goals. Supervision and job satisfaction can have an influence on workers' sense of discipline. The Bangli Regency Transportation Service will be the place for the study, using census techniques, 89 employees were determined to be used as the reference group. The study material that has been collected will be processed using a multiple regression model, the results found show both individually and simultaneously a direct and real influence on increasing the workers' sense of discipline.

Abstract

The advantage of a company in winning the competition lies in customer satisfaction. Even in the midst of increasingly fierce business competition, the companies that are run are still able to survive and excel because customers feel they are getting the service they want. The formulation of the problem in this study is: Does service quality partially effect customer satisfaction at Ming Coffee and Eatery in Denpasar? Does customer value partially effect customer satisfaction at Ming Coffee and Eatery in Denpasar? Does service quality and customer value simultaneously effect customer satisfaction at Ming Coffee and Eatery in Denpasar? The research objective was to analyze the effect of service quality partially on customer satisfaction at Ming Coffee and Eatery in Denpasar. To analyze the influence of customer value partially on customer satisfaction at Ming Coffee and Eatery in Denpasar. To analyze the effect of service quality and customer value simultaneously on customer satisfaction at Ming Coffee and Eatery in Denpasar. The number of samples was determined as many as 96 customer respondents at Ming Coffee and Eatery in Denpasar. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that service quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Ming Coffee and Eatery. Customer value has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Ming Coffee and Eatery. Service quality and customer value have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Ming Coffee and Eatery.

Abstract

Developments in the financial sector, especially changes in the composition or structure of the banking system in Indonesia, are expected to bring positive changes to the national economy. Employee discipline in the company must be improved and sustainable, therefore it is necessary to have periodic monitoring and evaluation to ensure that employees who work are always disciplined. Every employee who is a member of the company has a different culture, because they have different cultural backgrounds, but all these differences will unite into one culture, namely organizational culture, to become a group that works together in achieving organizational goals. An employee can be productive at work and be more disciplined if his needs and desires are met, because if it is not matched by motivation, it will be difficult to increase discipline at work. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational leadership and work motivation on work discipline among employees at PT. BPR Tridarma Putri in Klungkung Regency. The sample in this study were all employees at PT. Tridarma Putri BPR in Klungkung Regency, totaling 57 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression coefficient analysis, determination analysis, t-test and F-test, using the help of a computer program (SPSS) Version 26.00 for Windows. The results of the analysis show that 1) Leadership, organizational culture and motivation partially have a positive and significant effect on work discipline. 2) Leadership, organizational culture and motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on work discipline.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was toxdetermine thexeffect of brandximage and onlinexpromotion partiallyxand simultaneouslyxon purchasing decisionsxat Finds Supply Gianyar Distro. Thexsample in thisxstudy were consumersxwho had purchasedxproducts andxvisited Finds Supply Distros, totaling 110 respondents. Determinationxof the numberxof respondents (sample) wasxcarried out using purposivexrandomxsampling. Data were analyzedxusing multiplexlinearxregression analysis, determination analysis, ttestxstatistical analysis (t-test), and Ftest statisticalxanalysis (F-test). The results showed that there was a partialxandxsimultaneous positivexandxsignificant influence between brandximage and onlinexpromotion on purchasingxdecisions at Distro Finds Supply Gianyar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of job insecurity and job stress on the intensity of leaving work. The population in this study included all Melasti Bali Beach Resort employees, totaling 79 people, and the sample in this study consisted of 65 respondents. The sampling method in this study used a census technique. Data were collected through observation, interviews, distribution of questionnaires and documentation where a five-point Likert scale was used to measure 24 questions. The analysis technique used is classic hypothesis testing, multiple calculations, determination calculations, simultaneous tests (F test) and individual tests (t test). Based on the test, the results of the analysis show that there is a direct and real relationship simultaneously and separately between job insecurity and work stress on turnover intention at Melasti Bali Beach Resort. It is recommended to reduce turnover intentions, companies are advised to reduce the level of job insecurity and work stress on employees.

Abstract

Organizational justice, organizational culture and job satisfaction are aspects that influence employee organizational commitment. The Bangli District Inspectorate focuses on and recognizes cases related to organizational justice, organizational culture, and job satisfaction in an effort to increase employee organizational commitment. The number of doodles was determined as a bored doodle program of 49 employees without inspectors and researchers because the researchers were assigned to the Bangli District Inspection Office. The results of the research confirm that organizational justice, organizational culture and job satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on the organizational commitment of the Bangli District Oversight Office employees either simultaneously or in combination.

Abstract

The study's objectives were to ascertain if brand image, online customer reviews, and online customer ratings had a concurrent, partial, and substantial impact on consumer trust in Shopee in Tegal Tugu Village, Gianyar District. By establishing criteria, such as customers who reside in the Tegal Tugu Village area of Gianyar District, have the Shopee application, have transacted using Shopee more than once, and are above the age of 17, the purposive sampling approach was used to calculate the number of samples from 97 consumers. The traditional assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, determination analysis, F-test analysis, and t-test analysis were all used to examine the data. The findings demonstrated that there was either a simultaneous or partial positive and substantial impact.

Abstract

Understanding customer behavior when it comes to making purchases is a crucial step in business success. It helps companies better comprehend the market, optimize marketing strategies, and maintain a competitive edge. Managing customer relationships, aligning prices with perceived value, and offering high-quality products all contribute to optimizing customer purchases. This study aims to determine the influence of Customer Relationship Marketing, Price Perception, and Product Quality on the Purchase Decision of Prochiz Cheese at PT Sinar Mayuri, as well as to establish which factor dominates in optimizing the purchase decisions of Prochiz Cheese at PT Sinar Mayuri. Sampling was conducted using a saturated sample consisting of 78 respondents. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, literature review, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The study's findings indicate that there is a significant partial and simultaneous influence between Customer Relationship Marketing, price perception, and product quality on the purchase decisions of Prochiz Cheese at PT Sinar Mayuri Klungkung.
