Coopetition : Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen (E-ISSN : 2615-4978, P-ISSN : 2086-4620) adalah jurnal ilmiah bidang manajemen yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen, Institut Manajemen Koperasi Indonesia, yang semula dua kali dalam setahun, menjadi tiga kali dalam setahun yaitu bulan Maret, Juli dan Nopember. Abstract

Organizational culture is a fundamental element in creating a harmonious work environment and supporting the achievement of educational goals. This study aims to explore strategies for strengthening organizational culture implemented by school principals in an effort to improve teacher commitment at SDN Pasawahan 08 Dayeuhkolot and SDN Jatisari Baleendah. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that school principals play a central role in shaping organizational culture through exemplary leadership, effective communication, teacher involvement in decision-making, and the implementation of literacy, religious, and award programs. This strategy has an impact on increasing teachers' sense of belonging, motivation, and loyalty to the institution, which ultimately strengthens professional commitment. These findings emphasize the importance of participatory leadership and collective values ​​in building a strong organizational culture in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial reporting transparency on investor trust, with investment experience and financial literacy as moderating variables, and to examine the impact of investor trust on investment decisions in the Indonesian manufacturing sector. The research adopts a mixed-method explanatory sequential design, involving a quantitative survey of 300 active investors in BEI-listed manufacturing companies, analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), followed by qualitative in-depth interviews to enrich quantitative findings. The results indicate that financial reporting transparency has a significant positive effect on investor trust (β=0.47; p<0.001). Both investment experience (β=0.18; p=0.010) and financial literacy (β=0.23; p=0.002) significantly moderate this relationship. Furthermore, investor trust significantly influences investment decisions (β=0.53; p<0.001). This study integrates Signaling Theory, Agency Theory, and Behavioral Finance Theory, highlighting the role of investor behavior in moderating the relationship between transparency and trust. It addresses the research gap in behavioral accounting by examining investor perceptions in an emerging market context. The findings emphasize the need for companies to enhance financial reporting transparency and for policymakers to strengthen investor financial literacy programs to foster well-informed investment decisions and market stability.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of green products and environmental knowledge on consumer purchase intention toward The Body Shop products in Bandung, particularly to address the issue of the gap between positive perceptions of the brand’s sustainability commitment and actual consumer purchasing decisions of green products. The research method used a quantitative approach through surveys as the data collection instrument. A sample of 400 respondents was selected randomly from followers of the Instagram account @thebodyshopindo using Slovin's formula. The validity and reliability of the instruments were tested using the Rasch Model, while data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that green products have a positive effect on consumer purchase intention. In addition, environmental knowledge also has a positive influence, both directly on purchase intention and as a mediating variable. The implication of this study is that companies need to intensify educational efforts aimed at consumers regarding sustainability issues and the benefits of using environmentally friendly products. Theoretically, this research contributes to the literature on consumer behavior, especially in the field of green marketing, and provides practical recommendations for companies in designing more effective and sustainable marketing strategies.

Abstract

MSMEs in Majalengka Regency face challenges such as limited capital, low adoption of digital technology, and insufficient marketing networks. However, they possess significant economic potential based on local wisdom. This study aims to analyze the influence of market orientation and digital technology adoption on MSME competitiveness through the mediating role of innovation. The research method employs a verificative (hypothesis-testing) approach using purposive sampling on 130 local wisdom-based MSMEs in Majalengka. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). The results show that market orientation and technology adoption have a significant positive influence on both innovation and competitiveness directly. Innovation is proven to fully mediate the effect of market orientation and technology adoption on competitiveness. These findings imply the need for integrated strategies for MSME actors, such as: strengthening market orientation through continuous customer research, selective adoption of digital technology to enhance operational and marketing efficiency, and building an innovation culture based on market insights and technology utilization. The synergy of these three aspects is key to enhancing the sustainable competitiveness of MSMEs.

Abstract

Human resources are a strategic component in an organization that plays a significant role in achieving company goals. In this context, leadership is seen as a key factor that determines the level of success of an organization in carrying out its vision and mission. A leader plays a role in directing and influencing employee behavior to work in line with the established vision and strategy, thereby producing output in the form of optimal performance achievement. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of Transformative Leadership and motivation on the task performance of PT Bank Negaraku, with the mediating role of Work Engagement. This study uses a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis method. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership plays a role in improving the performance of PT Bank Negaraku employees. In an unpredictable external environment, employees are required to be able to run the banking service system optimally in the context of implementing banking digitalization. There are various leadership styles applied by leaders as a strategy to improve or maintain output in the form of high performance realization, one of which is transformational leadership.

Abstract

This study utilizes information from the company's annual financial report to examine the relationship between profitability and solvency with the stock price of PT Bank Ina Perdana Tbk during the period 2019-2023. (ROA) Return on Asset is applied to assess profitability and (DER) Debt to Equity Ratio is applied to assess solvency. Multiple linear regression analysis is the quantitative strategy used. The results of the study reveal that both in simultaneous and partial aspects, profitability and solvency do not have a significant impact on the stock price of PT Bank Ina Perdana Tbk. This study provides insight even though both variables are important in financial performance analysis, however, during the study period the stock price was not directly influenced by ROA and DER. Abstract

Student character development is a crucial part of the primary education process, particularly in facing the challenges of the globalization era, which demands a strong character in the younger generation. This study aims to examine the role of teachers in developing student character through a coaching approach at SDN Kalideres 09 Pagi Jakarta. The research method used was a qualitative approach with a case study technique. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation of teachers and fifth-grade students. The results indicate that the coaching approach has a positive impact on student character development, such as increased responsibility, discipline, empathy, and honesty. Teachers act as facilitators, mentors, and guides, helping students recognize their potential and set character goals. This study recommends the systematic implementation of a coaching approach in the learning process as a strategic effort to develop strong and sustainable student character. Abstract

Higher education plays a strategic role in producing superior human resources capable of facing global challenges. The success of higher education delivery is largely determined by the effectiveness of educational unit management, encompassing planning, organizing, directing, and controlling. This research, conducted using a literature review method, aimed to examine the key dimensions of higher education management, such as learning management, human resource management, financing management, and facilities and infrastructure management. The results of the study indicate that these four managerial functions are interconnected and must be synergistically integrated to achieve efficient and high-quality higher education governance. The analysis chart shows that the planning function has the highest contribution to institutional effectiveness, followed by directing, controlling, and organizing. Furthermore, the use of Management Information Systems (MIS) is a crucial instrument in integrating these functions and supporting data-driven decision-making. Therefore, an adaptive, technology-based, and responsive managerial approach to national policy is needed to drive sustainable higher education transformation. Abstract

The development of tourism in Indonesia is growing the hotel industry rapidly throughout the region. This development has led to fierce competition between hotel players which has caused the hotel's marketing performance to decline both the number of rooms sold, occupancy rates to hotel revenue. The purpose of this study will analyze the marketing strategies implemented, especially on the promotion mix strategy that is effective in growing room sales. This research uses a qualitative method with data collection on hotel management informants. The results showed that the Sales and Marketing department of Quest Semarang hotel has conducted a series of promotional mix strategies in order to increase room sales through 5 promotional methods. The promotions include email marketing and WA Blast; promotion with website and SEO optimization, promotion through social media Instagram, Tiktok and Youtube; promotion with sales promotion with various incentives as well as promotional publications in radio talk shows and media visits. These promotional mix activities have complemented the role of promotion and are effective in increasing room sales by direct booking, building customer loyalty, cost efficiency, increasing the visibility of hotel products and services, increasing guest reach, strengthening the brand, being more interactive, maintaining consumer loyalty, and strengthening partnerships with the media.

Abstract

Although many Islamic boarding schools have integrated entrepreneurship education into their curriculum, challenges remain in developing entrepreneurial attitudes and interests among students. Adequate entrepreneurial knowledge is expected to inspire students to develop positive attitudes and a strong interest in entrepreneurship. This study aims to examine the impact of entrepreneurial knowledge on the attitudes and interests of students at the Bintang Sembilan Islamic Boarding School. The methodology used was quantitative, with a descriptive research design. The study sample consisted of all active students in the 2023/2024 academic year who had participated in entrepreneurship training, totaling 38 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a Likert-scale questionnaire, which was then assessed for validity and reliability. The results of the validity test showed that all statement items were valid, while the reliability test confirmed that all variables were reliable. Data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression. The research findings indicate that entrepreneurial skills have a substantial impact on entrepreneurial attitudes. Entrepreneurial knowledge has a substantial impact on entrepreneurial interest. The research findings indicate that entrepreneurial knowledge positively and significantly influences students' attitudes and interests in entrepreneurship. This study recommends the importance of strengthening the entrepreneurship curriculum in Islamic boarding schools to foster character and a spirit of economic independence among students.
