Abstract

There are still employees who do not understand Covid-19 prevention and control protocol in hospitals and are not disciplined in carrying out Covid-19 health protocol. IPC training implementation that has not been appropriately structured is considered the cause of some employees being exposed to Covid-19. This study aims to analyze the effect of compliance Covid-19 health protocol implementation and the implementation of Infection Prevention and Control training on the occupational risks of health workers and Occupational Health and Safety standards implementation as intervening variables in the Covid-19 pandemic era at Tengku Rafi'an Regional Public Hospital simultaneously and partially. This research method is causative descriptive research with a quantitative study approach. The sample of this study was 200 health workers who work in hospitals. The data analysis technique used is index analysis using the three-box method and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) for path analysis. Conclusion of this study showed the implementation of the Covid-19 Health Protocol, IPC Training, and Occupational Safety and Health Standards implementation together significantly affected the Occupational Risks of Health Workers simultaneously and partially at Tengku Rafi'an Regional Public.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, ship charter prices and ship management on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty or commonly called charterers, by the shipping company world. The research sample was 200 people from charterers or customers from PT. Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk. The data were collected using a questionnaire and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as an analytical technique using the AMOS 22 program. The study results prove that service quality, ship charter prices and ship management have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The results of this study have implications for service quality, ship rental prices and ship management, which need to be improved to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of mudharabah financing and brand image partially and simultaneously on customer satisfaction at Commercial Islamic Banks. This type of research is classified as associative. The population and sample in this study were 92 respondents with a sampling technique using an accidental sampling approach. The results showed that both partially and simultaneously mudharabah and brand image had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Commercial Islamic Banks. Mudharabah financing variable has a greater influence than brand image in influencing customer satisfaction at Commercial Islamic Banks.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of firm size on the acceptance of going concern audit opinion, the effect of corporate profitability on the acceptance of going concern audit opinion, the effect of previous year's audit opinion on the acceptance of going concern audit opinion, the effect of accounting firm size on the acceptance of going concern audit opinion, and the simultaneous influence of company size, company profitability, previous year audit opinion, and accounting firm size on the acceptance of going concern audit opinion. The research method used in this research is a hypothetico-deductive method which is a systematic approach and valuable to produce knowledge to solve fundamental and managerial problems. Initially, the researcher determined the theme or problem area. Furthermore, the researcher identified a problem formula. Based on theories and previous research, the researcher made the hypothesis to be tested. This study focused on non-financial service companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of the partial test show that there is no significant influence of firm size ongoing concern opinion, there is the significant influence of profitability ongoing concern opinion, there is the significant influence of previous audit opinion of with going concern opinion, and there is no significant influence of accounting firm size ongoing concern opinion. The simultaneous testing result indicates that the firm size, the company profitability, the previous year's audit opinion, and the size of the accounting firm influence the acceptance of going concern audit opinion.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) describe the integration between the intrinsic elements of the short story "Kesunyian Ini, Kambing Sekali Rasanya" (This Silence, such a Goat) by Eko Triono using a structural method, and (2) describe the representation of radicalism and moral values ??contained in the short story. This short story was researched through the steps of data collection; (1) reading the short story This Silence, Kambing Once It feels intensively, (2) analyzing the integration between the intrinsic elements of the short story and describing it, then (3) analyzing the elements of radicalism and morals that the author wants to convey in the short story and describing it. After going through the research process of structural analysis, representation of radicalism, and moral values, it can be seen that Eko Triono's efforts to combine the intrinsic elements of the short story well, so that the representation of radicalism and the message of moral values ??contained in the short story can reach the reader.

Abstract

In government organizations, demands for quality improvement and the use of information technology in services are unavoidable due to the expansion of globalization. Through improving employee performance during dynamic environmental changes, organizations can make this happen. This study aims to determine and analyze employee performance by looking at the effects of transformational leadership, employee engagement, and employee readiness to change. The respondents of this study were 73 employees at BPSDM Kumham who were selected by the purposive sampling method. The research method used is quantitative with data collection techniques through questionnaires—data analysis using Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. The study results conclude that transformational leadership and employee engagement have a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. However, transformational leadership and employee engagement have a positive and significant effect on readiness to change. Readiness to change was found to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance and is a full mediator between the relationship between transformational leadership on employee performance and employee engagement on employee performance. Changes that occur both inside and outside the organization will not have an impact on employee performance if they have equipped themselves with the various competencies needed to carry out their work.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze management knowledge, employee attitudes, work discipline through decision making on MK3 at PT Indonesia Comnets Plus. In this study, there was a sample population taken from field workers totaling 98 workers, all of these workers were pulling engineering workers, fiber optic cable installations. The sample selection technique used in the study was saturated sampling where the entire population was sampled. The data analysis technique used is path analysis and hypothesis testing in this study using the partial test (t test) and the coefficient of determination test using the SPSS program. The results obtained from the data analysis of this study explain that there is a positive influence on Management Knowledge, Employee Attitudes, Work Discipline through Decision Making on Health and Safety Management after the research is used as a mediating variable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence between the implementation of Good Corporate Governance, Financial Leverage, and risk management on company value through Tax Avoidance in the Consumer Goods Industry during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research methodology uses case study quantitative methods. The research sample is 70 consumer goods industries listed on the IDX, which have released their financial statements for the 2019-2020 period. The total sample data is 140 data that will be observed. The data analysis technique uses Path Analysis with E-views and Microsoft Excel 2019. The current research results show that the GCG (X1), Financial Leverage (X2), and Risk Management (X3) variables have a significant effect on Firm Value (Y). at the same time, the Tax Avoidance variable cannot moderate the relationship between GCG and Risk Management on Company Value. However, the Tax Avoidance variable can moderate the relationship between Financial Leverage and Firm Value.

Abstract

The sustainability of the company is the goal of every company. To achieve this sustainability, several aspects need to be considered. The synergy between the company's image, customer trust, and reputation in the company can affect customer satisfaction and loyalty. The main objectives of this study are to 1) determine the effect of corporate image on customer satisfaction; 2) determine the effect of customer trust on customer satisfaction; 3) determine the influence of the company's reputation on customer satisfaction, and 4) know the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. This study uses a quantitative method. This research was conducted at PT. Legalitas Mudah Indonesia. The research sample is a customer of PT. Legalitas Mudah Indonesia amounted to 100 respondents. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire. Data collection techniques are carried out using observation, interviews, documentation, distribution of questionnaires, and library searches. The results showed that the company's image has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. These results are evidenced by the value of t-count 2.742 > t-table 1.986. Customer trust has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. These results are evidenced by the value of t-count 3.153 > t-table 1.986. Company reputation has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. These results are evidenced by the value of t-count 2.322 > t-table 1.986. Customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. These results are evidenced by the value of t-count 3.035 > t-table 1.986.

Abstract

The purpose of this quantitative study was to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership (TL), Quality of Work Life (QWL) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with Organizational Commitment (OC) Mediation. ASN Civil servants millennial employees of the Human Resources Development Training and Education Unit of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights are the population in this study.The criteria for respondents using purposive sampling technique. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents, using simple random sampling method. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique of this research uses Structure Equation Models (SEM) analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS). This study shows that (1) TL has a significant effect on OCB with a path coefficient value of 0.375 with a Tstatistic value of 3.116 > 1.96 (2) QWL has no significant effect on OCB with a path coefficient value of 0.163 with a Tstatistic value of 1.400 < 1.96 (3) TL has an effect significant effect on OC with a path coefficient value of 0.263 with a Tstatistic value of 2.846 > 1.96 (4) QWL has a significant effect on OC with a path coefficient value of 0.462 with a Tstatistic value of 5.506 > 1.96 (5) OC has a significant effect on OCB with a path coefficient value of 0.315 with Tstatistic value 3.765 > 1.96.
