Abstract

Fixed Assets has an important role to maximize the role of recording of recognition of fixed assets arising from transactions financed by the Regional Government. Under these circumstances decision-makers will urgently need information tools regarding fixed assets. This study aims to analyze the accounting treatment of fixed assets according to Financial Statements of Public Number 7 in the Department of Agriculture of Food Crops and Horticulture of South Sumatra Province. From the results of research the authors can conclude that the Department of Agriculture Food Crops and Horticulture of South Sumatra Province in carrying out its accounting activities whether already guided by Financial Statements of Public Number 7 About Fixed Assets.

Abstract

Purpose – During the covid 19 pandemic life insurance companies faced matter of concerning to extension of customers of unit linked insurance policies. Unit-linked life insurance product has become a major contributor to the company's profits. This study aims to investigate the factors that influence insurance awareness and perceived value and their impact on customer retention with the covid 19 pandemic as a moderator. Design/methodology/approach – This study conducted an online survey and total of 230 completed questionnaires were collected from customers in Jakarta. The data was analyzed using SmartPLS software. Findings – Results indicate that insurance awareness, perceived value, and covid 19 pandemic significantly influence customer retention. Insurance agents, psychological factors and financial literacy significantly influence insurance awareness. E-service quality significantly affects perceived value. The interaction between the covid 19 pandemic and insurance awareness and the interaction between the covid 19 pandemic and perceived value did not significantly affect customer retention. Originality/value – The study contributes to the marketing literature by proposing a conceptual model: the life insurance customer retention model. The findings offer practical guidance to life insurance companies to keep the customer loyalty.

Abstract

The high number of motorized vehicle population in Indonesia makes the potential need for motor vehicle services high. The high number of motorized vehicle users reflects the very dense activity of the community, increase to the need for facilities that can simplify and cut time for servicing motorized vehicles that are supported by existing information systems. The potential need for motorcycle service and the development of information systems is the background for Carimontir to create technology based on motor vehicle service applications. With this application, it can make it easier for motorized vehicle owners to carry out vehicle service more quickly and practically anytime and anywhere, while for partners, it will be easier to reach potential consumers. Carimontir has an IFE value of 3.04 and EFE value of 3.03, where its competitive strength is at the medium level based on the results of Porters 5 Forces analysis. The Carimontir Strategic Plan based on the IE Matrix is ??in the growth and build cell. Based on the SWOT and QSPM analysis, Carimontir chose social media marketing optimization strategy and feature innovation. Meanwhile, based on the porter's generic strategy, Carimontir chose a differentiation strategy in order to be competitive and sustainable in the service provider application business. This research aims to analyze financial plan at Carimontir. The method used in the study is qualitative analysis. Carimontir's financial plan is prepared by considering the capital requirements and all costs to run the company's business. Risk management is also prepared based on the ISO 31000:2018 standard so that the company can control all risks and ensure that the company's business is competitive and sustainable.

Abstract

The millennial generation is a generation born in the range of 1980 to 2000. Known as millennials because this generation is developing in technological advances and the digital era. This decade is a moment that dominates the millennial generation. The role of the millennial generation in the present generation has a great influence on the progress of the nation. The mindset that tends to be at the peak of development encourages this generation to become the pioneers of the movement for change. However, in the midst of the peak of its development, the millennial generation must face a pandemic that affects the whole world. The purpose of this study is to determine the improvement of Millennial Generation Mental Health Due to the Effects of the Pandemic. This research applies a method of systematic review in which secondary data collection is carried out, and is a synthesis of all available relevant evidence that brings together all existing primary studies for review. The pandemic caused by coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID -19) caused the cessation of many activities throughout the world. This pandemic period has a significant negative impact both in the fields of education, economy, and health. In addition to the increasing number of suspects and deaths caused by covid-19, mental health also occupies an important role as an influence caused by the pandemic. The productive times of the millennial generation must be faced with the pandemic as the biggest challenge. Moreover, as many as 27% of millennials are negatively affected by mental health due to COVID-19. Some of these disorders include fear of contracting it, stress due to work, anxiety, fear, and depression to face the future.

Abstract

The performance of PT. BPR Gunung Rizki Semarang branch office in 2017-2018 has decreased. This phenomenon was found in the object of research when the preliminary survey was conducted. The results of theoretical studies of factors that can explain performance show results that are still different. Departing from these empirical and theoretical phenomena, this study is aimed at analyzing the effect of Organizational Commitment and Personality on Performance by Mediating Job Satisfaction on employees of PT. BPR Mount Rizki Semarang. The study aims to examine the role of job satisfaction mediating organizational commitment against employee performance. The empirical model developed in this study consists of three research variables, namely organizational commitment and job satisfaction which are thought to explain performance. Research data was obtained through interviews using questionnaires to 124 employee respondents at PT. BPR Mount Rizki Semarang. The collected data were analyzed using multiple regression tests. Statistical test results show that organizational commitment has no significant effect on job satisfaction. While on performance, organizational commitment has a positive effect while job satisfaction has a negative effect.

Abstract

This study focuses on social capital as a strategy for women's functionality in the forest suburbs of TMKS Pal Eight, Rejang Lebong Regency. Communities, especially women who live around the periphery of the forest, have undergone changes in the area of control of agricultural land, because there are provisions for the boundaries of the TNKS forest area and this is related to social functionality. The purpose of social capital research as a strategy to maintain the social functionality of women living on the edge of TNKS Forest is a qualitative research study that will provide the necessary contribution as a foundation and pattern of problem solving related to women maintaining social functionality in social life. Participant data collection through direct observation and in-depth interviews and documentation. The data were analyzed with an interactive model based on qualitative interplay inductively with an emic approach. The results showed that social capital is a resource that is used as a functional strategy for women tending to be based on land tenure. The area of land tenure after the TNKS area is determined, women in the family unit manage customary forest land communally. For them, forests are an element of sustainable life and forests not only function economically and socially, but also have spiritual value. Households are narrow and unbiased with a pattern of relationships in carrying out social functionality in the form of economic working group units based on region of origin and place of residence.

Abstract

Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) is a legal institution established with the aim of managing health insurance plans and Indonesia is a country that has developed social security programs to help people in meeting their health needs. As the organizer of National Health Insurance (JKN), hospitals and Public Health Centre play a role to help a health service to the people of Indonesia. There are various indications to assess satisfaction to determine the quality or quantity of services consisting of Reliability, Assurance, Tangibility, Empathy and Responsiveness (RATER). The standard of service quality can be seen from the level of satisfaction that arises from a patient's feelings, if the level of patient satisfaction to a medical service is thus higher also the standard value of quality hospital or Public Health Centre services. Therefore, the researchers aim to assess the impact of BPJS health service quality on the level of patient satisfaction specifically at BLUD Public Health Centre Ciseeng, Bogor Regency, West Java Province, in 2021. The design of this study is cross-sectional. With analysis using The Exact Fisher test. The results of this study obtained the number of respondents who are satisfied with reability factors is as much as 83 (89.2%), assurance is as much as 83 (89.2%), tangible factors is as much as 85 (91.4%), empathy is as much as 84 (90.3%), and responsiveness is as much as 81 (87.1%). Statistical test results obtained a value of p = 0.000, which means there is a meaningful relationship between the quality of good service and satisfaction in the service obtained by patients. The advice for Public Health Centre is to continuously improve the quality of services in various dimensions to ensure satisfaction in BPJS recipient patients.
