Abstract

Objectives-This study aims to examine and examine the effect of perceived organizational support and distributive justice on the engagement of social science study programs at private universities in Yogyakarta based on Social Exchange Theory. Population/Object/Research Model-The population of this research is 113 social science study programs in private universities in Yogyakarta and 105 study programs meet the requirements as data. While the object of group research consists of the chairperson and secretary of the department. The research model uses the census model. The independent variables include perceptions of organizational support and distributive justice, as well as the dependent variable, namely group attachment. Findings-The results show that the high or low engagement of the social sciences study program of private universities in Yogyakarta is not influenced by perceptions of organizational support, but is influenced by distributive justice. Originality-There are still opportunities for studies on the engagement of social science study programs at private universities in Yogyakarta, both as mediators and predictors using group data objects.

Abstract

The telephone operator at Midtown Hotel Samarinda has the advantage that apart from being a hotel mirror, the telephone operator is also an information center needed for multi-tasking. This study aims to determine the form of telephone operator communication services at Midtown Hotel Samarinda, to determine the role of telephone operator supervisors in serving guests at Midtown Samarinda Hotel, and to determine the role of telephone operator officers in serving guests at Midtown Samarinda Hotel. The author's research method is qualitative, using data analysis from Milles and Huberman (in Sugiyono 2017: 246). The results showed that the role of telephone operators is important to make guests feel satisfied with the services provided by telephone operator staff. Telephone operator supervisors and telephone operator officers have duties and responsibilities to perform. By following standard operating procedures. The communication services provided are in accordance with what is in the hotel's standard operating procedures. Suggestions for telephone operator officers and telephone operator supervisors are expected to be more consistent in providing good service. To make a good impression on guests. The role of telephone operator supervisor is still lacking, because there is no person who is responsible as a supervisor and is delegated to the front office manager.

Abstract

The objective of the research was to determine whether there was a significant effect of the use of Instagram media on student achievement in students' writing mastery in procedural texts. This type of research is quantitative research and was conducted using two classes as research samples, namely class VIII-A as the experimental class consisting of 31 students and class VIII-C as the control class consisting of 31 students. In the data collection technique, the researcher conducted a pre-test, treatment and post-test by giving a test in the form of an example of a procedure text. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of using Instagram on students' vocabulary mastery. This can be seen after the calculation and analysis of t-table df 60 (n= n-2= 31+31-2) at t-critical 0.05 obtained 1.67. If the comparison of the values ​​of to and tt, then the observed value is greater than the value of t-table or 9.59 > 1.67. This means that the eighth grade students of Al-Ulum Islamic Junior High School Terpadu apply Instagram media in learning procedure texts higher than those without Instagram media. After testing the research hypothesis, it turns out that the hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

Anemia merupakan kondisi dimana jumlah eritrosit tidak memenuhi kebutuhan fisiologis tubuh akibat adanya defisiensi zat besi, vitamin B12, vitamin A, peradangan akut ataupun kronis, infeksi parasit atau kelainan bawaan. Tanda dan gejala yang menyertai seperti kehilangan nafsu makan, sulit fokus, penurunan imunsistem tubuh, lemah, letih, lesu, lelah, lunglai, pucat hingga kunang-kunang. Penanganan yang sesuai untuk anemia adalah dengan memperbaiki kadar Hb dan mengisi kembali cadangan besi dalam tubuh. Hal ini dilakukan dengan memberikan transfusi darah. Tujuan penulis adalah memberikan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien anemia yang mengalami ketidakefektifan perfusi jaringan. Tindakan dengan memberikan perawatan sirkulasi salah satunya adalah memberikan transfusi darah selama 3 hari perawatan. Masalah perfusi perifer tidak efektif teratasi sebagian ditandai dengan adanya peningkatan kadar Hb. Intervensi terus dilakukan ditambah dengan memberikan program diet untuk memperbaiki sirkulasi hingga kondisi perfusi jaringan efektif yang ditandai dengan kadar Hb dalam rentang normal senilai 12 hingga 16 g/dL.

Abstract

This research is a pre-experimental study that aims to determine the effect of using animated images on learning interest in high grade students of SD Inpres 4/82 Bajoe, Tanete Riattang Timur District, Bone Regency. The research approach is a quantitative approach. This type of research is pre-experimental research. Data obtained through tests and observations. The population in the study were all high grade students of SD Inpres 4/82 Bajoe for the academic year 2021/2022 totaling 41 students. The sample in the study amounted to 41 students. Data analysis techniques are Descriptive Statistical Analysis and Inferential Statistical Analysis. The results showed that before the use of high-grade animated images of SD Inpres 4/82 Bajoe was included in the sufficient category and after the use of high-grade animated images, SD Inpres 4/82 Bajoe was included in the good category and the learning interest of high-class students of SD Inpres 4/82 Bajoe was included in the category is very strong and there is a significant effect between the use of animated images and interest in learning in high grade students of SD Inpres 4/82 Bajoe, Tanete Riattang Timur District, Bone Regency.

Abstract

Pemerintah sebagai wadah untuk memberikan pelayanan dan mewujudkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut diperlukan pemerintahan yang baik dan cepat yaitu Agile Governance. Namun pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam pelayanan dan kualitas aparatur Disdukcapil belum optimal dan belum memenuhi harapan masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan agile governance di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Bandung dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, jenis penelitian deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan prinsip-prinsip agile governance sudah cukup baik untuk membantu masyarakat mendapatkan pelayanan yang cepat, namun penerapannya masih belum optimal karena dimensi Human Focused dalam menyediakan ruang pengaduan masyarakat tidak selalu mendapat respon. yang dapat membantu terkait pengaduan yang disampaikan masyarakat sehingga tidak memenuhi harapan masyarakat.

Abstract

The concept of tourism development with the Pentahelix model is often found to analyze in the economic sector, in fact the Petahelix Model of Cooperation of Academics, Business, Community, Government and Media, which called ABCGM, is very important in tourism development because it covers all parties also because it can provide benefits and benefits for society and the environment there good integration so as to create activities, facilities, services, and quality tourism experience and value benefits. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Where this research method uses literature studies, namely studies carried out by identifying, formulating, and setting goals and benefits using literature review studies. The purpose of this study is to find out how the Pentahelix model can be used to develop tourism potential in Majalengka Regency. The results can be seen if the Pentahelix model can be one of the strategies that if optimal its implementation will provide welfare for all parties.

Abstract

Di era modernisasi pergeseran tatanan nilai rumah tangga sudah mulai punah layaknya kedua pasangan seolah memiliki peran dan fungsi yang sama, contohnya perempuan yang berkarir sehingga tidak memiliki waktu yang cukup untuk mengurus rumah tangga disisi lain persoalan yang paling urgen adalah menyamai kedudukan suami dan istri, seolah-olah istri pun memiliki hak mutlak untuk menafkahi keluarganya.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif-deskriptif, subjek yang akan diteliti adalah Kepala KUA ya ng mengontrol kebijakan program kelurga sakinah serta staf-stafnya di kantor KUA Kecamatan Serengan Kota Surakarta. Pengumpulan data dilakukan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik reduksi data dan penyajian data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pandangan yang cukup baik perihal peran KUA dalam membentuk keluarga sakinah di Kecamatan Serengan Kota Surakarta. Upaya yang dilakukan oleh KUA Serengan berupa pimbinaan kelompok dan bimbingan perseorangan. metode yang digunakan yaitu adanya pelatihan calon pengantin, terjun ke majelis-majelis ta’lim dan melakukan mediasi atau pelatihan khusus di Kantor KUA.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between authoritarian parenting and students' self-esteem at MTSS Al. Ittihadiyah. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a positive and significant relationship between authoritarian parenting and self-esteem at MTSS Al.Ittihadiyah. The research method used is descriptive quantitative approach with the type of research used is descriptive correlational research. Determination of the sample of this study is a population study of 86. The sample in this study was 40 people to obtain the necessary data, so in this study the researchers used data collection tools in the form of questionnaires and documentation. Furthermore, the results of research in MTSS Al. Ittihahadiyah uses the calculation of peroduc moment correlation. The two variables are authoritarian parenting (X) and self-esteem (Y). The level of student authoritarian parenting is 69.12% in the high category, the level of self-esteem is 64.12% in the high category, the level of the relationship between authoritarian parenting and self-esteem is 0.312> 0.226. This shows that there is a relationship between authoritarian parenting and self-esteem in students. Based on the discussion and data analysis, it can be concluded that the hypothesis which states "there is a positive and significant relationship between authoritarian parenting and self-esteem in MTSS Al.Ittihahadiyah" can be accepted. Where, the higher the authoritarian parenting, the higher the student's self-esteem.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between self-concept and self-efficacy of class X students at SMK Karya Jaya Tanjung Morawa. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a positive and significant relationship between self-concept and self-efficacy in class X students at SMK Karya Jaya Tanjung Morawa. The research method used is descriptive quantitative approach with the type of research used is descriptive correlational research. Determination of the sample of this study was a population study of 118. The population in this study was 30 people to obtain the necessary data, so in this study the researchers used data collection tools in the form of questionnaires and documentation. Based on the results of research at SMK Karya Jaya Tanjung Morawa using the calculation of the product moment correlation of the two variables Self-Concept (X) and Self-Efficacy (Y). The level of self-concept of students is 93.93% in the high category, the level of self-efficacy is 81.57% in the high category, the level of the relationship between self-concept and self-efficacy is 0.331> 0.284. This shows that there is a relationship between self-concept and self-efficacy in students.
