Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional dan Minat Belajar Siswa secara bersama-sama terhadap Prestasi Belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial, mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap prestasi belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial, mengetahui pengaruh minat belajar terhadap prestasi belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Survei dengan teknik korelasional dan regresi. Sampel yang digunakan dari populasi terjangkau diambil 80 sampel penelitian menggunakan proposional random sampling dari kelas IX MTs swasta di Kabupaten Sukabumi. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan pemberian tes dan penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis data terdiri dari pengujian instrument penelitian dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji hipotesis. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari sampai bulan Juni 2023. Berdasarkan hasil hipotesis dan analisis data disimpulkan beberapa hal sebagai berikut: 1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kecerdasan emosional dan minat belajar secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial siswa MTs Swasta di kabupaten Sukabumi. 2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kecerdasan emosional dan prestasi belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial siswa MTs Swasta di kabupaten Sukabumi. 3) Terdapat pengaruh yang Signifikan minat belajar terhadap prestasi belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial siswa MTs Swasta di kabupaten Sukabumi.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the teacher's role in applying effective classroom management strategies to increase student participation in class, and to create a conducive learning environment, where students will be actively involved in the learning process. This study uses a qualitative approach by collecting data through classroom observations and interviews with teachers who have experience in implementing classroom management strategies. The research results show that the teacher's role is very important in applying effective classroom management strategies. The teacher acts as a class leader who is able to create a conducive environment, provide clear guidelines, and facilitate positive interactions between students. Then, the teacher is also responsible for managing learning time, providing constructive feedback, and motivating students to actively participate in the learning process. learning. So it can be concluded that this study emphasizes the important role of the teacher in applying effective classroom management strategies to increase student participation. Teachers need to have a deep understanding of these strategies and be able to adapt them according to the needs and characteristics of students. Thus, it is hoped that a conducive learning environment can be created, so that student participation increases and the learning process becomes more effective

Abstract

This research aims to explain the influence of using Nearpod as an Interactive Learning Media in Indonesian Language Learning. Research involving 26 students of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Program at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta showed a positive response to the use of Nearpod as a medium for learning Indonesian. The majority of students were knowledgeable about Nearpod and recognized its positive impact on various aspects of learning. The interactive features, ease of access, and multiple learning modes that Nearpod offers contribute significantly to their learning experience. Overall, the research results confirm that Nearpod has great potential as an effective learning tool to increase students' interactivity and understanding of Indonesian language material.

Abstract

Education aims to form quality human resources. So in the process of providing education, an institution must not only focus on providing adequate physical facilities and routines, but it must also fulfill the students' inner needs by preparing professional educational staff so that they can create a good learning atmosphere. fun in class and has a special skill called classroom management. This research aims to describe the concept of classroom management in education. The method used is qualitative with a literature study approach model, then concluded descriptively. The research results show that classroom management is a learning approach technique carried out by teachers to students according to the way they interpret classroom management itself. In general, it must be based on the principles of enthusiasm, warmth, variety, more emphasis on positive things, full of challenges, and instilling a spirit of discipline and flexibility. Meanwhile, the implementation of the classroom management conception in education includes class planning, class organization, class leadership in the sense of implementation, and finally class control in the sense of controlling and evaluating.

Abstract

Latar belakang dari penelitian ini yaitu menuangkan pengalaman berupa implementasi asesmen mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia di SMP Negeri 3 Baleendah. Sesuai dengan kebijakan sekolah yang menerapkan kurikulum yang digunakan tiap tingkatan kelas ternyata berbeda, terdapat dua kurikulum yang dianut, yakni kurikulum merdeka untuk kelas VII dan VIII, sedangkan kelas IX masih menggunakan Kurikulum 2013. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan asesmen apa saja yang dipakai di SMP Negeri 3 Baleendah. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melibatkan wawancara guru Bahasa Indonesia di SMP Negeri 3 Baleendah yang mengajar di kelas VII. Jenis asesmen yang dipakai meliputi diagnosis, formatif, dan sumatif. Guru juga memanfaatkan teknologi seperti Quizizz, Google Form, Power Point, dan Google Classroom. Hasil dari asesmen pencapaian peserta didik berupa soal esai dan remedial menggunakan soal yang sama untuk memperbaiki kurang tepatnya jawaban.

Abstract

This research was motivated by students' weak understanding of the concept of integers. To increase understanding of a concept, in order to be more optimal and obtain learning outcomes that are in line with learning objectives, it is necessary to use supporting facilities that match the characteristics of the subject and student characteristics, one of which is the use of learning media. The Number Line String (LiGaBil) learning media which is packaged in such a way aims to help improve students' understanding in solving integer arithmetic operation problems, using quantitative descriptive methods. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of LiGaBil media can significantly improve students' understanding and learning outcomes in the concept of integers. Before implementing LigaBil media, 28.89% of students had completed it and after LiGaBil media was implemented consecutively in two cycles, this increased to 86.67%, exceeding the specified target, namely if 80% of students completed the total number of students then learning the concept of numbers The round is complete, although there is still a slight drawback, namely the strength of the medium, especially the numbers made of paper, which come off easily. In the future, it will be further optimized so that it can be used repeatedly. Based on this report, learning media has a very big influence on student learning success. The use of learning media is not only in mathematics subjects, but in all subjects media is very necessary.

Abstract

This article was written to provide information about the importance of prospective student teachers, especially elementary school teachers, having language skills. A teacher needs to read books that are useful as sources of teaching materials. On the same occasion, teachers also need to make notes regarding the content of the reading and perhaps on other occasions have to write teaching preparations, write reports, and perhaps write papers. Then, in teacher meetings, in class, and on various occasions you need to listen to conversations between other teachers, students, relations, etc. Of course, in certain contexts it is also necessary to convey thoughts, feelings, facts or other things by speaking. So it is clear that students as prospective teachers need to have adequate language skills in their activities as teachers and as members of society. By providing prospective elementary school teachers with the importance of having language skills, it is hoped that they can foster curiosity and responsibility to learn language skills and be able to apply them in everyday life both as part of teacher professionalism and in everyday life. This paper is limited to studying aspects of language skills, not linguistic studies.

Abstract

Teacher challenges in implementing educational evaluation assessment standards in the affective domain is an important issue that needs attention. This study aims to determine how teachers implement educational evaluation standards in the affective realm at Pondok Mutiara Quran Putri Wonogiri. This research method uses qualitative descriptive analysis with a phenomenological approach so as to produce data conclusions to answer problems related to this title. The results of this study show that some of the difficulties faced by teachers in implementing educational evaluation assessment standards. Efforts to improve the implementation of affective education evaluation assessment standards include comprehensive approaches, such as teacher skill development, awareness raising about authentic assessment, and training on data collection techniques

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang tantangan pengajaran bahasa Indonesia di sekolah dasar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan pengajaran bahasa Indonesia di sekolah dasar yang dihadapi oleh guru,untuk mendeskripsikan solusi yang dapat digunakan untuk mengatasi tantangan pengajaran bahasa Indonesia di sekolah dasar,untuk menjelaskan upaya dalam meningkatkan pengajaran bahasa Indonesia di sekolah dasar,untuk mengetahui apa saja peluang pembelajaran bahasa Indonesisa di sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis library research, implikasi hasil penelitian ini memberikan sumbangan penting untuk meningkatkan efektiviitas pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di sekolah ditingkat dasar. Hasilnya memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang kompleksitas pengajaran bahasa Indonesia di tingkat dasar, menyoroti potensi perbaikan pada aspek kurikulum dan strategi pelajaran guna meningkatakan efisiensi dan efektifitas pendidikan bahasa di tahap awal pendidikan. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi untuk pemahaman lebih lanjut tentang tantangan dalam mendukung pengembangan keahlian berbahasa pada tingkat dasar.

Abstract

Curriculum change is a necessity that is interpreted as curriculum development and must be implemented since it is demand of the times. However, in implementing the curriculum changes, before the 2006 curriculum to the 2013 curriculum, there were problems faced. This research aims to examine the problems of implementing the Independent Curriculum faced by schools, teachers, and students. The data were collected through the fourth-grade teachers and the school principal. This research site is at SD Negeri 2 Pilot Blangkejeren. Data collection techniques use interviews and observation. This research figures out, firstly, frequent changes in regulations and repeated revisions of regulations, uneven training for teachers, incomplete facilities and infrastructure, handbooks for teachers and students handbooks, changes in scientific culture, school literacy movements, and internal supervision are not yet completed, optimal. Secondly, most students are from middle-class families background who have less learning support from their parents. Besides, in the learning process conducted in the teacher center learning students are passive.
