Abstract

This research aims to determine the organizational capacity of the Mekarsari Village Government in Cikajang District, Garut Regency. The research method used is qualitative. The results of this research indicate that organizational capacity has not been fulfilled. This is due to the lack of existing facilities and infrastructure so that the public services provided are still not effective and efficient, human resources still do not understand their main duties and tasks and have not been able to complete their tasks in a timely manner, lack of transparency and weak communication with citizens regarding development programs in Mekarsari Village so that there are misconceptions in the development plans carried out in the Village. The suggestion in this research is to look for other ways to increase the human resource capacity of staff, implement development programs optimally and involve community participation regarding development programs. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Find, Treat, Love Stunting Toddlers (TOSS) program in Kutanagara Village. The research method used is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The technique for determining informants used was a purposive sampling technique with 9 informants. The results of the research show that the implementation of the TOSS program in Kutanagara Village is running effectively because it is in accordance with the previously determined program objectives, namely to reduce the stunting rate in Garut Regency so that it can reach 14% in 2024. In addition, the results released from the implementation of the TOSS program show positive output, where there was a reduction in the stunting rate in Kutanagara Village from 50 toddlers to 32 toddlers. However, improvements are still needed at the program socialization stage because the dissemination of information related to the program directly and indirectly is still limited and not updated. Thus, to increase the effectiveness of the TOSS program, it is recommended to carry out outreach activities related to the TOSS program more intensely and up to date. Abstract

This research aims to determine the actions and role of supervision carried out by KPI Aceh regarding drug advertisements on local television. This is related to role theory, according to Bidle and Thomas, namely the problems that occur in broadcasting. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The results of this research found that there are four roles for KPI Aceh's supervision of television broadcasts, especially drug advertisements, namely as a detector of television broadcast content, as a selector, as an effector so that it is by P3SPS, as a communicator. KPI Aceh's supervisory role regarding drug advertisements on local television has also been carried out. In conclusion, there are four roles of KPI Aceh's supervision of the content of television broadcasts, especially drug advertisements, namely as a detector of the content of television broadcasts, as a selector of the content of television broadcasts, as an effector in changing behavior so that it is by P3SPS, as a communicator providing correct information regarding the content: television broadcasts, especially drug advertisements. Abstract

This study explores how managing the formation of national character through pancasila learning at the College of Islamic Religion. The approach used research qualitative descriptive methods. There are 10 informants represented by faculty members of the consortium and program coordinators involved in the preparation and evaluation of curricula, lecturers who teach pancasila mathematics, selection of informants using purposive sampling techniques, data obtained through interviews and documentation. The results of the study that management of formation of national character through learning Pancasila in Islamic Religion College in an effort to develop the national character of good students, that is, students have behaved respectfully, honest, disciplined and responsible in the campus or in the community environment this proves the absence of reports of citizens for bad behavior. The learning environment is a region with all its content that is interrelated with the learning activities have a strong influence on the application of blended learning. Prasarana and supporters at the major can support the application of blended learning. Keywords: Management, National Character, Learning Pancasila.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of Instagram in Anies Baswedan's political campaign ahead of the 2024 presidential election. The research method used is content analysis, research focuses on campaign messages and public interactions on the platform. The research results reflect positive support with high levels of community interaction, strengthening Anies' positive image. The campaign strategy, such as the tagline "AMEN" and visual symbolism, such as white clothes and the one finger symbol, succeeded in creating a strong identity. This research provides insight into how Instagram plays a role in shaping public opinion towards Anies Baswedan, highlighting the essentiality of social media in contemporary Indonesian politics. In conclusion, with Instagram as a key element, this research shows how this platform is an important means of political communication and the formation of the image of potential leaders. Abstract

This study highlights the negative impact of excessive and uncontrolled use of social media on the mental health of its users. It involves students from Muhammadiyah Buton University and finds that the majority of them are aware of the risks of social media addiction and its detrimental effects on mental well-being. Excessive social media use is associated with increased psychological risks such as anxiety and depression, consistent with previous research showing a correlation between social media usage intensity and symptoms of mental disorders. The compulsive usage patterns are believed to be influenced by the deliberately addictive design of social media platforms, which encourages users to engage continuously, ultimately affecting their psychological and mental conditions negatively. Therefore, preventive efforts through education on responsible and moderate social media usage are crucial, with an emphasis on enhancing digital literacy awareness from an early age. It is hoped that these measures will help minimize the negative impact of social media usage on mental health in the future. Abstract

This study aims to determine the Implementation of disciplinary law enforcement for members of the Indonesian National Police as a manifestation of good governance and clean governance bureaucracy. The study uses a qualitative and descriptive methodology. The data collection technique used by researchers in this study was through interviews. Data analysis techniques start with coding, word frequency, hierarchy chart, coding diagram, coding comparison diagram, data display, conclusion drawing, and source triangulation with the help of N-FIVO software. The results of the study indicate that the Implementation of disciplinary law enforcement for members of the Indonesian National Police as a manifestation of good governance and clean governance bureaucracy consists of upholding member discipline, responsibility for duties, obeying the law, exemplary leaders, community service, and preventing extortion. Abstract

This research discusses the reconstruction of the curriculum at the State High School level in Bengkulu City which contains anti-corruption education which is realized in the learning of Pancasila Citizenship. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of the research can be seen that the implementation of curriculum reconstruction containing anti-corruption education is better than those that do not implement curriculum reconstruction containing anti-corruption education in Civics learning. The conclusion of this research is that by implementing curriculum reconstruction containing anti-corruption education, it can be used as a strategy that can foster student anti-corruption in every line of life. Abstract

This research aims to determine the motivation and self-concept of a Sindhen before becoming a Sindhen, as well as during and after becoming a Sindhen. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach that seeks an in-depth understanding of the meaning of events and their relationship to people in certain situations. The informants were selected using a purposive sampling technique with the following criteria: Sindhen, who lives in Banyumas Regency and has worked as a Sindhen for at least ten years. This research shows that there is no unique process to become a Sindhi. A person only has to have the intention and hard work to become a Sindhi, and there are no special rituals that a Sindhi must carry out. In conclusion, to be able to sing, someone can learn autodidactically jo, in a musical group, or watch cassettes. Keywords: Sindhen, Shadow puppets, Self Concept, Banyumas

Abstract

This study aims to examine the policies implemented by the Batam City Government in responding to food security in the city. The research method used is descriptive and qualitative for the study. The results of the study identified sub-districts such as Batu Legong, Temoyong, and Bulang Lintang as the main priorities that require serious attention from the government. Food facilities and infrastructure in these sub-districts need to be strengthened through adequate allocation of resources and budgets. The audience, as key stakeholders, play a crucial role in implementing these recommendations. In addition, an in-depth evaluation also needs to be carried out on the condition of food infrastructure in sub-districts with lower levels of vulnerability. Sustainable food assistance programs and collaboration with the private sector and civil society are strategic steps in improving overall food security. Nutrition counseling and education to the community are also important to improve understanding of healthy eating patterns. The conclusion is that 33 sub-districts in Batam City still lack facilities and infrastructure to provide food. Keywords: Indicators, Food Security Concept, Public Policy
