Today's development requires humans to be more creative in seeing potential as a source of income. For a house that is in a tourism location, the house not only functions as a residence, but also has a high economic value, which can be rented and combined with other businesses so as to maximize the function of the house. Mancingan is one of the areas in Tampaksiring that has a huge natural tourism potential. Many domestic and foreign tourists travel to Tampaksiring, because they offer natural tourism based on local wisdom which is their own characteristic. This potential is a very potential thing to be utilized by the local community to improve the level of the family's economy while still preserving the Balinese tradition. In Tampaksiring there are still not many accommodation facilities, so it is a huge opportunity for local people to take advantage of these conditions. Generally the land from local people's houses is very wide and there is a lot of empty space, this is because it is still thick with the application of the Traditional Balinese Architecture concept which is characterized by this. Residential dwellings can be used with special planning to be used as a residence as well as functioning as a rental room. Circulation planning absolutely must be the main consideration to determine the zoning of the spaces in it to have optimal privacy and comfort. The position of the bedroom is good for family use or rented absolutely must get a positive view, as well as natural lighting and air to maximize the potential of the site into the building. Likewise for the concept of Traditional Balinese Architecture in the form of Natah as open space which is the center of the orientation of the building is still applied in this residence, because it is a source of strength from the environment itself. In designing the appearance of the building also still refers to the Traditional Balinese Architecture, namely the concept of Tri Angga which divides the building imaginatively into Legs, Bodies, and Heads. In its application, it is still combined with Modern Tropical Architecture to support more complex building functions.

Rice production in Tabanan regency is now beginning to show its existence. Some of the original rice products in Tabanan Regency are one of the superior products in Bali. According to data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in 2013, Tabanan district has a total area of 41,611 hectares of paddy with an average yield of 56.16 quintal / ha. To support the production of a company so that it is always stable it is necessary to evaluate the efficiency of the company. The level of efficiency in the company affects several products that are produced. By comparison how many raw materials are processed, operational costs incurred, the amount of labor and time needed to get maximum production results. From the evaluation of the efficiency level of a company, it can be assessed its operational feasibility, considering that several companies have not been able to determine the company's production efficiency. UD. Bayu Sri Dana is one company that does not yet know the detailed efficiency of production because measuring the efficiency of production machinery that has been carried out so far is a simple method. Therefore it is necessary to measure the level of efficiency to find solutions using the DEA method

Building is a complex job, where careful planning is needed first. Ranging from site analysts, function analysis, to building analysis, it must be carefully reviewed so that the building can function optimally later. Sanur is an area that develops the tourism industry, therefore supporting facilities such as food stalls / restaurants are certainly very appropriate to be developed to support the tourism industry. Establishing a seafood / seafood food stall in an uncertain area of development must of course be taken into account in order to invest in building permanently. Bambu building is the right alternative, because the cost of building is relatively cheap and can be dismantled or moved later to another place if it is not needed, and in accordance with Balinese culture. The key to the success of bambu buildings is the selection of materials. Bambu that is used is bambu that is old enough and has been through a preservation process to last long. For the culinary industry cleanliness is the main requirement. So that the selection of weeds as a roof cover is with synthetic weeds, because it has a strong and not fall / dust resistance like natural weeds.

The development of transportation technology now has made distance become increasingly meaningless, but without realizing there has been a degradation of the environment as a direct impact of the development of transportation technology. Exhaust emissions produced by each vehicle have now become the main source of pollution, which is about 70% of all factors causing pollution. Unconsciously that so far the air quality that is inhaled by the community has slowly decreased so that it is not realized until an adverse impact appears, then the community then realizes that there has been a very complicated problem as a result of transportation that is less environmentally friendly. Most of the fuel for transportation comes from refined petroleum which is a non-renewable natural resource so that on the one hand it has caused air pollution which greatly affects health besides the amount of raw material for fuel production of these vehicles is also running low so prices are set for consumption society also becomes more expensive. The purpose of this research is to find out how much the level of air pollution in Bali Province at several sample points as a result of motor vehicles, to find out the type and amount of hazardous gas content produced by motor vehicles in Bali Province, to determine the impact caused by the exhaust gas of the vehicle on the health of the respiratory tract of residents of the Province of Bali, as well as ways that can be taken to reduce the negative impact resulting from pollution caused by vehicle exhaust emissions.
