Abstract

The principal is the main key in an educational institution so that the performance or leadership of the principal really determines the educational institution in terms of the quality of an educational institution. In line with technological advances that are increasingly rapid and rapid, especially in the era of society 5.0, it is very challenging for school principals to organize or manage schools so that they can improve their overall quality. This research aims to find out and examine the importance of school management in the era of society 5.0 in an effort to increase educational efficiency and productivity. This research uses a method of literature study from several articles and books related to school management in the era of society 5.0. This method uses a systematic literature review to identify, analyze, evaluate, and draw conclusions from various research results related to the topic discussed. This method centers on creating a solid foundation for solving problems. The results of the discussion show that school principals are required to have good digital literacy skills and high creativity along with technological developments in order to be able to face the challenges of the rapid rise of technology. The research results show the importance of school management in the era of society 5.0. in improving the quality and productivity of human resources.

Abstract

Conflict is inevitable in the world of education. The existence of conflict can have both positive and negative impacts. Handling conflicts with fast and appropriate strategies will have a positive impact on the institution. This study aims to determine the form of conflict that occurs as well as the methods and styles of handling conflicts carried out by the head of the madrasah. This research is qualitative research with the type of case study. The type of conflict that occurs in MI al Urwatul Wutsqo is the type of conflict between the head of the madrasa and the teacher, interpersonal conflict is the conflict that occurs between teachers. Conflict management between madrasah heads and teachers is carried out by deliberation and consensus, voting and inviting foundation administrators to provide solutions. Handling conflicts between teachers is carried out in a collaborative style through three stages, namely 1) the head of the madrasah identifies the cause of the conflict, 2) understands well the conflict that is happening. 3) Resolve conflicts by bringing in conflicting parties.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the interaction of transformational leadership in developing the quality of personnel at Ma'had An-Nahla Lhokseumawe City. This research is a type of qualitative field research with a descriptive approach. The data needed in this study are narrative and descriptive data sourced from research subjects namely Ma'had Leaders, Principals, Teachers, and Administrative Personnel with data collection techniques of interviews, observation, and documentation as well as analysis techniques consisting of data presentation, data reduction, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the interaction of transformational leadership in developing the quality of personnel of principals, teachers and administrative staff at Ma'had An-Nahla consisted of: gaining respect from subordinates, believing in others, building challenges within the organisation, providing motivation, group spirit, showing the leader's efforts to encourage subordinates to be more innovative and creative, and all individuals get special attention.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the relationship between the principal's leadership and school climate on the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri Kota Jambi. The research method used was a Korean study with a sample of 220 people using theecnik cluster random Simpling. The research instruments used are rating scales and Likert Scale model questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The research data were analyzed using pearsoncorrelation and regression techniques. The results of the data analysis showed that: (1) the principal's leadership contributed significantly to teacher performance by 24.4%. The results of the principal's leadership achievement level are in the good category, so that the increase in the principal's leadership is directly proportional to the increase in teacher performance; (2) School climate contributes significantly to teacher performance 36.9%. Furthermore, the results of the analysis of the description of climate variable data of Jambi City State Junior High School are generally known to be still in the conducive category with a score of 86.83%, so that it can be seen that the built school climate is able to provide comfort for teachers in doing their work; (3) The principal's leadership and the school climate together contribute to teacher performance by 51.6%. The better the leadership exercised by the principal, the more conducive the school climate is, and the better the teacher performance, data analysis shows that teacher performance is significantly influenced by the principal's leadership and school climate, both individually and collectively.

Abstract

Educatinal Supervision is an activity in controlling, directing, guidancing, evaluating and improving the performance of the teachers and staff in teaching leraning proses. Coaching technique is a form of supervition than can be applied in Educational Supervision. This study aims to analtze the application of coacging technique in improving the headmaster’s competency in educational supervision. This study uses the systematic literature Review (SLR) approach. The cata collection technique uses a Google Scholar through the Publish or Parish software. The keywords used are “coaching in Educational Supervison “the year starting from 2018 to 2022 restrictions. Researcer used 7 articles that were directly related to caching cundacted by the headmaster of Madrasa in improving academic supervision competency. The result of the study show that the coaching technique used can improve the supervisory competency of headmaster of Madrasa in maximizing the performance and teacher’s ability in solving the problems.

Abstract

This study seeks to reveal an initiative on the strategy of developing the quality of Islamic educational institutions at the madrasah level through the development of Human Resource Management. This research uses the literature study method, where literature searches in the form of relevant theories, including literature on human resource management in Islamic educational institutions, especially related to madrasah. Literature studies interpret data in descriptive analysis. References or literature are obtained from research results published in national or international journals, articles, books, and websites relevant to the discussion. This study seeks to answer problems about 1) The position of madrasah in the education system in Indonesia; 2) Human Resource Management in improving the quality of education in Madrasah which includes basic concepts and strategies. The results of this study show that, the strategy of developing Human Resource management in Madrasah is a cultural concept that is coherent with the vision and mission of the institution, and is aware that the culture of human resource development management as a cognitive representation is formed by the overall structure in madrasah educational institutions. A good organizational culture is characterized by norms and values that support excellence, teamwork, profitability, honesty, service orientation, integrity, and commitment to the madrasah educational organization/institution. So that madrasah has the ability to develop innovative and adaptive human resources to answer the challenges of Society 5.0.

Abstract

This Study aims to determine the education management information system and the School’s efforts to increase the acceptance of new students at SD Muhammadiyah Parakan Temanggung. This Type of research uses qualitative data collection methods through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Triangulation technique. The results showed that the education Information System was based on student management so it was easy to record. Students data input operators can be directly accessed. Through the internet and wifi so that anyone who will see it can be accessed easily and quickly. The school’s efforts to increase the acceptance of new student registration through an information system, namely using a good school image. Optimizing the advantages of the quality of school education. Through social media and printing, for example comparative study abroad and various  national level Olympic Champions.

Abstract

Public Relations is not a cartoon character with a shovel following an elephant in a circus parade. Although sometimes called upon to clean up the mess, effective public relations helps management avoid the mess in the first place (Smith, 2021). Human strategies built by humans can instill trust in the public not only to obtain a positive image. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Sources of data collected in this study through interviews, observation, and documentation. While the research location was at MA MINAT in Kesugihan which is in Cilacap district. Public Relations MA MINAT Kesugihan has a very important role for the institution, both in the field of organization and other services. A publicist must be able to create a positive image for the institution so as to form a good public opinion as well. MA MINAT Kesugihan is in the midst of social life, the community will continue to interact and relate directly or indirectly with the surrounding community. In addition to short-term measures of Public Relations processes and results, Public Relations requires indicators and measurements that are useful for identifying, maintaining, and evaluating long-term relationships for scanning the public environment, successful strategies for maintaining relationships, and outcomes.

Abstract

Leadership is a crucial aspect that needs to be considered in education, as effective leadership can provide educational outcomes that align with the demands of the times. This article is examined with the aim of describing the leadership model based on emotional intelligence in facing the era of globalization in the Hidayatul Mubtadi'ien Ngawi Islamic school. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type, and primary data sources include madrasah diniyah facilitators, the head of the madrasah diniyah, and representative diniyah teachers. Data collection techniques involve observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis process includes data condensation, data display, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that in preparation for the era of globalization, the Hidayatul Mubtadi'ien Ngawi Islamic elementary school management has introduced a new innovation by merging institutions while emphasizing the key elements of leadership in personal competence and social competence dimensions.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how SWOT analysis based on the marketing mix is used in Qur'anic instruction at MI Islamiyah Jombang. This research answers: 1) How does SWOT analysis based on marketing mix place the quadrant of Al-Qur'an learning? 2) How can the SWOT analysis results based on the marketing mix optimize the marketing strategy of Al-Qur'an Learning? The results showed that TPQ Al-Ichsany became part of the business unit strategy managed by MI Islamiyah Jombang to serve Qur'anic learning. The analysis of the total IFAS score for strengths is 3.025, and for weaknesses is 1.122. The EFAS score for opportunities is 2,392; for threats, it is 1,012. The position of Al-Qur'an learning at MI Islamiyah Jombang is in Quadrant I (+,+). Al-Qur'an learning is in excellent and steady condition. A marketing services strategy was used to support the aggressive growth policy. Intensive strategies through market penetration and market development are strategies to expand, enlarge growth, and seize maximum opportunities for the continuous progress of Qur'anic education.
