Cooperation is a alliance of people who make up the organization to achieve common goals. As a collection of people, the relationship between members and relationships between members and the group is a necessity. Variations in the background of the members allow for the diversity of motives, knowledge, experiences of cooperation and conflict of interest. Situations like this make relationships in a cooperation professionally managed to achieve common goals and become an important issue to be studied. This study aims to explain the dynamics of cooperation members' relationships with cooperation groups and their impact on the relationship between members and the existence of cooperation. Research with qualitative case study approach used in this research. One cooperation was involved in the study. The data collection process was conducted with FGD (Focused Group Discussion) on the members of the cooperation group and continued interviews on the two founding members and the cooperation movers. Data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative method. The results of data analysis show that member relationships with more exchange-oriented groups make members more focused on fulfilling rights and obligations and more communal-oriented relationships make members emphasize the warmth of relationships. Extreme exchange orientation eliminates the spirit of kinship and extreme communal orientation eliminates the professionalism of members' relationships with cooperation groups. An extreme orientation destroys relations between members and affects the destruction of the cooperation.

The type of research in this research is experimental research. The experimental research design used in this study was One Group Pretest and Posttest, meaning that this experiment only used one class, without using the control class. As a reference, the researchers obtained the pretest scores conducted by the subject teachers before the treatment and the post-treatment test (O2 ) as a comparison. The subjects of this study were 25 students of class Vb SDN Inpres Bontokape. Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) is a learning approach that links the material being studied with the real life of everyday students, both in the family environment, community schools and citizens with the aim of finding the meaning of the material for their lives and learning outcomes are change . behavior that can be obtained from habits and skills in learning so as to increase student knowledge . Through the results of this study, it was found that the Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) Approach to Student Learning Outcomes in Social Science Subjects at SDN Inpres Bontokape was more influential than student learning outcomes taught by conventional methods in improving learning outcomes in Social Science learning for students in class Vb IPS. SDN Inpres Bontokape. Because the average score of learning outcomes for Social Science subjects (IPS) at SD Inpres Bontokape taught using the influence of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach is higher than those taught using conventional methods.

The method of this research was descriptive qualitative research. The data were taken from students writing test on narrative text. The writing test was used to measure each student's level of learning in writing and to find out the types of students' errors. The participants were 15 students in the eighth grade of SMP N 2 Pollung. The findings of this research indicated that there were 95 total errors that students made which were classified into four categories based on the surface strategy taxonomy. Those were error of omission with 29 errors, error of addition with 13 errors, misformation with 49 errors and misordering with 4 errors. The students made the dominant error in misformation category. It can be seen from the percentage result where misformation were 52%, then followed by error of omission with 13%, error of addition with 14% and misordering with 4%.

The purpose of this study was to see the effectiveness of the Discovery Learning learning model based on local wisdom, the differences in communication skills and self-efficacy of students who were taught using the local wisdom-based Discovery Learning learning model with those taught using conventional learning. This study also aims to find out how to increase students' communication skills and self-efficacy when taught using the Discovery Learning method based on local and conventional wisdom. This research method is quasi-experimental with Posttest Only Control Group Design with descriptive analysis used to achieve this goal. This research was conducted at UPMI Medan. The population of this study were all students of UPMI, while the sample was students of the Department of Management. This study found that the Discovery Learning learning model based on local wisdom was effectively used with a percentage of learning implementation worth 94.12% and student responses 89.50%. then there are differences in communication skills and self-efficacy between experimental and control class students, as evidenced by the sig. (2-tailed) 0.000005 between the control and experimental groups. This study also found a greater increase in communication skills and self-efficacy of students who were taught using Discovery Learning based on local wisdom than conventional learning, as seen from the average scores of 76.12 (experimental group) and 58.00 (control group), indicating an increase of 12 0.04%.

Teachers realize that each student has different abilities, there are students who can understand the material presented quickly, moderately and slowly. Of course we are very happy if participants can understand the lesson quickly, on the other hand a teacher faces and accepts the situation of students who are indeed slow in learning, based on this problem, this study was conducted aiming to examine strategies that can be applied by classroom teachers in teaching slow students. study. The research method used by the researcher is the literature review method, namely the process of placing, obtaining, reading and evaluating various research literatures related to or related to the problem being studied. The data from this study are the results of research related to the problem of teacher strategies in teaching slow learner students.
