Abstract

This study aims to compare dryers for cocoa beans. The comparison carried out is a comparison of tools, moisture content, mass, quality of beans, and the time required by each tool in drying. The drying tools used are traditional solar cabinet dryers and solar tunnel dryers. Conventional drying uses direct sun contact on cocoa beans, and solar tunnel dryer uses two types to dry cocoa beans: hot air absorbed by solar collectors and direct sun. In contrast, solar cabinet dryer uses hot air absorbed by solar collectors and driven by fans in the drying room. The research was carried out from 09.00 until 16.00 in 31/2 hours, so in a day, there are three observation data for each research tool. To the research results, the time required for each tool is different, the solar cabinet dryer tool takes four days, and the solar tunnel dryer traditionally takes three days to dry cocoa beans; drying is done 7 hours a day. The highest ambient temperature is up to 36.3oC, the temperature entering the drying chamber for the solar cabinet dryer is up to 54.2oC, and the solar tunnel dryer is up to 51oC. With a mass of 1.5 kg of material dried to 0.50 kilograms, leaving a moisture content of 12%.

The results of research that have been conducted so far related to transfer pricing show inconsistencies in independent variables that affect transfer pricing. In addition, in 2019-2021, several companies were still found to carry out[1] transfer pricing practices that needed to be by the rules, causing state losses. This study examines the effect of the effective tax rate, bonus mechanism and debt covenant on transfer pricing. The research was conducted on manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. Signal theory, agency and positive accounting were used as the theoretical basis for this study. The sampling method used purposive sampling and obtained sample data of 33 samples. The analysis technique used is the multiple regression analysis technique. This study concluded that there is insufficient evidence that effective tax rates, bonus mechanisms and debt covenants positively affect transfer pricing.

Abstract

One of the fintech fields most targeted by investors is the type of fintech Peer to Peer (P2P) Lending that provides money loan services. Seeing the magnitude of opportunities in this field, many companies that offer P2P Lending services illegally are called illegal because they are not registered and do not have permission from the OJK. Illegal P2P Lending is very troubling to the community, where the billing system and interest charged to customers who are delinquent in payment bills are very high. Unfortunately, the regulations governing P2P Lending are inadequate, so OJK, as an institution authorized to supervise financial institutions, including online loans, cannot carry out supervision and enforcement optimally. This paper aims to determine the role of OJK in foreign investment in illegal fintech in Indonesia. This writing uses normative juridical research methods where the author will use regulations and legal systems related to the role of OJK in foreign investment in the field of illegal Fintech in Indonesia. OJK has the function of organizing a system of regulation and supervision of all activities in the financial services sector in Indonesia, and has a limited role in foreign investment in the field of illegal P2P lending. Because illegal P2P Lending is considered not the domain of OJK's authority because there is no registered mark and permission from OJK, it is necessary to play a role with other government agencies that are members of SWI to make efforts to stop illegal P2P fintech, which will later be followed up based on the authority of SWI members. OJK can only carry out preventive efforts in the form of socialization accompanied by education and coordinate efforts between institutions in order to accelerate the process of handlers who are members of SWI.

Abstract

The study was intended to determine the development of police science through a transdisciplinary approach. Therefore in this study, the researcher used the literature review-based method to understand the object of the study. The instrument of the study was using literature approach. This writing shows that in developing the police as a form of science and discipline, police science must integrate with other sciences and disciplines. Police science can use perspectives, paradigms and even methodologies developed by other sciences to develop themselves to obtain a more comprehensive and detailed understanding, thus further assisting in the analysis process by police science. The process of developing police science as a science that integrates with other sciences can be seen from the existence of police anthropology. Police anthropology is a sub-discipline resulting from the transdisciplinary relationship between police science and anthropology. Police science in police anthropology began to focus on "police" or "police" (its institutional form) tied to social practices, where "policemen" create, maintain, and invest in existing socialities in different ways. Understanding "police" is not limited to security apparatus, law enforcement or formal community institutions. However, furthermore, there is an aspect of breadth in the concept of "police" which cannot be separated from society’s social world. The development of police understanding tied to the existing social structure enables police science to explore local-national and global problems. This is considering that most people already have cross-border connectivity due to information and digital technology development.
