Abstract

The Ameroro Dam was built by the Sulawesi IV River Basin Center (BWS), Directorate General of Water Resources of the Ministry of PUPR with a storage capacity of 44.44 million m3 in order to increase the Irrigation Area (DI) in Konawe Regency. The Ameroro Dam is designed with the urugan type which has a peak height of 82 meters, a dam length of 324 meters, and a width of 12 meters. The spillway building has a threshold elevation of 122.50 meters with the Ogee type, a dodger channel in the form of double concrete conduits, and a Submerged Intake Tower retrieval building type. This study aims to analyze the slope stability of the Ameroro dam. This research studies slope stability using several methods; (a) Spencer Method (b) Finite Element Method. This research takes a research case study in Ameroro Dam, Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. The primary data from this study is in the form of documentation of conditions in the field. The results of this study state that from the results of the slope stability analysis, it was found that the safety factor on the slopes contained in the Ameroro Dam was 1.79. Slope conditions are relatively stable. And from the results of the comparison of slope stability analysis with the spencer method and finite element method, the safety factor value of the spencer method was 1.347, while the safety factor value of the finite element method with PLAXIS 2D software analysis was 1.67. So the lower bound SoF value = 1.347 from the spencer method calculation and the upper bound SoF value = 1.67 from the PLAXIS 2D software analysis calculation

Abstract

National Health Insurance (JKN) is part of the National Social Security System (SJSN) organized by the Social Security Organizing Agency (BPJS) Health through a compulsory social health insurance mechanism. Every JKN participant has the right to obtain comprehensive health services that are tiered, effective, and efficient by applying the principles of quality control and cost control based on medical indications. The deficit in Health Social Security funds or BPJS Kesehatan is a mismatch between the suboptimal income sourced from participant contributions and the large burden of health insurance that needs to be borne. However, in this situation, there are still several main problems in implementing national health insurance that cause deficits that must be done immediately. The author formulates the problem in this study: How is the government's solution to the deficit of the National Health Insurance Fund. The research method used by the author in this study is Normative Juridical. Conclusion It is necessary to establish a strong mechanism to make participants pay contributions continuously. This can be done by making arrangements to use BPJS for public services. If someone does not actively pay their BPJS, they cannot enjoy public facilities provided by the government. Then, the next solution is to increase the supervision team to oversee the performance of hospitals that provide BPJS services.

Abstract

Man cannot live alone. Likewise with children who attend High School X. They have to hang out to find their friends during school days. Not free from responsibility, parents must alpervise their children so that their association leads to the good not the bad. The author wants to research about parental supervision of children's associations. Do parents influence the association of a child. The formula technique that the author will use to respondents for this study is to use the Guttman Scale formula/technique. The Guttman scale technique provides only two answer choices, “yes” and “no”, so respondents' answers look more concrete. After being studied, it turns out that the influence of parental supervision greatly affects the way children get along at SMA X. The author has researched by distributing questionnaires to 30 children at SMA X who are suspected of having bad associations. After the author researched, it was proven that all the questions that the author spread were influential. Which means that it is true that parental supervision affects the way children get along. Children who lack parental attention cause their association to be bad. From parenting, communication, and learning patterns provided by parents. From this study, it can be concluded that parental supervision has an influence on children's associations. Parents have an important role in supervising and nurturing their children, so as not to fall into bad associations.
