Abstract

In an education there will be something called curriculum, because the nature of the curriculum is part of the systematics of education or can usually be used as a backbone in explaining material to achieve an educational success. From that, to achieve the right goals and also succeed, the curriculum must be able to develop according to the times. As from the 1994 Curriculum to the Competency-Based Curriculum (KBK), from KBK to KTSP, and from KTSP to the 2013 Curriculum until now, only a few schools have implemented what is called the Independent Curriculum. Changes to the Curriculum itself are usually influenced by several factors. from human needs that are always changing or usually can also be caused by economic, political, and also cultural factors.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology that hit the world is a new wave that significantly changes human life. Technology is part of the driving force that actively influences world human civilisation by offering various benefits and conveniences. In this era, almost all levels of society have enjoyed the benefits of technology, from the lower layers to the highest levels of society. Likewise, the government, trade/business, education and so on are not spared. The magnitude of the benefits provided by this technology has a large risk impact. Technology is used for things that are not good. Most communication and information technologies that are developing in the modern era, like today will only be accessible or utilized if the user already has a personal account obtained by registering or registering. To register, of course, by entering a number of personal data stored in a data repository by the service provider. So, this user data handed over to the service provider is a gap or an opening for a problem. Leakage of personal data owned by users seems unavoidable if the service provider's security system could be more optimal. Incidents of personal data leaking have occurred a lot and almost happened in various sectors. Many factors cause data leaks, including weak security systems from service providers, lack of user awareness to maintain the security of their data, and cyber criminals who use other people's data for personal interests and benefits. This paper will provide an overview of the legal provisions of non-penal means in the protection of personal data, how are the procedures for prevention through non-penal means in the protection of personal data law, as well as the factors that influence prevention through non-penal means in the protection of personal data law.

Abstract

It is necessary to control the quality of the concrete, so that the concrete specification requirements plan is achieved. The results of quality control research on PT "X"s ready mix concrete products based on SNI 2874-2019 requirements in regarding structural concrete requirements for buildings and explanations, it's found that the concrete produced by PT”X” for the raft foundation casting work on project "Z" can be accepted and qualifies as concrete with a quality of 30 Mpa. Meanwhile, the uniformity analysis using the X and R control charts in the SQC method obtained an uncontrolled process with a process capability value of Cp = 0.601; Cpk = 0.577 <1 this indicates a low process capability, needs to be improved, this process produces many products that do not align to the center line and causing a deviation patterns on the X and R control charts. The deviation pattern indicates that the ready mix product of PT "X"s that used in Project "Z" raft foundation is not uniform, however, the overall concrete quality achieved the technical specification requirements.

Abstract

One notable benefit associated with utilizing internet-based media for learning purposes is its inherent accessibility from any location. Despite the presence of forgiveness, face-to-face learning is not without its limitations, albeit they cannot be entirely eradicated. The objective of this research is to strengthen students' capacity to engage and actively participate in cloud-based learning, hence fostering improved student engagement. Class Action Research is used in this study in two stages. The Class Action Research framework encompasses four key components: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The findings for this study indicate that there is potential for enhancing the utilization of cloud-based learning. This phenomenon is seen in the heightened level of student engagement prior to the initial academic period, with 13.33% displaying active participation, 17.78% demonstrating discipline, and a mere 10% exhibiting attentiveness towards the learning process. The consecutive outcomes following the second iteration were 64.44%, 71.11%, and 67.78%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the utilization of cloud-based learning enhances the capacity to deliver higher students’ participant.

Abstract

PLTDG Pesanggaran is a power generation unit that produces electricity using liquefied natural gas and high-speed diesel as backup fuel. One way to maintain the unit’s reliability is by using an additional cooling system to prevent derating. The system employs the water injection method to lower the charge air temperature. In its implementation, water injection utilises condensate water from the engine by injecting it into the charge air area, specifically the CAC drain. The water rises to a certain level in the manifold, allowing direct contact with the charged air to decrease its temperature. This research aims to reduce the charge air temperature influenced by ambient air during the daytime, enabling the PLTDG Pesanggaran unit to operate at its maximum load of 15.2 MW. The analytical method employed in this study is quantitative descriptive. The research findings confirm that water injection effectively maintains the charge air temperature within the range of T=47-48 °C. Based on these conditions, the daily load output savings amount to IDR 14,162 kWh, resulting in cost savings of IDR 58,885,596,000 per year for 12 post-high temperature CA events.

Abstract

One indicator of the quality of health services is the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR). Causes of death are complications during pregnancy, childbirth and the puerperium, but most can be prevented if accompanied by good coverage and quality of services. The referral system is one way to deal with complications and delays in maternal health services. The purpose of this research is to get an overview of the maternal referral system in Indonesia. This study uses the literature review method with a qualitative fishbone diagram analysis approach that analyzes the components of man, method, machine, and material. The articles in this study were obtained through the PubMed, Scopus, Science Direct and Google Scholar databases with the year of publication 2015-2023. Obstacles in the implementation of the maternal referral system reported from the seven referral articles were limited trained staff, lack of staff understanding of SOP, communication between health workers, information systems between referring health facilities and referral receiving health facilities that were not optimal, lack of support for facilities and infrastructure, as well as from the family and mother side in the form of approval and late decision making. To improve the quality of the maternal referral system, it is necessary to thoroughly evaluate the effectiveness of the referral system, conduct training and education of health workers regarding emergencies and SOPs for maternal referrals, increase the availability of medical devices and medicines by increasing the distribution of drugs to areas where they are needed, develop an information system and an integrated administration system for maternal referrals.
