Abstract

Indonesia is one of the southeast Asian countries which consists of 17.504 islands separated by water. Realizing it, Government has open access so the world could see Indonesia's potential tourism through cooperation between the Ministry of Tourism and Ministry of Transportation (by optimizing hundreds of Airports and company private airports throughout Indonesia) and the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (through Aviation Stakeholders such as Angkasa Pura Airport, Angkasa Pura II, and AirNav Indonesia), also Airlines. According to the data sourced from Angkasa Pura II, throughout the year 2017 Soekarno- Hatta as the biggest Airport in Indonesia accommodated 63.015.620 domestic and international passengers or increasing 8% compared with the year 2016 which amounted to 58.195.484 passengers. This growth must be supported by well-systemized land and airside infrastructures which prioritize safety starting from preparation to its implementation, in this thesis intern focuses on safety in Air Navigation Services. Starting from the year 2013, the operation of Air Navigation Services is fully delegated to Perum LPPNPI then called AirNav Indonesia. Safety Management System Manual (Doc. 9859) as ICAO Document has been adopted by Indonesia to achieve safety in every aspect of aviation including Air Navigation Services. In this thesis, the intern focuses on the 2nd pillar of SMS – Safety Risk Management applied in AirNav Indonesia. To achieve ALOS, AirNav Indonesia is in the progress of a proactive approach. To realize those things in the execution, it is necessary to build Risk Analysis Standard Operating Procedure which contains Hazard Mapping, Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA), and BowTie method to analyze, these are essential things to be done before something occurs then to be implemented for all AirNav Indonesia Headquarter and its Branches.

Abstract

Ecological impact and environmental sustainability in commerce has been a growing concern among both governments and consumers across geographies and industries. Fashion industry is one of the sectors getting pressure to change from both regulators and consumers. As consumer’s environmental awareness increases, so does the demand for eco-fashion all over the place, including Indonesia. Eco-label has become a tool for brands to communicate their commitment in sustainability. This study compares the green purchase behavior between generation X, Y and Z behavior in the eco-fashion market. The data was collected by an online survey distributed to generation X, Y and Z eco-fashion consumers. Data was analyzed by PLS-SEM and the Multi-Group Analysis (MGA). The result indicated that although behavior eco-label had influence on product attribute and perceived consumer effectiveness, both product attributes and environmental attitudes do not have a statistically significant effect on ecological affection. This study also showed that behavior generations X, Y, and Z had no significant differences in eco-fashion green purchase behavior.

Abstract

This research was intended to analyze how brand image affects expected quality, perceived quality, perceived value, and patient satisfaction and how they affect attitudinal loyalty and behavior loyalty on a dentist's patients. Methods: this is quantitative research with surveys and cross-sectional data. The subjects are public dentist patients in West Jakarta, 2021. The sample was taken using purposive sampling, from which 290 respondents were deemed fit for the criteria. The data was then gathered through an online questionnaire and used a Likert 1-5 scale. The data was analyzed with PLS-SEM method using SmartPLS™ 3.3. Findings: This research had 11 supported hypotheses with a T-statistic value of >1.645 and alpha 0.05, while one hypothesis was not supported. Brand image has a significant positive effect on expected quality, perceived value, and patient satisfaction, while its effect was not significant on perceived quality. Perceived value has a significant positive effect on patient satisfaction, and patient satisfaction itself was found to have a positive effect on attitudinal loyalty and behavior loyalty. Conclusions: Brand image has a vital part to play in affecting perceived value, which will then increase patient satisfaction from patients who went to the dentist. Abstract

Digital transformation has a disruptive effect on organizations with the most standard format, namely military organizations. The TNI AD must master the latest technology, including information technology and war equipment, as a response to digital transformation. The war that occurs is no longer related to physical war but the war caused by the flow of technology and information. This article discusses a conceptual framework that can be adapted to understand cyber competence, the factors that influence cyber competence, and strategies for strengthening cyber competence that can be adapted to support the role of the Indonesian Army in maintaining network and infrastructure security from cyber attacks. A qualitative approach using a literature study is applied in this case. The results show that in carrying out the cyber job role, the personnel responsible for the position must have the knowledge, skills, aspects of self-image, social motives, traits, mindset (thought pattern), frame of mind, ways of thinking, feeling, and acting (way of thinking, feeling, and acting) related to the cyber job role description. Personnel's cyber competence will be influenced by education, training, personal characteristics, and environment. To improve the cyber competence of personnel, strategies that can be carried out are in the form of needs analysis, development of core competencies, and changes to innovative work designs.

Abstract

This study discusses the meaning of motivation, especially in the documentary film The Last Dance using John Fiske's semiotics method. Motivation based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs coded in the documentary film The Last Dance is categorized into three levels of needs, namely social needs, self-esteem needs, and self-actualization needs. The purpose of this study is to determine the meaning of motivation at the level of reality, the level of representation, and the level of ideology. This study uses a qualitative method, which is a research approach based on phenomenology and an interpretive paradigm. In this study, the subject used is the Netflix documentary series The Last Dance which consists of 10 episodes. Meanwhile, the objects in this study are signs that contain the meaning of motivation in the documentary film The Last Dance. Data collection techniques used are documentation studies, literature studies, and online data searches. This study concludes that the level of reality that displays the motivation of social needs in the form of the film shows Michael Jordan's relationship with his Chicago Bulls teammates and family. The motivation for self-esteem needs is shown by the appearance and speech of the characters in the film, which focuses more on Air Jordan shoes. Meanwhile, the motivation for self-actualization needs shows Michael Jordan's hard work to practice his basketball skills. Furthermore, the level of representation in The Last Dance film, motivational social needs, self-esteem needs, and self-actualization needs are shown by shooting techniques in the form of long shots, medium shots, close-ups, conversations, and backsounds as well as editing that combines footage and interviews. And the last is the ideological level, the motivation of social needs shows the meaning that the relationships and interactions carried out by Michael Jordan are based on love and feelings of not wanting to be underestimated. The ideology that emphasizes the motivation for self-esteem needs is the popularity of the Air Jordan shoe brand as a form of appreciation from the world community for Michael Jordan's achievements. And the ideology displayed in the motivation for self-actualization needs is Michael Jordan's efforts to always improve and develop his basketball skills.

Abstract

The development of ideology influenced the Indonesian student movement from period to period. By looking at the history of the movement in Indonesia, we can see that students are the motor of the movement. Students become agents of change who can change the direction of a change, bring down the ruling regime and create regime change. This paper tries to see the influence of the world order on the student movement. How does a foreign policy or an ideology spread and enter Indonesia? This paper looks at the student movement since the ethical politics that developed in the Netherlands led the Dutch to establish high schools and thus start the Indonesian student movement. Then how do these student movements continue to develop so that, in the end, youth have an essential role in realizing Indonesian independence? Do not stop until the achievement of independence. The student movement tried to realize the ideals of Indonesia through various criticisms of various regimes. In the end, this paper looks at how the existence of the internet and globalization affect the student movement. This research shows that changing times can spread ideas. The spread of this idea is getting faster and unstoppable in the age of information technology. Therefore at this time, good ideologies and destructive ideologies such as radicalism can spread without being seen by the eye. Currently, various stakeholders need various efforts to direct students so that they do not fall into radicalism.
