Abstract

This study intends to analyze the Influencer Imitation Behaviour and Fear of Missing Out about the impact on Purchase Intention on local cosmetic products which is endorsed by social media influencers. This study is a multivariate causality study. The researcher took the female population in Jakarta, namely quoting from Co-founder of Local Cosmetic Brand SYCA. The number of samples obtained were 200 respondents by the use of purposive sampling because all participating respondents had to meet the specified criteria. The data collected by questionnaires which taken using an online questionnaire method. The analysis using the PLS Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings reveal that Influencer credibility has a positive effect on Influencer imitation behavior, Influencer credibility has a positive effect on fear of missing out the trend (FOMO) behavior, the imitation behavior of influencers has a positive effect on consumers' purchase intentions, and the phenomenon of fear of missing out has a positive effect on consumer purchase intentions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the framing of Twitter social media in an effort to promote tourism by the Malang City government in the New Normal era. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a case study approach. By using the NVivo 12 Plus software as a Qualitative Data Analysis Software (QDAS) that utilizes the Crosstab analysis and Word Frequency Analysis features to conduct data mining and analysis on the official twitter account of the Malang city government, namely @PemkotMalang. Departing from the theory of Integrated Marketing Communication which is divided into 4 dimensions, namely; planning, creation, integration, and marketing. Based on the findings and analysis of the researchers, it can be concluded that the Malang City government uses a strategy of delivering information through social media Twitter @ PemkotMalang consistently mapped to the IMC concept, which contains several aspects, namely planning, creation, integration, and marketing. Of the four aspects, creation dominates because it includes content that changes tourism marketing in Malang City. The information conveyed was in the form of implementing new policies in the tourism sector to recover after the COVID-19 pandemic. As for other complementary aspects, such as the planning aspect, Malang City prepares facilities that meet health protocols so that tourists feel safe and increase their trust when visiting tourist objects in Malang City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine effect of servant leadership and person-organization fit on employee engagement with job satisfaction as mediator variable. This research is a research with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted at XYZ Junior High School, Serpong Utara. The time of the study was carried out from January 2020 to May 2020 which involved samples from the total population studied. The population in question is full-time education staff at XYZ Junior High School, Serpong Utara who are Indonesian citizens and total 44 people. The data was processed numerically, so the data collection instrument used a questionnaire to obtain primary data. The device that will be used to perform the analysis using the partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) approach is the SmartPLS software. The results of the study show that servant leadership has a positive effect on employee engagement. Person-organization fit has a positive effect on employee engagement. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee engagement. Servant leadership has a positive effect on employee engagement mediated by job satisfaction. Person-organization fit has a positive effect on employee engagement mediated by job satisfaction.

Abstract

The objective of the research was to analyze the communication process of tax counseling, analyze the perception of New Taxpayers Categorized as Entrepreneurs about tax counseling communication, and analyze the obstacles in the communication process of tax counseling to New Taxpayers Categorized as Entrepreneurs in Tapaktuan Tax Office. Constructivism and qualitative method were use for the paradigm. The data were gathered by conducting observation and in-depth interviews. Informants were determined using purposivetechnique so that there were 12 informants consisting of 9 main informants and 3 triangulation informants.  The results of the research showed that the counseling communication process begins when the New Taxpayer Categorized as Entrepreneurs registers NPWP. Eight key informants in this study said they were quite familiar with the tax counseling materials provided by tax officials and 1 main informant admitted that he did not understand the tax counseling he received. The barriers to counseling communication that the main informants experience are physical barriers, technical barriers and human barriers. Physical obstacles were experienced by informants because the condition of the Tapaktuan Tax Office which was very crowded during the counseling slightly disturbed their concentration in receiving counseling materials. One informant experienced technical and human barriers. The physical condition of the informant did not allow him to be able to understand the tax counseling material. The Informant also ignored the tax counseling materials given to him because he reasoned that registering a NPWP was only to make a loan at the bank.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image, product quality, and price on consumer satisfaction with Eiger products. The population of this research is Eiger consumers in Jember. The sampling technique in this research is non-probability sampling with the sampling method used is purposive sampling. based on the criteria that is rmale and female respondents aged 18 years and over and respondents who have purchased and used Eiger products in existing stores in the last 1 year. The sample used was 170 respondents. The type of data in this study uses quantitative data. Primary data sources were obtained directly from questionnaires given via google form and secondary data obtained from web topbrand-award.com, idntimes.com, eigeradventure.com, and jemberkab.go.id. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are three analysis results, namely brand image has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction for Eiger products in Jember. Product quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction for Eiger products in Jember.

Abstract

Language is a communication tool used by humans to express ideas or ideas. The use of language in communication must pay attention to politeness so that there is no dispute with the speech partner. Education as the key to the formation of knowledge and personality is a solution to build politeness in students' language competence. Solutions that can be built to improve students' language politeness through the learning process. This research was conducted to improve students' language politeness by linking negotiation text learning materials to X grade high school students. The resulting product is digital teaching materials with the orientation of student-speaking etiquette. Researchers create digital teaching materials with the Heyzine Flipbooks digital application Research stages 1) Data analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Implementation, and 5) Evaluation of the results of teaching materials products. Data analysis was carried out by analyzing the data on the need for digital teaching materials and analyzing the negotiating text that would be included in the teaching materials. The design of digital teaching materials is oriented towards spoken etiquette which is validated by material and media experts. Experiment with educators and students in the process of learning activities. The results of the research implementation show that the digital negotiating text teaching materials are valid and feasible to use. Evaluation of the results of the product of digital teaching materials for negotiating texts is able to improve students' speaking manners because they have aspects of language politeness.

Abstract

To create a better society, it is necessary to have rehabilitation that can be carried out for former narcotics users in Indonesia. This study aims to see how social rehabilitation provides a second chance for prisoners in prison in narcotics prisons. Through this research, the effectiveness of rehabilitation will be investigated. This research will use a qualitative approach with data sources obtained from previous research and studies that are still relevant. The study results found that social rehabilitation has a high enough effectiveness for narcotics addicts to get out of the grip of narcotics. This effectiveness is caused by prisons that use the Therapeutic Community method. In this method, there are four stages in the form of detox, induction, primary to the last stage in the form of re-entry.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain an overview of interactive and interactive ppt learning media (external factors) and high and low spatial intelligence (internal factors) on mathematics teaching results in Malang Ibtidaiyah madrasah/ elementary school. The affordable population is the entire regular first graders of the 2021/2022 school year consisting of 5 parallel classes with 120 students. Sampling from the people is done randomly regardless of the strata present in the population. The determination of practical classes and control classes is done by drawn two categories drawn in the existing class's research. This study was conducted on first graders divided into two groups: the group of students given treatment and the group that served as control. The results of students' spatial intelligence instruments determine groups with high spatial intelligence and groups with low spatial intelligence. The study results show no difference in mathematics learning results towards students given the treatment of learning between video tutorials and interactive powerpoint text. While students who have exceptional low Intelligence and high Intelligence, there are differences in learning outcomes.

Abstract

The West Java tourism ambassador is a talent search event in the tourism sector for the younger generation to contribute to economic improvement, introduce tourist attractions, and promote West Java tourism in the era of technological sophistication. This technology can facilitate the dissemination of information quickly, so the role of tourism ambassadors is needed as a driver who is expected to portray themselves well. The hope is that the tourism ambassador can encourage tourism growth in Indonesia, especially in West Java. The purpose of this research is to try to introduce and promote regional tourism, to become a means or forum for appreciation for tourism actors in West Java, to hone the potential of the younger generation according to their fields, as a place to compete so that they are trained to become figures who have the spirit to continue the process and take advantage of youth. With full achievements, cultivate an attitude of love for the region, train the younger generation to think creatively, be innovative, and become inspirational figures to inspire the wider community. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. Descriptive type the qualitative research used is a case study approach. The case study studied was the 2022 West Java Tourism Ambassador event held in March 2022 and is one of the activities designed by tourism consultants. Data collection was obtained through observation, financial analysis, and documentation analysis. This study found that tourism activities require assistance in planning by a tourism consultant in preparing activities, planning activity concepts, interesting Implementation, and evaluation after activities. Good and professional activity planning can positively impact the younger generation who participate in activities carrying out their role in society, especially in promoting tourism.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to (1) describe the ability of Social Science teachers in managing classes at SMPN 1 Ungaran. (2) describe the ability of Social Science teachers in assessing student learning outcomes at SMPN 1 Ungaran. This type of research is qualitative. This research was conducted at SMPN 1 Ungaran. The main subjects of this research are the principal, teachers, and students. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis begins with (1) organizing the data, (2) conducting the data analysis process, (3) analyzing the data on the site, and (4) drawing conclusions. Test the validity of the data using credibility, transferability, confirmability and dependability. The results showed that (1) Social Science teachers at SMPN 1 Ungaran were able to manage the class. This is shown by making various class settings such as seating arrangements and also installing ornaments on the classroom walls. Teachers create a conducive learning atmosphere by giving students' attention fairly, providing reinforcement, providing rewards and punishments, and integrating the values of the nation's character. Optimizing study groups and deepening material is also carried out by teachers, who are able to bring students to become champions in Social Science Olympiad activities and social studies subject competitions. (2) Social Science teachers at SMPN 1 Ungaran are able to assess student learning outcomes. Before carrying out the assessment activities, what is prepared by the Social Science teacher is to prepare an assessment schedule and also prepare a grid of instruments that includes competency standards, basic competencies, achievement indicators, assessment techniques, and also forms of assessment. The teacher also prepares a follow-up program from the results of the assessment carried out in the form of remedial and enrichment programs.
