Abstract

Recently, our society is covered with the feeling of anxious and restless without the tip of the base. It is related to the next generation (their children) especially about the thing related to their characters. The developments of science and technology that run so fast and tend to be uncontrollable have accelerated the development of children’s cognitive aspect, too. It made the affective aspect has been far left behind. The fact that nowadays many mothers who are working outside the house minimizes the opportunity to communicate with their children. That makes their children lack of affection, lack of guidance, and the warmth of their existence. This kind of condition encourages the children to seek their inner fulfillment by using provided social media without any guidance from their parents. In essence, parents are the first and the primary educators for their own children. It is said that parents are the first educator for their children because the children come from families. From the beginning, parents should be responsible for fostering children’s character. If parents are rarely at home, it will never happen. The children will grow without the supervision and guidance from their parents. Furthermore, it is said that parents as the primary educators. It means that parents are the main painter of children’s character. Those two things I have mentioned above are the main characteristics of education in a family.

Abstract

Penelitian ini termasuk peneltiian lapangan dengan mengambil MI Darul Huda sebagai sumber datanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data kualitatif deskriptif. Ada lima latar belakang penilitian ini, yaitu, pertama, globalisasi telah mengharuskan peningkatan kualitas mutu Pendidikan di Indonesia. Kedua, keberhasilan dalam persaingan dunia Pendidikan saat ini sangat tergantung pada kualitas mutu Pendidikan yang dimiliki. Ketiga, diperlukannya sebuah metode peningkatan mutu Pendidikan secara terpadu dan berkelanjutan. Keempat, Total Quality Mangement merupakan salah satu metode yang efektif diterapkan dalam dunia Pendidikan. Kelima, MI Darul Huda dapat menjadi contoh penerapan Total Quality Mangement yang baik.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Total Quality Mangement di MI Darul Huda diterapkan pada lima aspek, yaitu Pelayanan Manajemen terhadap Pelanggan Internal, Pelayanan Manajemen terhadap Peserta Didik, Pelayanan Manajemen terhadap Orangtua, Pelayanan Manajemen terhadap Madrasah sebagai Sistem, dan Pelayanan Manajemen terhadap Madrasah Lanjutan.

Abstract

This article moots about a struggle of a famous and an influenced figure ever in that time, coming from Minahasa, North Sulawesi. He fought for Indonesia in his own way and got his thoughts gone viral even until now. His name is Gerungan Saul Samuel Jacob Ratulangi or usually called Sam Ratulangi. He also had the biggest role why Indonesia nowadays is called “Indonesia”. This article was made to 1) acquaint a biography of a patriot that is Gerungan Saul Samuel Jacob Ratulangi to learners, especially in elementary school. 2) acquaint the values in Sam Ratulangi. 3) know how Sam Ratulangi fought for his beloved country and what was his role in defending Indonesia. 4) acquaint his thoughts that is going viral even in nowadays. All of the data are gotten from books, literature, and journals that are related to the topic.

Abstract

4.0 Revolution eases people to get connected online. It also influences the education development that goes in line with the information and communication technology advancement. One of the most-contributing in education world is online learning. This research aims to (a) describe the online learning strategy concept, (b) describe the technology based recitation model for learners, and (c) analyze the implementation of the online learning with technology based recitation model in NU Nurul Haq Islamic School, Prambatan, Kudus. This research uses a descriptive qualitative model from the interview results held online and face to face. The findings showed that online learning was effective to be implemented in current technologized era. Then, to make online learning running smoothly, there is a need of technology based tasks that could facilitate the online learning promotion by considering social, affective, cognitive, and psychomotor aspect. It is in accordance to technology based recitation model that could foster students’ behaviors to seek and manage their information and communication. Furthermore, it could foster responsibility and discipline of the learners.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keterampilan guru dalam mengajar melalui pembelajaran campuran (luring dan daring) di kelas II B MI Negeri 1 Purworejo. Guru yang diamati adalah seluruh guru yang mengajar di kelas II B MI Negeri 1 Purworejo. Pengumpulan data ini menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara. Data yang dieroleh dianalisis deskriptif kuantitatif, untuk menggambarkan tingkat keterampilan guru dalam mengajar melalui pembelajaran campuran (luring dan daring) di kelas II B MI Negeri 1 Purworejo. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat keterampilan guru dalam mengajar melalui pembelajaran campuran (luring dan daring) di kelas II B MI Negeri 1 Purworejo ada pada kategori sangat terampil. Hal tersebut dikarenakan guru - guru di kelas II B MI Negeri 1 Purworejo sudah memenuhi standar guru yakni sarjana pendidikan sesuai dengan tingkat sekolahnya. Secara keseluruhan 8 aspek keterampilan mengajar ada pada kategori sangat terampil yaitu meliputi membuka dan menutup pembelajaran, menjelaskan pembelajaran, mengelola kelas, mengadakan variasi, membimbing diskusi,mengajar kelompok perseorangan atau kelompok kecil, dan memberi penguatan. Kata Kunci : Keterampilan Mengajar Guru, pembelajaran campuran (daring dan luring)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kompetensi pedagogik dan profesional guru dalam proses pembelajaran Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus di kelas inklusi yang berlokasi di SD INTIS School Yogyakarta. Adapun subyek penelitian berjumlah 24 guru yang mengajar di kelas inklusi dari kelas L1 sampai L5. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dan desain studi analisis. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pembelajaran pada ABK pada tahap perencanaan belum terdapat rancangan pembelajaran yang khusus bagi ABK. Pada tahap evaluasi, penilaian peserta didik normal dan ABK dibedakan pada aspek kognitif dengan modifikasi soal bagi ABK. Kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam proses pembelajaran pada ABK kelas inklusi dapat diketahui melalui pemahaman guru terhadap karakteristik peserta didik baik aspek fisik, moral, sosial, kultural, emosional maupun intelektual yang dilakukan melalui assesment. Hasil asesment kemudian dipakai untuk merancang pembelajaran yang disesuaikan dengan karakteristik ABK dikelas masing-masing. Kompetensi profesional guru dalam proses pembelajaran pada ABK kelas inklusi ditunjukkan dengan penguasaan materi guru ketika mengajar yang sesuai dengan Standar Kompetensi, Kompetensi Dasar, dan Indikator yang telah dituliskan pada silabus dan Daily Learning Proposal yang sesuai dengan struktur, konsep, dan pola pikir keilmuan.

Abstract

In educational units, the curriculum is an educational design that is used as a reference for educational units to carry out an education. Curriculum and education are inseparable from each other. Because in an educational unit, it must have a design or curriculum. In this study, we will discuss the implementation of the local content curriculum Tahfidzul Qur'an. This research was conducted at MI Imam Puro Sutoragan. This type of research is a qualitative research that describes how the implementation of the local content curriculum Tahfidzul Qur'an at MI Imam Puro Sutoragan. The technique of collecting data was done by interviewing the head of the Madrasah, the deputy head of the curriculum section, the subject teacher and two student representatives from class VI. From the results of the study, it was found that MI Imam Sutoragan began implementing the local content curriculum of tahfidzul Qur'an in the 2019/2020 school year. The target of implementing the Tahfidzul Qur'an curriculum is that all MI Imam Puro Sutoragan graduates have a minimum of 30 chapters of memorization.

Abstract

This study aims to describe (1) The role of the principal in improving the quality of education at MI Al-Iman Bulus (2) Improving the quality of education at MI Al-Iman Bulus The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The research location is at MI Al-Iman Bulus, Gebang sub-district, Purworejo district, the data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation while data analysis uses triangulation. The results showed that: 1) The role of the madrasah principal in improving the quality of education at MI Al-Iman Bulus as Educator, Manager, Leader Supervisor, Innovator, Motivator. The method used is coaching teachers and education staff through KKG, Workshop, Training, Seminar or webinars, involving all teachers and education staff in madrasa activities, placing teachers and education staff according to their diploma qualifications, setting an example of discipline by leaving early., supervise the implementation of teaching and learning, provide follow-up or solutions to teachers in need, make innovations or new breakthroughs. reward, be a role model. 2) Education at MI Al-Iman Bulus can be said to be of high quality, seen from a clear vision and mission, professional madrasa heads and teachers, a conducive madrasa environment, a broad and balanced curriculum and high community involvement in every madrasa activity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa yang disebabkan karena proses pembalajaran yang belum mengoptimalkan penggunaan bahan ajar dalam upaya memahami konsep serta belum memperikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah bahan ajar berbasis video dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Penelitian dilakukan selama tiga bulan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MI Imam Puro Sutoragan dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas V sejumlah 14 orang. Penelitian ini diterapkan pada pembelajaran Tema 3 Makanan Sehat Subtema 1 Bagaimana Tubuh Mengelola Makanan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes butir soal, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif untuk menganalisis hasil observasi dan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif untuk menganalisis hasil belajar pada setiap siklus. Indikator keberhasilan yang ditetapkan yaitu ketuntasan belajar klasikal minimal 85% dari jumlah siswa yang memperoleh nilai ≥ 70. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan bahan ajar berbasis video dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar pada siklus pertama sebesar 68,75 menjadi 80 pada siklus kedua. Ketuntasan belajar klasikal pada siklus pertama sebesar 85,71% juga meningkat pada siklus kedua menjadi 100%. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan bahan ajar berbasis video dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa Kelas V MI Imam Puro Sutoragan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Madrasah-Based Management Implementation at MI Darussalam Wanutengah, Parakan District, Temanggung Regency. This research is included in the descriptive qualitative research. The data collection technique used is the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is qualitative analysis through data reduction, data presentation, and data inference. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that (1) the concept of Madrasah-Based Management is understood by the stakeholders of MI Darussalam Wanutengah as a madrasa management model that provides autonomy and flexibility to madrasas and encourage the participation of madrasa residents and the community to improve the quality of education. The aim is to improve the performance of madrasas which include improving the quality, effectiveness, efficiency, productivity and innovation of education based on the principles of good governance towards the realization of effective madrasas. (2) The implementation of Madrasah-Based Management at MI Darussalam Wanu was going well, covering 9 aspects, namely: Planning and evaluation; Curriculum management; Management of teaching and learning process; Manpower management; Facility management; Financial management; Student services; School-community relations; and Madrasah climate management. (3) The supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of Madrasah-Based Management at MI Darussalam Wanutengah come from internal factors and external factors.
