Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendiskripsikan atau meninjau Budaya Organisasi di Daima Hotel Padang. Budaya Organisasi di Daima Hotel dilihat dari 5 indikator adalah: pemahaman diri, keagresifan, kepribadian, kinerja, serta orientasi regu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dan jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Terdapat 2 informasi data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni data sekunder serta data primer. Seluruh populasi yang juga dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan Hotel Daima Padang yang berjumlah 58 orang. Pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner (angket) yang tersusun. Informasi dari penelitian ini diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS 16. 00. Hasil dari Tinjauan Budaya Organisasi di Hotel Daima Padang terkategori cukup dengan persentase 65, 52%. Selanjutnya, indicator kesadaran diri terkategori cukup baik adalah 56, 90%. Berikutnya pada indikator keagresifan terkategori ke dalam cukup baik sebanyak 60, 34%, Indikator kepribadian terkategori baik dengan persentase 34, 48%, Indikator performa terletak tergolong cukup baik dengan persentase 77, 59% serta yang terakhir yakni orientasi regu dengan persentase 77, 59% terkategori cukup baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan sebab adanya terdapat fakta masalah ditemukan pada saat melakukan penelitian di tempat meneliti tersebut, adapun fakta masalah yang ditemukan penulis adalah Tingginya tingkat turnover intention karyawan yang mencapai angka lebih dari 10% di setiap tahunnya, meningkatnya cost hotel akibat sering melakukan training karyawan baru, adanya keluhan karyawan mengenai jam kerja dan beban pekerjaan yang terlalu membebani karyawan lalu insentif yang diterima karyawan kurang memberikan rasa puas, hubungan pekerjaan yang kurang harmonis antar department. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan umum yaitu melihat bagaimana angka peningkatan turnover intention di harris resort batam waterfront yang dilihat dari 11 indikator dan terdapat 4 variabel di dalamnya. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif, dan skala likert. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan Harris Resort Batam Waterfront. Sampel yang diambil penulis yaitu semua staff yang bekerja sebagai tenaga kontrak dalam jumlah 75 orang diambil menggunakan teknik keseluruhan sampel. teknik ini digunakan untuk melihat bagaimana perasaan seorang karyawan dalam bekerja. Berdasarkan pengujian ini didapati nilai hipotesis, diperoleh R Square yang disesuaikan sebesar 0.182 pengaruh independen kepada dependen sebanyak 18.2% serta 81,8% ditentukan oleh faktor lain. Selanjutnya didapati jumlah F hitung sebesar 5.249 total sig. 0.003 < 0.05, dari nilai tersebut disimpulkan dari atribut ketiga variabel memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel (Y). Didapatkan nilai t variabel beban kerja 0,289 dengan signifikansi 0.054 < 0,05 Artinya tiap-tiap kenaikan 1 satuan beban kerja (X1) akan menurunkan tingkat Turnover Intention (Y) sebesar 0,289 dan Artinya memberikan pengaruh yang searah antara X1 terhadap (Y) dimana setiap kenaikan 1 satuan Beban kerja (X1) akan menurunkan tingkat Turnover Intention (Y) 6,920. Sedangkan Lingkungan kerja (X2) sebesar -0,234 dengan signifikansi 0.001 < 0,05, berarti tiap-tiap kenaikan 1 satuan lingkungan kerja (X2) akan meningkatkan tingkat Turnover Intention (Y) sebesar 0,289 dan Kompensasi (X3) sebesar -0,385 dengan signifikansi 0.001 < 0,05. Artinya tiap-tiap kenaikan 1 satuan kompensasi (X3) akan meningkatkan tingkat Turnover Intention (Y). Dari penelitian ini didapatkan hipotesis berupa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak.

Abstract

The research was conducted because of several problems that arise in the Saparandaman pool and cafe, namely the complaints of visitors about the available facilities and influencing the desire of visitors to come back to the Saparandaman pool and cafe. This is evidenced by the reviews of visitors who complain about the inadequate and inadequate facilities available. In addition, the number of visitor visits is not stable and tends to decrease every month. This study intends to find out the extent of the influence of facilities on the repurchase intention of visitors at the Saparandaman pool and cafe. This research is a quantitative type using a causal associative approach. The population used is visitors who come to the Saparandaman pool and cafe. The sampling technique used purposive sampling using special criteria so that 95 samples were obtained. By using a structured questionnaire according to the Likert scale which is tested for validity and reliability. Hypothesis testing using a simple linear regression test. From the research that has been carried out, it is known that the facilities at the Saparandaman pool and cafe are in the bad category at a percentage of 54%, while repurchase intention is in the bad category at a percentage of 54%. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, the calculated F value is 10,046 with Sig 0.002 <0.05 so that Ha is obtained. Then obtained F count of 10,046 in sig. 0.002 <0.05, it is concluded that the facility has an effect on repurchase intention. Regression coefficient 0.241 with sig 0.002 <0.05. This means that each additional 1 unit of the facility can add 0.241 repurchase intention. R Square value of 0.097 which concluded that the influence of the facility variable on repurchase intention was 9.7% and 90.3% was determined by other factors.

Abstract

Research on visitor characteristics to Bukit Khayangan stems from a problem that the authors found, which is unknown characteristics of visitors to Bukit Khayangan. Tourist characteristics are important because they are helpful in developing facilities and infrastructure that are adaptive to visitor needs. And this study is also based on the need of Sungai Penuh City Tourism Office in recording the characteristics of visitors to tourist objects. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative survey method. The population for this study was 15,512 people and this study sample was taken using a non-probability sampling technique with a sample size of 95 people. The tool used in this study was a structured questionnaire using the Guttman scale. Research data is processed by Microsoft Excel 2010. The analytical technique in this study is quantitative descriptive analysis. The results show that: (1) Based on demographic characteristics, the majority of guests are from 1824 years old and most of them are female, have high school education/equivalent, the majority of occupations are students. member, majority income Rp. 1,500,000 and most of their marital status remains unmarried/single. (2) Based on geographical features, guests mainly come from Sungai Penuh city area with a residence distance of 20 km from tourist attractions, most of them live in coastal areas and are located in densely populated areas. casting. (3) Based on the majority of psychological characteristics 62% of tourists are of psychological type and 38% of tourists are of attribution type. Based on the results of this study, the authors suggest to the management that the development of Bukit Khayangan should be tailored to the characteristics of visitors.

Abstract

Way Kambas National Park is an elephant protection national park located in Lampung, Indonesia. Interest in visiting tourists is an important thing that needs to be considered, Way Kambas national park is a tourist attraction that has potential. Several kinds of tourist activities can be found at the Way Kambas tourist attraction. Among these activities, it is known that Walking in The Rice Field received the highest appreciation, namely as many as 32 respondents (64%) of the 50 respondents from foreign tourists who were taken as samples, followed by the Attending Culture Events activity as many as 29 respondents (58%), followed by the respective activities. each Sightseeing 26 respondents (52%), Spa/Relaxation 24 (48%), Shopping 23 respondents (46%), Cycling 14 (28%), Tracking 11(22%), Cooking Class 10 (20%), Jogging 9 (18%), Dancing Class 5 (10%), others (eating at local restaurants and stalls) 2 respondents (4%), and finally 2 respondents (4%) namely Painting Class activities. The research location was conducted in Way Kambas National Park (TNWK). This research is qualitative research with an interview, observation, and documentation data collection techniques. The sample of this study is data on tourist visits sourced from the Way Kambas National Park Hall. The results of the study found that tourism activities in Way Kambas National Park influenced the interest of visiting local and foreign tourists.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the role of the supporting and inhibiting factors of the SIKOBER Tourism Awareness Group (Sidokumpul Kompak Berhias) in developing the Kreasi Village in Sidokumpul Village, Gresik Regency. Kreasi Village, which used to be a place known as a slum area, has now become a tourist attraction in the midst of the crowded city of Gresik. This study used a qualitative approach, namely data collection was carried out by interview, observation, and use of document materials which were then presented in descriptive form. The results of this study indicate that the SIKOBER Tourism Awareness Group has several roles in the development of this tourist village. The SIKOBER Tourism Awareness Group has conducted public education in the form of providing training on environmental hygiene, recycling waste management into goods of economic value, urban farming, and the establishment of the Creative Village Institute to develop tourism in the area. The community's increased capacity after the training and collaboration between the SIKOBER Tourism Awareness Group and PT Pertamina Lubricant is a supporting factor in the successful development of the Kreasi village. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors in tourism development in Kreasi Village are the lack of funding sources and the lack of community participation in the development of this Kreasi Village

Abstract

This research started from the researcher's observation of the room occupancy rate at the Ibis Budget Jakarta Daan Mogot Hotel which has decreased from month to month, presumably due to the unstable consumer purchasing decisions for room. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of location, price, facilities, quality of service with the decision to purchase room services at the Ibis Budget Hotel Jakarta Daan Mogot. This study is a causal associative type, the population in this study are all guests who have stayed at the Ibis Budget Daan Mogot Hotel. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling, using incidental samples, that is, anyone who happens to meet the researcher can be used as a sample. with a suitable category as a data source. The number of samples in this study amounted to 100 people. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire (questionnaire) using a Likert scale that had been tested for validity and reliability. Based on the results of the total respondents' achievements regarding the assessment of Location, Price, Facilities, Quality of Service carried out by Ibis Budget Jakarta Daan Mogot, it is included in the poor category because the TCR value is 66%. Based on the results of the total respondents' achievements on purchasing decisions at the Ibis Budget Hotel Jakarta Daan Mogot, the TCR value of 69% is included in the lower category. The influence of Location, Price, Facilities, Quality of Service on purchasing decisions at Ibis Budget Jakarta Daan Mogot is 65.5% and location, price, facilities, service quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, this is because the Sig value 0.000 > 0.05.

Abstract

This research is motivated by employee dissatisfaction which is influenced by a high workload and an unfavorable work environment. The type of research used is quantitative with a causal approach. Respondents in this study used a total sampling technique which consisted of 36 employees of the Rangkayo Basa Padang Hotel. The type of data from this research is the type of primary data. This research instrument uses a questionnaire (questionnaire) that has been compiled according to a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability first. Hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, the Adjusted R Square number is 0.613, in other words, the effect of workload and work environment variables on employee job satisfaction is 61.3% and 38.7% is determined by other factors. Furthermore, the calculated F is 28,742 with sig. 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that the workload variable (X1) and the work environment variable (X2) have a significant effect on the employee job satisfaction variable (Y). So it can be concluded that the research hypothesis is Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. The t-value of the workload variable is -2.154 with a significance of 0.039 <0.05 and the t-value of the work environment variable is 5.378 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. This means that every increase of 1 unit of workload (X1) will reduce the level of job satisfaction (Y) by 2,154 and it means that there is a unidirectional effect between work environment and job satisfaction, where every increase of 1 unit of the work environment (X2) will increase job satisfaction (Y). 5,378.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has shattered various joints of the social economy, both large companies and relatively smaller business entities such as (UMKM) or SMEs. This paper aims to explain conceptually how if the potential of Nagari Suliki tourist destinations can be utilized optimally, they will be able to synergize with MSMEs owned by the people of Nagari Suliki so that they will be able to quickly rise and survive after facing various difficult times during the Covid-19 pandemic. The answers to the paper questions were obtained through a descriptive analysis method of exposure by conducting several simulations of the utilization of the potential of Nagari Suliki's tourist destinations through data collection by observation, available data, and in-depth interviews with key informants such as Ninik Mamak, tribal leaders, communities and wali Nagari. The conclusion of this paper is that(UMKM) or SMEs in Nagari Suliki with various products, both culinary and non-culinary, can open a kind of booth or stand in various tourist destinations in Nagari Suliki so that visitors not only take selfies and enjoy the sights of existing tourist destinations but can also buy souvenirs, both typical food from Nagari Suliki and various souvenirs from Nagari Suliki

Abstract

Community-Based Tourism carried out by coastal communities is a concept that needs attention. The community has been able to design and operate optimally all tourism activities according to regional characteristics through productivity test benchmarks (group management) and empowerment tests (ecoliteracy and eco-design). However, empowerment and management are still not maximized, which is a problem that needs attention. Community-Based Tourism Pangandaran Beach needs to get attention from the local government, tourism object managers, and the surrounding community, for the empowerment and welfare of the Pangandaran Beach community. This research uses qualitative research methods, using data collection techniques through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies so that the results obtained are Community Based Tourism Development of Pangandaran Beach Nature Tourism, West Java. has increased in terms of the number of traders every year but in terms of income, it is not as good as before being relocated because the reason for the relocation is not representative and the stalls are small in size so that the traders cannot sell optimally. The development of a tourist destination must of course have full support from the local government itself, which is supported by the provincial and central government of West Java, as well as support from various stakeholders, namely Destination Managers, Local Communities, Traders, Hotel Managers and including tourists so that they can support each other. . Each supporting factor must also be maintained so that it continues to develop in a better direction and the inhibiting factors can be taken into account so that they can be minimized.
