Abstract

This research was conducted because there are several phenomena in the form of employee displacement at Grand Rocky Hotel in Bukittinggi. Behind the high employee loyalty at Grand Rocky Hotel, there are still several employee complaints such as overtime work, and the high workload received by employees. The purpose of this study is to analyse how organisational culture affects employee loyalty at Grand Rocky Hotel Bukittinggi. The method used is a causal associative approach with a population of 106 employees and a sample determined by proportional sampling technique with a sample of 52 employees. The data collection technique used a questionnaire/questionnaire which was arranged according to a Likert scale. Data analysis uses linear regression analysis to see whether organisational culture has an influence on employee loyalty at Grand Rocky Hotel in bukittinggi.Based on the results of hypothesis testing that has been done, the R Square value is 0.124, meaning that the contribution of organizational culture variables to employee loyalty is 12.4% while 87.6% is influenced by other factors. Organizational culture has a positive effect on employee loyalty with a coeffitient value of 0.352, meaning that organizational culture plays a role or has an effect on increasing employee loyalty.

Abstract

In the past, in front of Bogor station there was a horse carriage from hotels to pick up guests who came. There were three luxury hotels that used to exist in Bogor; (1) Hotel Du Chemin De Fer on Jalan Capt Muslihat, now the Bogor Police Station, (2) Hotel Bellevue at the turn of Jalan Ir H Juanda, now Mall BTM, and (3) Hotel Dibbets (1856), later changed its name to NV American Hotel (1913) and Bellevue Dibbets (1932), still operating as Hotel Salak and are the only legendary hotels in Buitenzorg. This paper aims to support the preservation of architectural heritage in the city of Bogor, especially Hotel Salak as an inseparable part of the history of the city of Bogor by synergizing the study of conservation potential and the economic value of architectural heritage tourism (AHT). The methodology of this research is a case study of single identification of Hotel Salak Bogor as a bounded system of AHT. AHT stakeholders; The Tourism Office, Hotel Operators, and Academics must work together in conservation and tourism development, because AHT = conservation + tourism potential

Abstract

Research on heritage diversity in Indonesia is still very rare, but for cultural heritage that is almost the same is found in several scopes or aspects of heritage in Indonesia. The problem that occurs in Indonesia is that the development of cultural heritage diversity (heritage diversity) still has a lot to be addressed, and the utilisation of functions that have not been maximised even though relics in the past or cultural heritage are part or characteristic of a nation or country including tribes. The search results using Publish or Perish (PoP) also show the lack of research journals on heritage diversity and cultural heritage. Through VOS Viewer, it was found that heritage diversity or cultural heritage is very potential to be developed and researched because it is still very minimal, especially regarding local culture. Culture-based tourism (Cultural Tourism) is a type of tourism activity that utilises culture as a tourist attraction visited by tourists in these tourist destinations, tourists will experience and learn about certain cultures. If the tourism industry can be managed properly, then tourism can ensure the preservation of nature and culture. In addition, tourism can also be a forum for employment for local communities around the tourist area. This research is qualitative research using Bibliometric analysis. Search results using Publish or Perish (PoP) and VOS Viewer with research objects in Pangandaran Regency, West Java Province.

Abstract

This paper begins with the results of observations on Panjang Island Air Bangis West Pasaman. There is no trash can, which causes visitors to litter, the location of the toilet is far from the location of the tourist attraction, the condition of the potholed road, the size of the musholla is too small and there is no place of ablution in the musholla, the lack of lodging facilities around Panjang Island, eating and drinking facilities are inadequate.The type of research is quantitative descriptive research with survey methods. The population in this study were tourists who came to visit tourism on Panjang Island Air Bangis West Pasaman. in the last 5 years was 330.9, the type of non probability sampling used was purposive sampling with a total of 77 people. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis to determine the perception of tourists about tourist facilities on Long Island. The results showed that the interpretation of the percentage of tourists' assessments was dominantly classified as good at 50.65%, in the road access sub-indicator located in the sufficient category with a percentage assessment of 54.55%, then the pavilion or photo arena sub-indicator was located in the good category with a percentage assessment of 83.12%, in supporting facilities for the accommodation sub-indicator located in the good category with a percentage assessment of 89%, 61% then the sub-indicator of places to eat and drink is located in the good category with a percentage assessment of 61.04%, and the sub-indicator of shopping facilities is located in the sufficient category with a percentage assessment of 76.62%, for complementary facilities the sub-indicator of public toilets is located in the sufficient category with a percentage assessment of 51.95%, Based on the results of the research, the researcher suggests that the manager and the tourism office pay more attention to the facilities contained in the tourist attraction.

Abstract

This study determines local government strategies in e-tourism-based advertising in Sriwijaya Royal Park, Palembang City and reveals the factors that influence local governments in formulating e-tourism-based advertising strategies in Palembang City. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data were collected from interviews and analysis based on indicators of human resources, facilities and infrastructure, and human resources. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation (observation), interviews (interviews), and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the strategy of Palembang City in implementing e-tourism is maximized by forming a team filled with special abilities or skills to master IT. Especially in terms of the concept of e-tourism, physical means are limited, but technical knowledge requires technical funds, such as photographers and graphic design specialists. The supporting factor for e-tourism-based promotion in Palembang City is the organization's efforts and collaboration with various stakeholders to promote tourism in the Sriwijaya Royal Archaeological Park

Abstract

The Special Region of Yogyakarta is widely known by the people of Indonesia as an area that still has many unspoiled areas for the construction of cutting-edge complexes. This type of tourism has become the most time-keeping vacation style and is popular in the eyes of the public today after several years of experiencing limited activities due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This has resulted in the emergence of a type of special interest tourism, namely alternative tourism called Tourism Village. Nglinggo Hamlet Tourism Village develops slowly through word of mouth and is able to move the local Hamlet community independently to play an active role in utilizing all sectors that can be used as tourist attractions. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques use observation, literature studies and interviews with several speakers. The use of SWOT analysis in this study is to systematically identify various factors aimed at formulating a strategy for developing the Nglinggo tea garden agro-tourism village. The results of this study show that there are strategies such as, SO, WO, ST, WT, to develop a tourist village, in Yogyakarta, Nglinggo in its opportunity to develop a tourist village to reach the peak of its success.

Abstract

This research originates from the results of pre-research observations of guests at Rocky Plaza Hotel Padang, where problems related to brand switching and variety seeking are still found that easily occur in the hospitality industry. The purpose of this research is to find out how much contribution variety seeking has on brand switching at Rocky Plaza Hotel Padang. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with a causal associative method which aims to measure how much influence variety seeking (X) has on brand switching (Y) at Rocky Plaza Hotel Padang. The population of this research is the guests of Rocky Plaza Hotel Padang, with a sample of 99 respondents using the purposive sampling method and the criteria for the respondent must have stayed more than once at Rocky Plaza Hotel and have stayed at four-star hotels in Padang City other than Rocky Plaza Hotel. Primary data is the data used in this research on these two variables obtained directly from guests using a questionnaire through the Google form as measured by a Likert scale whose validity and reliability tests have been tested. The results of this study: (1) variety seeking is in the unfavorable category (60.61%), (2) brand switching is in the sufficient category (53.54%), (3) the F value is obtained from the results of the regression hypothesis test simple linear is 83,538 with a sig level of 0.00 <0.05, therefore the variety seeking variable influences the brand switching variable by 46.3% and 53.7% is influenced by several other factors. From the results of the study, the proposed hypothesis is accepted, in this case there is a significant contribution between variety seeking and brand switching.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction at the Hotel Salak The Heritage Bogor restaurant. Dimensions of product quality measured include presentation, menu variety, healthiness, delicacy, freshness and temperature. Dimensions of customer satisfaction measured are tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, empathy. This study uses a quantitative approach method. Collecting data using primary data through non-probability sampling/insendental sampling as many as 100 respondents who are guests who visit the restaurant. Data analysis in this study used simple linear regression with SPSS application, all research data were verified through all statistical tests. The results showed that the quality of food products has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Salak Hotel Restaurant The Heritage Bogor.

Abstract

This Paper aims to analyze tourism attractions in developing Mandeh Tourism in Pesisir Selatan District, West Sumatra Province. Data collected from 5 interviewed data sources and 93 respondents using a questionnaire. The research method uses descriptive qualitative methods and SWOT analysis supported by quantitative data in the form of questionnaire data processed using excel. Based on this research, an analysis of tourism attractions in developing tourism is obtained from the elements of attractions: natural beauty, culture and history. By carrying out an analysis (SWOT) to find out what has the potential for tourism attractions in developing the Mandeh Tourism object in Pesisir Selatan Regency.

Abstract

The research was based on observations during industrial field experience and pre-research at Truntum Padang hotel, where several obstacles were found related to Service Quality and Perceived Value to Guest Satisfaction of MICE Service Users. The research method is quantitative with a causal relationship. Using nonprobality sampling technique by taking 100 respondents. This study uses a questionnaire to collect data using a Likert scale of 42 statements that have been tested for validity and reliability, the data is described through the analysis requirements test and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis techniques and the coefficient of determination using SPSS 20.00. Research results: (1) Service quality is in the very good group with a result of 56%. (2) Perceived value is in the good group with a result of 56%. (3) Satisfaction is in the good group with 63% results. Hypothesis testing shows the effect of X1 on Y with Sig. 0.00 <0.5 while t count 5.866> t table 1.9847, so H1 is accepted, the effect of X2 on Y is 0.238> 0.05 and t count 1.186 < t table 1.9847, so H2 is rejected, while the effect of Xl and X2 together on Y is 0.00 <0.05 and F count 63.269> from F table 3.09 so it can be said that H3 is accepted and R Square is 0.556.
