Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of communication, teamwork, and discipline on employee performance at PT UMB (BOGA) in Yogyakarta. This research method is purposive sampling or data collection based on certain criteria. The results showed that partially communication, discipline had a significant positive effect on the performance of PT UMB (BOGA) employees in Yogyakarta. And teamwork has no effect on the performance of PT UMB (BOGA) employees in Yogyakarta. Conclusions, communication, teamwork, discipline simultaneously have a significant effect and have an influence of 52.5% on employee performance at PT UMB (BOGA) in Yogyakarta, while 47.5% of other variables are not present in this study. Abstract

This study aims to determine the estimated market demand at branch locations by calculating using forecasting methods. This calculation is estimated for the next five years. On the technical and operational aspects, the calculation of operational costs and investment costs is carried out as well as determining the location for the opening of the Sop Buntut Cut Meutia business branch. On the financial aspect, the investment is calculated whether it is feasible or not. The determinant of a business is said to be feasible if it has an NPV value > 0, IRR > MARR. The results showed that the results of the design of the oxtail soup branch opening business obtained an NPV value of IDR 252,216,017 with an IRR value of 29.64% and a MARR value of 8.25%. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Job Training (Variable X1), Discipline (X2), and Work Motivation (X3) on employee performance. The method used in this research is quantitative methods. The data collection techniques used by researchers in this research are through interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques start from data preparation, data tabulation to the testing stage. The results of the research calculations of multiple linear regression analysis show that the coefficient of determination (R2) can be obtained from the variables. This research aims to determine the influence of Job Training (Variable X1), Discipline (X2), and Work Motivation (X3) which influence 79.3% (0.793) on employee performance (Y), the remaining 20.7% is influenced by other factors outside this research. Conclusion, Job Training (Variable X1), Discipline (X2), and Work Motivation (X3) influence employee performance. Keywords: Work Discipline, Employee Performance, Motivation, Job Training

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of Career Anchor on Job Satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach. The method of determining the location in this study deliberately has a high popularity. Sampling used a survey method where a population of 50 employees was used as a sample. Data collection tool using a questionnaire. Testing data analysis using the help of the SPSS version 23 application in 2020. The results of this study show that the Career Anchor variable (X) on performance shows a tcount = 6.205 greater than the ttable = 2.010 with a significant level = 0.000 <0.05. In conclusion, Career Anchor influences and plays a role in job satisfaction at the Office of Industry and Trade of Lubuklinggau City. Keywords: Career Anchor, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the most effective strategies for increasing employee presence in the digital age, while examining their relationship within the framework of core competency theory. The methodology for obtaining data requires a rigorous approach in observing and documenting data, which is then carried out by analytical techniques such as data reduction, visualization, and inference to extract significant findings. The results of the study show that in a dynamic digital era landscape, the implementation of employee development strategies is very important for companies to maintain their relevance, adapt to changes, and engage effectively in competition. In conclusion, employee development strategies generate benefits such as gaining competitive advantage, increasing adaptability, encouraging strong team collaboration, encouraging sustainable career growth, and increasing organizational productivity and performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and trust both partially and simultaneously on customer loyalty at CV. Indah Laundry Palembang. The research method with Multiple Linear Regression Analysis is used to determine the effect of Service Quality (X1), Trust (X2), on loyalty (Y). The results of the t test show that the calculated t value for the service quality variable and the calculated t value for the variable is smaller than the sensitivity level value (Sig.) <0.05, meaning that the model is significant. The F test shows that the calculated f value is smaller than the sensitivity level value (Sig.) <0.05. The two variables, namely the service quality variable and the trust variable, the sensitivity level value (Sig.) <0.05, means that the model is significant. Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of production, price and location on consumer purchasing decisions at the Sukajadi traditional market, Banyuasin Regency. Data collection using a questionnaire (Questionnaire). The results of the research show that the Validation Test of product variables, price variables, location variables and purchasing decision variables has a critical value for the sample at a significant level of 5%. indicates that all items of product variable questions, price variables, location variables and purchasing decision variables are valid. Thus the measuring instrument used in this study is suitable for measuring product variables, price variables, location variables and purchasing decision variables. Reliability test for product variable, price variable, location variable and purchase decision variable shows that all variables are reliable. Conclusion, Product variable Validation Test, Price variable, Location Variable and Purchasing Decision variable at the critical value for the sample at a significant level of 5% is 0.361. Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the impact of communication, work conflict, work environment and work motivation on the performance of PT employees. Samawood Utama Works Industries independently and simultaneously. The research method is quantitative descriptive, with an explanatory nature. 78 employees at PT. Samawood Utama Works Industries is the population in the study. The research results produce communication, work conflict, work environment and work motivation independently and simultaneously influencing the performance of PT employees. Samawood Utama Works Industries. The variation of the independent variable over the dependent variable is 87.3%, the excess of 12.7% is explained by other factors not included in this study, such as Organizational Commitment, Job Stress, Compensation, etc. The conclusion from the results of this research is that communication, work conflict, work environment and work motivation independently or simultaneously have an impact on employee performance. Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of the barcode system menu and QRIS payments on consumer satisfaction from Airlangga Toffee Coffee consumers. Data analysis techniques use statistical analysis such as the t test, F test, and linear regression to determine the effect of the barcode system menu list and QRIS payments on customer satisfaction. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The research results show that the results of the barcode system menu and QRIS payments have an influence on consumer satisfaction. Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of work systems, work procedures, career development and work productivity of PTPN III employees. The research method used is quantitative research with the research population being all PTPN III employees totaling 683 people with the sample used being 253 people using simple random sampling. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression. The research results show that the variables of work systems, work procedures and career development partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of PTPN III employees. In conclusion, work systems, work procedures and career development can increase employee work productivity. Keywords: Career Development, Work Productivity, Work Procedures, Work Systems
