Abstract

This research aims to find out how lifestyle, product quality, and word of mouth influence consumer purchasing decisions. The research method used was quantitative which was carried out in Semarang. This research used a purposive sampling technique with 100 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are validity testing with KMO (Kaiser Mayer Olkin) and factor loading (component matrix), reliability testing with Cronbach alpha and multiple regression analysis. The research results show that lifestyle and product quality influence purchasing decisions and word of mouth does not influence purchasing decisions. The conclusion is that the higher the consumer's lifestyle when shopping, the greater the purchasing decision, the better the quality of the product will attract more consumers to buy the product and this means that the purchasing decision made by consumers of Converse shoes is not due to word of mouth factors experienced and felt by consumers. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product quality (X1), price perception (X2) on satisfaction (Y1) and the impact on repurchase intention (Y2) of ERIGO products in the city of Semarang. The research method used is a quantitative method. The data source used was a questionnaire via Google Form for 100 respondents with purposive sampling methodology. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression tests using statistical-based data processing, namely SPSS 25. The research results show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, price perception has no effect on satisfaction and satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intentions. The conclusion is that the better the quality of the product provided, the more satisfaction will increase. The same is true with satisfaction, the higher the level of satisfaction obtained, the higher the intention to repurchase. Abstract

This research aims to reveal how strong the influence of competence, motivation and work discipline is on employee performance. The method in this research uses quantitative research methods by collecting primary data directly through distributing questionnaires. The research results show that competence has a negative and insignificant impact on employee performance, and motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. In conclusion, this means that if there is a high level of competence, employee performance will decrease. Meanwhile, increasing motivation and work discipline will improve employee performance. This research aims to work discipline, work environment and job satisfaction on employee job performance. The research method used is quantitative. The results of the research show that partially Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on the Work Performance of Employees, partially the Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on the Work Performance of Employees, partially Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the Work Performance of Employees and simultaneously Work Discipline, Work Environment and Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee job performance. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the factors that influence work discipline and self-leadership on the performance of employees at PT. Buana Listya Tama Tbk (Company), in encouraging the growing interest of all employees and leaders to carry it out in their respective fields of work, so that everyone in the company feels involved with the company's organizational culture. The research method used is a survey applying the type of correlational research. The results of the proposed research prove that the variables of leadership style (X1), work discipline (X2), both individually and collectively have a positive and significant relationship with employee performance (Y). In conclusion, the three independent variables of leadership style (X1) and work discipline (X2) are variables that need attention. In other words, that the three independent variables of leadership style (X1) and work discipline (X2) are quite effective variables for improving employee performance. Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of BUMDes Urip Jaya in efforts to improve the economy of the people of Sumber Urip Village, Rejang Lebong Regency, Bengkulu Province. This research method is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The results of the research show that the role of BUMDes Urip Jaya in efforts to improve the economy of the Sumber Urip village community has generally been going well, this can be seen from the ongoing activities of BUMDes business units including the Payment Point Online Bank (PPOB) business unit as a payment access center. electricity and water, a bokashi unit as a fertilizer supply service center and a tourism unit as a center for managing tourism village potential and also a tent unit which provides various kinds of tents for community celebration events. Abstract

Aims to calculate unit costs and resource capacity usage at the Vienna Convection using the Time-Driven Activity Based Costing (TDABC) method. The method used is qualitative with a case study approach. The research results show that Konveksi Vienna's unit cost for size L white is IDR 34,861.17 and color IDR 34,911.17, size XL white is IDR 44,308.14 and color IDR 44,356.92 and size 3L white is IDR 56,042. 43 and color Rp. 56,093.06. At Konveksi Vienna there was a waste of overdeck sewing capacity of 13.63%, overlock sewing and pressure sewing of 35.22%. In conclusion, Vienna convection has a unit cost that is higher than the selling price for size 3L products and the highest capacity waste is in overlock sewing and pressure sewing. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of competency and work discipline on employee performance at BAKESBANGPOL Bandung City. The research method used is quantitative. The research results show, a) the competency variable on employee performance has a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 and tcount 4.833 > 2.002; b) the work discipline variable on employee performance has a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 and tcount 5.475 > 2.002; c) the competency and work discipline variables on employee performance have a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 and Fcount 31.761 > 3.159; d) coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.527, meaning that the percentage contribution of the influence of competence and work discipline on employee performance at BAKESBANGPOL Bandung City is 52.7% and the remaining 47.3% is influenced by other factors not selected for research. Conclusion, a) partially competency has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at BAKESBANGPOL Bandung City; b) in particular work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at BAKESBANGPOL Bandung City; c) simultaneously competency and work discipline have a significant positive influence on employee performance at BAKESBANGPOL Bandung City. Abstract

This research aims at the mechanism for empowering the Mataram City BAZ zakat towards the poor coastal communities of Ampenan and to analyze the economic impact of the poor coastal communities of Ampenan on empowering the zakat provided by the Mataram City BAZ. The type of research used is qualitative with research procedures that produce descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior. The results of this research show that the first Empowerment Pattern of zakat funds carried out by BAZNAS Mataram City is distributed through 5 patterns to mustahik in the form of consumptive zakat and productive zakat such as (1) Mataram Peduli Program (2) Mataram Takwa Program (3) Smart Mataram Program. (4) Healthy Mataram Program. Productive zakat is distributed through (5) Mataram Sejahtera Programs. Conclusion, secondly, the economic impact of zakat can improve the welfare of mustahiq and some mustahiq who have not been able to improve their standard of living because the funds provided are too minimal. There are 345 poor people on the Ampenan coast who have been helped. With the help of these zakat funds, people are able to survive amidst their lower middle class economic conditions and become middle class. Of the total 345 mustahik who received zakat assistance, there was an increase in the change of 0.40% from mustahik to muzzaki. Keywords: Poverty, Empowerment, Zakat

Abstract

The research aims to empirically test the influence of cash turnover and receivables turnover on profitability in mining companies listed on the IDX in 2019-2021. This study method is quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of the SPSS 25 program. This study uses side purposive with a total sample of 39 study data. The results of the research show that cash turnover partially has no effect on profitability, partial receivables turnover has an effect on profitability, and partial inventory turnover has no effect on profitability. Conclusion, cash turnover does not affect profitability, receivables turnover affects profitability. Keywords: Cash Turnover, Receivables Turnover, Profitability
