Abstract

The research aims to examine the effect of workload and work flexibility on job satisfaction, with motivation as a mediator. The research method uses qualitative with an explanatory approach. The results showed that workload and motivation had a positive effect on job satisfaction, but work flexibility had no effect on job satisfaction. Workload and work flexibility influence motivation. if it is mediated by motivation then workload does not affect job satisfaction but Job Flexibility influences job satisfaction. Simultaneous tests show that Workload and Work Flexibility have a positive effect on Job Satisfaction mediated by motivation. So to achieve the targets that have been set, the company assigns workload to employees. However, heavy workloads can affect employees' physical and emotional well-being. In conclusion, companies need to set work standards and provide work flexibility to increase employee job satisfaction. Employee job satisfaction is very important because it will affect their performance. One aspect that can increase job satisfaction is motivation. Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of pricing, product quality and service quality on purchasing decisions. The research method used is quantitative and the type of research is descriptive and the nature of the research is explanatory research. The research results obtained that partially and simultaneously Pricing, Product Quality and Service Quality have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Abstract

This study aims to find the direct effect and the total effect of competence and work discipline on employee performance as well as the indirect effect of competence and discipline through motivation as a mediating variable. This research method is descriptive analysis, verification, and Path Analysis and Sobel Test testing. The results showed that the variables of competence and work discipline had a positive direct effect on work motivation. Competency, discipline and work motivation variables have a significant direct effect on employee performance. Motivation mediates the indirect effect between competence and employee performance but does not mediate the indirect effect between discipline and employee performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how compensation and organizational culture at PT. BPR Gunung Slamet Cilacap affect turnover. This study used a quantitative methodology that included multiple linear regression analysis and descriptive analysis approaches. According to the study's findings, the combined impact of organizational culture and compensation on turnover are known to be 51.2%, with other factors influencing the remaining 48.8%. Conclusion: Both salary and organizational culture have a considerable impact on the turnover variable, though not equally. salary has a significant positive impact on turnover, whereas organizational culture has an enormous adverse influence. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the application of extrinsic motivation and work flexibility has an influence that can increase employee performance in the marketing field of PT. Parastar Distrindo Sukabumi Branch. This research method uses descriptive and associative research methods with a quantitative approach. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between extrinsic motivation on employee performance, and there is a positive and significant influence between work flexibility on employee performance and simultaneously the application of extrinsic motivation and work flexibility can improve the performance of marketing employees at PT. Parastar Distrindo Sukabumi Branch. In conclusion, there is a positive influence in the application of extrinsic motivation and work flexibility on the performance of employees in the marketing division. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of price, promotion, service quality on purchasing decisions at PT Mekada Abadi. The decline in job satisfaction can be seen from employees who resign from the company. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive type and the nature of the research is causal. The sample used was 103 people. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression. Simple random sampling was used as the sampling method. The results showed that the partial test on the price variable with value (2.552 > 1.976), promotion (3.289 > 1.976) and quality of service (5.296 > 1.976) partially had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at PT Mekada Abadi. In the F test, the price, promotion and service quality variables show a positive and significant effect with a value (25,636 > 3.09) on purchasing decisions at PT Mekada Abadi. In conclusion, the elements of the marketing mix, namely price, promotion and service quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of online promotions via Instagram, product quality and trust on purchasing decisions at the @Tuku2Store Jember store. The research method used in the form of observation, interviews and questionnaires to 97 respondents with purposive sampling technique, for data collection. The results of the study show that online promotion variables via Instagram, product quality and trust all have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. From the t test, the results of online promotion via Instagram, product quality and trust, all have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The conclusion of the research is the better online promotion through Instagram, product quality and trust will increase purchasing decisions. Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of product quality, price and promotion on Honda motorbike purchasing decisions and consumer loyalty. The research method used is quantitative research with the sample used being 146 consumers. Regarding the quality of existing products, PT Supra Jaya Abadi still has problems regarding complaints about motorbike spare parts offered by the company. The prices offered are competitive with other similar dealers and also offer various promotions for consumers for cash or credit purchases and also discounts for Honda motorbike services. Dominant promotions are only given to buyers who buy motorbikes on credit, such as price cuts, reduced credit down payments, reduced installment payments, while cash purchases get promotions from free service, fewer jackets and helmets. Conclusion, product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, customer satisfaction positively and significantly mediates the effect of product quality on customer loyalty, satisfaction results are positive and significant customers mediate the effect of price on customer loyalty. Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Organizational Culture, Work Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative. The population and sample in this research were 32 employees. The research results show that organizational culture, work motivation and work environment simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The conclusion of the research is that improving organizational culture, work motivation and work environment can encourage maximum employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Promotion, Service Quality and Consumer Satisfaction on Gojek Consumer Loyalty (Case Study on Law Faculty Students at Prima University of Indonesia). The research method used is quantitative. Total population of 208 students and 68 employees as research samples. The sampling technique used is random sampling. The results showed that promotion partially had a positive and significant effect on Gojek Consumer Loyalty. Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Gojek Consumer Loyalty. Consumer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Gojek Consumer Loyalty. Promotion, Service Quality and Consumer Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Gojek Consumer Loyalty.
