Abstract

This study aims to understand the improvement of work discipline and job satisfaction on the performance of employees in the cutting production department of PT. XY. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a sample of 33 employees in the cutting production department as respondents in this study. All tests were carried out using SPSS software version 26. The data analysis used was reliability, normality, validity, multicollinearity, multiple linear regression, heteroscedasticity, coefficient of determination R2, F Test, and T Test. Through multiple linear regression tests, the t-test achievement was obtained, namely 6.178> 2.042 with sig. 0.000 <0.05 on variable X1, therefore it can be stated that work discipline has an effect on employee performance but is not significant, then the t value is 2.056> 2.042 with sig. 0.049 <0.05 on variable X2, thus job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of price perception on repurchase intention through consumer satisfaction at Luwak White Koffie in Bandung City. A quantitative approach was used by collecting primary data from 120 respondents through a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out by validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, and linear regression using SPSS version 26 software. The results showed that price perception has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction, which in turn affects repurchase intention. In addition, consumer satisfaction acts as a mediator between price perception and repurchase intention. These findings reveal the importance of paying attention to price perception and consumer satisfaction in increasing repurchase intention. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of physical work environment and work motivation on the performance of secretariat employees, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative approach, with data collection techniques through library and field research, including interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. Respondents in this study amounted to 68 employees. The results of the study indicate that the physical work environment does not have a significant effect on employee performance, while work motivation has a positive effect. Simultaneously, the physical work environment and work motivation affect employee performance. In conclusion, high work motivation is related to better employee performance. In addition, the response to the physical work environment in the Office of Service X is in the sufficient criteria with the highest security sub-variable and the lowest lighting, while work motivation is considered good with success as the highest variable and potential for self-development as the lowest. The performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) is considered good with an emphasis on costs as the highest sub-variable and relationships between employees as the lowest. Overall, the influence of the physical work environment and work motivation on the performance of ASN in the Office of Service X shows a significant influence. Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the factors causing defects using Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and formulate improvement plans to improve business processes. The research method used is FMEA analysis to find and reduce the factors causing defects. The results of the analysis show that human factors contribute 25%, material factors 26%, and method factors 24% to defects. The conclusion is that FMEA is effective in identifying the main causes of defects and providing a basis for improving the production process. Keywords: FMEA, Quality, Weaving

Abstract

This study aims to explore the factors that contribute to employee intention to stay in a work environment. The method used in this study is a systematic literature review of PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) using articles from the Scopus database from 2018 to 2023. The results of the study indicate that the factors that influence employee intention to stay based on the literature review conducted by author 1 are talent development, work intensification, cultural competence, aspects (psychological, rational, and fundamental), perceived organizational factors, spirituality in the workplace, promotion, job satisfaction, stress, work frequency, training, mentoring, work environment, distributive justice, paternalistic leadership, trust in management, clarity of goals, work family conflict, rational job creation, HR practices (recruitment, training, performance appraisal, rewards, career opportunities), organizational practices, perception of calling, learning opportunities, and employee value proposition (EVP). Abstract

This study examines the influence of brand image and religiosity on customer loyalty of Lifebuoy soap in Cimahi City with customer satisfaction as a mediating factor. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 120 Muslim respondents aged 15-63 years who had used Lifebuoy soap. Data analysis was carried out using the SPSS version 25 application and the Sobel test to test the validity and reliability of the instrument as well as descriptive analysis, classical assumptions, and multiple regression. The findings of the study indicate that brand image and religiosity have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. However, brand image does not have a significant effect on customer loyalty, while religiosity has a significant negative effect on loyalty. Customer satisfaction is proven to have a significant positive effect on loyalty and mediates the influence of brand image and religiosity on customer loyalty. The results of this study are expected to provide insight for companies in designing relevant strategies to increase customer loyalty of Lifebuoy soap. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality on repurchase intention mediated by customer satisfaction on non-liquid energy drink product extra joss, especially for students of management study program. The research instrument used has passed validity and reliability tests. This data collection tool is used to interview respondents aged 16-40 years who have experience consuming extra joss products. A total of 119 respondents participated in this study. The data collection method used is cross-sectional or one shot study. Data analysis was carried out using a quantitative descriptive approach, normality test, simple regression, multiple linear regression using SPSS version 24 software, and the use of the sobel test. Of the four hypotheses proposed, two of them are supported by empirical findings. The results of this study indicate that product quality has a direct effect on repurchase intention mediated by customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, other concepts that can directly influence repurchase intention can be explained by future research. The implications of these findings provide benefits for the company or product manager being evaluated, namely Extra Joss, and similar industries, related to designing relevant strategies to improve the quality of these attributes. Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of digital marketing, especially the use of Influencers, Creative Content, and Creative Strategy, on purchase intention in a competitive property market, with a focus on the role of Brand Awareness. Using quantitative methods, this study involved 52 customers of CitraLand Puncak Tidar Malang who had made purchases, and data analysis was carried out using PLS-SEM using SmartPLS 3.3.3. The results showed that although Influencers, Creative Content, and Creative Strategy had a positive relationship with Brand Awareness, the relationship was not significant. On the other hand, Brand Awareness had a positive relationship with Purchase Intention but was also not significant. Creative Content showed a positive relationship with Purchase Intention, but was not significant. On the other hand, the Use of Influencers and Creative Strategy showed a significant positive relationship with Purchase Intention. In conclusion, the variables studied are relevant in explaining data patterns in the property market, although some relationships are not significant. Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of Instagram social media influencers on consumer purchase intentions of Scarlett products, with influencer credibility as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach with descriptive and causal methods was used in this study. Data analysis was carried out using SmartPLS 4.0. The results showed that influencer credibility significantly mediates the relationship between the influence of social media influencers and consumer purchase intentions of Scarlett products. Conclusion, 1) Respondents rated the variables of Instagram social media influencers, influencer credibility, and purchase intentions of Scarlett products in the good category. 2) Instagram social media influencers have a positive and significant influence on consumer purchase intentions of Scarlett products. 3) Influencer credibility also has a positive and significant influence on purchase intentions. 4) Influencer credibility effectively mediates the positive influence of Instagram social media influencers on consumer purchase intentions of Scarlett products. Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of GCG, profitability and audit quality on earnings management in basic and chemical industry companies listed on the IDX in 2019-2022. This study uses a quantitative approach, namely hypothesis testing. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. The population used is all basic and chemical industry companies listed on the IDX in 2019-2022, and sampling using the purposive sampling method of 21 companies. The results of the study indicate that motivation does not have a significant effect on the performance of Jambesari Health Center employees. Partially throughout the 2019-2022 period, the GCG ratio in basic and chemical industry companies listed on the IDX in 2019-2022 does not have a significant effect on earnings management, as well as the profitability ratio and earnings quality in basic and chemical industry companies listed on the IDX in 2019-2022 do not have a significant effect on earnings management.
