Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of celebrity endorsement and electronic word of mouth on interest in purchasing Garnier anti-aging serum in the city of Bandung. The instrument used in this research was declared to have passed the validity and reliability tests. Furthermore, this instrument was used as a data collection tool for respondents, namely consumers aged at least 17 years who live in Bandung City who are familiar with Garnier anti-aging serum products. This research used a sample of 90 respondents with a purposive sampling method which was considered non-probable. The data analysis techniques used are the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and simultaneous test using SPSS version 26. The results of this study show that 1) celebrity endorsement has a positive and significant effect on purchase interest 2) electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant impact on buying interest. significant influence on purchase interest 3) celebrity endorsement and electronic word of mouth simultaneously influence purchase intention. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work procedures, human relations, work welfare and work discipline both partially and simultaneously on the work performance of Lahat Trade Service employees. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Test data quality using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, partial tests and coefficients of determination. Work procedures have a significant effect on the work performance of Lahat Trade Service employees. Human Relations Have a Significant Influence on the Work Performance of Lahat Trade Service Employees. Work Welfare Has a Significant Influence on the Work Performance of Lahat Trade Service Employees. Work Discipline Has a Significant Influence on the Work Performance of Lahat Trade Service Employees. Work Procedures, Human Relations, Work Welfare and Work Discipline Have a Significant Influence Together on the Work Performance of Lahat Trade Service Employees. Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of promotions, the influence of product quality, the influence of promotions and product quality in determining interest in buying chocolate products in Talang Pagar Agung Village. Secondary data shows that the percentage increase in chocolate business in Talang Pagar Agung Village in the past 3 years has increased, where in From 2021 to 2022, the development of Talang Pagar Agung Village Chocolate business will increase by 10%. In this research the researcher used a descriptive type of research with a quantitative approach which can basically be used from one of the existing methods. This research uses a quantitative approach because the research data obtained uses numbers and the analysis uses statistics. The results of the research, namely partial (individual) tests, show that product quality and promotion have a positive effect on consumer buying interest in chocolate in Talang Pagar Agung Village, Pajar Bulan District, Lahat Regency and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on buying interest in chocolate businesses in Talang Pagar Agung Village. In conclusion, there is an influence of product quality and promotion on consumer buying interest. Managerial implications for chocolate producers to focus more on improving product quality and innovation, as well as packaging that is not only attractive but can also improve the shelf life of chocolate. Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of network quality and price partially and simultaneously on the purchase interest of Telkomsel cards at CV. Sinar Telekom Lahat. The data analysis method used is quantitative using multiple linear regression, where the model equation is Y = a + b1X1 + b2X2 + e. The results of the t-test analysis show that network quality (X1) has a significant effect on purchase interest (Y), while price (X2) does not have a significant effect on purchase interest (Y) of Telkomsel cards at CV. Sinar Telekom Lahat. Furthermore, the F test shows that simultaneously, network quality (X1) and price (X2) have a significant effect on purchase interest (Y). Conclusion, This study contributes to the understanding of the factors that influence consumer purchase interest in Telkomsel cards in a specific business environment. The implications of the results of this study can be used as a basis for a more effective marketing strategy to increase purchase interest in Telkomsel cards in the local market. Abstract

This research aims to identify the impact of marketing variables (price and location) on consumer purchasing decisions. The research method used was non-probability sampling using a questionnaire as an instrument to collect data from 163 respondents. The research results show that simultaneously, price and location have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with an R Square value of 59.8%. The remaining 40.2% was influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Partially, price and location also have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The research results show that the location variable has a greater influence than the price variable on purchasing decisions in Griya Alam Nusantara Type 36/72 housing. The conclusion is that in the context of Griya Alam Nusantara Type 36/72 housing, both price and location are crucial factors that need to be considered in determining consumer purchasing decisions. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of competence, physical work zone, and work compliance on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable, with a case study at PT Pertamina Marine Solutions in the Semarang and Cilacap areas. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method implemented through the distribution of questionnaires. The population in this study were all TKJP employees of PT Pertamina Marine Solutions, and samples were taken randomly with 107 respondents. Validity and reliability tests were carried out on the questionnaires used. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with hypothesis testing and intervening tests assisted by the Smart PLS 4.0 program. The results of the study indicate that competence has a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction and performance. In addition, job satisfaction has been proven to be able to mediate the influence of competence and work compliance on employee performance. Thus, the higher the competence and work compliance of employees, the better their performance level, especially if supported by an optimal level of job satisfaction. Abstract

This research aims to find out how digital marketing communication activities are implemented through the MACAN museum's social media content. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research results found that the MACAN Museum divides the main types of content uploaded on Instagram into two types, namely visitation content related to ongoing exhibitions at the MACAN Museum or for example a list of artists currently exhibiting there, what kind of works are currently being exhibited. displayed and secondly there is also educational content which emphasizes educational aspects and knowledge of fine arts and design to the public. The conclusion of this research is that all communication activities carried out by the MACAN Museum are with the main aim of continuing to explore potentials on how to invite visitors from all levels of society and from various economic strata to attend and enjoy the MACAN Museum. Abstract

This study aims to investigate the relationship and efforts to improve performance based on work motivation and organizational culture. The research method used is quantitative with data collection through library research and field research using interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis method involves a descriptive and associative approach, with multiple regression analysis techniques using SPSS software version 25. The results of the study indicate that work motivation and organizational culture have a partial positive effect. Simultaneously affect performance in the general section of agency x. The conclusion is that the respondents' responses to work motivation, organizational culture, and the perception of direct superiors towards employee performance in the general section of agency X are in the sufficient category, with work motivation and organizational culture partially and simultaneously affecting performance, where success and stability are the highest sub-variables, while opportunities for advancement, attention to detail, and punctuality are the lowest sub-variables. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of dividend distribution policies on investors' decisions in buying shares of PT United Tractors Tbk (UNTR). The research method used is a literature review by analyzing secondary data in the form of the Financial Report of PT United Tractors Tbk (UNTR) for the period 1992-2023 which was published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The research results show that the dividend distribution policy has a significant influence on investors' decisions to buy company shares. The conclusion is that a stable and sustainable dividend distribution policy can increase the attractiveness of shares for investors and encourage their decision to buy shares. Abstract

The purpose of the study was to examine the influence of work discipline and communication on teacher job satisfaction at SMA IT Fithrah Insani West Bandung both simultaneously and partially. This study applies a quantitative approach. Respondents in this study were 37 people who were adjusted to the characteristics of respondents at SMA IT Fithrah Insani West Bandung. The data collection method used was a questionnaire with a research measurement scale using semantic differential. The data processing technique used was descriptive and associative analysis. The method used was multiple linear regression and determination with the SPSS version 26 program tool. The results of this study explain that work discipline has a positive influence on job satisfaction as well as communication. In addition, work discipline and communication simultaneously affect the job satisfaction of Permanent Teachers of the Foundation at SMA IT Fithrah Insani West Bandung.
